BurgerFi

Been coming here twice a week for about a year. It used to be really good, but then they turned over the staff. Now the burgers are wildly greasy, the buns come out cold and the service is nonexistent. The best worker they have is the touchscreen kiosk. Look at the pic, I literally had to wipe my burger today

Horrible new foreign ownership. The burgers are smaller, frozen and over priced. They recycle the same grease over and over. This place has fallen to new foreign franchise owners who don’t care. They even replaced the Heinz dispenser with cheaper ketchup. Look at these fries to get an idea. Nasty place and over priced, the soda is good. The CEO is cheap frozen patties, not Waygu. I know a fake frozen burger when I have one. Go to Burger 21 for your money’s worth. Paid 32 for a SMALL chicken sandwich and a CEO with dirty old grease rotten fries. Garbage, will be out of business in a year.

Nice burger spot. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are priced fairly. But now i paid almost $7 for 6 onions smh nope nope won't do that again. My daughter loved her Burger meal, and she asked for seconds. She is a picky eater and won't eat anybodies burger. Customer Service could be better. The cashier was very soft-spoken and quiet. No greeting upon arriving. Food was served fresh and hot. The wait is worth it. Oreo cookie Custard Shake was yummy. Perfect thickness. Clean restaurant

The hamburgers I received all had soft buns, and the first bite of the fries was all mushy, all soft.

Place wasn't bad. Decent and worth a try. Fries were great. In my opinion better than 5 guys fries. Four of us it ran just over $70 so definitely not cheap by any means.

This place has quality meat (top 10 fast food restaurants forest quality) and you can taste it! It's a simple fast food restaurant, with seating for 95 that includes seating for 4 to 8 tops. Burgers are made fresh to order, fries are crisp, onion rings are huge, and delicious. Order came out exactly as requested. Staff is friendly. Had to ask to have tables cleaned before seating ourselves. Order up front, pay when order is placed, then they will call your name when your order is complete. Definitely will visit again!

Haven't been to this location for about 6-7 months, came back today and WOW! I never knew a burger and fries could taste so bland ! I used to come here all the time with my sister after school and the burgers were good and tasty. Now it is 0/10 and we had to throw our food away after a few bites. 0/10 new management sucks and everything has NO TASTE. Very sad, never coming back again :(

The CEO burger is always great. Simple yet flavorful, savory, not overwhelming, and a special standout burger that is a signature of FI. The other picture is of the regular single cheeseburger, which wasn’t at all special and actually a bit underwhelming, but it is what it is. I just won't get it anymore. Onion rings over here have always been fantastic and today was no exception.

I came in to try the grilled chicken sandwich even though this place is known for fresh burgers .The service was excellent and brought my meal out to me. The ambiance was casual but the aluminum chairs are hard and screech when pulled our from the table which makes my skin crawl like when someone in elementary school would scratch the chalkboard! The grilled chicken sandwich was nice not thrilling but nice.The fried were wonderful! Amazingly tasty and fresh cut! A cool thing BF does is branding their buns with the name of what you're eating.They also serve hotdogs, custard, and craft beer. Next time I will try the burger and update .

I just left the Burgerfi. I ordered a single burger and fries; cost me $13.76. The actual burger did not even cover half the bun; loaded me down with fries though. The store only serves salt - no pepper; you figure. Staff (a young lady) was superb - she brought my meal to my table and she was very courteous and professional. The store does not sell hot dogs anymore; so, if you're looking for a good hot dog - this is not the place to go.

Our last stop for Gwinnett Burger Week! #4 was the spicy swag burger and it was very good! 2 wagyu smashed patties with crispy edges yum, ghost pepper bacon, grill jalapeños, and spicy steak sauce all made for a quite tasty burger. Very clean place even the restrooms. The young woman that took our order stopped me from giving 5 stars because the grown in her face let you know she'd rather be anywhere but here. I'm stopping tipping for counter service bc it is out of control! I know people working the counter make way more than $2.13 an hour and I'm not giving them 28% for taking my order!

We love eating burgers and fries from here. They have the best potato skin cut fries. The burgers are delicious too! I love the single burger without cheese. This time I visited just to get my rewards shake for my birthday and fries. The young lady was helpful and courteous at the register. She did well for them to become busy. The dining area was clean and spacious enough for a group of people to eat. They do not have outside seating but you will love the dining tables inside. Even though it 15 minutes to get the milkshake, it was the sever's fault that the machine would not work. She was very pleasant and assisted us, letting us know it would take some time and the young man would fix it for it to work.

Service was absolutely terrible. The ambiance was subpar. The owner happened to be there and was incredibly rude when he approached me. Will not be going back. The food was barely decent.

Very nice workers. But the food is Average. I'm used to Burger-FI burgers being the best! This location is not. They don't stamp the burgers with the burger fi, also the salad I had was missing ingredients

Burger Fi Peachtree corners Georgia is a mess. The fries are old and the onion rings are old. The worst part is that their phone number on their website is out of order the phone number on Google is out of order they don't list wings on their website so the only way to get them to go is to actually go there and sit and wait for them. It's a mess!!

We love eating our burgers from this location! The customer service is outstanding everyone is polite, respectful, and kind. They always greet us with a smile, making us feel welcome and appreciated. And of course, the burgers are absolutely delicious!

One of our classic go-to spots when we feel like a quick dinner to-go. Love their burger options that include beyond meat! Service is usually super friendly and quick!

I was hesitant to try this place at first because of the reviews. I'm glad I gave it a try. The girl at the front with the red hair was very patient, polite & friendly. The burger could use more seasoning, it was kind of bland but the cheese & sauce made up for it. The burger was good and so were the fries. (I had the urban fries with garlic aioli). I would deff go back for sure.

I've ordered from this place many times. often from different locations and so far i've had no complaints with any of them. food is always cooked to order and made fresh. prices are moderate but are very worth the money if you don't mind the price. ambience is moderate, nothing too sparkly about the inside but nonetheless you always get a good service everytime.

They deal in fresh and cleanly service. My vegan beyond burger meal was packaged well and was so good! The restaurant has a very simple and clean layout.

I'm not much of a burger person, but when I do want a good hearty burger, burgerfi is my go to place. I decided to sit inside and eat today. This location normally is rather empty so I wasn't surprised that we were one of maybe 5 people there. Definitely a good place to go by yourself. I ordered the CEO with a side of onion rings which came to a total of a little bit over $15. This is not your typical burger spot, as you can tell from the price. However, you do get your moneys worth with the burger. I was a little disappointed in the amount of onion rings I got, but I should've expected that given that they are labeled colossal. Next time, I'm order the fries instead. Overall, a classic place to go if you're looking for a good burger.

I've heard that if you like In-N-Out, you'd like BurgerFi. And I've never had In-N-Out, so I can't compare them together. BUT, I will say BurgerFi is pretty good. I got their BurgerFi Cheeseburger which comes with 2 pattys. It's pretty filling, but the taste of beef is overwhelming. It comes with a single lettuce and a single tomato, and if you're like me you might want to ask for another leaf of lettuce. The seating area and service are like your normal restaurants. If you're looking for a burger that allocates the taste evenly, you may want to order a Burgerfi Cheeseburger Jr.

First time visiting BurgerFi and I went on one of the busiest days, September 18 which is National Cheeseburger day. The deal they offered was with the order of a drink you can get a $3 cheeseburger. Even though they were crowded, food came out in a timely manner and the workers were doing their best to clean tables in between guests. As for the food, I enjoyed the burger, which comes with their special sauce, lettuce, tomato and a patty (only one in the JR version). The bread is similarly to a potato bread. The burger overall was good and I would have it again. The fresh cut fries were fried well, but were too salty, but I did get a few that didn't have too much salt and those were good. I would certainly visit this establishment again.

The only suggestion I would have as a vegan or on behalf of any plant-based individual who orders the Vegefi or Beyond burger is to add "vegan cheese" as an option. Most vegans and plant-based eaters want cheese added to their burgers. So, yeah, cow cheese doesn't suit us, so we don't have any other option but to get it plain. Just a little one-up! Support us just a little more, don't be scared!

Love the food! Hate the service! I come here every weekend to get a good well made burger. And the good is worth the $20. However, I have noticed for a while now I will walk into the place and they are just standing around ignoring you. Like literally see you standing at the counter and no one is at the register. But a bunch of people standing in the food prep area trying to ignore someone is standing there. And it's not a one off. I have noticed this at least since around Christmas. Constantly!! It's super disappointing, because the food is really good. So after I got my food, I decided to talk to the manager to let him know my experience today and on previous occasions. I describe how I was ignored and treated rudely. And you know what he said...."Ok" and stared at me". I realize at that point that he was also part of the problem. So I left not feeling any accountability would be taken. Nor will the culture change. This place will never get another dime from me. But they will get a letter to Shahravi Lakhani General Manager.

This place almost KILLED ME!!! I have a SEVERE egg allergy and I was told that the gluten free bun had no eggs in it. They were wrong and it almost cost me MY LIFE. They're serving this bun to people who are VEGAN as well knowing they contain eggs. This is shameful and I will be reaching out to the owner, management and corporate. Terrible.

Good burger. Price is a little steep for what it is. Service was meh. It's "quick service" not quite fast food not quite table service. They seemed to have a decent crowd at dinner.

The burgers were scrumptious.. the service implacable .. must try if you haven't already..

Not sure what's going on at BurgerFi on 120 but the only thing I can compliment is the cashier. She was very nice. Burger was good, fries soggy and terrible. Milkshakes were so good here but tonight machine broken. Also no hotdogs. Pretty sure it is on the way out. Sad.

I'm currently doing a BURGER HAUL and trying burgers from all over the city (Vortex, Shake Shack, Grindhouse, etc, etc...). I decided to try BurgerFi out, and honestly what brought me in was the Garlic Aioli fries. When I read that item on the menu, It quickly brought me back to Fred's in Krog Street Market.... I ordered the BurgerFi Pairing which comes with (2) Patties and a fry. I must have not been paying attention, but I paid for another patty which was $2.50 and Garlic Aioli fries which was about $5, which made my total almost $25. Lol!... Nonetheless, they have a fair selection of burgers that already come with (2) patties, and it's cheaper to upgrade your fries than buy separately. This is a major plus as many burger restaurants charge separately for these items. The taste of the burger was hot and fresh. The packaging is nice and trendy and I like the concept of "Burger for Every1". To be honest though, there is nothing special. Quality is good, the burger is fresh, portion is large, but I don't know If this will be my go too place for a burger. The patty wasn't too seasoned, and the place reminded me of Wayback Burgers. Fresh food but just nothing special. The Garlic Aoli fries were tasty but since I had the fries from Fred's, the bar has been set for Garlic fries... The staff is very nice, service was fast (ordered online), and the location is great near many other restaurants and Gwinnett Hospital. Definitely try for yourself!

10/10!! The burgers were sooo good. I got the regular BurgerFi and that was bussin! My son got the CEO wagyu and that was bussin too. The loaded fries were delicious with the garlic aioli too. Overall it was great. I'm definitely going back to try the onion rings next.

This BurgerFi is located in Duluth Hwy, and since is the closest one to me I decided to give it a try. When I went, they have a pretty good deal "buy one, get one $1" which was pretty convenient since they're kinda expensive. Their menu is not as extensive, but they have very good options. They offer from Wagyu burgers, to plant based burgers. Their ingredients are so fresh, and everything tasted so great. They also have hot dogs, shakes, ice cream, and draft beers. I ordered the double cheeseburger, and the cry + fry which is fries, and double battered onion rings. The onion rings were HUGE, and absolutely delicious. This is definitely a cool place to hang out, have a couple beers and great burger. ESPAÑOL Este BurgerFi está ubicado en Duluth Hwy, y como es el más cercano a mí, decidí probarlo. Cuando fui, tenían una muy buena oferta "compre uno, obtenga uno $ 1", lo cual fue bastante conveniente ya que son un poco caros. Su menú no es tan extenso, pero tienen muy buenas opciones. Ofrecen desde hamburguesas Wagyu hasta hamburguesas a base de plantas. Sus ingredientes son muy frescos, y todo sabía muy bien. También tienen perros calientes, batidos, helados y cervezas de barril. Pedí la hamburguesa doble con queso, y el cry + fry que son papas fritas, y aros de cebolla. Los aros de cebolla eran enormes y absolutamente deliciosos. Este es definitivamente un lugar genial para pasar el rato, tomar un par de cervezas y una gran hamburguesa.

The food is good. But, why is the floor so sticky. I'm OCD on certain things and floors are one of them. Is it the chemicals or no one is just mopping the floor? or using a dirty mop...? And it sticks to my shoes on the way out back in my car

Had the bbq rodeo burger, incredible! Prices are inline with most upper burger joints, this is not McDonald's or Wendy's. Service was awesome, friendly and open with recommendations to this new customer. Atmosphere was quiet, tv on news, the other on Braves baseball. Facility was clean. All tables were clean and cleaned immediately after customer left as order taker was free from register. Shahravi thanks for making me feel comfortable and being so accommodating, you are a gem in the customer service arena!!

If your looking for a good burger place in Suwanee. You should try this place. It kind of has a shake shack vibe to it and friendly staff.. Now... to food! I don't eat pork or beef, so I got there VegeFI burger. My bf got the CEO since he eats meat and shared chicken tenders. He said the CEO was good. My burger was really good and the chicken tenders were ok. They were crunchy and thick. Personally, don't like chicken tenders thick. Fries were really good. I love that they didn't put a lot of salt. We will definitely be back when we're in this area.

I had an amazing experience at BurgerFi! The Spicy Chicken Burger and fries were absolutely fantastic. What stood out even more was the exceptional customer service. We'll definitely be back every time we're craving delicious burgers.

I don't leave reviews often because most of the time the service and the food isn't worth it, but Michaels customer service was A++++!!! Friendly, Attentive, caring and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure our food was prepared properly and with care all while maintaining a smile!! I haven't had great service like this in a very long time!!! Restaurants need to take note!!

This $20 beyond burger .... waiting with anticipation. Yes .... I would come again. Got the ghost burger made with the beyond burger. Nobody asked me what toppings I wanted so I missed the lettuce and tomato! Even still, awesome burger and onion rings .... plus organic Honest tea

I don't really know how to feel about this place. This was my first time trying it. First off let me say this place is kinda dirty. The table was sticky and no one was wearing mask. The menu had plenty options to choose from vegan friendly. The burger was on the dry side reminded me of wendys burger a little. The truffle fries are delicious though!! I would be back solely for the fries.

I have a new favorite! This place is amazing. I walked in and was completely mesmerized. I cannot lie. It's more than what you would pay for a typical burger. But I will say that it's worth the wait. They use 100% peanut oil so if you have an allergy this is not the place for you! The restroom was state of the art. They are actually saving water and trees at the same time. (Check my video). I got the veggie burger and the cry/fry(onion rings & fries mix). I love the fact that everything is literally made to order. It makes a difference when you taste the difference. The burger was cooked to perfection. I haven't had onion rings in a while and thoroughly enjoyed these. They were monster sized rings lol. Overall, I'm glad I got lost and decided to stop in. I will most definitely be back with friends!

In a small strip but there is ample parking. Order at the counter. Get a pager and get buzzed when it's ready. Burgers, fries, onion rings, craft beer and custards. Free style coke machines too. Food is good. They gave custard samples and it was delicious. Nice patio.

Burgerfi never ceases to amaze me. I have tried every burger they have on Their menu. Their Fi sauce is insane. This restaurant is fast service and excellent customer service. The Fi sauce used to be free but is now 60c which sucks . 4 stars is because their fries are meh and will not hold up to any travel or delivery. Buy in small quantities if you want some. I'm not a big fan of their well done fries One word of advice is the spicy chicken sandwich is really spicy. I love it but it may be real hot for people with sensitive palates

I really was excited to go here and I wanted to love it. It is a little far distance from me and I planned the day around going here. I was kind of disappointed. I had the Breakfast all Day burger. Good news/bad, the yoke from the egg exploded in my hair as I ate it. It wrecked my sweater and caused me to go wash my hair in the bathroom. Good yummy yoke! Sadly i didn't get to enjoy it on the burger lol. But overall the fries were fantastic and the bun was so soft and pillowie! Over priced tho and just didn't really do anything for me to keep me going back.

The food slaps pretty hard. I think I could eat it every day. The parm fries are god tier

This is my second time ordering from this location via Uber eats. The first time was spot on the beat burger and onion rings I've ever had. Unfortunately, my second experience wasn't the same. I ordered the cheese burger. The meat was pink *ugh*. The fries were covered in grease! I will say the onion rings were still pretty darn good.

Burgers are good but not great. Fries are kept warm from being cooked sometime earlier in the day and never were salted. Onion rings are great! When you order on the website you are asked who each burger is for as you are designing it which seems like a nice convenience if only they would mark the burgers after they make them!

What's so awesome is listening to the cook and the manager drop F-bombs while customers are in the store. Have common sense. Do better.

We stopped after leaving our jobs in downtown ATL headed out of town on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We had previously visited a BurgerFi when we lived in Maryland. This was my first visit to one since becoming Vegan. I ordered the Veggie burger and we split a large fry. The fries orders are huge and I am glad it was as my Veggie burger tasted excellent but was small for the price. I honestly could have had a double. The customer service was average and the visit all the way around was just average as it was in Maryland.

I ordered a SWAG burger and made it a meal with Cajun fries. One of the worst meals I've ever eaten. Well, worst couple bites. I threw 80% of both burger and fries away because they were both terrible. The burger had a very sour taste. I ordered without the sweet ghost pepper sauce but the burger was still incredibly sweet, which I personally dislike. I was drawn to this burger because it looked spicy and salty (without the sweet sauce) but it had a very monotone flavor which tasted like bad meat and sugar. Not what I look for in a burger. It wouldn't have been so upsetting if it hadn't cost $20 for the one burger, fries and drink. I was told it cost $5 to make it a meal but it was close to $7 on my receipt because it cost extra to add a tiny bit of Cajun seasoning. I asked for extra but it didn't really help. I doubt I will return because on my last visit I couldn't eat my burger because it was extremely rare and inedible. Both visits were to go orders.

This place never disappoints, whether its been since yesterday or its been a couple months since I have eaten here its always an amazing treat. Mind you I come 30 minutes at minimum out of my way from home to come eat here thats how much I enjoy this place. They have the best onion rings I have ever had and their fries are prepared and served to a standard out of this world. Their Burgers are amazing and you can taste the high quality meat and the TLC put into ever one put out.

The food was delicious and the great. The burger is always tasty and their drinks are soo refreshing

We were lucky enough to have the owner make our food ! It was so so so so so so so good ! The burger fi sauce is so delicious to ' I always forget to order it on my burger so he gave it to me on the side without any problems ! The onion rings ! Oh so perfect As I'm writing this review I wish I lived close enough to get more. Thank you for caring about our bellies ! It was a perfect Sunday treat !

Two words of advice to this new burger place - "hair net". I pulled a price of long brown hair of my mouth that was embedded in my fries. I have short black hair cause I'm a dude. Avoid this place. Five guys is next door

Tasty burgers better than the others. Was surprised by taste even though they came in a box like whoppers back in the day. Will be visiting again.
