This is a nice burger chain. They have implemented a touch screen ordering system, which I found easy and convenient to use. They also have combos, which makes it a good value offering. The restaurant was clean and the staff was welcoming, they bring the food to your table. Indoor and outdoor tables

My husband and I came here to grab lunch before heading out to the beach. Fantastic food and excellent here. The service by Howard was AMAZING as we were greeted with a smile from the moment we walked until we left. With her alone, I’d recommend this location to anyone!

They were very personable. The bathroom was very clean. They asked me after I was finished eating, if I was pleased with my order and if there was anything else they could have helped me with. Was really impressed.

Best soda and ketchup machines. Burger are delicious and the fries well cut potatoes. Dog friendly. 🐶👍👍

Visited the place with some friends, honestly their burger doesn’t impress anymore, feels like the quality went down with time, not what used to be, probably last time I visited a burgerfi location, the location is very convenient right by the beach, plenty of parking right in the front, inside: clean 3 from 5 , bathroom: for a place that close to the beach pretty clean, their burgers definitely not worth the money, Wendys above them

Ordered the Beyond Burger with fries and enjoyed the meal. The burger was served on a bun with ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions with American cheese. I really enjoyed the burger. The fried potatoes were also good, served with the potato skin still on and crispy. Some fries were a bit overdone. Service was excellent.

CEO burger and truffle fries were delicious 😋. For two people burgers, fries, two beers and tips came around 50+ dollars

First of all, I haven't been to bugerfi for a long time due to their high prices. On national burger day however I decided to visit since they had a tremendous deal! The burgers and fries were great! The restaurant itself, though, smelled musty/greasy. I know it's technically a fast food joint, and it's not expected to be spotless. But at the same time, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. And just to add, we were the first customers of the day. I wouldn't rush back to this chain unless another coupon or sale.

I love BurgerFi! This spot is in such a great location as it's right next to the beach. I've come here solo and also with large groups of friends and it never disappoints. Today I stopped by for a lunch deal- burger,fries and a drink for $13 (I was so hungry I wolfed it down so quick and forgot to snap a photo lol). Then finished it off with dessert! Terrance there is an absolute treasure! He was running the up front area by himself , delivering food and being so helpful and genuinely caring. It's not too often you have people who are purely kind and he just exudes it! When I came in this time, they also have this Heinz machine that mixes your condiments for you (you can combine mayo, bbq, ketchup, ranch, and hot sauces). Self served and pretty cool! There is no doubt I will be back again soon.

Our first time visiting BURGERFI while on vacation. This was located near the beach so it was a nice place to grab a quick bite without dealing with all the crowded restaurants closer to the beach. The burger, fries and shakes were very fresh and delicious. It reminded me of Culver's burgers which I love. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. Overall a great little burger place!

Tim is awesome! He took our order for a large group to-go and was so so nice. He got everything right and were super happy with our service. This location is now cleaner than past years, and maintains a great temperature with the A/C blowing nice and cool inside and also the doors open to let in the ocean(ish) breeze . Located about a block from the beach, a lot of people wear bathing suits with coverups and flip flops. The food is always so good. Love the breakfast burger and the classic burger with cheese. My family always switches it up and they have basically liked everything. Careful though! They fry things in PEANUT OIL, so if you're allergic beware!!

Beware of the parking scam there, there is not enough parking for the traffic, it is in a very busy part of the city by the beach.

Went here with my mom and it was great! I wanted to get a burger and then when I saw there was a fried chicken sandwich I couldn't resist! The chicken was cooked perfectly, the lettuce was fresh, even the pickles were placed perfectly on the sandwich with three of them. The service was great as well, we asked for some to go packaging knowing we were going to have leftovers up front and the team member at the front was super helpful. Great that the location is off the beach too. They do have beer and wine available as well.

I am too usually nonplussed by burgers but the ones at this LBTS Burger Fi are absolutely freaking delicious. And the staff is so gracious and attentive. Plus, the option to leave the fries without salt is great - they are so tasty as is. We cannot wait to go back!

I got a free shake with purchase on my App, so I decided to have lunch there. The Oreo shake was delicious....I could taste the bits of oreo and the creaminess of the shake was really good. I also got a burger with no sauce. It tasted a bit plain, so I added some ketchup and mustard and it was delicious. Their burgers are moist, juice and nicely cooked. The store itself was a bit of a mess, with tables not being cleaned and dirty paper napkins all over the floor. I cleaned my table myself and waited for my order to be ready. If you eat out on the terrace....BEWARE....the birds will quickly pick on your food if you leave it unattended for even a minute... I would advise to bring your tray with you if you want to get anything from the condiment or beverage counter. Plenty of parking for customers..

The food and service were great! We arrived at 1030PM and their closing time is at 11PM. They took us in and served us well.

Service is always friendly, food is consistent and always amazing. Price isn't bad - comparable to anywhere in the area. It doesn't matter which one you go to, its always the same. Always clean and cool atmosphere

I've been coming to this Burgerfi for years now and lately they have really stepped their game up! Food is always just how I want it and fresh. The employees are kind and hard working. Shoutout to Memphis for helping me!

Food hit the spot for a post beach day burger. Service was quick for being so busy. Appears to be a teen hangout spot as there were lots of kids.

One of the best burger places I have ever been to. Being a vegetarian mainly, I find it hard to find good tasting vegetarian burgers, I tried many and they have failed me. BurgerFi does get the vegetarian burger damn right. I used to live in Florida and moved away. I wish these guys are all across the country, they would be a hit just with their vegefi burger. I still come by here whenever I visit south Florida. Their fries are amazing as well! Great food choices in the menu overall.

Saturday, July 8th 2023 just after 5 PM As soon as I walked in I could feel the filthy and slimy floor under my shoes and it was dangerous to walk on. I thought to myself, this store is on the beach, and it's been a long day, just be careful as you walk across the floor. The soda machine was disgusting and it resembled a truckstop toilet. It was totally splattered with every color soda and it really starting to look like fecal matter. I carefully got my soda without touching anything and went to my table. Which I had to clean myself. My burger was pretty much exactly like a Wendy's double cheeseburger except that a Wendy's burger is better, fresher and has eatable toppings unlike the one I had today at this BurgerFi The onion rings were perfect. My soda was flat. The staff was nice and polite, but not very tidy. Overall, I recommend avoiding this location as I now feel quite nauseous. Today I remembered why I never go to BurgerFi. Sometimes I have short-term memory loss.

Love the fact I can order from the kiosk without having to wait in line. Food good too.

Me and my friends (who are minors) walked into the restaurant in our bathing suits (since it is on the beach). Seconds after we walked in, we were very rudely approached by a female worker telling us we must leave the premise and cover up if we wanted to order. The lady had a very judgmental tone, pointed her finger at us, and looked us up and down. If she had approached us kindly, we would have no issu, but she really lower our self esteem and made us want to leave.

The employee had her airpods in and the kitchen messed up our order not once but TWICE!

It was a pick up order and everything was expected. Taste is fine. The location is the best thing about this burger place.

Ordered online. Was nicely greeted by someone who I assume was the manager. Went inside and it was chaos. Four people "working" but not really getting g anything done. No one asked me for anything so I approached the counter and advised that I was picking up an order. Guy looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. He asked my name, looked at some tickets, and then went to another customer who ALREADY HAD HIS ORDER! So, I get ignored for another five minutes before I literally have to yell, 'Can I please get some help with my order?!' Mind you, there have been NO new customers come in since I got there. Order was finally processed 20 minutes after promise date. Went home. Normally one serves onion rings after you take the peels off the onions. Seems BurgerFi doesn't believe in that process. Worthless. Never going back.

They're at a super busy location that was a little difficult to get to. Asked for "low to no sauce" and the burger was drenched and soggy from the sauce. Had to pull the whole thing apart and wipe it down with napkins - yuck. Had the veggie burger, and based on the latter, it wasn't so great, also, the patty seemed to be fried?? Why?? It's supposed to be a "healthier" version made all around worse. $15 wasted... the best thing were the Parmesan garlic fries. Not to mention this floor is a HAZARD. It is SO greasy!! I was slipping and sliding to and fro in here. That is the ultimate grossness. Do they not clean their floors????? That has got to be a safety hazard and not sure how they operate without considering it so. Messy messy.

Lauderdale by the sea location. One cashier also running food! F'ing ridiculous!!!!! Line completely out the door it's cheeseburger day!!!!!

We order curbside waited in the car for ten minutes no one came to bring the food we had to go in and get it I think they should have a better manager and better service

Just had lunch at Lauderdale by this sea. I work across the street and come here often, Memphis has consistently given me top tier customer service and has been very pleasant to run into. Perfect example of a great employee.

we ordered a deluxe bacon burger and asked the cashier for ketchup and mustar. he said he would put it in the bag. Well, no bacon on the burger and no ketchup or mustard in the bag! We were over charged and no effort to make it right.

Wow!! This restaurant taste even better than my home BurgerFi in Kentucky!! One great thing I'd like to add is the Memphis Sweet BBQ sauce.... Ohh my how that was a game-changer for our meal! My friends also tried the M&M and Oreo Milkshakes and they loved them. My sister enjoys burgers with eggs and are chose the All Day Breakfast Burger and she was well pleased! My friend and I tries the Famous chilli dog and it was good but the skin was slightly thick on the hot dog. I was definitely and always pleased with my BurgerFi special: The Onion Rings and Garlic Aoli Sauce.. Simply Perfect! STAY TUNED FOR MORE!!

This location is the absolute worst in the chain. Normally I don't like to leave bad reviews especially for fast food, but when you're charging $18 for a crap-quality burger and fries, you're going to hear it. I placed an order through the app at 7:30PM, when I arrived there at 7:50PM as the app told me the order would be ready, they hadn't even cooked my order yet. So I waited 20 minutes, multiple people came in walked up to the counter, ordered, and got their food before I did and I had ordered 45 minutes prior. When they finally did build the order, they left it on the counter for 10 minutes and didn't even tell me it was there until I walked up and asked them what was going on? When I got home, everything was freezing cold. I just sent an email to corporate asking for my money back, not paying for that crap. I was watching the cooks and the girl at the counter the whole time and could tell they were poorly trained, so I putting this 100% on management. They were haphazardly creating orders, moving as slow as molasses with multiple people waiting, they had no clear system of organization, there was zero communication between the counter girl and the cooks when orders were ready. Poor management, poor training, and poor quality service. Not coming back. I just pulled the burger and fries out of the microwave...for $18!

Delicious, fast, fresh, conveniently located and open late .... Do I need to say more?

Best BurgerFi location yet! So i love this place strictly for their vegetarian burgers: the quinoa burger. Usually it's hard to find a good veggie burger around. I know I know, I should be raving about their regular burgers since this place DOES sell burgers. I can vouch per my friends that the burgers here are great. Also healthier, kids love them too! Besides all the great BurgerFi perks we all know, this location is just amazing. You're steps from the beach, easy to walk to. There's parking for cars if you drove. Plenty of outdoor seating. Great location for a quick lunch break or if you're too tired after the beach to sit down at a place just come right to BurgerFi. Yummy burgers, great beers, perfect fries. Onion rings too! They could use a little love in the bathrooms but honestly I'm just here for the food so I won't talk about that. Beach and burgers? Best combo ever!

Ordered a serving of Fries from BurgerFi Miami Beach was served over cooked burnt Fries, how awful. I would have thought the golden rule for s cook if the fries don't taste good to me then they don't get served, who is there mind would intake something this foul and disgusting I would never come back nor would I refer anyone to your establishments either. .

I had tried placing my order online to which they were not able to receive but when I got here, Chris was more than helpful and took care of me. I was in a rush and he was more than efficient at surving my needs :D customer for life

Wow wow wow burger fi fort myers pompeno beach was fantastic. Best food all week even better than high end restaurants. Drew at the front so kind and respectful. Great communication between cooks and front staff. Strongly recommend

I visited my favorite burgerfi on 8/3 8/4 It was bitter sweet because the guy yelling sell was using alot of profanity yelling being loud aggressive not caring about customers the manager had no care in the world the sweet part the little girl making the burgers was outstanding doing her part to try to make things better but the manager would try to step on her toes after she had done everything really upsetting how guys could be so lazy ! 8/4 was much better besides the guy yelling sell we we're welcome with smiles the manager and the little girl on the grill going above and beyond to give us fresh hot food they work their ass off loose those guys!! There bad for the business

Yummy little burger joint. My husband and I both got the double bacon cheeseburgers, and I got my burger in a lettuce wrap. We also ordered the garlic parm fries and the cheese fries. Everything was super yummy. Would eat here again if I wanted a burger and fries.

Burgerfi downhill Haven't been to Burgerfi in a few years. Yikes! We had to wait 50 minutes for our food. Terrible service. The bathroom was more disgusting than an outhouse. The kitchen smelled like puke. The tables outside and chairs were covered in bird poop. The food also was missing flavor. The fries were so bland and even the burger was flavorless. I kept eating it hoping the next bite would be a good one. McDonalds is way better at this point. I am so in shock.

Ordered online through the website. Total came up to $51 for a burger meal and a hotdog with two shakes. Neither the hot dog or the burger had the asked toppings. We have been here before so we were excited to try it again, but probably won't be ordering online. Very disappointing :(

Went there yesterday for lunch. Was greeted by Geneva who was so pleasant. Gave us a bit of history of the company and her involvement. Ordered the double cheese burger with their signature sauce and fries. I must say, the burger was delicious. I'm a stickler for hot fresh fries and these did not disappoint. I think Burger Fi is a Five Guys on steroids Must have when in Lauderdale by the Sea.

I love the food and until today service has always been great. In fact, I did curbside pick-up and that was great too. I'm not sure I'll eat here again now, which really sucks because I love it. I just don't trust that their management is doing everything they can to keep their employees and guests safe if they allow the situation below to happen. When got home, I found packets of ketchup, mustard and mayo on top of my fries. Now if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic, I wouldn't care. But we are. So I called and asked to speak with a manager. Justice answered and said she was a manager. I first told her I love the restaurant and the food. Then I said I wanted to pass something on that they may not be aware of. I described the situation and said it's odd that we are all going to such lengths to stay safe abs healthy and then someone would do that. Her response was "well no one has ever complained about it before. And we use gloves." We went back and forth a little more, until I realized it was useless and Justice was just going to continue giving me excuses. So I hope this review gets someone's attention in upper management to explain how wearing gloves does not guarantee that the little condiment packets are clean. And to also explain basic customer service to Justice.

Very impressive for a chain restaurant. The burgers were delicious hot dog was okay. Best part was the onion rings and home made fries. I love how they have a plant base option I think that's great. Staff is very friendly . Burgers will run you 7-9 $.

Great addition to Lauderdale by the Sea area for those that don't want a typical sit down dinner but something more casual. Free parking for burger goers and plentiful outdoor seating. BurgerFi started serving their version of the "Impossible Burger" aka The Beyond Burger ($9.79) Basically it's a patty made of potato/coconut/soy proteins with the leghemoglobin, a lab made protein, to give it that meaty flavor. The burger came with all the fixings - lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, mayo, and ketchup. The toppings are a bit overwhelming for you to really taste the patty but the patty has a slight soy sauce/ham flavors with the consistency of raw beef. It was a decent burger but for twice the price of a regular burger. Would I get it again? No. To round out my meal I also got the Cry & Fry ($6) 3 large onion rings and a nice serving of fries. And also a Budlight ($6). My meal ended up costing ~$22 so it was still cheaper than getting a meal at a nearby restaurant. Typical order at the counter, pickup when your buzzer goes off, crazy fast food pace and business. Bathroom was clean.

Super clean place, fast service but forgetful staff. We made a quick order and the smallest things were forgotten. Not a fan they don't have gluten free options for anyone not even their frying oil ( but this is just my own personal preference due to concerns ). If you don't have any health issues, it's great.

Really disappointed. Tried this based on positive food reviews and it def did not deliver. The burgers did not taste well and they were dry. In addition, our order was wrong. The fries were great.

BurgerFi is one of my favorite burger chains, even though the prices are on the high side. The food tastes great and is well worth the cost. My wife and I were at the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea location - where BurgerFi got its start - last week. We both had single hamburgers. I had salt and vinegar fries and a red velvet shake. My wife had a strawberry shake. All of our food was delicious. I only have two issues with BurgerFi: 1) I used to love the music they piped in: classic rock. But their music seems to be going downhill as, last week, they were playing the kind of music dumb young'uns listen to. 2) Their straws are made of what seems to be cardboard or some kind of paper product. They leave an unpleasant taste in one's mouth and, after ten minutes or so, disintegrate to the point where they stop working. This is probably, again, to appeal to the dumb young'uns who think that plastic straws are bad because they all somehow (perhaps by magic?) end up in the ocean and into the nostrils of sea turtles or something. The problem with the BurgerFi straws is easily solved, however: We brought our own plastic straws from our stash accummulated from other fast food places. These are minor issues. BrugerFi is one of the best places for burgers, fries and shakes in the country, and I would say it is THE best place for burgers, fries and shakes in South Florida.

Burger was yummy & fresh. The only complaint I had was that the burger itself was small in size so I had a lot of excess bread left. I had heard great things about this place, and to me it was just alright. Didn't stand out over other burger places. My shake was delicious though

The slowest service ever. DO NOT GO HERE!. The burger was cold,and it took 45 minutes to get my food, and it wasn't busy. The onion rings were passable, but don't go to the bathroom...it stinks.

One of the best burgers i've had. Fries were amazing and the customer service was incredible. The guy who took our order had amazing energy and was very kind to us. Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't tried their food !

This place is filthy. I would never come back. The dining room is so dirty, everything has grime on it. Soda machine has so much film on it you can't read it. Imagine what the kitchen looks like! Floors and tables sticky. Dirty dining

Honestly this is kind of ridiculous. First of I ordered my food and the guy behind the counter gave me a big attitude. Then after they only brought out half of what u bought and totally forgot the rest of my food. So I went up to ask for the rest of my food and eventually they gave me it but again they still forgot an item which made me have to go back up again. Then my friend also ordered food and they only brought out the fries and forgot his burger. It was pretty annoying for me to have to keep going up to situate my order out and a bit of a hassle. They also put my friends name and put jizz instead which I find pretty inappropriate. They also sold my under age a cup of beer with out even asking for identification which I found tremendously wrong. I definitely don't recommend anyone showing up to this place.

This place is terrible. The people are hardly able to communicate, the woman's bathroom stall has no door. The food is absolutely so bad, I couldn't eat my burger. They were out of the two beers we asked for on tap. I don't know know how it stays in business. Don't waste your time or money.

I love this place, I always get the conflicted burger, it's not on the menu anymore but you can still order it. You can remake add anything to every burger to customize it how you want. The fries are really good as well. Better than most fast food places because they use real meat.
