BurgerFi

Buffalo airport is pretty chill. Not alot of restaurants, so decided on this place. There was no wait. Ordered the Ultimate BacoN Cheeseburger and a Breakfast All Day Burger, a drink and a regular Cry & Fries (this is def shareable, we didn't finish ours). Burgers are good sized, they were both very tasty. Breakfast All Day burger is def a must try, so good! Very polite staff.

Enough space to sit and have a quiet time while waiting for your flight. Thank you DJT, few Canadians present here. Service was quick since there was practically nobody to serve, except this canadian. I used the self serve/order kiosk and boom! I was asked for a tip on top of an already overpriced burger. I gave a $0 tip. Now let's talk about this burger. I bought the burgerfi burger. They put their name on it right? So it must be good...so I thought. Burger was dog nose cold. Dry and very dry to chew. They tried covering the dryness up by coating the patties in a lot of sauce..dripping into the box and your hands. I was hungry, so I imagined I was eating a five guys to finish it. I know that airport food can be expensive, but the least you can do is to please serve my money hot.

Waited forever, food was cold. Asked for a bag as the boxes are separate and impossible to carry with luggage. Expensive for the worst breakfast sandwich.

Should have read the reviews before ordering here. Overpriced airport concession serving a greasy burger that tasted funny. Fries were limp and not very fresh. Self-service order kiosk asked for a tip! Overall, two stars as I was starving and needed something to eat. I gave an additional star for Service as the person who delivered this mess offered a bag to make it easier to carry out.

Nice sized tenders that aren’t overly battered. Just sweet enough Memphis BBQ sauce. Consider getting fry toppings on the side to get the most. Otherwise, fries are fairly bland. I’d eat here again though.

Wow, I cannot say enough about how the staff do not care at all. This is in the airport there is a kiosk to order no one on register. I had to help a couple of older people with their order while the staff stood there and ignored customers when they asked for help. The I watched my food and others sit on the counter getting cold for about 12 minutes while the staff just stood there! The. Eventually decided to move the food to the pickup. Unbelievable!!!!! Terrible!!!!

The few staff members that were present here, did not seem like they were in a rush. I ordered a Vegefi breakfast burger in the morning and it took far more than 15 minutes until the food was ready for pick up. And there were not many other customers. The burger bun was completely cold and overall, the burger was almost neutral in taste.

So, I just witnessed the management staff, one female and one male handle an upset customer. Neither of the management staff yelled back at the customer while the customer was making a scene. The management team remain calm and eventually the customer calmed down and they worked out the issue without any further incident. I have to salute the management team. I did not order from BurgerFI. Outstanding job and representation!!!!! 7/31/25 1400hrs. Upper management should contact them and give them their flowers. Way to lead!!!!!

Airport location, so you expect it to be bad. Order was wrong from the start. Fries looked like they were a combination of some newly cook and old fries that have been hanging around. Didn't get a single thing I paid for added to the burger. Wasn't worth the 30 minute wait or arguing about the quality. I had a flight to catch and couldn't wait to get the order fixed.

$22 for old patties sitting on the warmer. First and last time I will ever patron at Burgerfi. I complained but they told it this how it is. Most disgusting burger I ever ate and this is no exaggeration.

Very good bacon egg breakfast sandwich with garlic aioli and hash brown. The All Day Breakfast burger was similar to the above with sausage and maple syrup minus garlic aioli. Was very good and would have again. The service was pretty quick and you order via a screen and they call you when it's ready. Airport lobby is the ambiance.

Dreadful experience. A greater-than 25 minute wait for a single breakfast sandwich. Three employees were present on the morning shift (06:30). Two employees were idle. Literally standing within plain sight, doing absolutely nothing. Another employee arrived about 15 minutes into my wait and proceeded to distract the one working employee. Total mess. This airport location is operated by Delaware North, whose core function is food service and hospitality management. They performed neither of these functions, brilliantly. I would recommend one of the other airport restaurants, except that they're all operated by the same dreadful vendor, with the same degree of ineptitude. Fly hungry. It beats dealing with the frustration and poor management by Delaware North.

The burger is pretty good but I will say the patties pretty small reminds me of a bbq burger at someone's house , best thing at the airport though!
