One of the best burgers I have had. Fries and onion rings were good as well. Counter service was fast and efficient. The only bad thing was the tables were not clean and the garbage cans were filled to capasity. More attention needs to be paid to neatness and cleaning.

Order was wrong in two different ways, leaving me uunable to enjoy my meal. It was 20$ for a burger and fries and not only was it wrong, but the fries were cold and stale. We had already walked home before checking, I guess that's our fault. I tried calling to ask if the correct order could be delivered, but everytime the call went through the line would disconnect. I know they struggled and closed a lot of locations, but this was the most run down and dirty location I've ever been to, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. You can see where it says no cheese and has cheese on it, you can also see the upcharge for urban style, which would have green parsley flakes and garlic aoili, but there's only parm.

I just placed an order through Uber Eats at this restaurant at 1:45 AM. My boyfriend went to pick it up and the manager and the cashier made a scene, they thought he was going to rob them when we had already paid for the order on Uber Eats. They rudely shouted at him asking why he was placing an order at this time. That is not their problem, it is ours, and they treated him like a real criminal. Even though he was clearly showing the order we had made, the people working there this Monday at 1 AM are the rudest people I’ve ever met. I will never eat from this restaurant again, what a shame. The food itself is not bad, but the staff working there is so unpleasant it makes everything else taste disgusting.

The food is so good, would give 5 stars but we they didn’t give us the fries we ordered 😭 the staff was really nice though and gave the fries to us after we pointed it out

It was a terrible experience. I understand today is Thanksgiving, and the staff might be tired or upset because they have to work while everyone else is off, but this is not how the service industry should operate. I placed a pickup order for donuts and a hamburger. I drove almost an hour round trip, and when I got home, I was shocked. The donuts were completely hollow on the inside with just a few pieces of fruit thrown on top—nothing like what I ordered. The hamburger buns were extremely stale. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews because I respect everyone’s hard work, but I haven’t felt this disrespected as a customer in a long time. It was simply horrible. The staff was polite, so this is not about them. The issue is the lack of supervision. Either pay your employees better so they’re motivated, or put a manager in place to oversee operations.

We ordered online and picked up our orders at the store. Good thing we did that because just after stepping inside to get our order, the crowds started to appear! We ordered the Junior Burgers with fries and the Caramel fudge chub and the red velvet chub. All was good! Easy parking with wheelchair accessiblability. Quick and easy when you are in a hurry.

This place has changed for the worse. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the greasy floors and overflowing trash cans, which set a disappointing tone for the experience. The sauce areas were visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. The service was equally disappointing, with staff members seeming indifferent and inattentive. My order came out wrong, and when I requested corrections, it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to be addressed. To top it off, the burgers I ordered were served cold, indicating a lack of attention to food quality and preparation. Overall, the combination of filthy conditions, poor service, and subpar food made for a thoroughly unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a clean and hospitable environment.

Update 11/02/25 I stopped by today to pick up a quick lunch for my daughter and me. Instead of burgers, I decided to order Chicken Sliders with fries for a change of pace. We ordered takeout on their app and then stopped by the pick it up. The place was busy but we didn't have to wait long. We were surprised at how delicious the Chicken Sliders were!! Cooked perfectly, very tender with good tasting batter. The fries were excellent also. I am pleased that we switched orders and will be back again for them.

We were across the street and picking up our food. We got back and discovered it was wrong. We could not get answer after 30 min of trying

Delivered the wrong order, then didn't answer calls for over 20 minutes. When they did, he said "no Spanish?" and hung up when I told him I needed help solving the issue.

Yesterday I had a master plan of doing my Spring vision board at the more quiet side of Miami Beach. I have been delaying doing it at home so I thought a change in scenery would help but the rain had bigger plans so I decided to retreat to Burger Fi and grab a meal. Burger Fi used to be an old favorite of mine. I loved eating there when I lived in Davie, Orlando and New Jersey and making the decision to grab a burger from here yesterday was a comfort choice. I got the BBQ Rodeo Burger and every single bite tasted like a bite from heaven. The cashier was friendly, the service was fast and the food was hot and fresh.

Omg I don't know where to start I order a CEO burger 9/14 I suppose to go Wagu Meat but it taste like regular Angus the store had small little flies flying all over by the soda machine the bathroom was very nasty the woman at the front counter looked very confused on what she was supposed to be doing i wanted to order a milk shake but I was informed they don't take cash my fries was burnt and taste old I was very disappointed I usually have a great meal when I come there but it looks like they have new workers and they don't know what to do I wouldn't eat there again

Not sure if we were just hungry after a long day of traveling or what, but these burgers were delicious!! I will note that theres a kiosk where you place your order - so if you dont want to wait for a cashier to take your order, use the kiosk option. Back to the food, everything was made to order so it came out hot. Even though it felt like more of a fast food spot, the food was on par with a sit down restaurant. Definitely would come back!

Food is amazing but the service isn't great. I waited for a shake that took 30 minutes. Very poor customer service and there are flies in the restaurant everywhere: bathroom and outside.

The service is still meh, but the burgers, fries, and milkshakes are still good. They've added a burger, fries, and fountain drink meal for $9.99.

Food is good if you think fast food restaurants, we usually don't do fast food restaurants but when we do once in a blue is this, service ok, ambiance cool.

Arriving at 10pm once the schedule is 11pm No misic, they have all closed down on the out side , employees screaming " let's go home" . Wait 10 min to be attended and they said that has no fries or onion rings. No welcome and mean faces... only kids working with bad attitude.

The food was okay, but not worth the price. That's not uncommon these days and I wouldn't have provided a low review on that only. The two star review is for the cleanliness, which is wasn't. The floors were sticky and the bathroom smelled like hot trash. Also, the soda machine didn't have Diet Coke and when I paid it forced a tip. When a restaurant is that dirty, and I have to order and pick up my own food and the counter, that's not a tipping event. It was dirty and not worth the trip. The staff didn't seem to care.

I've ate here several times over the years and it's never amazing, but good. I always get the Vegan beyond and it's good and the fries and onions rings are too. I like it because you can enjoy beers with your food. I always want to like it more than I have because a good burger, onions rings and beers with friends is life. Atmosphere is typical of a burger joint restaurant. Service can sometimes come with an attitude but what restaurant in a big city doesn't nowadays!? lol All-in-all it's good, but I hope the next time I come back it's amazing in all regards ;)

Came in at 1230p on a Sunday 4people max in restaurant. Ordered cheeseburger fries and drink ( all a la cart no combo deal I store; online only. Got my food in less than 5min Fries were a cold brick, burger was cold as well Cheese never melted and the burger was over seasoned. Seriously?!?! Seriously. As i sat eating my cold lunch I noted the employees were concentrating more on online orders than instore service. Disappointing.

It's always a hit or miss with this place. It really depends on who's working. I've had really amazing fries and burgers and I'll go back the same week with different staff and the food sucks. So really to me it's a hit or miss, they are not consistent. I've gotten to the point that when I walk in and see the team members that provide shitty food, I'll Just walk‍

This was the worst burger I've had in a long time. Meat was dry and cold. Wings were cold. I cannot believe I paid $40 dollars to eat here. I wanted to ask for a refund but the place was so busy. This is what Miami Beach settles for? This was my first dinning experience here.

We did Uber eats on SNFB game night at the hotel. Always a big risk. The burgers were great the fries however were DOA. So cold like the scene from Titanic. I am always a fan of the conflicted burger in a lettuce wrap. Disappointed jalapeños were not on the menu at this location via the Uber app. Partners burger got a thumbs up.

Would not recommend. Service was way slow and you would think they might be taking their time preparing a great burger. Well highly disappointed, if your name has burger in it you should be good at cooking a burger. Not the case here. The bread was soggy the meat tasteless, their sauce is nothing to desire, and they can't even grill onions. Ordered the grill onions and they came out just diced, didn't even look like they tried to grill put them on the grill. I'd rather go eat at Burger King or any other fast food place. Chicken tenders were soggy and tasteless as well. Will never go here again.

Tried the place for first time having never been to one before. The food was unsatisfactory at best, didn't even eat it and took it back. The order was taken wrong, never read back, when reading the receipt we asked why we weren't rung up for two and was told it would be taken care of. It wasn't. Offered to just pay cash for the second order to fix it and wouldn't accept payment where the service personal was complaining to management that we just wanted free fries. Their power went out while we were there for two minutes and the workers were hostile and management was unprofessional. Never will go to another BurgerFi again in my life due to the substandard food and service.

This is our go-to burgerfi. The service is always great and the food always tastes delicious Last night we made a quick stop to order a strawberry milkshake and fries and they were both delicious! We decided to sit outside since the weather's been so nice and it was perfect. They have plenty of tables inside and outside so it's a great ambience

So bummed BurgerFi used to be terrific and now it was awful!! 3 different Burgers ALL way overcooked, (bone dry) and almost no cheese on the "cheeseburger". Staff totally disinterested in customer service. Save your $50 and go somewhere else!

From beginning to end, fantastic. We were welcomed when we came in, escorted to the counter, the young man at the register was very pleasant as he took our order. The food was delivered to our table without much wait time. And our food came out piping hot (could see the steam coming off), and the food was delicious. The onion rings we HUGE and crispy and so good. I read some of the reviews and I was a little apprehensive but it was all for naught. Our experience was 5 stars.

Since I don't live on the east coast, where most BurgerFis are located, I don't go here often. But everytime I do. It's most of the time the best burgers I ever put in my mouth, maybe behind In N out, which is the BurgerFi for the west coast. I think if burgerfi expanded globally, they could become the next fast food chain that actually has food shit.

4-star food, 3-star ambience, 2-star service. Above average but very pricey burger joint with not-so-great service. The food is good and the burgers. etc. are fresh, but nothing truly stellar. What's really striking is how overpriced the food is...essentially it's Wendy's minus the sketchy people, but with a 500% price increase. Ambience here is very mass-market chain generic. The sad thing is that it's not that big of a chain, but it feels like a glorified McDonald's. Service is actually better at the average McDonald's franchise. At this price point you expect them to pay a more to entice better workers. In years past I really liked this chain, but strangely aggressive price hikes and strangely steep declines in service have ended my visits here. FYI: this is the third BurgerFi outpost I have seen with employees either not wearing masks at all or wearing them pulled down below their noses (including the cook)...likely that's related to the same attitude problems and poor management that lead to the poor service.

The food is nasty I ordered a regular cheeseburger and the patty was so tiny it was all bread. The fries are so dry and disgusting. The service wasn't the best they were rude. Ordered a drink and they barely wanted to give me it (it doesn't come out of your paycheck) It's cute inside but don't come here

I've been meaning to go here since I've heard so much about it, and so last week we went...twice. BurgerFi is similar to Five Guys and In N Out where you go up to a counter, order and then help yourself to soft-drinks and then wait on your food. It's the latest in burger war restaurants that seem to be consuming the public and for good reason...they're so so good! This place steps up the game by offering a couple dozen draft beers on tap and select wines as well. 4/5 Double Bacon Cheeseburger $10.77 was excellent, so fresh and juicy and so full of flavor. The cheese was melted and oozing over the beef patties and it was one of the best burgers I've ever sunk my teeth in. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star review is that the bacon was cold; you could tell it was done earlier in the day and was a bit hard. The price was also very high for one of the best burgers I've eaten, and I guess that's the norm nowadays. Still...for a burger only at nearly $11 bucks, it's really getting up there. 4/5 Regular fries with Parmesan salt, herb aioli $5.47 was just ok. I enjoyed them but they didn't wow me as much as I expected. I did enjoy the flavored salt. 5/5 Regular fries with cheese sauce $5.27 was another winner. I simply love the cheese sauce they used here...reminded me of one of favorite places to eat where I grew up in the Chicago area. 3/5 The CEO $10.97 was a nice tasting burger, but I preferred the Double Cheeseburger to this. I couldn't taste the Wagyu patty that's supposed to better, and they used less of the American cheese that they used on the Double Cheeseburger. I asked for the homemade candied bacon tomato jam on the side and it was actually pretty nice to dip the fries in. Looking forward to coming here again and trying something else.

They take for ever like ours if you order it comes cold I've just never had a good experience and I've seen a lot of chaos in the restaurant I'm giving up after three tries

Ok so I have to give credit when credit is due. After I swore I would not come back my coworkers dragged me here for lunch. I changed it up and ordered the Conflicted burger (1 beef patty & 1 veggie patty) with the usual seasoned fries. The burger was okay. I liked the combination of the meat and veggie patty. Oh and I also took a bite of their chili cheese hot dog and it was good. That i'm impressed by. They did though earn an extra star because of this visit. unlike the other times, everyone was nice and friendly. However, I still felt sick to my stomach immediately after eating it so I will stick to my ground about this place.This burger joint is just not for me.

I love BurgerFi, especially their French fries so I did not hesitate to go to this burger joint when I found it in Miami. Staff was friendly however I didn't find it very clean and it's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars.

This place is seriously badly managed and staffed! I stopped using it because I would order food and there would be missing items, burnt food, or just plain inedible items! Today I decided to order chicken tenders and fries from Uber Eats and lo and behold the fries are missing. Whoever the franchisee is, they need to manage this store better.

Food is not bad The environment is nice. However, the service is horrible. The cashier was so rude not even friendly didn't even Smile didn't even say thank you nothing, We've seen his attitude from the cashiers many times coming here. We will never come here again, nor recommend anybody else coming here

BurgerFi is the GOAT and by far my favorite burger spot because it's not too greasy, always fresh, no GMO meat and this location is very clean. A lot of space to park and there is a big dining area. It may cost a little more than other burger spots but trust me it is worth it for the quality of food. The BurgerFi cheeseburger is the most common and very good, I also recommend the CEO burger!

Ordered burgers fries and shakes. Food is always good. Teenagers work the counter with no social skills and blank faced service. It's seems like the ultimate drudgery to them. It's them against the customers and the employees can't possibly connect with the customers on any level. That aside, the tables, floor and condiment areas are beyond unclean. Nobody wants to keep those areas clean and nobody is seeing to their sanitary upkeep. There is obviously not a capable manager with any knowledge of how to run a restaurant. The restrooms were disgusting at best. The owner should be called to account for the horrible conditions that the public has to endure because of his lack of professionalism and effort.

Disappointed experience for Burger-Fi. Just arrived to Miami Beach for the first time with my family and we wanted to eat before the night was over. (Long drive from Orlando) First, walking into the establishment, there was a funky smell. There was food and garbage left at certain tables. It wasn't pleasant to be honest. Second, upon ordering food, I could not order French fries because the employee said it's only burgers they are making at the moment. My family was ok about it. This was 10 pm, an hour before closing. List of food my family and I received and problems with it. Wife - BurgerFi Hamburger with bacon (no issue) Myself - BurgerFi Hamburger with bacon (no seasoning in the meat Pattie's. Chewy Bacon helped a bit) Mom - BurgerFi cheese burger (Pattie's we're medium and did not taste good) Dad - BurgerFi cheese burger (Patties were raw) Third, I went to the counter to show the raw patties and a customer next to me was complaining to an employee about their order. I noticed that the customer was getting French fries. To my knowledge, Employee at the register said only burgers. I guess I missed out on how to get French fries but the price for my families meal was over $50 without French fries. Not going to ask for French fries at this point due to the amount we paid. Now, back to the raw burgers. A Female employee with large headphones on her head came to me to ask what happen. I showed her my parents burgers and she walked away. Moments later, a male employee came to me asked what happen and I showed him the burgers. He said ok give me a sec. He yelled it out to the cooks in the back to remake it. Moments later, I received a new batch of food. I did not receive an apology nor free items not anything. After the cutting the burgers, these were perfectly made for my parents. Fourth, employees yelling in the background about some incident that happen outside the store and what they would have done next time if certain people would walk in again. Not sure exactly what happen before my family and I walked into this establishment, but it was completely unprofessional from most of the employees of this location. Fifth, by 10:30 pm (30 minutes before closing) a male employee was at the door telling people that it was closed except last mobile orders. On Google, it shows that this establishment is open until 11 pm. He was sarcastically telling a few customers that were leaving to come back again and with a sarcastic smile. The reason I said the word sarcastically, it is because the employee was one of the people the cooking area upset about something, then hit the door to come at pretty hard and ignoring his colleagues. Maybe he was trying to be funny so I apologize for assuming, however, actions speak louder than words. The service here, was an absolute 0. The same employee did the same to my family and I when we left. Sixth, the ambiance of this location was ok. I have been to the BurgerFi in the Kissimmee area, completely different. This establishment had burnt lights, tables was clean, and the smell was not pleasant. It felt very uncomfortable for my family and I to sit and eat at this location. I felt like I was back in NY where something could happen at any moment. In conclusion, the reason for the two stars is because the burgers were done right after the mistake. Not going to knock them for my burger being under seasoning much even I could of. Due to the service and ambience of this location, I will not be returning to this establishment until there is a change when I come back to Miami Beach.

Walked in here to try this popular place for the first time .. I open the door and is so hot like they have no AC , , only half restaurant lights were on feel bad for these employees The place looks dirty , trash on the floor , no Fries available on menu and it wasn't even that late So many negative things we just couldn't be there for more than 2 minutes , it was just bad

AWFUL service, workers look miserable and lose their minds at the smallest inconvenience. Even being kind and patient they act like a small misclick is ruining their day- if they don't want customers accidentally messing up their orders (which happens often) then don't have a convoluted computerized ordering system.

People - 7/10 Food - 7/10 Drinks - na Decor - 8/10 Restrooms - (didn't use) I had ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was good. They had stamped there name into the bread which is a fun artsy touch. The service was quick but also not a lot of people. The staff was very friendly. Overall, a pretty decent place for a quick bite to eat.

Nothing special. We had a Bacon Burger Combo and Chicken Strips. We upgraded to a Chocolate shake. The Shake was short filled and when I asked the counter person Why? She tells me that's the way it comes and walks away, WTF?? Also, the Onion Ring portion was skimpy too. We won't be back. Ps. Everything was tasty, just not a good value.

This is a very unique Burger Fi to me. First up the parking lot is a little tight but there are a good number of spots for Burger Fi. Once you park you're good. Inside they have the typical food menu. But they also have beer. They have a time of beer. Like two dozen on draft. Plus there is a decent wine selection. Other locations have beer but only a couple on draft. Also I haven't seen wine at another location. The other thing is I found the staff to be very friendly, accommodating and engaging. They held my shake till I finished my food and even check on me while dining. Never saw any of that at the Aventura location. This location also has extended hours. Something like till 11pm during the weekday. It's a lot but the location is close to the beach and you have to get a key for the restroom. Just a minor inconvenience to keep the random people out. Come late or for lunch...and don't forget to get a fried egg on your burger.

Really a 2.5, but since burgers are not my preferred form of sustenance, I rounded up to give them the benefit of the doubt. We were running errands last night and getting very hangry, so I was actually the one that suggested eating here as I knew we wouldn't have to wait long for the food. I asked the gal behind the counter about the "Beyond Burger" but she hadn't tried it. She said people reported that it tastes like a Big Mac, so that was a hard pass for me. I don't eat meat because I don't like the taste or the texture, so I don't want something that "bleeds just like a burger". I went for the veggie burger and was asked if I was a vegan (I'm not!) so kudos to them for being plugged in to everyone's varied eating disorders! Larry S. had the CEO or CFO (some kind of chief burger). Side note - I thought the menu was kind of confusing. They have the huge "Big Ass" fans, which is a great way to efficiently cool the restaurant, but we didn't want to sit underneath one and have our food cool off too quickly. While we were looking for non-fan seating, another employee was following us around with menus. We kept telling him we already ordered but I think there was some kind of language barrier! We finally found appropriate seating and a different employee came over to try to take our order! I mean, the impulse to provide customer service was great, but enough already! Then again, I was hangry, so take that complaint with a grain of salt! The food was ready and Larry S. really, really enjoyed his burger. As for me.. well, I'm not a burger eater. I consumed the whole thing in about 3 minutes. It was better than the veggie burger at Shake Shack. It beat cooking for myself. It was somewhat reasonably priced. The end.

Customer service at this location was severely lacking on today. Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed a total of 5 employees standing around with 3 in the kitchen and 2 at service area, they appeared to all be in conversation; yet I was not greeted. I said hello and stated to the employee nearest to the register that I was there to pickup a food order for myself. The employee at the register did not respond to this but instead started speaking to another employee. After a few minutes of no response and several stares from other employees, I asked the employee at register how long it would be for my order. She then stated that it would be ready shortly to which i said thank you. Another gentlemen entered while I was waiting and he immediately received a lackluster "hello".. Another employee cooking in the kitchen eventually placed my order on the back counter and another employee boxed and bagged it. The employee that bagged it then asked for the name on the order (which i found weird) and after I gave her the name she gave a weird half smirk smile and handed me the bag. I again said thank you and exited. I think all staff that are to have face to face interactions with customers should be well trained on customer service skills, how to greet customers and etc. Starbucks is pretty much the standard of great customer service in my opinion. All in all it was a very rude and weird interaction.

It's as good as you can expect from a chain restaurant. The burgers are tasty and the fries are crispy. They don't hold back on the cheese so if you aren't a fan of American cheese then stay away! Service is relatively quick. Honestly, if you're on Collins Ave this should be an option to put in your back pocket. Within 1 block there are a ton of local small restaurants with very fair prices and better food. Still - sometimes you just crave a greasy burger and fries and BurgerFi does it well

I randomly stopped here after day drinking and had the best burger , fries , and hotdog. The burger was extremely juicy and the fries were crisp and delicious. The hot dog was really good too because it was cut down the middle and cooked very well. I would definitely come back here again if I had a car in Miami and was driving around.
