Iconic Dishes That Define Austin - Austin - The Infatuation

"You might know Top Notch as the backdrop to Matthew McConaughey’s quotable “alright, alright, alright” in Dazed and Confused, or you might just know it as the charcoal-broiled burger joint that’s been on Burnet Road since the early ‘70s. And while you can get a very good fried chicken dinner, burgers are what you’re here for. Make it a double." - nicolai mccrary, matthew jacobs

The burgers have no taste, the tenders were pretty plain too.

This was my first time trying a BurgerFi and I was surprised at how fresh the ingredients taste. The burger was large and filling. The fries were natural cut with just the right crisp. My wife had the chicken tenders and they were delicious too, filled with natural and plump chicken breast without too much breading. The service was fairly quick, as they were pretty busy. Also the location of this one is great, surrounded by many other restaurants, shops and activities.

Delicious burgers. Chef burger is the best! Fast and friendly service. Quality fries and tenders. Clean and large seating area. Plethora of topping options. And there's beer! What more do ya'll want?

I must say that all of all of the burger joints that I’ve visited throughout my lifetime, BurgerFi has to be one of my favorites! Not only do they serve vegetarian burgers and beer battered onion rings cooked crisp to perfection, but you can also order your food from an electronic screen, which is nice. Not to mention that this location has nice indoor and outdoor seating. Man, if only I wasn’t too sensitive to sugar. I would’ve ordered myself either a beer or shake to go with my meal, ha ha! I would definitely love to bring my boyfriend from Tennessee here. He loves a good burger paired with a beer. Say, is anyone at the company thinking of serving fish and chips here one day? I think that they might make a good addition to the menu, especially during the summer months. I can’t see why the beer batter is only good for onion rings when it is clearly perfect enough for fish.

Google
I’m at Burgurfi right now(10/18/24) and ordered three fries with burgers, but all of them seem like they were fried hours ago. To be exact, they seemed like leftover fries from yesterday. As you can see in the photo, they’re soggy, cold, and way too dark. Even the ones with cheese are the same. I even paid a tip. But my lunch was ruined. The fries at the table next to me, where a white mother and daughter are sitting, looked fresh like they were just fried. It must be my eyes that are the problem, right? THANK YOU, BURGERFI. 😮‍💨

The food was really good and the service was great. Our waitress, Cristhel, was very attentive and made a helpful recommendation that we ended up really enjoying. Everything went smoothly and we’d definitely come back.

April 2023 Came here for a late lunch. I would say that this place is an upper scale burger place with the prices to match. The place is decently lit, with an assortment of chairs, booths, and high chairs. There are some outside tables that are fenced off from the sidewalk. They also play pop music over the speakers. At the order counter, there are 2 self-order koisks with cups stacked in between and numbers on stands to the side. When ordering, it asks for the number and your name, and a staff member will deliver your food to you. Note this place does sell beer. There was only one person working the front, and they were friendly and fast. I'm pretty sure the burgers are made fresh considering how long it took for them to come out. We ordered 2 burger combos and a strawberry shake. The beef burger was decent and the meat slightly juicy. The fried chicken burger was good, with crisp breading and tender meat. They also gave a good amount of meat, though this place is on the more expensive side compared to other gourmet burger places. The fries were merely ok, and I will want to try the onion rings next time. The strawberry shake was definitely my favorite: delicious and with strawberry chunks. A bigger straw for the shake was delivered with the shake. As a last note, this place does have 2 unisex bathrooms that are clean and dry. Note there is no table service besides delivering your food to you. You throw away your own trash and recycling, and I did see the staff wipe down some of the tables. Overall, would maybe come back.

Google
They recently changed to "do your own ordering". The chicken sandwich is a favorite for the wife. The kid likes the burger the best. I am fan of the fries. They have the coke freestyle machine and offer shakes and some deserts. There are a few beer choices as well. Over all we enjoy the place but the recent uptick in pricing is noticeable. Probably explains less clients we see in recent visits. Also notice the difference in size of the chicken patty between, then and now. Update: They have gotten progressively worse. Today we had to use the automated ordering. And we have to tip? A kid was having trouble with the machine and holding up the whole line. None of the staff bothered to help. The food we were given today was beyond greasy. The fries were soggy and cooked in old oil. The onion rings actually dripped. I will be lucky to make it home without throwing up. Won't be back anytime soon.

Yelp
Went for a quick lunch on a Sunday. My partner got a regular Burgerfi cheeseburger and I got a single/junior Burgerfi cheeseburger. We also shared an Oreo custard shake and regular fries. The shake was delicious and the fries were great (I would consider these ideal standard fries). The burgers were solid - I'm not the biggest fan of the texture of their meat patties (it was a little thin for me, but I guess that's why their regular burgers are double). It still definitely scratched the burger itch we both had. We ordered using an electronic self-order kiosk and someone brought out our food after about 10 minutes. It's a regular burger joint, very casual.

Yelp
Continuing 7 zip codes west of home to Gaithersburg 20878, we arrive to the Rio center. I had been to this BurgerFi a couple of times, and it blows Shake Shack out of the water. Burger, shake, & fries are all superior here. Shake Shack is a common go to when I use my AMC movie A-List at AMC Columbia as it's across from the theater. Like by AMC Columbia, there are multiple food options by AMC Rio including BurgerFi. I had a deal at BurgerFi that got my girlfriend & I in the door before a movie on Saturday, June 7. We split the birthday cake shake, which was even better than Shake Shack shake, which is already excellent. Burger is far superior here and bigger too. Fries were great too. Staff was cordial. Overall, need to return to this or other location. Ironically, I haven't been to the Columbia Dobbins Center location (which is my closest to home) except to redeem my free birthday shake.

Yelp
Skip this place. The only thing that saved this meal were the fries. The rest of the food was nothing short of gross. The onion rings were terribly oily. The onions were fresh and thick, but the batter slid right off of the onion. The cheeseburger was bland and uninspiring. Service was minimal, the restaurant was clean but not well stocked with condiments and basic necessities, so that was annoying. Too bad, this place is in a great location but and has a lot of opportunity, but it seemed like management didn't care.

Chris C.

Yelp
This place could be so much better. Stopped in for takeout and got the spicy wagyu burger meal with onion rings and drink. It's great that they allow their patrons to customize their burgers to the degree they do in a fast food environment. I only wish their employees could follow the instructions. I've been to this location twice while traveling in the area for business. Both times for takeout and got nothing close to what I ordered. My "spicy" burger was missing the jalapeños and habanero pepper cheese that are integral to it being spicy. The staff also forgot to include the other toppings I added as customizations. If you can't manage to customized sandwiches then keep it simple. I would agree with other reviewers. I've had the fries and onion rings. The fries are far better even if just standard fries. The onion rings were swimming in oil which overpowered any taste which was too bad because they obviously take some pride in using fresh, thick cut onions. If you can't manage, avoid busy meal times otherwise you will be waiting a while to boot.

Yelp
Good burger joint in the vein of elevation. This is very much and elevation-style hamburger joint where you pick customize your toppings from a wide set of options and get an above-average fast food burger, but not quite a sit-down restaurant quality burger. The best part was the wagyu patties, which were moist and tender without being too greasy. They really were a notch above the standard fast food burger. The toppings were solid. I got add-ons for bacon, a fried egg and mushrooms and I felt like they were all solid and worth it, which isn't always the case. They offer a lettuce wrap, which is fantastic for my carb-conscious wife. They also offered chicken tenders, which is great for my burger-hating daughter. Th only downsides were the price (it was $120 for 4 burgers, 3 shakes, 2 fries, and 1 chicken tenders) and the fact that the fries were floppy and a less crispy than you'd like. The service was mostly good except that one burger came out a solid 3-5 minutes after the rest. It was fine since the last person could munch on friends, but a bit off what you'd hope for.

Yelp
I was in a pinch and decided to try their original wagyu beef hotdogs and onion rings. They were pretty average. I prefer my hotdogs on the ell done slightly burnt side. Their hotdogs tasted steamed rather than broiled. The onion rings were just ok. The wait time was about 10 mins after ordering which was reasonable.

Yelp
Service was friendly and helpful. They have a small outside patio & ample indoor sitting. We got the ceo, waygu burger. Food was good but nothing worth craving. There's street parking & multiple parking garages.

Yelp
Fries were soggy tiny bit of salad 2 chickens tenders and had to pay for extra chicken for the salad waited a long time for food.

Vandit N.

Yelp
It took them 1 hour to make 2 burgers. Lots and lots of people waiting. Dont recommended eating in.

Yelp
Burger Fi is located near Barnes and Noble at Rio and offers burgers, hotdogs and veggie burgers. They also offer sides of homemade fries and onion rings. I ordered their ultimate bacon cheeseburger combo meal for $19. It is a double cheeseburger with ample and flavorful crispy bacon. Their patties are large and tasty. The burger seems to contain more beef than standard fast food. The price is moderately high but reasonable considering the quantity and quality of food. I have not tried the milkshakes but they are also offered on their menu. The seating is adequate and comfortable. They also have flat screen televisions mounted on the walls playing live sports. The fountain sodas offer many flavors and are self serve. Service is relatively quick. Condiments of ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard are also available for self serve.

Yelp
Do not order online from here!!! I tried ordering last week and they literally cancelled my order multiple times. I then had to go drive in person to get the food and the staff were clueless. None of them pick up the phone either. Then for some reason I decided to order again. I order two fries, two chicken tenders, and multiple sauces. ONE CHICKEN TENDERS CAME! That's fricken ridiculous! How do you miss more than half the order???? And now I'm hungry and can't even contact them because they won't pick up the phone and I'm out $40. This is ridiculous, don't order from them!

Yelp
We've been to BurgerFi a few times now, and it's one of the places we like to hit with the burger craving comes! It's fast food, so depending on how busy it is, it will either be clean or not so clean. They try to keep up with it though! This particular trip, there were only a few customers, so it was nice and clear. I love that they open the windows when the weather is nice! I got the BBQ Rodeo Burger, and it was great! I should have put lettuce on it, though, as it was very heavy otherwise. Fries were warm but are on the soft-side. I like mine a little crispy, but the taste was great!

Yelp
Worst. Experience. EVER. It took 20 minutes for just one basic no-frills burger... It wasn't even crowded. And no person would take my order... They forced the kiosk... And the kiosk asked for a tip I'm not going to leave a tip if humans refuse to serve me!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Expensive, quick service hamburger place. We ordered at self-service kiosk for 5 of us and it was $75 for burgers, fries, onion rings, one drink and one milkshake (rest had ice water). It prompts you to tip, even though you place your own order. They do bring it out to you and they were friendly. Burgers were really good. Fries were meh and onion rings were soooo greasy; definitely would pass on those. Milk shake was nice and thick. Overall, it was fine, but nothing special.

Yelp
This was our first visit to a Burger Fi. It took us awhile to decide but we decided on ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER and a junior. The difference between the 2 is the junior is a single everything. It was actually pretty good. Our only complaint was that it was lukewarm by the time we got it home. Maybe it would be better temperature if we ate them there. The custard menu definitely looked interesting but did not try at this visit. Overall first impression was good.

Yelp
This is located across from Lanzhou and across from Dicks sporting goods. The parking lot is actually connected to this place. They have some seats right outside their place which I do see some people take advantage of. They have a cashier and two mobile stations. I personally think the mobile station is faster for paying and checking out. Only came here for the fries which I needed for a craving. Didn't try the burger but I do like how they have the soda machine that AMC the movie has. AMC charges like $7 for a drink while this place is less than $4. Also free refills. The food was okay. The inside was relatively clean. Spacious which I think is good.

Yelp
**Short version: $52 dollars for 1 adult and 1 child to eat mediocre quality food. Hair in food. Ready on time, but rewards system/app rarely works. Cannot order milkshakes ahead here, only in person, and can't earn or redeem points on/for them when system is inevitably down. To be fair, this updated review would be a 2.5 out of 5, but because you have to choose whole stars it got rounded down as an average of my last couple of experiences here. To lead with something nice I will say that the Ghirardelli Chocolate shakes here are amazing. In the future, I think I'll just come here to get that. My recent visits have been mixed. One larger order a couple months ago ended up missing most of the toppings and condiments ordered for 7 hot dogs. As it was a to-go order we did not know this until we reached our destination and did not have time to go back, so we simply made-do with what had made it. Today, I went to order ahead in the app with my rewards account, and the app kept crashing. I tried it on another device, and it had the same issue. So I signed in using a web browser, and was able to place my order, earn points, and redeem an award I had earned on my account. Now, most of a year into existence, you still cannot order milkshakes online or in the app from this location specifically. You can order them ahead from Pike and Rose, no problem. The reason this is relevant, aside from time/convenience, is that this store seems to regularly have issues with the account system, so you can't earn points or redeem rewards. The cashier that helped me today was apologetic, and tried to enter my phone number, when the app qwerty code scan didn't work, but to no avail. I know it wasn't her fault, but more often than not the system is down at this store. My online order was ready on time, so I waited for the shakes to be made, and went on my way. The burgers were ok, made to order, but just...mediocre today? Kind of dry even though they were just made? My destination was a 4 minute drive, so it was not that they suffered in transit. I've taken 5 Guys on much longer drives, and did not have this issue. The next reason this score was rounded down was the hair in my french fries. They were also sad, oily, and all small chunks to begin with. I try to be an understanding customer, but hair in my food literally makes me (physically) sick, it's a reflex I haven't been able to overcome as much as I'd like to. Put an abrupt end to an already below-average meal. The final reason the rewards system being down matters is the same criticism I have of every burger fi as a franchise. It's simply too expensive for a fast food burger. We ordered 1 kids meal, 1 regular cheeseburger, 1 side of onion rings with 2 cheese sauce cups (because they are very small) and the total came to 39 dollars! That is without drinks! If 1 adult burger and side and one kids meal comes to $40 dollars without drinks, that's simply not a good value for this quality of food. The shakes (only come in 1 size) on their own cost $12 and change. That's about $52 for 1 adult and 1 child.

Yelp
Honestly, this was our 2nd time trying this location because I wanted to try the pumpkin pie milkshake, it was pretty good!! Very pricey, $7.99 to add fries and shake to sandwich, an extra $1 to change from American Cheese to Swiss or Pepperjack, $1.49 for grilled mushrooms, and $.079 to add fried onion straws. My son had a chicken sandwich meal and we spent $43.71. The fries looked like a kiddie meal fry, a little charred, but the ones that weren't were flavorful. Overall, the meal was decent but I was tempted to stop at Five Guys for fries

Yelp
The food is good! I love the salted Carmel milkshake! Definitely recommend this restaurant

Yelp
The food is amazing! My daughter LOVES the kids cheeseburger meal! The service is great and they are are always so happy. The ambiance is always great. There milkshakes are pretty

Yelp
Absolute waste of money and one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I paid $1.50 for Cajun seasoning, and what did I get? A sad little sprinkle that I could barely taste. The milkshake was even worse--it literally tasted like sour cream, completely inedible. The soda was flat, like it had been sitting out for hours, and the fries? Soggy, limp, and almost completely unseasoned. For the premium prices BurgerFi charges, this is unacceptable. The lack of quality and attention to detail is appalling. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I'll never be back.

Yelp
First time trying BurgerFi with a friend. We expected something similar to Five Guys tbh. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. We asked if there's a noticeable difference between the regular and wagyu burgers and was told not really so we opted for their regular burgers. I appreciated the honest feedback. We ordered two double bacon cheese burgers, one order of large fries to share (like Five Guys but we normally do medium there) and two soft drinks. I liked that the server several beers on tap. Inside was very spacious and plenty of seating and very clean too. That was nice. The order came to about $40 which was a little surprising. For about $40 I'd rather go to a sit down restaurant like TGIF for burgers. The burger was a little dry for my taste and as expected much smaller than all the photos in the restaurant which is pretty standard. Fries were great but expected a bit more for the price of large fries. Quantity was comparable to Five Guys medium fries. Overall it's OK for a quick bite but I'd probably go somewhere else when I'm craving a good burger. There are much better options at lower prices IMHO like either Five Guys if you want fast food or Damn Good Burger in Shirlington VA...they make amazing burgers.
google avatar

Yelp
I miss BGR but decided to try BurgerFi out last week. I got their Junior burger, garlic and parm fries, and onion rings. Just these three items racked up to $21, which seemed like a lot to me. I probably wouldn't go back but nothing negative to say. I definitely rank BGR and Shake Shack's burgers over theirs, but it wasn't bad.
google avatar

Ray C.

Yelp
Did our first drop in at BurgerFi. And man the burgers are good. Had a bacon cheeseburger, the Waygu Spicy Burger, large order of fries and a couple of fountain drinks. I love the jazzy soda fountains with the multitude of flavors to choose from. No complaints about the quality of food, the taste, or the service. Buuuuuuut, the price. Man that's just about a showstopper. Who are these people that eat $45 hamburger meals? I want to meet them. I mean yes, we did it, but we're not those people. Even if I can afford it I'm just not comfortable spending that kind of money for a quick lunch. I felt like I was ordering in Switzerland or Iceland. I know inflation, labor cost, and supply chain problems lead to these crazy prices but how many businesses can survive this? I'd love to return if circumstances change. Maybe I can hit the lottery. Hmmmm.
google avatar

Shelly J.

Yelp
They are finally open. near Target and Barnes and Noble. Download their app to get free fries. Every thing on the menu is delicious!! Onion rings, fries, shake and burgers are on point! The employees here are great. The give you a number and will bring your food to you, if you're eating in. The give you waitress style service. Always checking on you if you need anything. The fries are ok, though they taste better with their own bbq sauce Burgers are delicious and better than 5 GUYS. Onion rings are huge and heavily coated in a thick batter. Kinda of expensive for (6) rings. The manager Denise or lead cashier gave me somewhat a bad vibe. I wanted to customize my mocha shake to get a churro. The nice cashier would have but Denise snapped and said we can't do that. Like why girl? I wouldn't mind paying extra. Despite Denise and her attitude, I doubt she's the manager. This place is bigger than other locations I've been to. The food will put you in a food coma. Excuse will I go take a nap.
google avatar

Stephen Y.

Yelp
Been here 3 or 4 times now, and although the food is all right, I always end up feeling like it's not worth $20, which is what you will spend on a burger and fries for one person here. Normally I don't comment on the value of a meal if the food is good enough, but it's just way too expensive for an average quality burger and fries that are usually soggy. They also forgot the sauce twice out of the 4 times I've been here, which is disappointing since each 2-ounce (59 mL) sauce cup is $1.50. I think most people would compare this place to Five Guys, which is honestly superior in most aspects.
google avatar

Cindy C.

Yelp
Waited 20 min for order of 3 burgers. I can't say I would ever return again... Burgers were dry. They didn't even get my toppings correct. Fries were burnt. Buns looked like it was sitting out for awhile. Lettuce was torn limpy looking thing and tomatoes were half green and poorly cut. The burgers looked like someone just threw everything together and smooshed it. Overall the presentation was awful and taste was even worse. And for poorly made burgers burgers, onion rings and fries for almost $70? I would've asked for return, had I not ordered carry-out. No, I won't return again. Ever.

Jay F.

Yelp
To know is to understand that I love a good burger and fries. I went to this place for the first time, and the burger and fries weren't good. The burger was subpar, and the fries were cold. The group I was with had fries that were fresher, but they still weren't good. I ended up throwing away over half my food. What a very bad experience for me.
google avatar

Daniel C.

Yelp
BurgerFi served us after waiting at the table for 45 minutes. The burgers were literally moldy (see photo). Their customer support replied to my old review saying they'd make it right... they ghosted us. Will never support this chain.

Craig S.

Yelp
We chose to eat at Burgerfi because it was empty as compared to every other restaurant at the Rio. That should have been our first clue to eat elsewhere. However, we looked at the photos of the burgers and fries which looked amazing and decided to order. We both ordered the cheeseburger combo meal: one with fries, and one with onion rings. We both ordered soft drinks. The cost with tip was $37. When the order arrived, we received two fries instead of one fry and one onion rings. The server agreed the order was incorrect and then brought an order of onion rings from the kitchen. There were only four onion rings in the order! Yes, they were big, but they were also the oiliest onion rings I have ever eaten. The cheese burgers were all bun, lettuce, and tomato. The burger patties were smaller than a McDonald's cheese burger. They were completely hidden in the bun. They even skimped on the sauce. My main beef is that the burgers looked nothing like the photos. In short, we would have enjoyed our meals much better if we had bought value menu items from McDonalds.

Yelp
Really great food really great service me and my friend came here to escape the heat and we both ordered cheeseburgers and we both thought they were delicious. Definitely would recommend to someone who is looking for a nice place to relax.

Yelp
I generally come for The CEO burger, which is the wagyu brisket burger, but wanted to try something different this time. I got the Texas Style Wagyu Dog which is just a basic chili cheese dog with hot sauce. A little over $6. It was pretty good, and nice change of pace from spending more for the burgers. Tasted as if it was a hot link, but most likely the kick was from the hot sauce. Similar to The CEO, I am unsure if the wagyu claims are true, but over all they are both delicious. My top two burger chains are Shake Shack and BurgerFi. The Habit makes number 3, followed by In n Out. Five Guys I am not a fan of. I would recommend BurgerFi if you're in the area and are craving a burger.

Yelp
Was so excited when this opened because this was one of my favorite places in South Florida Amazing burgers for a great price. I love the secret sauce they have and their amazing onion rings. Would highly recommend.

Yelp
Good burgers good shakes good fries why wait in line for 2 hours for one of the restaurants when you can be in and out of this place in less than 20
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
We got the CEO burger(green style), urban fries, and some tenders. Everything was amazing! The fries are definitely cooked and tastes upscale. The burger was juicy and the tenders crisp. Angie answered all of our questions and helped us the make the best choices! Definitely would come back!

Yelp
BurgerFi opened in Rio not too long ago and I decided to check it. If you download their app, you can get free fries with your first order. I ordered a junior burger (one patty) and medium fries. The patty was dry and lacked of seasoning. I had to put pepper and salt on it, which I typically don't do. The burger itself was on the smaller end. The fries were ok, thick cut but a bit soggy. The junior burger itself was about $7. I wouldn't come back and go somewhere else if I wanted a burger. Service was good and the restaurant itself was clean. They have a few draft options which is nice.

Yelp
Ran in to grab some lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Burger was very good, nice toppings and bun to burger ratio. Onion rings are tasty! Good menu for kids too.

Yelp
My neighbors told me a new Hamburger place at Rio, we are about 1 mile away from Rio. They said they had the most delicious onion rings. So I Yelped BurgerFI, the reviews were 3 1/2 stars. I thought it does not make sense, I decided to go and tried this place myself. My husband and I went for dinner just now, the place was busy considering its Wed. My husband ordered Wagyu CEO , I had Chicken classic with lettuce ( no bun ), and of course onion ring. They were so delicious, my husband said he would give them 6 stars if he could. The Wagyu burger was amazing, tender and juicy, the classic chicken lettuce wrap was just plain delicious. We are elderly couple , been around, we are so humble to know how to be grateful, we appreciated these businesses, how hard to establish businesses, because we are one of them. Hence, with my limited English dictionary, I say - please do not write a review on a one bad experience, give the business owner a chance to correct and improve. For consumer, please do not always trust what you read. We will go back!

Yelp
Burger-Fi is a fast food chain that specializes in burgers, fried foods, shakes, and custards. It's neat that all of the burger buns are stamped with Burger-Fi. This is the third Burger-Fi location in Montgomery County. On my first visit, I had the CEO Burger with Parm & Herb Fries and Fountain Soda (yes to the Coca-Cola Freestyle with 100 flavors). The CEO Burger consisted of Double Premium Wagyu Blend, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Garlic Aioli, and Aged Swiss Cheese. It was sweet and savory. The Parm & Herb Fries had the right balance of flavors. On the second visit, there was a long wait for a table. I decided to switch it up and try the Burger-Fi Cheeseburger, which consisted of Double Natural Angus Beef, Double American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, and tangy Burger-Fi Sauce. It was pretty tasty but I enjoyed the CEO Burger more.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Easy ordering platform. The chicken sandwich was great. The toppings on the sandwich were fresh as well, tomato, cucumber, lettuce. Main knocks are a bit pricey having to add fries, and beer selection was lacking. Sorry no food pics I was hungry!!!

Ryan W.

Yelp
My entire order was wrong. Ordered a burger with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, katchup, and mayonnaise with a side of fries and cheese sauce. All I got was a burger on a bun with none of those toppings added and no cheese sauce for my fries. Update: no response from them after asking me to email them.

Yelp
We've been here twice. It's not my favorite of these kinds of burger places. The food is just ok and not really worth the piece. The buns are a little stale and the burgers lack flavor. Fries look over cooked but were decently tasty. Some were cooked better than others. One was pretty undercooked and that was when I tapped out on eating the fries. Could be that it's time to change the oil? My son said the ketchup tasted like pasta sauce. I also don't understand this new tip culture that has come about since COVID. I love to tip when it's a tippable service, but when I'm ordering at the counter and cleaning up my table... why am I tipping someone? Just pay your employees a livable wage. If I'm paying $10 for a mediocre burger and I'm cleaning it up and don't have someone coming to my table for my order or to check on me... there is no reason for a tip.

Yelp
Food was great(especially their fries). Their staff was slightly slow, but they were all fairly relaxed. They had some TVs and a nice touch to the good food. WOULD RECOMMEND!

Yelp
I went with high expectations to burgerfi but was frankly disappointed. We had the spicy wagyu and the bbq rodeo burger with onion rings. I think I got mislead by the menu picture and honestly I was disappointed as soon the food was placed in front of me. The wagyu burger was not spicy enough, the charred jalapeño was like 2 slices, which I had to search for. Wanted the blue moon beer which was not available. I will give one more visit for burgerfi to redeem itself.

Yelp
I hadn't had BurgerFi in a really long time because I remember the price point was pretty steep. However, I was on a lunch break. I needed something close to my work, and this was calling my name. Although the price point is really steep, I actually had a great experience eating their food. I got the bacon double cheeseburger and I mean how can you mess up a bacon double cheeseburger? It was pretty phenomenal and hit the spot. I also got their truffle fries which never fail. I could go back and eat just are truffle fries as an entire meal. They are very filling. I will try not to spend every work break coming here but no promises.

Yelp
The burgers were meh. Our shakes didn't arrive until way after we had finished our burgers. But they were tasty. Onion rings were decent.

Yelp
Unfortunately, the service and the food quality has dramatically worsened I was there at lunch time on June 27, The cashier had significant language challenges. He got my order wrong my colleagues and the two people behind us were all wrong, Everybody was given the same thing tho we ordered different things. The person who brought the drinks to the table couln't speak English at all and didn't understand that we paid for drinks, We tried to ask them to refill the ketcup container both the cashier and the server gave us a blank look they clearly didn't know what we were saying.. As for the food the french-fries were poorly done and the beef was then flat and tough Just don't bother, Word to the manager Your staff need to be able to comunicate well enough to interact with customers

Yelp
The food was okay. Overall, a solid burger place for a quick bite to eat. Their urban flavoring on their fries are really good and the service was quick a pleasant. You order and pay on a machine and you can easily sit and eat. It's a modern vibe with bright lights and overall, a good place to hangout with people in.
