Every time that we’ve ever come, this place has been clean. The staff has been friendly, and the food has been great. Today was no exception my kids ordered milkshakes and they brought them out with stacked whipped cream and lots of sprinkles. They were really excited about it. We will continue to coming back to this one. Staff is great.

RAW CHICKEN AND DIRTY DINING, YIKES!! MANAGEMENT MIA! CALL CORPORATE AND THEN CALL THE DOCTOR! As a repeat customer, I am shocked at how far BurgerFi Coral Springs has fallen. What was once a clean, enjoyable, and reliable spot has now become a cautionary tale of mismanagement, neglect, and unacceptable risks to customer safety. I dined at 8pm on Friday, September 26th, 2025. From the moment I walked in, it was clear something was wrong. The dining room and ordering counter were untidy—greasy surfaces, old napkins, dusty fixtures. My father always said, “If the front of a restaurant looks dirty, imagine the back.” That thought haunted me throughout the night. The cashier struggled with a malfunctioning iPad instead of the standard POS system, leaving customers waiting far too long. The staff—young kids clearly left to manage the store alone—were doing their best, but there was no sign of management . The ordering area was a mess: dusty card holders, soiled napkins, cups covering the beer taps (apparently “out,” though likely because nobody was old enough to serve). Even the soda station was sticky, oversprayed, and out of stock on several options—worse yet, employees were using it casually while customers waited in line. The floor was greasy and covered in rags. There were kid menus and no crayons. Ripped seats. A clear overture for what was yet to come. When my order finally came, it was wrong. The cashier had rung in a plain burger instead of the cheeseburger I asked for. No utensils were provided—I had to dig out a broken knife from a jammed dispenser to cut my daughter’s chicken tenders. And then came the worst moment: her chicken was undercooked. I immediately returned to the counter, terrified that my child could be sick from eating raw chicken. The young woman helping me was kind but powerless. With no manager in the building, nobody could issue a refund. Instead, I was asked to scribble my information on the back of my receipt. Let me be very clear: there was not a single manager in the restaurant on a Friday night during dinner rush. This is not just poor service—this is dangerous. The restaurant was filthy, the staff was untrained and unsupported, and the food was unsafe. I am left hoping my daughter doesn’t get salmonella from what should have been a simple kid’s meal. To the credit of the young employee who kept her cool and tried her best—thank you. But this is not her fault. This is a total collapse of management, training, and corporate oversight. Final warning: I will never return. This location is no longer clean, safe, or reliable. Customers deserve better, and families certainly should not have to fear food poisoning from a kid’s meal. Please—stay far, far away.

I have a refused that would be five paragraphs long I will not leave a review that long I sat outside 8:00 at night after I ate in my truck and looked at the sign BurgerFi black not lit up it wasn't a mechanical error it was a problem with staff not turning him on when I went inside earlier than that I asked the lady behind the counter if she would please set me up with the burger and onion rings for $2 additional she said okay when she rang me up I was near 25.00 and I was like I can't do that why are you doing that she said well they haven't updated the system so that's what it cost. It forced me to get a single double hamburger no drink Nerf onion rings just a burger 15.00 I asked for tomato and lettuce I never got it I had to go back she said oh I'm sorry and she gave me two thinly sliced pieces of tomato and dry lettuce then I asked her for mayonnaise this was all prior to getting my meal and she handed me a bunch of packets of condiments the napkins were out I didn't want to get into a long review all I know is BurgerFi is completely unaccountable for this I'll never hear back and there will never be any changes I remember when this place was a Premiere place to go for hamburgers updated new technology and new ideas now it's a fast food level less than those drive through fast foods I won't mention any names figure it out yourself the three people that were working were horsing around joking laughing having the time of their life oh but it was a bother to turn around and take our orders me and the five other customers that were in there everybody had to wait for their order it was just a higher anus time from start to finish I'll never get a call back from management or Administration it's just a shame that they keep on operating get the people that take the time to do a review and they're all bad I haven't seen one good one posted and the fact that the light was never turned on that broadcasted BurgerFi was just employee failure the people there just did not care. I'm done make your decision for yourself someone needs to tell the staff to review to look at these reviews and to better their position or lose their job

We Waited patiently without complaint 35 minutes for our food that was 4 items. We were missing a burger and she didn’t believe me. I brought my trays up and she said did you order two sliders. I said NO but I’m missing a burger, she said what about them sliders. I said that’s why I’m here I’m missing a burger she’s like exactly and snatched the tray from my hand. They handed us a random burger off the line missing every extra we paid for on it. Trash. Trash. Trash.

BurgerFi is one of our favorites especially this location. My husband decided to “eat healthy” and ordered the grilled chicken salad… as a wrap. Two bites in, the regret hit and he wanted a bun instead 😅 Sean came to the rescue and swapped it out with zero hassle. Amazing service every single time, great food, and don’t even get me started on the shakes that sweet and adorable Cimiyia prepared for us, so good! We absolutely love this place. 🍔🥤

My first time shopping at this location turned out to be a complete disaster. I had to throw away all the food because nothing was edible. The burgers I ordered were completely burnt, and the fries were raw and cold. It was simply inedible.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor experience I had at your establishment this past Sunday. That day, I invited my wife to eat there, encouraged by the sign at the entrance indicating that the place is under new management. However, our experience was quite disappointing. I placed my order using the electronic kiosk, but the system rejected my order three times. Even though the screen showed that an error had occurred, when I checked my bank account, I discovered that all three transactions were charged, even though I only received one order, which was the only one I consumed. The restaurant was full of customers waiting, and only three employees were working. It was clear that they could not manage the high demand, but I still tried to explain my situation. When I spoke with the cashier to request a refund for the two additional orders that were charged by mistake, she informed me that she did not have the authorization or ability to process that refund, so I was unable to resolve the issue at that moment. For all the reasons stated above, I formally request that the improperly charged transactions be reviewed and that the corresponding refund be issued. I also consider it important that the ordering system and customer service procedures be evaluated to prevent this type of situation from happening again. Thank you in advance for your attention. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

My husband and I were so excited to try Burgerfi. It was listed in many national publications as a great burger. Well I guess you can't always believe what you read. We ordered a very simple meal: a hamburger with bacon, will done fries, and a shake. The Fry's came out cold and limp. The burger was charred beyond enjoyable. And it was cold as well. The shake took forever with no clients They were more concerned staying in the back and talking then paying attention to the food. Unfortunately as much as we wanted to love it and had such high expectations it was not worth the visit. Plus the inside was not clean. Just an overall bad experience. Won't try it again

I have to say something about this place. I had no idea what day it was until I walked into the establishment; not overly busy, but lots of people patiently waiting. It's national cheeseburger day, buy one cheeseburger get one for $1. The staff, one would imagine would be overwhelmed but not at all. They were handling the chaos like champions. I would compare it almost to halftime at a college football game. That being said, it was nice to see the teamwork, keeping their composure, especially for those preparing the food. Thank you!

I used to like this BurgerFi. Today we went and saw signs all over saying, "under new management." Okaaaay.. maybe it will be better? The kids chicken tenders tasted good but otherwise, no. The burgers were not good and the order didn't come out right. No truffle on the fries, no honey mustard for the chicken tenders, no bacon jam on the CEO burger. And the burger meat is gray, flavorless, and dry. The top of the bun was really wet and falling apart. All of our fries were overcooked. The sprite literally tasted like soap. The cashier tried it and, to her surprise, agreed. No idea how that could happen. My child drank most of it! There were also no knives, no iced tea, no root beer, and broken dispensers. The ordering machine was slow and annoying (the other one was broken). The "owner" was dismissive and unhelpful when I showed him my burger. He asked what I wanted to be done but was clearly not trying to solve anything. I said at least an apology and to recognize the problems. He said that the woman making the food already apologized (not to me). I asked for a new bun only. He said he would make it again. I said, no thank you - the young woman making it may not have been trained properly but she did an awful job. She did give me a new toasted bun. Later, they brought over a new CEO burger before we were to leave. It was still overly greasy (though much hotter). My husband tried it and said it was better, it had some kind of sauce that he liked and that the first one didn't have on it. I just couldn't eat it. It's just not like it used to be. (They also don't have the hot dog anymore.) I should've asked for a refund but instead will just avoid this location.

0/5 for customer service. I visited the Coral Springs BurgerFi on 9/28/25 around 5pm and had a terrible experience. I ordered 2 single burgers and a single burger combo with Cajun fries. The place wasn't busy, yet my food just sat on the counter while staff stood around. When I finally got my order, all the burgers were made wrong. I went back in to fix them and asked for a manager, but was told none was even there. On top of that, the Cajun fries had no seasoning and were cold by the time I got home. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here.

I gave them too many chances, but this last visit sealed it. I'm vegan. I ordered a green-style burger (no bun) they brought it out with buns after 30 minutes of waiting. Not only did they forget my order entirely, they also forgot where I was sitting. My wife had to go inside just to remind them we exist. No apology. No urgency. When they finally remade it, they still got it wrong again. I had to walk in AGAIN after another 20 minutes just to find my food sitting there cold. No one brought it to our table like they were supposed to. I hadn't even eaten all day. Third time's the charm? Nope. I bite into what should've been my green-style vegan burger and it's covered in BurgerFi sauce (which has mayo). I go back in, ask for the manager -- who I had already spoken to earlier -- and the guy couldn't care less. No apology. No accountability. Just blank stares and a dismissive "you'll have to wait a minute, bro." Wait for what? You've already wasted an hour of my time and still can't get a simple vegan order right -- even after three tries. I had to yell just to get a response. This isn't customer service -- it's straight disrespect. I finally said enough is enough, tossed the food back, and walked out. Save yourself the headache. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or just expect basic human decency when dining out, BurgerFi Coral Springs will disappoint you every time. Calling corporate next -- this team needs a total reset. I was going to this burger fi for years. I'll never be back again!

I just left with no food after waiting 30min and food still not ready. For a fast food service it's definitely not serving fast food. When I asked how much longer it would be, cashier was not able to tell me. Terrible to have to wait this long

I came in on a Saturday evening for my birthday freebie! I noticed they have added screens where you can order your food, I waited in the line to order my food with an employee just cause I'm old school. I was stuck between the mocha coffee and cookies and cream! She suggested the mocha coffee if I'm more into bitter coffee, so I went with the cookies and cream! The service was quick my shake was made within 5 minutes! The inside was very clean as well as the outside. I sat outside because the weather was so nice. I enjoyed every sip of my shake! It has nice chunks of Oreos in it! I can't believe I've never had a shake here. I will definitely be back for more delicious food!

This place always hits home. I've ordered to go and I've also ordered dine in. The burgers are so good. I highly recommend the double because it is just the right amount of meat for the burger. The burgers are always fresh and made to order. Make sure you try all of the sauces. They have about 5 to 7 different sauces. I would recommend the burger fry sauce and I would also recommend the sauce with truffle. The service is pretty quick and I wouldn't expect you to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes for your food. If you are in a rush, I would highly recommend use the app because it has great deals and you can get your food much faster. The ambience is also pretty great for kids and family. They have a lot of great menus for the kids to color and to stay entertained with. I recommend this place.

Very disappointed with my visit to this location. The girl bringing us our food was on a personal call on SPEAKER PHONE. Also, had no gloves or hair net on while preparing to make my shake and all of her long, blonde hair was hanging down her back and shoulders. She kept using her hair to push it back WHILE in the process of making my shake so I politely requested a refund. The manager kept making jokes with her and didn't seem to have an issue at all as if this was all just normal. I was pretty disgusted honestly. Won't be back.

I've never experienced such poor customer service at a BurgerFi before. The staff was completely inattentive, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. No friendliness, no effort to make the experience better. I won't be returning to this location, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values good service. I could clearly hear employees speaking rudely to each other in front of customers. That is so unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.

Bread is all rotten With mildew. Burger burnt to charcoal black dried. I ordered online 4pm 7-4-2025. Picked up on 4:15. Went home found out bread ro with greyish mildew.

This BurgerFi has a dirty odor from the moment you enter. I should have turned around and left. There are many staff members standing and chatting behind the counter. They seem to be hiding from customers and avoid providing customer service. I had no choice but to use kiosk to order. I had a question while I was ordering and the staff that was hanging out behind the counter didn't see me. I had to ask several times if someone could help. It's a shame because we liked the BurgerFi in Davie. But this place does not meet our standards.

Shocking!!! Staff didn't know how to use the point of sale unit. Didn't know how to use coupons. All the staff were completely flustered and disorganized. Worst service I've ever seen! Not to mention the tip commission of 10% was $4 over the amount I calculated! This place is losing money based on all the wrong orders and cancellations I watched while waiting over 30mins for my food! Check your bill they're over charging on the tips!!!

Big fan of this place, even though it's a fast food/chain. These burgers are always spot on and the friends are amazing. The help yourself station here is always clean and well together. They always have a few beers on tap and I love that ad on. Keep it up

Burger quality is good. It's a busy night with the $3 special on burgers. Only if there are more staff to take care of the garbage and there's ice for soda. Suggest management to prepare for the busy day because of the special promotion.

I just got done placing my order and as i was waiting for my food, i seen one of the male coworkers choking one of the small female coworkers. i believe this man could be the manager at the store. i asked the young girl if she was okay and if they were joking but she was walking away crying. understand sometimes as coworkers they like to joke with one another but this interaction look too much and he was being too touchy with her in my opinon.

i would like to start this by saying i would never write a review this long. this simply is not my heart, and god has taught me better. i would not be reading allat if it was someone else's review. that being said FIND ANY OTHER BURGERFI LOCATION. BURGERFI IS GOOD AS HELL IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO TO ANOTHER ONE. I LITERALLY HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS EXHAUSTED BY BURGERS AND FRIES. this location makes me insane. they messed up our orders today on multiple occasions. first time all four of my party's bags of fries were cold as hell. she brings them back- my cajun fries have maybe one or two shakes of cajun seasoning. i think "ok whatever at least they're hot even if they're a little crispy now". we're still waiting on the last of our food, and when we ask the lady she says half our order didn't show up on our receipt. so we were like "that's fine" and order it again. TWENTY FIVE MINS LATER my man gets his burgers and fries. FIVE MINUTES AFTER THAT my man gets his shake. this store is nowhere near busy enough to justify that. i've done food service before- ain't no way. we are one of two parties in this place. we still come back and order two more burger combos bc my girl wanted to take them home. we get one combo. cool. .... where's the other? we ask the lady at the counter. this lady told the chef and he said he "didn't notice" the second one on the receipt... and we STILL didn't get the burger for another 20 minutes??? and then we're sat there waiting for the shake that came with the combo for another ten minutes & when we ask the SAME employee she tells us she hasn't even started it?? girl listen i know you have bills to pay. PLEASE. i JUST want my food. i came home from the ordeal with five years taken off my life... but hey at least i wasn't hungry EDIT: i forgot to mention- they don't have any lids for their fountain drink cups???? huh????? i was sipping that shit risky as hell

We did us the self service station to place our order. That went smoothly. We got our food in a timely manner. The young lady that delivered it didn't even say a word. The dining area needed to be cared to. We had to wipe down our table and seats. You can tell it's been a while since a good overall cleaning. The huge ceiling fan is greasy and dirty. All the booth area had stuff in them and most tables had crumbs, liquid on them. We saw no one give any attention to the dining room area while we were there. The food was good.

Went to this location for first time . Asked for just a kids burger got a meal instead. Then the burger was very dry and overcooked the fries were soggy and tasted old. Bad experience. Will not be returning to that location anymore.

Went to Burger Fi for the first time in a while. I waited patiently second in line for about five minutes. When I stepped up to the cashier, she told me she was very busy and that I should go use the ordering kiosk. If not, she had things to do and the wait to take my order would be taken in another five to ten minutes. I went to the kiosk to order two single cheeseburgers. The only option on the screen was for double cheeseburgers. I went back to wait for the cashier. She was visibly upset and rude for having to take my order in person. When I went to pick up my receipt, I was told to keep my hands off of "her things" until she handed it to me (She said "I don't touch your stuff, don't touch my stuff") The burger was overcooked and the tomato listed on the menu was missing. Someone in management or corporate has obviously lost interest in this location. This was surely my last visit to Burger Fi.

This is a review of a pickup order from Burgerfi. This order was a new item I tried called Patty Melt, which is a burger topped with grilled onions with two (2) slices of cheese on sandwich bread. I also had the delightful fries made from real potatoes and a dispensed soft drink. The food was ready in under thirty minutes after I ordered it on the mobile app. Everything tasted good and the patty melt was made the way patty melts (a diner staple) are supposed to be made and I thought it was tasty. The fries tasted fresh and complimented the burger. The drink was also good. I had a Reward which made this delightful meal very affordable.

Last visit here was terrible, it was a take out and the burguers came without names which I entered in the order, we had to open each one to see what they were and in the end we got one wrong. The lady at the counter was very rude when asked for the order to pickup. The burgers were not good, at least not the way we remember them, maybe they had a bad day, but that experience made us not wanting to go back here anymore.

I like burgerfi, but im tired of ordering, picking up and getting home n realizing stuff isn't there. This was a simple order. 2 large fries. I paid extra for bacon, parmesan herb, and Cajun. Both were only parmesan. It's like if i sit down, everything is ok, but if i order to go, something is always wrong. Consider the missing bacon and cajun spice dressings as a tip today cus I'll probably come around less.

Seeing a BurgerFi made our mouths water as we were hungry after shopping at Trader Joe's! A nice draft beer and a beyond burger with fries later we were pretty happy. Except that it wasn't as good as I am used to at BurgerFi. Normally I would definitely give it five stars but there was a strange taste to the burger and the fries that kind of stayed with me. A bit of a burny taste; perhaps meat gets made on the same grill or something like that; I was the only one noticing it, being quite sensitive to different nuances. I wonder if different BurgerFi locations have different quality standards; this was our first time at this location. The people were kind and atmosphere good; there was even live music outside! Pretty good for a Wednesday!

I've been coming to burger fi for years. They're fairly consistent. I love that they use natural ingredients. Service is usually hit or miss but that's to be expected in a fast casual environment from a big chain. I usually order a build your own double burger. I switch between their American and white cheddar for the cheese. I always opt for their multigrain bun (very nice they have this as an option). I add lettuce, tomato, pickle, onions (raw and sautéed) and burger fi sauce. Sometimes I'll add either egg, bacon and/or relish. 5/5 The quality of the the food is usually on point. The food comes out quickly as well. Their fries and hot dogs are also delicious. I really appreciate that the quality of the food has remained the same throughout covid 19. I feel a lot of similar chains have started buying cheaper materials and it shows. I will continue being a regular here.

No one was ahead of me. Why does it take 12 minutes to get just an order of french fries?

Food is good, quickly and well made though expensive. Service is just dropping trays at your table, not a large part of the equation when you order from a screen. It's fast service higher end, sit down food.

I was extra hungry while grocery shopping. I decided I wanted to get something fresh and good quality. I had the spicy swag burger. The pictures does not do it justice. The burger was delicious. The best thing was my milkshake. I normally don't get milkshakes but I want to try it. It was thick and creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. It did not take long for me to finish the smoothie. If you have never been you should go.

I have to start this review off with the fact I don't like criticizing food unless the experience really stuck out for something negative. Unfortunately this was one of those cases! I ordered a regular burgerfi burger with a side of onion rings and a side of fresh cut fries. Everything is served al a carte which is interesting to say the least. No combos so for the price you are paying you are definitely not getting a good value. I am fine with that as long as the quality is there that justifies the higher prices. When it arrived to my table it looked amazing. The downside is that it looked way better than it tasted. The burger was severely lacking toppings. It should include an onion or some more burgerfi sauce because it was also very dry. The beef just didn't taste like how a fresh burger would taste. I knew something was quite off with this order and unfortunately I was right yet again. I got really sick from the burger later that day and I vowed I'd never eat burgerfi for a very long time if ever again. I did enjoy the onion rings and the fresh cut fries, but then again it would be hard to mess up those items at a burger restaurant. Considering there are burger places all around the area with a similar price range I would suggest every other place but burgerfi! Five guys is just a block away and it is a much better burger with much more toppings made to order for the same price! Overall, if you want a low-quality burger, that may potentially get you sick due to the inexperience in the kitchen, then I would suggest burgerfi.

Every Burger Fi I have been to other than this one tastes 10 times better for some awkward reason. This place just sucks honestly. But I will bump it to three stars because of the kind lady who greeted me who made my burger. She deserves a S/O. But other than that. Yeah might as well hit the Las Olas or Boynton location. The food taste far more fresher, the cashier actually listens and they deliver fast with accuracy that I did not have to complain about. But seriously I apologize, the lady who made my burger was fine as hell. Tall chocolate, and the lil red at the counter made me feel good but yeah they are not that good. Is what it is! Charge it to the game!. Ambiance is questionable. They are always out of AC and the flies be everywhere.

Typical fast food. Soggy fries, burger a mix of cardboard and leather. Seriously make your own. Price you pay for convenience is simply not worth it

I was recommended by a couple of my friends to try the fried chicken sandwich. The sandwich had a coating that Weirdly reminded me of a beer bartered fish sandwich. But regarding my total opinion of the burger fi chicken sandwich, this sandwich was fair as it lacked adequate chicken to fried batter ratio, was poorly put together, and dry amount of sauce. On a brighter note, my fries were hot and fresh as always, and there was a worker who went above on to grab me sauce when I forgot to add it to my fries, so shout out for that! This obviously is not my first time coming to Burger Fi, so If you are wondering what I'd recommend, definitely try any of the cheese/veggie burger combinations, hotdogs, fries, onion rings, and definitely the thick custard shakes/sundaes!

Even though they are constantly raising their prices (as if burger and fries could get any more expensive), this Burgerfi location has yet to disappoint me. Food is always good and hot when it comes out. Workers are always nice, especially the older woman that works at the front. And the food comes at a pretty timely manner. The place is typically clean and I haven't had any issues with that so far. This is definitely my go-to burger spot in Coral Springs.

So we decided to try again. Very glad that we did. The restaurant was clean. The staff knew what they were doing. The food came out hot and good. The hamburger was like it had been before. Fresh and decent size. The fries were well done like we asked. And they were not soggy. Only negative that I can say is the music was too loud. Definitely coming back again.

They have wonderfully delicious burgers and they serve beer. Lots of different choices and friendly staff. A dream place!

Food was fine, but waited almost 30 minutes for a simple order. We were outside and saw people getting their food before us that ordered after. My boyfriend went inside and it was sitting on the counter. Staff didn't even apologize. Don't give numbers out if you have to pick up your own food.

Horrible squished burger with cold soggy fries! I don't know how they sell this! Too bad I already picked up my to go and got home already!

Yummy YUM!! It was too late in the day to get a big lunch since I have to feed my family so I got a kids meal. Cheese Burger with grilled onions and fries. The burger reminded me of a Royal Castle Burger...if anyone remembers those delicious burgers with onions and super soft buns! The taste took me back to the simple things in life when there was nothing to worry about. Delicious through and through!! Easy ordering, easy parking, easy pick up and sweet gal that helped me figure out what to do. The floor was slippery so be careful!

I had great service at Burger Fi today and just want to give a shoutout to Teri who was at the register and was so pleasant! It makes the meal tastier when the customer service at the register is good. Thanks Teri!

This location is so busy. The night I went was no exception. It's crammed into a plaza in Coral Springs that is always fairly busy. There's a lot of foot traffic in the Plaza as well as car traffic to get in and out. We went in and ordered our food and decided on a table outside as it was a fairly nice evening. The food came out pretty quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. The burgers tasted hot and juicy and the toppings were fresh. The lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes juicy, the pickles tangy. The fries were hot but I'm not too wild about this type of french fry. Maybe it's the oil that they cook it in but I just did not care for them overall. My girlfriend loved them so more power to her. The price was reasonable considering that it's a burger. They also have an app that you can download where you can get points with each meal and other things like double points on your birthday. It's not a bad place to grab a bite if you're in the mood for a burger.

I ordered a cheeseburger and cajun fries as take out. When I got home I was disappointed. The fries were cold, I spent almost $6 for fries I couldn't eat. There is no way this burger, was just cooked. Do you all stop cooking at a certain time and give your customers food that has been sitting there. Your burgers are not cheap and should be cooked to order. I won't be back!

Burgerfi has always been a go to when I have nothing to eat and I am looking for something affordable. The service is amazing. Not very clean I clean the tables myself but it's fine it's not that dirty. I definitely recommend coming here

I would love to give this place a better grade, but I just can't. On the positive side, the place is clean, the staff were friendly, and somewhat helpful. The food is ample. All things that should come together to make for an excellent experience. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and I was allowed to select what I wanted on it. I like that. I don't always like what the restaurant thinks I will, so letting me decide is great. And a choice between raw and fried onions is nice (I went with raw!). The onion rings are huge, which sounds like a positive, but it's not really. And the drink selection is enormous. The negatives are; the onion rings are huge. This means they're mostly breading, deep fried. Not really what I wanted. I wanted a small side of onion rings, mostly just for a change from the burger. The drink selection is enormous, but it's mostly caffeinated and full of sugar or artificial sweeteners. I don't use either. I like stevia, but they don't have that as an option. And I don't like caffeine in the evenings. They have a very small selection that fits my criteria, other than water. But the main reason why they only get two stars is that when the order was tallied it came out to more than $16. For a burger, onion rings and a drink, that's very expensive. I know what the restaurant's reply will be; that the burger is only grass-fed beef and hormone free. My response is; I don't care. The burger tasted like any other burger. It was not any better. And for that price, I should have run from the restaurant screaming that I had found the burger equivalent of Ambrosia. I did not. If the prices were more reasonable, I'd not only give it a better review, I'd go back again. As it stands, I think I'll go to one of the other, more reasonably priced establishments. Of which, there are many.

I got a To go order, with very soggy fries that were flavorless. The burger was like eating a sole in a shoe. I payed an extra 1.50 for cheese and did not even get it. Would not recommend.
