Staff was pleasant, fries were good. The chicken sandwich and burger were overall terrible. The chicken was cooked well, but the bread, toppings, etc. Were unpleasant. They were all soggy. The burger was medium well, that made me happy. But again the toppings were terrible. The cheese was very sad in texture and flavor. Certainly enjoyed a $2 burger from McDonald's more and I don't enjoy McDonald's. Atmosphere was great and restaurant was clean. Im sure others will enjoy.

Saturday night around 8:15PM - only a table or two. Unexpectedly slow. But the staff members are very attentive. Our milkshake was delicious, fries was also fresh fried but thicker and less salty than any other Burgerfi I’ve add. The portion is also quite small. This is my favorite burger chain but the price point has gotten too high that sometimes we went to another one. Hope either portion could increase or drop the price down a bit to affordability🥲

The wings were the best thing along with the Cajun fries. The Nashville hot chicken was purple in the center and tasted weird, maybe a bad cut of meat. The burgers were good. I would come back just to order wings

Extremely disappointing. The food tastes awful, and the portions were insanely small, considering the high prices. Almost 10 dollars for a kids meal, and for what??? 2 deformed pieces of chicken? a couple of fries and a drink. The drink has multiple drinks missing too, and the chicken is too salty. Chairs have crumbs. I’m warning you, do NOT go here.

This was my family’s first visit to Burgerfi. They made a great first impression. The Burgers and fries were delicious! William was very helpful, attentive, and provided excellent customer service.

Today was my first time ever visiting this place and I was excited about it. Food my chef burger was really tasty but customer service hands down was trash. Girl was not positive enough and just gave a I don’t want to be here attitude. I will come back for the burger but dining in is a no for me.

William went above and beyond with my order. Not only did he ring me up quickly, but he also packed my food perfectly, made a shake for me, and even brought it out for my to-go order. On top of all that, he was extremely respectful, polite, and carried himself with excellent manners the entire time. It’s rare to come across customer service like this — William made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He definitely deserves recognition for the effort he puts in.

I’m beyond impressed with Karolin! Even though it was only her second day on the job, she did everything perfectly. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and extremely nice while helping me and my family with our order. The way she handled everything was professional and thoughtful, and the packaging she prepared was absolutely amazing beautiful and beyond expectations. Big ups to whoever trained her, because she’s already doing an outstanding job. Keep up the amazing work, Karolin! 👏

A young man named William helped me a real go getter not only did he get my order right he made sure my fries were crispy like I asked this kid when he wasn't busy taking care of customers like me was asses and elbows wiping down the tables the soda fountains you name it this young man was doing it the burger was on point so were the fries however the Coke freestyle machine on the right side has an unbalanced mix too much water but over all good

As far as fast food goes, this is top tier!! Burgers were excellent and the tenders also impressed me. I'd say this place is very similar in quality and price to Shake Shack. I wish that we had these over on the west coast because I'd be here all the time with my friends! Friendly and prompt team at this location. Restaurant was clean and the fancy soda machines are a huge draw for me. Keep up the great work!!

I ordered the Beyond Burger Combo and it was lackluster. My buns were cold and the meat wasn't hot! I make better burgers at home. My partner had a bacon cheeseburger and she loved it! So maybe it's a vegan burger thang!

I had Rodeo burger and I really enjoyed it, the fries were on point, I don't understand why it has only 2.5 stars, but I had a good experience. I strongly recommend this place. My family and I enjoyed it. Only thing( but it's not relevant) one of the bathrooms was out of order.

I liked the food and service. Burger was decent. Was a little on the pricier side for a fast food burger spot but I was satisfied. Ambiance was good too.

I really wanted some onion rings and BurgerFi delivered! This location offers outdoor seating and a pretty decent dining area. The staff was so nice and my food came out hot and fresh! I got the regular burger and topped it with just about everything on the menu! They also offer vegan options as well as chicken! You can also get any of their burger options as a single patty. The CEO Burger is a heavy hitter: Double Premium Wagyu Blend, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Garlic Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese Parking is available via garage and street side meters. Definitely going to continue getting the burgers when I visit the harbor!

We normally love BurgerFi but this time, not so much. Our fries were extremely undercooked to the point where they were inedible, and they ran out of ice cream for the milkshakes. One of our burgers was rare in the middle. I also ordered the wings with red hot sauce and they were burnt. I'm sure I'll order from them again because we generally enjoy it, but not happy with this particular order at all.

Note to self, this place just isn't good... the service was fine, it's the food. I was really hungry so it was even a low bar, but this place is nothing like five guys or shake shack... the burgers were meh and the fries are gross... how do you mess up fries so badly? This is prime location, it should definitely be a different burger chain here.

1) Burger patty was thin, like roughly 1/3 the thickness of bottom half of the bun. Flavor wasn't bad although it did taste like it was frozen - maybe it was made in the restaurant, but frozen ahead of being cooked up - which is absurd given the price. 2) Also absurd is $9.99 for a kids meal that included two chicken tenders that could fit in my toddler's palm and roughly a dozen fries. Value was closer to $5-6, even in the DMV. 3) A 2 for $22 "special" "saved" like $12.50 on two basic cheeseburger meals. Without that, including the overprice kids meal, our bill would have been over $50 for absolutely nothing special. Irritated that we paid $34 for food that was below average. 4) Best thing I can say is that the restaurant was clean and service was quick.

Very yummy quick serve burger joint with delicious rings and chicken tenders. Actually, just the fact they serve declious chicken tenders makes them better than some of the other quick serve burger joints in my eyes. Onions rings are also fried to perfection. And the price is very reasonable compared to sit-down restaurants. Nom nom nom!

I went it for their prime rib burger, it was alright, but not worth the hype. Their burgers will cost you double what you would pay at a McDonald, but not double the satisfaction. This location in particular had soda machine issues, and an insect infestation in their patio.

Great to see a higher quality burger place in National Harbor during Bee Week. Fries are pretty awesome, fresh made like in the old days with lots of potato flavor and tender on the inside. Downloaded the app and got a free fries offer and good to earn rewards points as buying for the family can add up. Brought the food back to the Gaylord atrium and still fresh as the walk was pretty short. Convenient self-service ordering and clean inside. I've been to other BurgerFi's and would normally rate it 4 stars, but this location cooked the food pretty well and has good scarcity value as not too many other higher quality fast casual places in National Harbor.

Excellent burger. Even had a respectable looking vegan ' burger'. A most welcome change of pace from fast food burgers. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst service you can think of. It would be easier to cook it myself. Stood in line watch workers walk past instead of asking for assistance let alone a greeting. 1st and last time. Don't overs and managers should be ashamed

Food is good customer service is not so good. Establishment is often dirty and tables are not kept for this to be a restaurant at the harbor I would expect a little better service and cleanliness

I always enjoy going to bugerfi on my lunch break, the food is always hot and good. I want give a huge shoutout to Tiffany who helped me out, she had great customer service and was really nice.

First time coming here and there was a long from the beginning. Waited around 30 minutes for the food to come out and then the ketchup dispenser ran out, informed an employee + was handed some ketchup packets. It was never changed while we were still there unfortunately. The area could be cleaner and the music was way to loud to talk. Other than that the impossible burger was delicious (wish they didn't up charge it) also remove the mayo + cheese to make it vegan. Really enjoyed the fries. Close to the National Harbor but I'm assuming this place gets super busy at times.

BurgerFi never disappoints!!!! The food is always fresh and hot. I have been here plenty of time and never had a bad experience with my food. The service today was exceptionally good. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I told the young man in front my name and that I was here to pick up my order. He told me that it would be out shortly and gave me my drink up. As I was filling my cup he came over very politely with my order and I was on my way. I had the kids cheese burger meal that comes with fries and a beverage.

My group stopped at BurgerFi for a casual lunch while we stayed in the area. All of us ordered separately and the food was brought out to our outdoor table. One person waited patiently even though they ordered before any of us, but her food was never brought out. Eventually, she went inside and found out they never made her order. Since her food had to be made, they offered her a complimentary shake for the incident, which was nice. I had a Beyond Meat burger on a lettuce bun, so finding something vegetarian/gluten-free wasn't an issue. The burger was cooked well enough, though I could have done without the massive amounts of lettuce.

During a busy week I was looking for a quick meal. That is not what I got here. I should have ordered ahead, but that is all hindsight now. When I showed up it was after the lunch rush which I thought would have equated into me getting in and out quickly, but nope. I know this is a direct competitor to Shake Shack and almost like one of them is a carbon copy of the other. It's almost exactly the same menu with a few variations. I came in and got myself a Breakfast All-Day Burger, Cry + Fry, and a fountain drink. Ordering and paying was fairly quick, but I ended up waiting for it to be prepared. I shouldn't be complaining about this as it meant my food was freshly made, but I ended up being late reporting back to work this day. Good thing was that work was just a block or two up. Order was finally ready and I high stepped it back to work. When I finally was able to dig into the meal, I was pleased as it served the purpose of me getting to eat. The burger was filling on it's own. I mean with the combination of toppings it really is just a meal in your hand. To accompany the burger patty you get bacon, cheese, egg, hash brown, grilled onion, ketchup and maple syrup. See what I mean by a meal in your hand. Then to have the onion rings and fries on the side, I felt plump after it. How does it compare to their competitor? Same but different. The extra toppings they have for burgers makes it better and onion rings is a nice deviation. Price wise, they are in the same ballpark. Moral of the story, order ahead, review the menu, sit back and enjoy.

Decent burgers, online order took 10min longer than indicated but staff was friendly and rushed my order along.

Albert was very friendly I was greeted as soon as I entered. He took our order quickly and the food came out quickly as well. I recommend this place!

Really enjoyed BurgerFi. Pricey for burgers but then again, it's National Harbor where everything is pricey. For me, I thought the burgers were pretty big. I got a basic burger and added jalapeños and onion straws. It was good. Could barely finish it all. We got one larger fry to share which was plenty. Got them Parmesan truffle style. There was a ton of Parmesan. Almost too much. I love that they have a fry / onion ring option. Didn't get to try them but maybe next time.

Food is definitely delicious and i am particularly finicky when it comes to my food. But their french fried are beautifully crispy and perfectly salted and their burgers are juicy and of good size. Also they have good milkshakes, rich, smooth and delicious. The price is not too bad since me and two other people got the same meals for $64. Inside is clean and provides a nice cooling atmosphere compared to the humidity outside. The food also came out relatively fast and the workers were lovely. This is a tough review for me to put together. They do one thing very VERY well but they also do most other things pretty badly - even stinky. So, I will just review BurgerFi in the following stream of consciousness. The burger I had was among the best I have ever had. The beef tasted special. I am not sure if it is because the beef is antibiotic free or the cows were raised free range or what. But that burger will have me coming back for more. It had a crispy crunchy on the outside but was perfectly juicy inside. The fried onions added perfectly to the whole thing. The seared "BurgerFi" branded into the bun was a great touch - it did not add to the flavor but it sure was cool. The gooey cheddar cheese was wonderful! The bun itself was very good too. It was soft and yeasty but strong enough to stand up to the grease from the burger. It also was not cut all the way through which meant that all the toppings stayed on top of the burger rather than being squeezed out of the other side when I took a bite. All in all, this burger was TOP RATE! The onion rings are not worth any mention at all. Beyond that, the restaurant was sub-par. The service was lackluster at best. The tables were dirty. The area where you got the condiments, the napkins, the utensils and the straws looked like a mess. And was also dirty! I shudder to think what the kitchen looked like but I did, after all, love the burger so I stopped thinking about that. A fire sensor kept ringing a shrill loud alarm. When I told the worker at the front desk, he was not impressed and certainly not encouraged to do anything about it. Will I come back for that burger? Probably. But I will try another location first. BurgerFi better get its act together or it will fail even with one of the best burgers around!!! I cannot recommend this place overall.

I came all the way to Burger Fi to be disappointed. At a time you could order a vegan burger, they no longer have that. They now have a falafel burger but they cook it in the same grease as the chicken. The fries at one time had a dedicated fry basket that did not share grease with meat, that has changed. So disappointed. If I could do a 0 I would.

We tried a few things- a kids meal, burger and fried chicken sandwich. Overall just thought it was very overpriced. The fries were delicious but everything else was fine and didn't have a lot of taste or toppings.

Very much do not recommend this location. the quality, even for fast food wad not enjoyable. It seems that quality control is not a thing because I previously enjoyed food from another location and was excited to have one so close to my house. my toppings were missing, seasoning for the fries/onion rings were nonexistent and the burger was severely over cooked. But it was only my burger that was lacking. The other sandwich in my order was fine. I may give this location another try later in the year but for now I will go some place else when I want a burger.

BurgerFi is a newer and much needed addition to the National Harbor food scene, which has a severe lack of fast casual. Menu primarily consists of Burgers, Fries, and Ice Cream. Ordering was about the smoothest part of the experience because my order took a long time to arrive at the table, and for some reason it was in a to-go bag, so I had to go get a tray. By the time I was finally sitting to eat, the Bacon on my Bacon Cheeseburger Junior was starting to get cold. The burger was overall tasty and I should have ordered a double. The fries here are different as they almost feel undercooked, but I wouldn't call that a bad thing. My friend didn't care for the size or the overall weak flavor of his SWAG burger. Restaurant felt disorganized and the staff seemed to be falling behind. Overall, this location has room for improvement and I've ate at a better BurgerFi than this.

Clean restaurant with modern seating. You can order through the large screen yourself or at the counter. I have been here twice and got the original cheeseburger in a junior first and today the full size . It has two "smashed " patties that are charred perfectly, the lettuce and tomato were fresh and their sauce is good. They brand their buns and place it in a sleeve that you can use to hold it. The fries are fresh cut and yummy. You can get seasoning on them. I got the parmesan herb. Not much flavor to that one but still good. I recommend this place.

I honestly can't figure out why there are so many bad reviews! I'm a foodie - I like quality good tasting food and I'm not afraid to pay for it. This was great! Quick and easy and not expensive. With not a lot of great food in the area, this place is a win if you like burgers and fries.

Got an easy and quick vegan burger from here. Interesting you can get things like unsalted fries here too. Overall it was good.

We were in town for a conference (ABCA) and looking for a quick bite to eat. We ordered 2 burgers and French fries. The food took almost 30 minutes to get but was very good, especially the fries. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was great. Highly recommend...

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lots of toppings and only got a sad little thing with the patty, cheese and bacon! Extremely upset! Careless staff!

Pros: - Fries were pretty good (if you add salt) Cons: - Onions rings were raw - Trying to get onion rings replaced with fries was onerous (long lines, argument from staff) - Didn't get multigrain bun as ordered - Burger pretty tasteless (even with the wagyu upgrade - did I even get it?!) - Not enough restrooms (long wait even without the place being that crowded) Obviously I'll never go to a BurgerFi again.

The Manager Jordi was Absolutely Incredible. He and his team controlled the flow of Orders on a Hyper Busy Labor Day Sunday and made sure our food promptly got to our table. Make sure you do not leave before ordering an Unforgettable Milk Shake. Whether you are in the National Harbor for just a few hours or a few days, make sure you find this place!!!

Decent buffalo chicken sandwich. Fries are a bit soggy. Service is reasonably fast but it can get crowded.

Should have looked at the reviews before. I went here instead of getting fries from Nandos. Won't do it again. Had the Cry &Fry. Wasn't worth the intake of calories.

$30 for 2 hot dogs, 2 drinks, and 1 order of fries. 3 separate fountain drinks were nothing but carbonation. The milk shake was good though.

Straight trash ! Not worth the price for what I got ! The burger was very bland no type of seasoning! And the got my order wrong ! Hate wasting money of food that's not good . Go eat some where else don't eat here !!!

I ordered the CEO and small fried. I went ordered thru Yelp and it was ready when I got there. Overall it's just ok flavor-wise. Alright on cleanliness and the workers were friendly.

Overall just ok. The fries have a potato skin taste if that makes sense. The burger was ok but they did mess up my order. I did enjoy the pop machine which was one of those make your own flavor coke machines. The feel was just a back almost fast food kind of feel. Overall just mid!

Chicken tenders were tasty. The service was nice because Jaimie(the manager) and the cashier (Jordy) were very nice. They had excellent customer service. We had an issue with hot dogs being cold and just simply undesirable. Jaimie fixed the situation. The outdoor seating was pleasant making the Ambiance pleasant.

Burger & fries suck... sorry but don't waste your money. The resto was loud too not sure if it's the ac, the ice machine or what. So disappointed
