"Order Beyond Burgers, a breakfast all day option stacked with fried egg, bacon, hash browns, and maple syrup, or the double patty CEO, topped with candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli, and Swiss cheese at BurgerFi, then take it out on the patio at the front that overlooks St. Rose Parkway in Henderson." - Susan Stapleton

Overall: Bland food, somewhat pricey, small protein portions, longer wait times, good customer service. Tried their Cheeseburger because I had a coupon for B1G1 and I was curious. Substituted 1 slice white Cheddar for the double American slices, added pickles, grilled onions, ketchup and Mustard, got the fi sauce on the side w/ and order of the truffle mayo on the side ($0.97). Service was very nice and seemed like they took the time to get everything right, however the only thing that was correct was the single slice white Cheddar and the side of Truffle Aioli. 🤷‍♂️ No pickles, grilled onions, ketchup or Mustard on either burger and forgot one fi sauce. Figured that one out by glance in the drive thru, however was in a hurry to get lunch back to my girlfriend before she had to return to work and didn't see the other omissions until it was too late. The Truffle Aioli was definitely not worth it, hardly any truffle flavor, better Truffle Aioli at smashburger, the fi sauce is pretty much your decent/std 1000 island type dressing. The quality of the burgers seemed ok, however they were pretty dry and bland. For the price, in my opinion, the burgers could be larger, at minimum not cooked so well done (killing the "premium" beef) and at least catch some salt and pepper for goodness sake. Overall, I honestly didn't see the value. Without the coupon I'd have paid close to $20 for two burgers that could be eaten in one sitting by most people (most likely leaving those with larger appetites wanting more). Sans a coupon I'd have to knock it down to 2 stars. Our buns (which were pretty decent) had their fancy Brands/Tattoos though LOL, but none of the other toppings under them. 🤷‍♂️ With so many other good burger options in the area, I'm kinda on the fence about going back. I typically try to give spots a couple of shots though before I write them off and I'm definitely curious about the CEO burger and especially Onion Rings after the range of raving reviews, I dig a good onion ring Lol 🤤. Update 12/29: Gave'em another shot today and tried the onion rings and Waygu hot dog. The hot dog I found to be pretty good, it had a good texture, taste, a little snap to the skin and was nicely grilled. The bun was Meh, I found myself tearing pieces off as I went, didn't compliment the dog at all, kinda dense and dry. My hugest disappointment to date though is the onion rings. They LOOK absolutely beautiful, an awestriking "fat masterpiece 🤤" appearing to be bursting with Crunch and Flavor. My excitement immediately melted away after the first bite 🤢. The outside has a light crisp to it, then your teeth sink into this almost flavorless mush, with a hint of beer taste. The onion itself had a decent texture though not much flavor either. They made me sad 😢. I tried to hit them with some pink Himalayan salt at home to make them palatable and I just couldn't... I made it through ONE and took one bite out of a second (mind you I was hungry as hell) before I had to pack it up and take them back they were so terrible. I couldn't subject my body to this flavorless heart attack, nor subject my wallet to a single $6.37 onion ring. They're huge, beautiful and absolutely flavorless. I was sad, so sad I had to get an order of onion rings from Jack in the Box (last photo). Upon returning, the folks were nice enough to swap the onion rings out for 3 chicken tenders and threw in some sauces for me. Unfortunately, the tenders are nothing to write home about either, crispy yet small, bland and the oil seemed iffy. Out of the sauces (Ghost Honey, Honey BBQ & Honey Mustard BBQ), I found the Honey BBQ to be the best and most flavorful. Ghost honey didn't have much ghost lol, and the Mustard one seemed a bit too "creamy or Mayo-ey" 🤷‍♂️ All in all, if you're not into super flavorful food, have sodium restrictions and not concerned about prices, this could be your spot. After everything I've tried, unfortunately I'll have to pass. Solid 2.5 stars for me, mainly due to the decent quality of the food and the service.

When we came in, it was very slow. There was probably just a couple on the other table besides us. The one who took our orders was nice. It was almost $60 for a couple and 2 kids, although I only share with my 3 yr old. We got the food, very disappointing portion. First the burger was so tiny. My onion rings were 3 pcs. ( although it was good). Fries were small portion too. Shakes are good too. 2 stars for the shakes and onion rings. But that's about it. Would we come back? Probably not.

This was my first time here, but it did not disappoint . This place is amazing! Never been to a burger spot like this EVER! Food was fresh and hot. Nice modern interior look, clean facility, staff were professional and courteous. They have outside seating and interior seating . It is conveniently located with plenty of parking and they have drive-thru as well . The burgers 🍔 were amazing , fresh and juicy and the fries were just as delicious too . We had three different burgers and they were all tasty. You can definitely tell these burgers are the real deal. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. This may be my new favorite burger spot in the area . Highly recommend and definitely will be back soon !

I am so happy we have at least one of these here in Vegas. I had the Swag meal for my first visit & it was delicious. The quality of the meat was incredible. The manager that took my order was clearly a hard-working man. Because he took my order and hurried back to work in the kitchen with the cook. That's always very nice to see. & his service to me was extremely gracious. I can't wait to go back and try many more things on the menu. It's not a close drive at all for me, but hey at least I can charge up my car a bit at the charger conveniently placed right next to it. Also, the drive-thru is extremely spacious so you don't have to worry at all about scratching your rims haha If you love In-N-Out as much as I do this is a must-try. For the quality of the burger at such a modest price. It is tremendous.

There was an imprint on the burger which I thought was kind of unique in a particular way, the meat was juicy, bun was crisp and the fries were deep fried with the potato skin on them that gave off a rustic taste to it. Some people may not prefer this and personally, it's not one of my favorites but it was done pretty well that it was tasty. The inside of this restaurant gave off a weird alien sci-fi vibe with the metal chairs and the sign being green. I do not have anything against it, just something I felt like sharing, maybe it's just me, or another review might agree with my perspective. I also order a hot dog to go for later, I will tell you this.. Bravo!!!, not a lot of hot dog places slice up the beef frank up the middle to maximize the cook of the dog. The only place that served the best hot dogs in Los Angeles is Earle's on Crenshaw. This hot dog restaurant does the same thing and it hits the spot. I will not say BurgerFi hot dog was better, but the technique utilized is a secret that I thought no other place does but Earle's so I will applaud the establishment for knowing how to cook a hot dog right. Overall this is a nice place to grab a bite to eat, so I will definitely be revisiting this establishment again, and the staff was super friendly as well.

Just tried this place while we were charging the MachE. It’s really good. The staff was super nice. Loved the onion rings. Oh and a Coke freestyle machine x2 Ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger And some deserts very good food. The red velvet cement is messy just a warning. But excellent We will definitely be back

When we walked in the place, it was completely empty. That immediately caused us a little concern. After all, it was lunch time on the weekend! Since we were the only ones ordering food, it came as soon as expected. The BurgerFi Burger was just okay. Hardly any lettuce or tomato at all, no pickles and rather dry meat patties; not juicy. I guess the beef was supposed to be really high quality, but I really couldn't tell compared to other hamburgers at half the price, because they were overcooked. I definitely would not buy another one of those. The CEO meat was really good, better than other places. But, it lacked any real taste seasoning or flavor. We had to put extra condiments on both just to enjoy them. The drink machine seemed to be spitting out a lot more soda water than flavoring. I got two different drinks and both were weak. The french fries were served hot and fresh. But, they're nothing but fried julienned potatoes. So, I don't think they would do well through a drive-thru. Overall, we spent quite a bit of money on hamburgers that were "just okay." I doubt we will return. So many other burger places have very tasty and juicy burgers. From the entire time we were there, nobody else visited the restaurant, inside or drive-thru. We were the only customers for over an hour. We sat outside on the patio and slowly drank our second drinks. Nobody. Now we know why. Friendly service.

I went on only the 3rd day they were open. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you like Shake Shack this place is on par with them. I really wanted to like this place and I was eager to try it because they have a Wagyu burger. I ordered a SWAG (spicy Wagyu burger), Ultimate bacon cheeseburger, large onion rings, and large fries Urban Style which has Parmesan cheese, herbs, and garlic aioli. My order was to go and I didn’t check it before I left and I should have known better. I was handed 2 bags, one had the burgers in it and the other I could see onion rings inside. When I got home and we were getting ready to eat I realized that the bag contained only onion rings and no fries. The order of onion rings was big so it kinda looked like it could have onion rings and fries inside the bag but it only had the rings. The onion rings were very good. Nice and thick, a good batter, and crunchy, I would recommend them. The bacon cheeseburger was OK, not the greatest I had, but it didn’t disappoint. My problem was with the SWAG burger. It had a nice heat profile but it wasn’t Wagyu. I was expecting American Wagyu, which is a cross between an Angus cow and a Wagyu cow, but it still has a distinct flavor. This burger tasted just like the meat on the bacon cheeseburger, there was no difference. Now maybe they accidentally put the regular patties on my burger which would explain a lot, or maybe they just don’t have real Wagyu, or the blend is just 10% Wagyu but neither of us could tell the difference between the meat of the 2 burgers. But as a regular spicy burger it was nice. I downloaded the BurgerFi app while I was waiting for my order because I had high hopes for this place. I emailed a complaint about the missing fries through the app but haven’t yet heard from them. We’ll see.
