This location is the absolute worst in the chain. Normally I don't like to leave bad reviews especially for fast food, but when you're charging $18 for a crap-quality burger and fries, you're going to hear it.
I placed an order through the app at 7:30PM, when I arrived there at 7:50PM as the app told me the order would be ready, they hadn't even cooked my order yet.
So I waited 20 minutes, multiple people came in walked up to the counter, ordered, and got their food before I did and I had ordered 45 minutes prior.
When they finally did build the order, they left it on the counter for 10 minutes and didn't even tell me it was there until I walked up and asked them what was going on?
When I got home, everything was freezing cold. I just sent an email to corporate asking for my money back, not paying for that crap.
I was watching the cooks and the girl at the counter the whole time and could tell they were poorly trained, so I putting this 100% on management.
They were haphazardly creating orders, moving as slow as molasses with multiple people waiting, they had no clear system of organization, there was zero communication between the counter girl and the cooks when orders were ready.
Poor management, poor training, and poor quality service. Not coming back. I just pulled the burger and fries out of the microwave...for $18!
