The food looks so sad, burned and lumpy. Taste is kind of okay. This is our first time here and we are really dissapointed, $75 for the food you see im the pics.

Good veggie burger made with flavorful ingredients, it's nice they didn't only have the Impossible option. Fries are pretty good too. The restaurant as a whole always feels not quite clean, like most tables need to be wiped down and the bathrooms are usually not fully in service.

We visited BurgerFi while running errands, and most of it was good. My son had a burger on a gluten-free bun. He enjoyed and said that the bread tasted good, which sometimes doesn't happen with gluten-free things. The bun did crumble, but that's kind of normal. My husband had a burger bowl and he enjoyed it. I had chicken strips. They were crispy and juicy. We ordered fries for the table and were disappointed because they were undercooked. For the price of the food at this establishment, we expect everything to be cooked properly. We still enjoyed ourselves and I'm sure we will return.

Decent place with above average food. The onion rings were terrific and the burgers weren't bad. The dining room was clean and inviting with an upbeat atmosphere. Service was sort of nonexistent as I ordered from a kiosk, got my own ketchup, napkins, and soda, then bussed my own table after. That didn't stop there from being a screen at the kiosk to add a tip to my order though. This isn't any employees fault but honestly, what am I tipping for? I literally did everything but make the food myself; so that part is annoying as hell. The real downside was the restroom. It wasn't filthy, but it certainly wasn't clean either and smelled like a porta potty on a hot summer day Overall I'd probably go back to try some of the other burgers, it's above average but not great and a little on the high end in terms of cost, for what it is.

Why did I wait so long to finally try this place? These are the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! You know a burger is good when it’s just cheese and bun and you’re happy BUT the truffle fries are DELIGHTFUL as well! The NY dog is spot on as is the chicken! I can’t wait to try more items!

Burgers that were pure perfection – with bacon and cheese taking them to the next level! The atmosphere added a nice touch, and the service was top-notch. Kudos to the super friendly and helpful gentleman who made the experience even better!

Wow what a great spot. One of the best burgers I've had. So flavorful. Great menu. Hotdog was great as well. Fries were delicious as was the massive onion rings. Whole family enjoyed it all. Will definitely be back very soon!

Love their Vege-Fi burger, we order this every time we visit. Grilled mushrooms and diced onions were a good add, with garlic aioli on the side. We always end up replacing for Pepper-jack cheese. Location is easy to find, good seating options, service was good and extra points for the Manager checking in with customers during the meal to ensure a good service and meal. Good visit as always, and we will continue to frequent here!!

This was a new find for us. We visited on a Saturday evening around 5:30. There were several patrons but, it wasn't crowded. We were able to place our order right away. We did see the kiosks but the cashier offered to help us and claimed he was faster than the kiosk- he was fast so, we'll take his word for it. The location was clean, the tables were clean and so were the chairs. One of the employees saw we had a toddler and grabbed us a high-chair. She even offered to wipe it down before we put our child in it. That was a first. We usually spend the first few minutes of any dining experience sanitizing the high chair when we have our child with us. So, that was a nice touch. The food was delivered to our table fairly quickly. It arrives on tray as you see in the accompanying photos. . . I was preparing my son's food for him and my wife started eating her Yes Chef Burger and exclaimed how good it was . She prompted me to hurry getting my son's food ready so I could see what she was talking about. The bacon cheeseburger was really, really good! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries were great. Everything is ala carte here, so we ordered a large fry to split. More than enough for the two of us. All in all, the was a good outing. I recommend BurgerFi and will definitely be returning.

My son and I went to the burgerFi at the Villages at Leesburg in Leesburg Virginia tonight. We each ordered a burger and he ordered a soda totaling $28. When we ordered our food from the kiosk, there were no table locators available with is part of the checkout process. While we waited and waited and waited for our takeout order, we noticed many customers asking for the manager. When we finally got our food, the employee at the counter apologized for our long wait. The interior of this restaurant was a dump. No table surface was clean. There is trash and food on the floor. The drink machine was piled high with returned ice and soda. Later, my son said that the soda machine must not have been working because it tasted like a mix of many different soft drinks. He threw the whole soda out when we returned home. And our burgers were completely overdone. I spent $28 for absolutely nothing edible. Unbelievably poor quality at high prices.

Have been here a few times in the past, but this review is from my most recent visit. I ordered the Garlic Jalapeño Burger, street fries and a vanilla milkshake. The vanilla milkshake was my birthday treat from their loyalty point system. I liked the burger: it was made the way I like. It was well done, but not dry. I only wish I had requested extra jalapeños though. The street fries were okay; I like my fries on the crispier side. I would've also liked more parmesan on mine. The milkshake was perfect for the meal. They used to take the orders at the counter, but I think they've since transitioned to having customers enter their orders into 2 kiosks placed at the counter. The staff were available for questions, though, if you have any like I did. They were nice and personable enough. There's plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor on a patio. There can be a lot of people dining in, and it can get loud. There's a lot of people who pick up mobile orders as well. It's your typical fast food joint in a really busy area. Overall, don't really have any glaring complaints. Would come back if I was feeling it.

Below average food and way over priced. I came here for the first time looking to try their Veggie BurgerFi and Cajun fries; unfortunately, both were dry and lacked taste. The burger wasn't hot, nor did it have much of a crunch or sauce; I added mayo, mustard and ketchup to give it some flavor. The small Cajun fries, too were dry and overcooked/over fried. Service was mixed, but the gentleman taking my order seemed uninterested in being there and unfriendly. Yes the vibe of the place was nice and clean, but for $18, this was a disappointment. I ended up throwing out my fries at the end.

Delicious burgers and amazing service. Definitely a place to check out. I love the bacon cheeseburger as well as the prime rib burger.

My family and I really enjoyed this place and like to order takeout from them. However you can pretty much count on them either messing up or forgetting part of your order every time. It's so bad that I double up on ordering some items like extra sauces, just because I am counting on them forgetting at least one thing. On the last visit my wife got home and we found that they forgot the fries, when I called I was told I could come back to get them and that was all they could do about it. I asked for the manager and the kid on the phone said that the manager on duty doesn't speak English and that she wouldn't be able to help me out; at this point it was time to just move on.

This was our first time at a BurgerFi Restaurant and if possible it will not be out last. I had the "junior" bacon and cheese burger as did my wife. Since we couldn't make up our minds we got an order of fries and an order of Onion Rings. It was a great choice all the way around the burger was just juicy enough and both the fries and the onion rings were among the best we've eaten. Later, because I was in the mood, I had a strawberry shake. And again it was another winner. All the way around it was a great burger lunch and friends will be told about the greatness of BurgerFi.

This is probably some of the worst food I've ever had... Not to mention the workers arguing angrily while I was there The fries were very soggy with grease and not in a good way. No flavor, no crunch, soggy potato The burger is the absolute thinnest I've ever seen, like smaller than McDonald's kids meal and no great flavor Absolutely will not return and do not reccomend Hope a 5 guys shows up instead

Oh my goodness - no humans to greet you or thank you for your business. Walk in and approach kiosk to place your own order. Oh my what if you have questions or need clarifications. No one cares!!!!! Of course before final checkout a screen ask for a tip ? I always thought tips were for service and going above & beyond. You have lost our business - we enjoy a smile and a thank you when we go out for a meal. Ohhh I called the manager said this is what people want kiosk - less contact with others? Well if they think it is germ free - No one cleans the kiosk people are germing up!!!

This was much needed fuel after a long day of shopping on this Black Friday. We stopped by Burgerfi after our way back from Leesburg outlet mall. My God, the mall was pretty crowded this year. Anyways, we luckily found this place on Yelp, so gotta try it. We were tired and hungry AF. We got Swag Burger, Vegefi Burger, and seasoned fries, along with Oreo Shake and a fountain drink. Their food service was pretty good, we got our food really quick. Loved everything we got. The fries were little saltier, but I finished them with each sip of my oreo milkshake. The burgers were good, perfectly cooked and seasoned patties, loaded with all the deliciousness. Only thing I didn't like was that we had to wait for a long time for someone to come and clean the table for us. The person who cleaned it was so in rush that he did it half-heartedly, now our table was clean but all the leftover crumbs were on the chairs around.

Terrible, greasy fries, had to throw them out. Old burger, cold also. Never again. Absolutely no quality control.

Once good, now with quality control issues I always thought this place was good, and (at least) 2 years ago it was. However, I came back after 2 years of not eating here, and my has the quality dropped! The burgers were good, but now, they are dry, lack flavor, and overall have a much lower beef quality. The fries were also very dry. I got the normal fries and they were burned, bland, and as I already said, dry. The food is also overpriced. $10 for a bland burger and more for fries does not cut it. The workers were fine. Also, I do not like how, even with MACHINES to order the food for you, they still ask for a tip. 18% for a MACHINE is outrageous. If the fact that I selected 'no tip' is why my food was so bad, this place deserves one star. While I feel that this place is trying to be a good burger joint - which it was - I do believe that quality needs to improve. I hope this review helps whoever owns the business to change something. TLDR: Once a good food place with some of the best burgers in Loudon, now a quality issue mess. I'll be eating at Burger 21 from now on.

Last Sunday my bf and I came here to grab a bite to eat. I ended up getting BonChon but not before getting grossed out by this place. Okay so my bf orders a burger with fries and a drink. Strike 1- The straws are all loose, unwrapped, and the cashier hands you a straw with his bare hands. The same cashier is touching money, the POS, the food for delivery, customers food, etc. Outside of the fact that that is gross, why during Rona are you all hanging out unwrapped straws. Yuck! My bf gets his food and gets some ketchup for his fries. I go back to the counter and ask for a milkshake straw. The cashier kindly hands me one. Those straws are individually wrapped. I get back to eat with my bf and he stops eating the fries. Strike 2- The ketchup is obviously not routinely changed or cleaned because he found a piece of gunk in his ketchup so he stopped eating the fries and ketchup. He liked his burger but honestly I won't be back. They really need to take a look at their cleaning standards and raise them.

Despite the negative views. I had an amazing experience at this location. I placed my order thru the app which was a breeze! Upon picking up my food, I walked over to the pick up spot where I was greeted by a younger gentleman with curly hair. He then asked for my name and handed over my order. It was quick and efficient! My order was correct and delicious! Definitely recommend this place, and don't forget the onion rings with the burgerfi sauce! Will be returning, keep up the great work guys !

The fries were delicious and you could tell they are made from fresh potatoes. The custard shake was thick and creamy and delicious. The service was super friendly. But the burger, the supposed star of the show? It was sad and dry, and surprisingly bland despite being advertised as including jalapenos, ghost pepper bacon, and hot steak sauce. Maybe a little better than five guys, but with Melt so close by I can do better for a burger in Leesburg. That said I will happily come back and try the chicken just to get the shake and fries again!

Highly recommended burger restaurant! The CEO burger was recommended by their cashier Ben today along with the Urban fries, truely a delicious meal!

There is so much I could say about this burger place but I will start off with the customer service is great ! I come here almost every weekend and greeted with a welcome and smile every time ! Brian and Leon are just amazing ! If you come by make sure to ask for the diablo sauce created by Brian as well !

This is probably my favorite "fast food" burger experience in NOVA. They use quality meat without antibiotics or fillers and it shows. Burgers are juicy and tender and toppings are fresh and tasty. The buns are fresh and perfect for holding it all together and the BurgerFi brand is a cute touch to the top of each burger. My particular favorite is the CEO burger which is their angus burger filled with delicious tender brisket and topped with aged Swiss and garlic aioli. Yum!! Definitely the boss burger! Service was quick and friendly and there's indoor and outdoor seating suitable for any size group. I noticed that some people had their dogs with them outdoors so I'm assuming they're dog friendly as well. A really great fast food experience!

I love Vince the manager!!! This was my first time here and he was kind of to give me the breakdown of the menu recommended me some really good food and he went above and beyond really great customer service! 100% coming back

The Beyond burger with everything on it is perfect. The fries are delicious. My favorite veggie burger in nova. My kids love the grilled cheese and fries as well. Wish they kept app ordering on the weekend at least Sunday night??

Completely incompetent crew tonight. First the app to order ahead doesn't work. Then they have at least 3 new people running the front and none of them had a clue what to do. Guy did not know how to make a Concrete. The new guys friends were there and took 15 minutes to place one order. Worst experience here EVER. I finally had to remind the guy that he had a Concrete order that he needed to fill. Someone needs to train this team now. I hope it improves in the future,

Good stuff. Always have the green burger and a beer. One makes amends for the other. Good beef IMO. Young staff of pretty efficient folks. Not super cheap, but reasonable.

They have some unique food options. The burgers are pretty heavy, and I do sometimes feel like I ate too much grease after eating here. Which, yeah it's a burger place so that's to be expected lol

SHOUT OUT TO BURGERFI - not only was the waygu and ground brisket burger thick, juicy and amazing, the Texas style hot dog (chili and cheese baby!!) was EXACTLY what my body need after one glass of wine too many. Piping hot, fresh o-rings and fries, we got our cheat day eat on!! Cool no-contact soda pop machine, adults will love it as much as kids, lol Biggest stand out: THE SERVICE. the young men behind the counter were courteous, professional and even checked on us to be sure we weren't waiting for a food order when we made a post meal custard shake order... Really pleasant, clean, socially distanced, delicious experience!!

My friends and I went to this BurgerFi and we were extremely disappointed with our orders. I ordered a CEO and got a swag burger. My buddy also ordered a CEO and got a traditional burger and it had nothing the CEO had. There were four of us and the lady at the register successfully rang up 3 that were wrong and 1 that was okay. But he didn't receive the cheese he preferred. We asked if we could get a refund, or a switch of burger, and they declined. The burgers were okay, that's why I'm giving this restaurant a second star. Besides that, it's a one. The atmosphere was okay. We went around lunch time and it was us plus one other person. The real question is, will I ever go again? No. Until they start to improve the way they operate, I will stay as far away from a BurgerFi as possible :).

Location has quality control issues. Flies everywhere. Not a good sign...meaning the restaurant is not being cleaned adequately and/or food is not being stored properly. This is a safety issue and forces the 1 star. Dust built up on shelves/fixtures. Only one person working in front/register and looked stressed. My 2 top choice shakes were out ...which happen. I hope more ice cream wasn't in the back freezer. I was not the only one not enjoying my experience. Pretty much everyone was pissed about something .... Overall this is not the place to relax and enjoy your high-end food.

I eated here today, it was okayish but the food tasted not so incredible it was mostly fine. The fries were not so great so I didn't eated them as much. I get the swag burger cause it said swag on the menu it was pretty funny.

I spent $50 and I found a small bug on the bun. Of course I did not allow my kids to eat the food because of how grossed out we were. When we asked for a refund they offered a milkshake instead. Very disappointing. Finding a bug on your food and offering a milk shake? I will never eat here again. Do better for your customers.

Mina is the manager of this establishment when I visited and she has the very best customer service, I had one issue once and she was quick to resolve my issue. I'm a permanent customer as long as she's here. I'm always thoroughly pleased with my food and the service. Very friendly employees, the food was very good and fresh. Outstanding cleanliness and quick service. I usually charge my Tesla nearby and I always stop by for the food. Plus they serve yummy Vegan burgers if you don't eat meat! You'll love it here!! I Do!!

Always a great burger but just tried the key lime concrete and it's my new favorite! If you love Key Lime it's a must!

I came in and I bought a hamburger or like a double cheeseburger with bacon on it and they were kind enough to put on Swiss cheese I know that this hamburger place is designed around limited labor and limited food handling talent I get that I know you're trying to keep cost down as the hamburger seem to be steamed sometimes that's good for me to have simple food What I found out was the bacon was inedible it was chewy to the point where I really couldn't even do it with my teeth I had to pull it off the burger and put it on the side OK I know you're trying to keep the price down I wasn't going give a review I was going to just simply walk away but when I brought this up to the manager or the person taking my order to complain about their politely he acted like he was confused as it turns out he's from another country any English is not his first language made a point that out to him and he agreed And he couldn't understand why or how I was complaining about the bacon or how the bacon could be in properly cooked or maybe how the bacon might be a very low quality In many ways you have to rely on good service in order to serve over priced substandard quality food Please try to train your staff forget staff to provide better customer service And you might want to consider for a lower price offer a hamburger option without your poor quality bacon because no matter how you try to train your food prep staff they're never gonna be able to handle this particular food item

We stopped in for lunch when we were in the area because our local BurgerFi had closed. Employees were friendly and the food came out quickly. Everything was up to the usual BurgerFi standards so burgers were cooked well and the fries were crispy. Love the key lime concrete its my guilty pleasure and I can never not get one when coming here.

Delish. Had a birthday burger here with my old man. Personable staff, nice beer selection, generous portions, and quality food.

Want to know where NOT to eat in Leesburg? Ordered a burger for each person, only two of us. Total came out to $44. Overpriced, but it's fine. We chose this place because of how good and consistent the food is. I'm sitting inside, waiting for my name to be called for my order. I am on a call with my brother and I haven't heard my name for 5 minutes. Instead of coming over to tell me order was ready or bring it over to me because I clearly didn't hear my name called, they banged on the milkshake station glass towards where I was sitting. I looked up and two of the workers were standing there and the one that knocked said "you're order is ready" in one of the most degrading and rude tones of voice I have ever heard. Go here if you want to eat good food with the worst service. Waste of money and will NOT be back.

They never have the banana churro milkshake I don't know how hard it is to keep that in stock

*vegetarian review* We had dinner here tonight, taking advantage of their $5 vegetarian burger special. First, I was really impressed by the lengths Meena and the team went to accommodate me as a vegetarian. The veggie and vegan burgers are fried, rather than cooked on a flat top / grill, and, upon request, they used separate utensils to avoid contamination. Sounds silly, but other veggies will understand. We got the vegan burger (beyond burger) and house made vegetarian burger. Both tasted delicious and were flavorful, although my husband felt like the vegan burger was very thin and likely not worth the normal $9.50 a la carte price point. I'm torn on the $7.50 price point for the veggie burger, but think I would pay full price for it if I was in the mood for a burger. The regular portion of fries were HUGE! They are boardwalk style and tasted fresh. Our pup joined us, and they were so sweet to him, surprising him with cookies that he devoured. All in all, a great experience with a very accommodating staff.

The concept of BurgerFi is good and I do enjoy the franchise, however, the one in Leesburg is run by a bunch of kids and quality control is all over the place. I had a soggy tasteless wagyu burger. The crew is really unorganized, and there was someone there that could not speak english. Very disappointed with this Burgerfi, and will not return to this location again. I've given such incompetence another chance time and time again but I no longer will give this location another chance. Do not go to this BurgerFi!

This place has gone down hill. Came here on a Tuesday night at 6:30. Two parties already had their food and one other was waiting after us. There were 2-3 workers at the front and 3-4 cooks/workers in the back. So not that busy and plenty of staff. I came in with my child and we dined in. The lady at the front who took our order was fantastic, but that's worth fantastic ended unfortunately. It took 28 minutes for us to get our food, I was able to catch this time by what was printed on the receipt. We both ordered one sandwich and we shared the fries. The fries were amazing, seasoned well and definitely gave a legendary portion. The burgers were pretty good, I really have no complaints except it was a little too much bread for me. The lady that took our order and the amazing french fries is why I'm giving it three stars. The bad: The entire time that my son and I were waiting for our dinner, the chefs were arguing and cussing at each other in the entire dining room could hear it. There was even another gentleman with his little daughter that moved the tables because of this. Not the environment I want my child in and will not be back

Horrible, over cooked, cold food We were craving a burger So we went and purchased a burger each for me and my wife. We also ordered fries and onion rings. I was so disappointed when We got cold Burgers and burnt fries. I didn't want to go back and return the food because the stuff was so rude to me to start with.

The burgers were fine, But as you can see the fries were really dark and overcooked to the point where they were almost hard. From working in a restaurant previously I can tell you that they were cooked in very old oil & it shows. We tried to eat them because we don't like to waste money and now I have a serious stomach ache. This isn't our first time having a bad experience with them. But I will credit them because they've improved on some of their past mistakes. I'd also like to mention that we have visited other locations in the past like their Myrtle beach location multiple times and our experience has always been 10x better. This review is not criticism about burgerfi as a company, but the leesburg location specifically. I've been going to the leesburg location for almost 5 years. It was not always like this. Their fries used to be the best and their employees used to be really nice. Then lots of employees came and went, and the new ones were not nice and always acted like they didn't even want to be there.

The burgers are good and they have options for all different combinations. The fries are amazing!! The staff is young so the soda machines were out of ice and the ice tea dispenser was empty. We notified the staff but they young kids just stared at us and didn't do anything. The bathroom was not very clean and there were no paper towels. It was not terribly busy so I didn't find a real excuse for the matters to not be addressed. I'm glad we tried it but it's a one time visit and I'll keep Looking for the most amazing burger ever.

Great burger. 1st time there and I'll definitely return. Can't speak about the other locations but Leesburg was great. Ordered bacon cheese burger fries Anna strawberry shake. Everything was great. I'll be back.

I understand good help is hard to find but complete indifference displayed by tonight's crew. Burgers were made incorrectly, namely with the sauce we asked to be held. The burger that was supposed to have two patties had 1 full patty and about a quarter of a second. I could tell the cashier wasn't paying attention as I was speaking. It wasn't worth getting aggravated any further. The trash in the trash can was piled a foot over capacity. The hand sanitizer outside the restrooms was completely empty. The soap in the mens room completely empty. Wouldn't recommend.

Hours are incorrect, they close fifteen minutes before 10pm. For a fast casual place, they should be open till the allotted time. Yelp has the hours incorrect as well, website says they close at 10pm, store says they close 15 minutes prior to that.

Still sticking with four stars. If you are looking for a burger and fries, stop searching. The food here is great. Just a little disappointed on our last visit as we tried to redeem a Village at Leesburg gift card and no one understood how to use it. Two different people tried and they ended up saying they don't participate.

Very tasty beyond burger and fries. Nice ambiance with big windows, and usually pretty empty during lunch during weekdays.

Stopped in for lunch and got the BBQ burger with a side of fries, paid $18 for what I thought was a decent tasting burger until I found a GIANT bug on the bun of my burger. I was not even halfway through and there it was! I can't say for certain if it surfaced from inside the burger, but there definitely wasn't anything flying around the corner where I was sitting in. I wish I snapped a picture before taking it to the gentleman at the register, but let's just say it was big enough for even him to be afraid of seeing it. He had no idea what to do, but after asking me if he should throw it away he took the tray outside and trashed my burger. Not sure if I was expected to still eat the burger after that?? When he came back in, he asked if I wanted a milkshake. As if the milkshake was supposed to satisfy my hunger and compensate for an $18 meal that was just ruined. I replied by saying that I was not even halfway through my meal. He went to the back to speak to who I'm assuming was the manager and came back out by saying they would replace the burger, but frankly after that encounter I really wanted to get out of there. I asked for 3 chicken tenders (priced at $4). While I waited for those to be made, I expected the manager to come outside and at least apologize for what happened, but I was not offered any apology. If something like this were to happen at any other establishment, that would be the FIRST thing that a manager does. Overall the management needs to be re-evaluated and this place should get a health inspection visit. There are so many other lunch choices to choose from in that area, and I instantly regretted eating here after this experience.

I just placed an order at the BurgerFi Leesburg and it was nothing close to what I actually ordered via the app. When I called the restaurant to try to correct the issue no one picked up. This is incredibly poor quality for the amount that we paid.

We ordered the CEO AND swag burgers they were tasty, 2 shakes they were delicious. The family size Cajun fries were strangely greasy and dried out. We ordered online and waited in our truck for our order to be ready. We never got notice it was done after a half hour my husband went to check on it and they told him it's been ready for a while. That was disappointing. If we had to choose we'd pick Five Guys next time.
