BurgerFi FLL Airport Terminal 1

PLEASE walk a few more steps to Burger King & save your time and money. DISGRACEFUL to serve this tiny piece of “meat”. 2-3 bites and I didn’t even reach the “meat” Also dirty + slow. Run run run.

The food was delicious. I didn't have to wait at all, and it was very clean. The ladies who were working behind the counter were so friendly and polite. To the woman who thanked me for bringing back the ketchup and spoke to me about world hunger , you are amazing and It was a pleasure to meet you.

They were unable to make burgers. They are a burger place. Ok nevermind give me an order of onion rings. They claimed to be out. The sign on the wall behind the cashier shows fries and onion rings "hand cut" meanwhile they can't make onion rings and the French fries are being dumped out of a bag. The only thing on the menu was frozen fries for $6 or chicken tenders. Order fries. Watch them pour their hand cut fries out of the freezer bag. Not a single table in the entire restaurant is clean. There are 3 customers in the place and every table is filthy. Being held captive in an airport is bad enough but FLL should give this spot to someone who gives a damn.

I was surprised with this hamburger and that it was better than what I expected! I would have liked the bun to be toasted. The fries were ok but the highlight was the onion rings! Huge! Crispy! Delicious! Pleasantly surprised with this place and will go back.

“BurgerFi” in name only. TOTAL SCAM. Not their standard fries and not their standard burger. As of December 2024. See images. Tastes mediocre and does not taste like typical BurgerFi. I’m 90% sure it’s Sysco thaw-and-fry. Plus, the service is 0/10 soooo … this place is not worth your effort. Skip it.

I can't begin to imagine how hard it is to work at an airport fast food place where nothing else is close by and a flight is boarding in less than 15min at the gate across that happens to be FULL and FULL OF KIDS/SOCCER PLAYERS when you are down 1 on the shift. Patrice did it all with a smile - when the kitchen was getting backed up, she jumped right in, and then came right back out to make sure people were happy and served. If this is how she is during a rush, I can only imagine what a valuable member she must be for your team.

The owner or the CEO of the company should come and see how inefficient this place is running. Waiting more than 55 minutes for 2 burgers is unacceptable and bad for business. Digitalize the business instead of having your employee yelling names, visualize the # of orders in queue, and reorganize the restaurant to eliminate wasting walk time back and forth. This place is a huge disaster. Don't eat here if you have flight to catch. The staffs are rude and would give you attitude for messing up your late orders. And the burger is not even fully cooked. Potential for Ecoli outbreak and take down the franchise brand.

I am so sad because I have loved BurgerFi to this point. Confusing ordering system and no staff to help. Staff that were there were not friendly and rude. Food was definitely not the same quality as normal BurgerFi, but the same high price. I paid $30 for their burger, fries and drink. I usually love their fries, but these were low quality, not BurgerFi fries, at the same high price. Slow service. The burger did not taste like a BurgerFi burger. Poor quality. Super disappointed as I was looking forward to the meal! No milkshakes at this location.

My family was returning home from Fort Lauderdale to San Diego after enjoying a Disney Cruise. Rough weather in the Northwest delayed flights across the country on this fateful day and our flight was one of the casualties. With three small children we spent ten hours jumping from terminal to terminal, watching Netflix and playing card games. It's no one's fault, we can't control the weather anymore than Mickey can. About an hour before our flight was to board our stomachs and iPhones were running low so we figured we'd grab what would have been dinner. We waited our turn to order, oblivious that we about to be hit by a more local winter storm. Chavanna. We had never visited a Burger Fi. Why not? It smelled good. My husband and I approached the counter only to be greeted by a "hmmmmm." When out 7 year old (who's been at the airport for 10 hours) gives her a sweet "hello" she looks at her and looks back at us. When explained that we were paying with vouchers that had been given to us by the airline she stared at us, a blank look, ZERO acknowledgment. So we proceed to order, NOT ONE MORE WORD FROM CHAVANNA it was a terrible experience, awful costumer service, and to be quite honest a terrible representation of a business!

For how hungry I was this was delicious Awesome, french fries and really good chicken fingers. I did not try the burger because I wanted chicken. Huge order of food And fries very good Will come again. Service was okay but it's Fort Lauderdale so my expectations were low

The service is horrible, it is not even busy at the terminal. Messed up the orders (we ordered 2 parmesan fries with herbs, but the staff missed one, and when we asked, the staff just dump the fries in the bag to us without the right order). The burger was dry. The place was spacious, but no staffs were cleaning the area.

Yep, tried another BurgerFi and another disappointment. Wagyu burger dry both burgers and missing an order of fries. Customer service was not good at all.. seems like they were in a rush to get home and I get that but it should not affect service. Yeah, done with Burger Fi and I don't recommend it at that Ft. Lauderdale airport or in Jacksonville Fl Brooklyn area. You'll get a better burger at McDoMcDonalds or Burger King... waste of money I can't even eat this rubber burger.

Sitting in this airport waiting for a delayedflight. We found this haven. There wasa long line. An angel working the cash register swiftly took orders & jumped to the kitchen. She started slinging burgers & fries!!! That angel saved our bacon this night.

Absolutely pathetic! I would give them a rating of -1 out of 5 if I could! The only thing available was a hash brown.. at 7.30 am! And what was even worse was the customer service. They refused to answer any questions and kept averting eyes when I simply asked whether certain things were available.. twice. This location at FLL airport needs to be shuttered. No wonder Starbucks next door gets all their business.

I got my meal from the FLL airport location. The service was alright. I made my order on the kiosk available. I purchased the All day breakfast burger. It was good but nothing special really. I also got truffle fries that came with an aioli sauce which was delicious. All in all it was a decent burger spot but I don't necessarily have to have again any time soon.

This review is for the store ID: FLLBFI01 in the Ft. Lauderdale airport, Concourse A, next to Starbucks. I ate there on 4/19/2024 at 7:38pm. Traffic was meager, at about 4-5 customers/hour. The food was reasonably good. The burger was slightly better than average at a 6.5/10, and the fries were about average... nothing special. Things rapidly go down from there. Unfortunately, there was no one present at the counter when I arrived. This would have been forgivable if they were cleaning the customer area. No such luck. I got the attention of one of the cooks, but I misunderstood what he said. When I asked him to repeat, he rolled his eyes and walked away. After several minutes, the counter person arrived and took my order without issue. However, the location does not provide *any* plates or trays for dining-in despite having a large seating area. So, one has to remove the food from the bag and use the bag as a plate or tray. The restaurant's ambiance was an issue. The seating area was far from clean. Every table and seat was dirty, and the floor was unswept... food bits and grease were everywhere. I was in the restaurant for over an hour and wrote this review there. In that time, the restaurant remained uncleaned or attended to. It can be said that this restaurant fell below a minimum of service, cleanliness, and decor. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to eat at all. Hopefully, the shortcomings will be recognized and addressed as soon as possible.

robably one of the worst burgers I have ever had. I don't even know where to start. But if I were you, I would start at ANY other option in this airport besides this place. Horrible food, service was pretty bad as well, like they were all tired of the complaints or something and don't want to deal with anyone. And the atmosphere is a wreck, dirty, condiments all gone etc. Not sure how this place even sustains business other than Probably because it's in an airport and there are limited options. Gross, just gross.

At an airport where everyone is getting ready for a flight, it's important to get people in and out in short order. Not sure what the breakdown was but it took almost 40 minutes to get a couple of burgers and onions rings. Everyone was so peasant and the people in line were all light and happy over the thanksgiving weekend so at made the experience more tolerable. After the food came out, it was worth the wait. Hot and fresh, everything was good and as ordered. Plenty of tables about to enjoy your meal in small groups or even larger.

The woman working on Monday the 2nd at 9:10am was extremely rude. She saw us standing there in line, made eye contact and did not acknowledge us for 5 minuets. She was speaking another language to the other person working there. I have no idea why she was so rude because we did not do anything to prompt it. I asked if she was able to wrap a burger in lettuce and she responded with such rudeness and shooed me away. There was no reason for this behavior so I did not end up ordering anything and walked away. Hopefully she is not always like this and was having a bad day. I don't usually write negative reviews but this was just extreme

NOT the burgerfi you know. Not the same fries (gross frozen fries) not the same quality. The airport ruined burgerfi.

Pretty bad service. Food was decent. Typical expensive airport food. That's pretty much it.

The food at this location is not the same as if you go to a standalone BurgerFi. This food is more like Sysco food service that you would get at just about any airport restaurant I ordered the chicken tenders fries and a burger The chicken tenders were small overdone The burger was mediocre at best and did not taste anything like the burgerfi I've been through in the past Even the fries were noticeably, not the same

Came here for lunch. Definitely a popular location. I was able to order at the kiosk however you can order with a cashier as well. The wait for our food took over 15 minutes and when the order arrived it wasn't correct. We ordered a burger, chicken tenders and fries to share. Food was hot. The chicken tenders were really small. The fries are able to be shared. Tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. Seemed like there wasn't enough staff on site to properly handle customers and operations. Price was typical.

Customer service is horrible. The folks working in there don't know how to interact with human beings. In addition, one of our orders was incorrect, and burgers were barely average.

This review is for the Burger Fi at gate A4. I'm giving it a 3, but a 2.5 might be more accurate. Had a junior burger and fries. The fries are not recommended. The burger was edible, but did not come as ordered. And it took so long to get it that I did not have the energy or patience to have it fixed.

Ft. Lauderdale airport location was very busy! They seemed short staffed, but handled everyone like a pro. One employee was working both cash registers and seamlessly went back and forth and no one had to wait very long to order or receive their food. I really appreciated the different options, especially with the fries! I got cajun seasoning on mine and they were also tossed in garlic and parmesan and probably some of the best fast food fries I've had. The burger was also very good - we chose BurgerFi over Shake Shack and I actually think it was better! Next time I see a location either near me or out traveling, I will definitely stop in.

Ordered a simple coffee and was engaged by an extremely ignorant employee. Never again. Ordered and paid for coffee at the Kiosk and 5 minutes later when someone finally came out of the back, I was told I could not order coffee without breakfast and when I asked for a refund she walked away.

So I give 3 stars cause the chicken tenders are TINY. I mean T I n y. They are so little you would think you ordered wings. This is a tough review because they were delicious. Expensive but yummy. I don't know if it was the tender or the sauce that made them exceptional. But they were good. I got the truffle aioli (which she charged me like a $1.10 for AFTER I ASKED if it was ok to get another sauce...... she said yes but no warning of the extreme cost for the amount of sauce you got) I also got the honest mustard BBQ which is BOMB! That sauce was so good you can lick it out the container. Yum So I don't necessarily agree with the reviews that the tenders were awful- but again they are the size of a chicken wing- the strangest size tender I have ever seen. Get the honey mustard BBQ it's unreal!

I think the burgers had been much better at this location on past visits. The beef was overcooked and dry. The service was prompt and friendly. The area was clean.

Airport food has come a long way, and this was certainly a better than average experience, in the whole it always leaves me wanting a little more, and that was pretty true about my experience here. Getting a burger that isn't cooked to absolute hockey puck status has always been a challenge at airports, but with places like BurgerFi now, that's s thing of the past. And because they come a La carte and stacked with two thick Patties (one on a "junior" - plenty big) they're a very good value on their own. Fry portions are totally shareable. These are thicker cut and hefty, fried nice and crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. They were good but I thought they needed more seasoning, which I'd just ask for next time. Solid fresh made burger experience in an airport. It was solid. I'd do it again.

Burgers were delicious, and fries were fresh. Onion rings were ginormous and also very good. Staff was very nice and service was quick. Restaurant was clean and spacious.

The food was good chicken tenders good. And the service was good. Fries and ambience were fire.

A really nice choice for airport food! I spend a lot of time at airports and I don't have high expectations for airport food. But I was pleasantly surprised by BurgerFi. Prices are reasonable, the line moved very quickly, and the food was really good! And the staff was friendly and cheerful! Definitely exceeded my expectations for an airport eatery. I ordered a crispy quinoa veggie burger. It was served with white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and sauce on a multi grain bun. Delicious! The fries were hot, fresh, crisp on the outside and soft inside. I will definitely seek out BurgerFi the next time I am at this airport.

This was my first visit and I have to to say for a fast food burger place, especially one in an airport, this place is pretty good. I had a cheeseburger with an order of Parmesan fries. The Fries were made with real and fresh potatoes, the burger's two patties were good size with a good cheese/meat ratio. Besides In-n-out and Wataburger, this is one of the only places I've seen that has decently thick and RED tomato slices on their burgers. Price for the cheese burger was about $10 and easily rivaled in size and I think an even better taste than the Margaritaville burger which costs twice as much. The only disappointments were they were out of lettuce and onion rings

This is an OK location of BurgerFi. Typical BurgerFi burgers if you'd ever had one before - you'd know :-) The employees here are so miserable. Every time I visit this location which is about once a quarter I have never encountered an even slightly happy person working here. I do wish there was more seating here - sometimes It is very busy and you cannot find a seat with table to eat at.

Never had this. We don't have it near Columbus Ohio. Grabbed it while I'm the airport. I would definitely get it again. The fried chicken was delicious. Loved the honey mustard bbq on it. The fries were well done and crunchy and delicious!

This place was a hike from my gate but the onion rings with the Fi sauce was amazing! They were fresh and piping hot. Greasy but oh so good. My kids enjoyed the chicken and fries too

Service was absolutely horrible. They were very impatient and rude and lackadaisical it made me not want to ever come back. They got my order wrong and overcharged me. The food is okay but not worth it . The ambiance was poor , tables were dirty as hell and overall a 1/10 experience don't recommend.

My kids wanted to try their burgers and hotdog while waiting for our flight at FLL airport. My son likes the conflicted burger, it's like combo of meat and vegie patty. I got a regular double burger. My other son had the chili dog, they put all the sides in small containers which makes them less appetizing. The chili was not that great but acceptable for kids. The burger patties are not seasoned, added ketchup and mayo for flavor. The fries were just ordinary. The staff were friendly, the resto looks clean.

If you have gluten restrictions, avoid this location. I've been to multiple locations in South Florida. I'm at the airport and they clearly fry the fries, onion rings and chicken tenders in the same fryer. Don't bother asking for condiments because it won't happen.

For $10 the burger was excessively dry and barely edible. I had to choke it down. With all the great burger joints available, avoid this one. It's almost like the burger was cooked yesterday and barely warmed up. Unacceptable!

The meat was damn near still mooing in my hand. Y'all need some better cooks. This is disgusting. I thought the poor reputation for undercooked meat was a joke. This is far from a joke

Waited more than 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Don't know why people who ordered after me and got more food got their food before I did. Ended up leaving before I got the sandwich because of my flight. If you have time go for it, but definitely not fast food whatsoever.

Absolute dirt bag of a place. First a double bacon, onion rings and a coke cost $23. For that, you'd expect good service. Only the cashier was pleasant. All the women working there had chips on their shoulders. The one cleaning tables never cleaned a table which were disgustingly dirty. She spent all her time texting rather than working. While waiting, one customer asked for mayo and was brought 4 of those little cups with covers full of mayo. At times they have those hienz packets out with the ketchup. But they had none yesterday. So I politely asked for mayo for my sandwich. The lady scowled that they were with the ketchup packages. I told her the bin was empty. She said they didn't have mayo. I pointed to the lady with 4 little cups of mayo still waiting at the counter and said I just saw you bring her mayo. Then they all said there is no mayo, lying to my face. If these women don't like to serve well paying customers and respect them then starve to death or get a job cleaning pools or something. They weren't busy. There were no lines at the register and the tables were only half full. Chick-fil-A has proven they can staff any restaurant with pleasant, customer focused employees. Why can't some wannabe chain charging $23 for a substandard fast food hamburger meal do the same? I travel through gate A4 all the time and I will never give these people another dime.

This place is the highlight in the airport in my opinion. I would have never EVER thought a Burger Fi existed here. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal, they remembered my name, they treated me with respect and everyone here works like a well oiled machine. The lines move really quick. Though the menu is much scaled down, they still have their veggie burger here at reasonable prices. I'm only knocking off a star because my can of angry orchard costed way more than my meal but then again, I'm happy they have it. Also they put cheese on my burger on top of it being card only, no cash accepted.

So disappointed for the money Burger was tiny and overcooked McD's might be a better option!!!

The worst. Stupidly, I have eaten here twice. The 1st in Sept 23 and again March 24. Both times, they were out of everything. No fountain drinks, no onion rings, no hot dogs, no mayonnaise no mustard! The lady taking orders couldn't care less about her job and has the worst customer service. And the staff in the kitchen doesn't seem much better. Ask for lettuce and tomato? Nope! That's asking too much. Burger Fi should take back their name and brand from the show!

We're at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport with a few hours to kill and nothing to eat in 9 hours. So we went looking for something to eat. We found this burger place. It was a disappointment. They were out of onion rings which was disappointing. The fries weren't bad after we added salt. The burger had absolutely no flavor even with added salt. I will say the food came out quickly. I would rather it take a bit longer and taste better.

Well, I wasn't looking for a burger, but I saw the new BurgerFi menu in Terminal A and realized that this place has some great, satisfying, healthy options. I highly recommend the GREEN OPTION, in which they replace your bun with a robust, crisp pocket made of layers of lettuce. It far exceeded my expectations. Add this option for $.55 to any sandwich, and it becomes a much healthier option. Leave off the mayo or the cheese and you're into true feel-good territory. The VEGEFI burger exceeded my expectations. It's actually fried crispy, which surprised me given the low calorie count. With the green option and no cheese, it was really tasty and filling. But any of the sandwiches or burgers work "green." Try it.

Waiting for a flight and decided to try BurgerFI. Only one person in front of me and the seating was not busy. Took 18 minutes to get my standard, no customizations burger. The staff all looked like they hated their job and didn't want to be there. They were all moving at slow motion. When your number was finally called, you had to walk behind the counter and pick up your own food from the window. When my number was finally called, two of us had the same number, so we were both fighting over one burger. The cashier said he ran out of numbers. Again, it wasn't busy. I'd give zero stars for the staff and service, but the burger was actually pretty good. I'll never come back to this location, but may try another BurgerFI in the future. I believe this location probably doesn't embrace well the values, processes and procedures of Corporate.

We don't have a BurgerFI on the west coast so I was curious about them while lounging in terminal 1 at the FLL airport. Service: The service was friendly but deliberate. The staff works at a leisurely pace with no sense of urgency, BUT they are very friendly and smiling. The kitchen wasn't as deliberate but they weren't fast either. However, each burger comes out cooked fresh and delish out of the kitchen so I'm cool with it. Speaking of which.. BurgerFi Burgers: Small in size but huge in flavor, BurgerFi kicks out some high quality tasty af burgers. I rocked the cheeseburgers and it was delish. You can tell they're using quality burger meat with each bite and all the ingredients in the burger were fresh. I tried double patty CEO and it was a hit for me as well. The kids had burgers and friIfes and they were just fine but nothing spectacular. If we had a BurgerFI in Vegas, I'd definitely be in my top 5 for burger options whenever I'm fiending one. For now, I'll be looking for them next time I'm in Florida. Cheers!

Filthy does not begin to describe this location in A gates area. I have eaten in 3rd world eateries, the ones with dogs and chickens roaming freely, that were cleaner. No sodas or beer - out of order. Great tv if you enjoy the direct tv logo bouncing around. Burger pretty mediocre but the fries were hot and crispy. Best part of the experience was the excellent Motown music.

This was probably the most efficiently run burger fi I have ever eaten at. Who would have thought it would be in terminal one at Ft. lauderdale international airport. The had one petson on the register, and was he good. He had the line moving like there were three people working the registers. What we ordered also came out in a timely manner, faster them the regular locations. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures. I did have a double cheeseburger with no sauces wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. It was bit messy but very good. My wife had the vegy burger, vegan style and my daughter had a plain bacon cheeseburger with cry fries. They seemed to enjoy what they had. There is only one complaint, the dont have plain soda water on their soda machine.

Super slow service and the burger was not good at all. On an upside the fries were good.

Why go Vegan in a burger place? Shoulda asked myself that question before ordering. BurgerFi, for BurgerFication of the nation, is a slow fast-food place. Airport restaurant on Super Bowl Sunday and they weren't ready, but we came anyway and did it our way. Beyond beef burger is a vegan patty. It was ok and meatlike, and when dressed up these "burgers" work. When onions, pickles and lettuce are skimped on- well, it's just a veggie patty. BurgerFi brands it's name into each bun. Kinda nice shtick. They serve beer and wine. The Sam Adams lager on tap wasn't very cold, but was pretty good. The restaurant had no open seats so after standing on line for food, waiting for the food bag to be given to you in another line, had to roam the airport seats looking for a place to eat (sans table). The concept of a "cry" and fry ie French fries and three huge onion rings is a nice give'em what they really want concept. The fries were good, the rings were limp. Next time I go to this burger place, will probably order a real burger. If I looked at the menu like a test question, and crossed out the obvious wrong answers and went with the direction the question directs you-shoulda had a burger.
