I’m not sure my mouth has ever watered while I was actually eating a burger before but it did tonight. I split a wagyu burger - hold the candied bacon relish - and it was by far the best I’ve ever had! Everyone loved their burgers/hot dogs. The onion rings are HUGE! The FiLime Fusion drink was a table favorite since most in our party don’t like really sweet pop. The sink water in the men’s bathroom was burning hot and not adjustable. One of the guys wanted that added into the review. The floor was sticky which is usually an ew for me BUT the food was so good and service was good, they earned the full 5 star review. We spent an easy $100 on food and will do it again.

Unfortunately the food here was not up to the price. Burgers were greasy which soaked part way through the bun and the cheese was bland (pictures reflect takeout). Surprisingly, the vegan burgers tasted better than the meat and cheese burgers. The family fries were the saving grace to the overall order and the dine in experience is very clean.

Food was fresh and pretty delicious! The urban fries are a large size and it fed 4 people. They use peanut oil, so we had to bring something else for our little one. I definitely thought it was better than five guys, especially because of the variety.

Place is big and clean. Tables were well spaced but place was mostly empty. Food was ordered and delivered quickly. Burger was non-inspiring and rather expensive at 10$+. It was sloppily put together and nothing like their pictures. The dog was great though for about 5$ and had a nice kick

Not a big fan. Chick at the counter was either new or just doesn't care about her job. Honestly the burgers are not what I expected or anything close as to what is advertised I felt mislead for sure. When ordering The CEO burger is definitely not worth what I paid. The urban family fries were good maybe some more toppings as far as equal to the amount of potatoes. Wouldn't suggest this place to others personally I have had way better burgers with similar quality and ingredients with more quantity to the burgers themselves then this place has to offer.

Super decent. Burger was solid. I added mushrooms and grilled onions. The fries were perfect - nice and dense, not over cooked, and piping hot. The onion rings were dope too. They have those fancy Coke machines with all of the flavors and such. Had to get a ginger ale to complete the meal. Deffo recommend.

This was the first time I came to this restaurant they have a few ways to order. They have kiosk so you can place it yourself or they have very friendly cashiers that will help you. This first burger I ordered I did not read what was on it. I was not expecting what I got. I talked to the manager and he had a new burger hot off the grill. This was a fantastic burger. Fresh veggies and the bun was perfect. The hand cut fries and the high onion ring that comes with the meal were fired perfect golden brown and crispy. I will be returning here. The staff were extremely nice and took care of my lunch needs. I left nothing to share. Thanks again for taking care of me.

Isabella did a great job. My family loves the fries. Burgers are really good. You can get them lettuce wrapped if you're on low carb or keto.
