Nice small restaurant with professional customer service. The cashier was very attentive and detailed about menu. It is a bit pricey as average burger is 9.50 and combo is 13.50. They do offer nice size servings of fries (very good) and large onion rings. They offer limited vegan options. Clean restrooms and easy to spot from street. Nice for family, friends and eating solo. ENJOY!

Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger and Cry Fry for pick up. Order was ready on time. The burger was good. However the fries and onion rings was a waste. Fries too oily and not evenly cooked; Some over fried. Onion rings was also too oily and had flimsy onion peels instead of slices and tasted stale too. Totally disappointed.

Average burger, average chicken sandwich. The beef wasn't flavorful and wasn't cooked any differently than the common burger joint on the street. Same with the chicken sandwich, nothing out of the ordinary and no special flavors. The french fries were good, but that's all that I enjoyed. I didn't like the atmosphere as they were playing horrible music through my entire visit. Particularly garbage classic rock. That's not what you want to listen to when you're eating... or actually, ever. Lame music. All together was $19.

Had the cookie milkshake along with the Wagu Cheeseburger Patty Melt type sandwich with Cajun fries. Price $20.63 with tax. Meal was very very good. Fries were just okay. Try the ones with aioli. Service was fast and friendly. I will return.

Amazing food! Not so great service and unfortunately other than my very first time having BurgerFi every experience since then hasn’t been pleasant. It’s been months since I finally decided to try again. The staff is not very attentive nor are they present. Often times I’m left at the counter waiting to be helped. They come across as if they wish the customers would just hurry up and leave. However, it’s a really great place to get a good burger that doesn’t taste like it’s been frozen. I also love their opinion for seasoning on their fries and if you’re someone who like to have something sweet after you meals then you’ll definitely need give their shakes a try, you won’t regret it.

With the name ‘BurgerFi’ I expected everything to stand to attention well. The only two items that mustered our tastebuds were the hand cut salty French fries and the humongous crispy onion rings. Price point was high, but, I guess, during these times everything is. $31 for two burgers, the combo fries/onions, and two bottles of water. My cheeseburger didn’t have substance and my husband’s special wagyu wasn’t any special. Like I tell my kids...Next.

Really good burgers and hand cut fries. The burgers are good sized; not too big or small. The meat, bread and vegetables were all very fresh. Onion rings are LARGE but could have been a bit more crisp. Custard shake was pretty awesome.

I had the bacon cheese burger and onion rings/fries. Burger was pure beef patties with awesome bacon. The lettuce, tomato and pickles were fresh and crispy. Finished with a chocolate real custer shake. All was perfect! I'll definitely return.
