Fast-Casual Chain BurgerFi Is Coming to Rockville This Year - Eater DC

"Food-filled complex Pike & Rose is getting a new burger option this winter with the arrival of BurgerFi. The expansion-minded burger chain will open in an area of Rockville sometimes called North Bethesda at 11881 Grand Park Avenue. BurgerFi has two other area locations in Silver Spring and Leesburg, which sport a modern and wood-heavy look. The seven-year-old company, which has more than 100 locations from coast to coast, is known for its all-natural Angus beef patties that are free of steroids, antibiotics, and growth hormones. There’s also Vienna beef dogs, hand-cut fries, and crispy onion rings. Drinks include beer, wine, sugar cane sodas, and shakes. The burger brand also makes a vegan plant-based “Beyond Burger” that “bleeds” beet juice, according to a review from The New York Times." - Tierney Plumb

Google
Never have I had such a thin burger, maybe a centimeter thick. About the thickness of the cheese lol. Maybe an ounce of beef Fries were cooked well thus the additional star

Google
Kids wanted to eat here cause it had wagyu burgers. First off place was empty on a saturday afternoon. Secondly the all the fountain machines were broken. Food was ok nothing special. 2 Burgers 1 chicken sandwich fries, onion rings and 2 shakes totaling $75! Thats crazy. Definitely not worth the price. I see this place going under by the end of the yr. Food was nothing special wagyu beef was nothing special. So i have to say i would not recommend this place.

Google
Got chicken sliders, fries, and a shake. Food was decent. Shake was amazing. I think service is a good 4 out of 5 and this is my only nitpick - the lack of attention to detail. I asked for specific seasoning on the fries - not done, and whipped cream on the shake - not done. These aren't big issues, but there was only one person dining in the place when I went so, there was a lot of time to process the order properly and it was not done so. Otherwise, would recommend a visit.

Google
Very pleasant and clean atmosphere. Excellent burgers, and I appreciate the attention of the cashier, Andurina, who offered me the chicken tenders plate and helped me choose the best option for my children. She was very attentive. I will return to this place with my whole family.

Google
Amazing food and great service! Anduriña took her time to tell me everything on the menu depending of what where the flavors that I was looking for. I tried the BBQ Rodeo Burguer and it was amazing! I'll definitely come back!

Google
Came in for lunch and was greeted nicely by the workers. I took my time reviewing the new menu and decided to order the chicken sliders combo with a cry fry. Customer service from Miguel was very helpful and was patient with me. The tables are clean and it’s quiet when there’s not much people. My food was given with a welcoming “enjoy”. The slider combo is really good and cry fry is an exception if you can’t decide to just get fries or onions rings. Overall chicken sliders 9.5/10, cry fry 8.7/10.

Google
Everything was great, the burger, the fries, the onion rings. Amazing costumer service! Anduriña gave me recommendations and I loved it! She was very helpful!

Google
Google reviews let me down for this spot. The burger is okay nothing to comment on. It’s sweet tasting which isn’t bad but I just expected better (had the CEO) Vanilla custard shake tasted pretty good. The interior of the place is nice while I was waiting for my order. Crazy price I don’t recommend this place burgers are not good

Yelp
Really good service. I was served by a very polite and friendly cashier. The food was delicious and warm. I will definitely go again.

Yelp
Not sure if this was because I placed my order before closing, it was my first time to order from here and I wish I did not. I am a burger lover and I appreciate quality, I never eat at McDonald's as I look for better quality burger. But what I got today was way worse than McDonald's. I ordered the wagyu burger for 12.99. The patties came burned and hard as rubber. Onion rings are dripping oil and French fries was burned and old you can smell they were on shelf for an hour. The parmesan chees looks like feta cheese on top of fries. IT IS HORRIBLE. I wish I listened to my wife and just got the chipotle for just 3rd the price I paid for this order.

Yelp
Most pathetic patties I've ever seen this is under new management I will never buy here again. At one time it was comparable to five guys now's it's not worth 5 cents compare the picture and real deal

Yelp
4 plus stars!!! - chicken sandwich: very very good - burgerfi burger: meh. Not too oily but wasn't as tasty as the chicken sandwich, Maybe it was lacking cheese or something. - fries plus 3 onion rings: good, I would get it again. Price: good price for the quality of the food. Will definitely come often.

Yelp
I would say burgerFi is by far my favorite burger place now and that's a lot for me to say. Service is always on point. Restaurant is always clean and warming. Staff is always personable

Yelp
Ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a complimentary birthday shake to go! Food was delicious, but wasn't warm when picked up. Fries were soggy and not seasoned well so I was slightly disappointed. My Oreo shake however was really good. I would definitely order it again. It had a nice chocolate to vanilla ratio. I used the mobile app to order my food and received everything on a timely basis. It's a very user friendly app and organized. I also really like that burgerfi is located right in pike n rose for an easy access to the location. It's a great option for a burger without overspending. It's generally not very busy and staff are usually very attentive when customers walk in to greet them. There's TV's surrounding the establishment and it's definitely family friendly.

Yelp
I had a bunch of folks tell me this place is like 5 guys but I disagree. This is completely different. The burger was massive, very filling. More beef flavor than seasoning. I really enjoyed being able to taste the cheese. It was warm, somewhat gooey but still solid. The fries were good. I got the parm & herb. The herb was overwhelming, not the best taste. Customer service was rushed. Came in late in the afternoon, not a lot of folks, women spoke fast, she kept changing my order, she took my credit card to swipe. That was very unpleasant. Overall, the food was good because I was hungry. Nothing spectacular. Location is okay, sort of clean. All the chairs had soda or food on them, so I had to wipe down, even the baby chair.

Yelp
We've been to multiple BurgerFis across the country and it's a pretty standard burger and fries kind of place. A bit pricey for a burger, but pretty typical these days. The service is friendly enough and helpful when you're ready to order. The milkshakes are always really delicious. The burger is standard, but they do offer gluten free buns. Fryer is not celiac friendly. Definitely a place to stop buy if you want a standard comforting burger and a milkshake!

Yelp
Delicious burger. Helpful and friendly staffs. Their Chef Crafted burgers are different and have more interesting menu. This BurgerFi is located in Pike&Rose Shopping Mall center, Bethesda, MD. It is busy business area but there are parking lots on the streets (quite limited) and garages are available. I went to BurgerFi in Silver Spring, MD long time ago, I think the one in North Bethesda, made me feel more comfortable because the way they designed and decorated their restaurant. Atmosphere inside is more bright, airy and lively. Anyway, as for the taste of the food, they both are great and good quality.

Vivian L.

Yelp
If I could give 0, I would. The manager David and the waiter Roni are HORRIBLE!!! Stay away! I've already reported to their HQ.
google avatar

Yelp
I found myself in the area on a business trip. Was told that BurgerFi was a great place to grab a burger do I had to try it. I ordered the CEO burger, and the Cry and Fry onion rings/fries. The burger was okay- very meaty, but could barely taste the cheese and bacon jam. The onion rings were excellent- best part of the meal. Fries were good too. Overall the meal was okay- but when you factor in the cost, I'm not sure I'd return.
google avatar

Gina C.

Yelp
The burgers were mediocre, the chicken sandwich was decent, but the fries and onion rings were literally dripping with grease. Rather pricey too for what you're getting.

Yelp
No no no no ... no. The first few times I've had this place it was tinkering between a 4-5 star rating, however today? Sorry.... It's a 1. Why? You know when you are using wifi? You can't connect to the internet? Basically anything "internet" related is worthless? Well burger fi was missing the fi making my latest visit worthless.... First off when you order the service is good until it's time to pay. The people at the counter are trained to say you can tip here and point to the different % options. They just then....stare at you. Ok ok so wait, what the heck am I tipping for....? The fact that you took my order? Stop this nonsense. Seriously. The food. The burgers are not bad. Not WOW but honestly not bad. The fries? TRASH. Absolute TRASH. How do you f up fries? The fires twice now come UNDERCOOKED. Crispy? Nope. Slightly hard and potato-y? Yes. Guys, KEEP IT FRYING LONGER. Seriously it's French fries. FRY THEM. WHO is timing this stuff? Do it longer, like 4-5 minutes longer because they ARENT READY. Oh and don't even bother with the "cheese sauce". It's just some drizzle on top of the fries. It does absolutely nothing. Waste of $2. I dare you. Try the cheese sauce. You will say uhhhhhhh as well. I'm just getting angry writing this.

Yelp
I'd been to the Laurel location a number of times years ago and was pleased to learn one had opened much closer to me! I've been to the Rockville location twice now and service is fast and friendly. Both times we ordered a basic cheeseburger, hotdog, chicken tenders, onion rings, fries, and chocolate shakes. The quality was good both times, so consistency between experiences is off to a good start. The first time the app and website could not get an order to go through, even with our account logged in. But we were able to order in store and use the rewards in our app without any trouble. Our second order, the website cooperated and we were able to order ahead. The food was ready at the quoted time, including the milkshakes* *Milkshake detour: they were unfortunately missing the whip cream and chocolate toppings, we didn't know until we got home as they were sealed in a bag. Also they have open lids to accommodate where the whip cream would usually be, so this makes the journey a little treacherous if you don't know this and the bag tips at all FYI) The burgers are good, for a reference point they kind of make me think of Shake Shack in style. The downside as I see it, is that they don't offer meal combos, so the fries, onion rings, and drinks are all a la carte, so it adds up a little. Especially because, not unlike 5 guys, the smallest fry serving is still too much for me and fries just don't save or reheat well. I'd be happier paying for a smaller portion of fries or onion rings (huge, tasty rings, but too much for me alone) to come with my burger, dog, or tenders. The hot dogs (wagyu beef) are also generously portioned. Chicken tenders come as 3 or 5 and are delicious- still juicy, not overly breaded or soggy. Located in Pike and Rose, the interior of the store has plenty of seating, is clean, and lots of great fresh air with accordion glass doors they can open on nice days. There is also dedicated patio seating, at least a few tables right out front. The only issue is, of course, parking, but these designed centers like Pike and Rose, Downtown Crown, Rockville Square, all have that issue. We will definitely be frequenting this location now that we know it's here :)

Yelp
Service is trash because I didn't get any. My husband and I just (meaning 5 minutes ago) walked in, stood there for 2 or 3 minutes while the cashier made milkshakes and said absolutely nothing to us. Didn't greet us. Didn't say "be right with you"." Didn't say anything. I asked my husband if any other spot around here has burgers and he said yea, so we walked out, and still the guy said nothing. Save yourself a trip and find a burger elsewhere.

Janette D.

Yelp
Tried for the first time and the burger is delicious. We did carry out for work. My hamburger came with only bacon, I got the missing the tomatoes, lettuce jam. I tried to give them a call, but the number online does not work.

Yelp
The burgers and fries are yummy, but where they really knock it out if the park? Their milkshakes!! They are so rich and creamy and aren't overly sweet!! AND, they're willing to mix up flavors if you like to get crazy. For instance, I'm a fan of doing Oreo coffee or Oreo cinnamon. But you really can't go wrong with just the basic Oreo or strawberry either. My kids usually just get a single scoop. I consider myself a chocolate girl, but their vanilla is pretty amazing, too. Lastly, definitely consider either getting the cinnamon banana shake that comes with churros or just order extra churros to go with a shake of your choice. These are probably the most delicious churros I've found in the city so far. Perfect crunch on the outside and chew on the inside! As for burgers, I go for the CEO because it's topped with bacon jam. So that's obviously a good decision. And the fries, get their seasonal bacon cheese fries while you can!!

Yelp
A burger joint serving made to order servings with quality ingredients. Tried a bacon cheeseburger and Parmesan fries. Burger was good, extra condiments come at an extra charge. Fries were fresh and cardboard to go carrier kept them warm. Food was good and price point for quality feels right. Ordered for take out from this North Bethesda location. Counter ordered and though the restaurant was not busy order took some time to prepare. Combination of takeout, delivery and freshly prepared caused the wait. Staff is o.k., there is a little navigation and walking from parking. Unless you luck out and get a spot right outside.

Yelp
Happy World Vegan Day #worldveganday !! I celebrated by eating a @beyondmeat burger at @burgerfi They can make it vegetarian or vegan friendly -- to make it truly vegan they put in in a lettuce wrap. It was very juicy and tasty, I enjoyed it as much as a meat burger. Unfortunately, Black and Latinx have high number of deaths due to heart disease. If we eat even half our meals based on no meat and only vegetables, we'd slow down those rates. Just think of all the lives we could save. And eating less beef is better for the environment, look up those numbers. Take care my friends, eat and live deliciously. Vegetarian -- a person who doesn't eat meat but sometimes still eats eggs and drinks milk Vegan -- One who doesn't eat meat, and doesn't eat other animal products as well, such as milk or eggs

Yelp
Went to burger fi and tried it out for myself with a bunch of buddies. The burger was very delicious but didn't have any sauce in my opinion. However, it was a pretty tasty burger. I got the onion rings and it was very crispy but super super big. Almost like they put a whole onion and just fried it up. Might have to get regular fries next time. Overall, it was a delicious burger and would def come back again!

Yelp
The hand-cut fries and house-made crispy VegeFi veggie burger (not the Beyond Meat) delivers! Of all the burger chains, BurgerFi has hands-down the best housemade veggie burger. The VegeFi fresh veggie patty is cooked in peanut oil and packed with veggies bursting with flavor and sandwiched in a crisp lettuce wrap. Lives up to the hype of the advertising poster! Hope they continue making them and don't phase them out in favor of Beyond Burger (those are available too). While the BurgerFi sauce is nothing more than Thousand Islands dressing, the truffle aioli elevates the flavor (wish they added more!) while the lettuce wrap adds a nice crunch and well worth the $1 and $0.50 upcharges. Swapping out the bun for the lettuce wrap, I would definitely save the calories for the hand-cut fries! The fresh crispy fries are scrumptious and truly deliver on the appetizing and boastful advertising. My hubby enjoyed the Coffee Mocha Milkshake and Bacon burger. The burger was a notch higher than Shake Shack, but not as good as the leaner burgers at Elevation Burger. The service was top notch as Camila, the cashier was kind enough to deliver our food on the patio as we brought our furry friend along (rather than using the beeper to pick up the food at the counter). Very considerate and thoughtful! Will definitely check out other BurgerFi locations (wish there a location closer to me in McLean!) and excited to come back for the VegeFi burger and scrumptious fries!

Yelp
Umm yes please!! I work in Pike & Rose and had never tried BurgerFi before. One of my coworkers recommended so I decided to give it a try. It's located right next to sweetgreen and directly across from Sephora. I decided to go with their grilled chicken sandwich because I really wanted to try their honey mustard bbq sauce. I added white cheddar because why not?? It was DELICIOUS!! So good I even started texting people like have you had BurgerFi before lol maybe I'm easy to please or maybe not. I decided to come back the very next day because it was THAT good. The second time around I was still so pleased! While I won't continue to frequent BurgerFi daily, I will DEFINITELY be back. I want to try their burgers too! Also want to mention, the people who took my order both days were really great! There's inside and outside (limited) seating.

Yelp
Burgers can be found on every block in America so in order to be successful you not only need delicious burgers and fries but have unique elements to your restaurant. I do believe that BurgerFi is unique compared to Shake Shake, Five Guys, the burger joint, etc. such as their fry and cry, how they have their logo stamped on the burger, and with their veggie options. My problem when I came here was my burger was less than satisfactory. I ordered the BurgerFi bacon cheeseburger and the bacon on it seemed like it was cooked the day before. It was so hard, not crispy or flavorful. It completely ruined every bite of the burger. How can you charge $9 with the cheapest quality cheese (American) and if there's going to be more bacon than patty at least have the bacon be editable. Despite this I did enjoy the onion rings. Fries are like five guys with less grease and salt. Three stars because I may still come back to try other options on the menu, but will not be disappointed if I never have BurgerFi again.

Yelp
(4) ~ very good overall food & service MENU:o ** BurgerFi Cheeseburger (double) = (4) very good w. Tomato; Mustard; Grilled Mushrooms; Fried Egg; Grilled Onions. NOTE: IF they offered Avocado to be added I would have scored it even higher;) ** French Fries (regular) = (4) very good. Note: IF they offered Malt Vinegar, I would have scored it even higher;) * Oreo Shake = (3.75) Good Flavor, but needed more oreo cookies. Note: IF they offered Malt to be added I would have scored higher;)

Yelp
I don't eat red meat, so going to a burger joint really isn't my norm. But I wanted to try the Beyond Burger. Friend and I went for quick dinner. She got a double cheeseburger while I got the Beyond Burger. The burgers looked ok. Cheese wasn't melted through and the buns were oddly cold. I've made Beyond Burgers at home so I was expecting my burger to be as good. But it wasn't. It was drier than expected and just not as flavorful. My friend didn't like her double cheeseburger and didn't finish it. We had also ordered the urban fries which weren't hot. Overall, not the best burger experience. Don't need to go back. I'll have to go try other places that are carrying Beyond or Impossible burgers instead.

Yelp
Creative burgers! We got the the SWAG, breakfast all day, and vegefi burgers. The breakfast all day burger and vegefi burgers were both tasty. However, the hash brown inside the breakfast all day burger was a bit soggy. My friends got the SWAG and it was kind of overcooked and dry. The fries were very good, though - crispy and browned! Overall we thought the place was average, the three star was mainly due to the pretty high price point given the quality of the food. But we would probably give it another shot at some point again.

Yelp
I tried BurgerFi once before as a surprise delivery from my WomanBaby & happily consumed. So when the opportunity arose for another go, I was game to pick up the To-Go order. Of course I had the Beyond Burger - totally Vegan & this time, instead of the Multigrain Bun (not GF), I went with the 'Green Style', which substitutes the bread for a wedge of lettuce. Now, had I stayed in & ate, it would have been more delightful as by time I got home it was very soggy...no fault of BF by any means. I still ate that flame grilled tasting patty with my personal touch of Vegan Smoked Provolone. While the fast casual places are cranking out these Plant Based options, it's a must that they offer the Vegan Cheese to go with it. The VeggieFi Burger is made out of Quinoa, yet has cheese in it. All Vegan orders gets the employee to kindly yell back to the kitchen "Vegan Order Up", as they prepare & cook in a separate area. The entire staff of employees continuously helped one another while serving the guests & went out of their way to provide any assistance & or insight about ingredients. Food preparation or accommodations is light. The menu offers Fries, Onion Rings, Shakes, Custards, Beverages (Honest Juices & Freestyle) including Craft Beer & Wine you can actually take home with you. A good amount of selections for the Kiddos & even Hot Dogs. NOTE: everything is cooked in Peanut Oil - highly refined, yet still Peanut Oil. Very doable prices & if you sign up for their Rewards Program, you can walk away with a free French Fry. The other BurgerFi location is in downtown Silver Springs.

Yelp
Usually not a majorly huge burger lover but I must say, ButgerFi is one of the few places that I am willing to go out of my way to eat burgers at. I love how they're all natural and that they provide vegan and gluten free options, which now these days are a major plus as it is more inclusive for those with these dietary needs. Plus, their service was very on point and optimistic. My boyfriend tried the CEO and I tried the breakfast burger, and we got the urban styled fries and the red velvet shake on the side. I must say, I love how the meat is quite juicy! With the wagyu and brisket blend inside the CEO, it's quite mouth watering and flavorful, especially if you like that slight subtle truffle flavor inside. If you like breakfast like I do (major brunch lover here), the breakfast burger is quite joyous. The maple syrup is a nice touch in a burger hahaha. I must say, what made me not give a full on five stars is because the egg was not runny. I don't know about anyone else, but what makes eggs super attractive and what makes any sandwiches and benedicts and anything with a fried egg in it so good is the runny yolk flavor, so I do think if the breakfast burger had the runny yolk rather than a fully cooked one, that would have been major game changer for the burger. I guess I *should* have expected it to not be an overeasy egg since it said "fried", but I guess it didn't come across my mind until I actually got it haha. Moving on, the urban styled fries were amazing. I love the garlic and Parmesan flavors with each bite, but it can definitely get a bit dry and heavy after eating it for a while, but still was worth! Lastly, since this was their pre grand opening, I don't think give out their shakes in full sizes. We ordered their red velvet shake but they came in tiny cups so maybe this will change after their actual grand opening, but I honestly was not able to tell if this was their red velvet shake or something else haha; however, it was still lovely and tasty!! The guy at the counter told me it would have cake chunks and I didn't taste it so I was slightly confused, but this was minor for me. All in all, would come back again to try more off of their menu. :)

Yelp
There are a lot of burger joints that have come to the area; this is probably the best of them as far as I'm concerned. They keep it simple: burgers (including a plant-based one), wagyu beef hot dogs and chicken sandwiches, either fried or grilled. The fries always come out hot, tasty and crispy; the onion rings are great - may I suggest the cry & fry? That's the fries topped with the onion rings for a whole lot of fried goodness! They have different sized portions to suit your appetite. They have a couple of those multi-option fountain soda machines so you can have pretty much any soda you want (or water). They have an array of bottled drinks if you'd rather, and they also serve beer by the bottle. The place itself is nice; the entire front part slides open so you're exposed to the outside if you like that sort of thing. The staff are all smiles and politeness, very pleasant to interact with. There are booths and tables, and they have a few tables actually outside if that is more your thing. It is all very clean and they run a pretty tight ship. Once you place your order you're given a pager that'll buzz when your order's ready, and I've never waited longer than ten minutes, even when they were packed.

Yelp
One of our favorite places to go for good fast casual burgers. The store is conveniently located in the heart of Pike and Rose shopping area. There are a few parking lots around to choose from (busy, busy, and busy parking lots). The store inside is well laid out and placing an order was easy and quick. All the available items are clearly displayed on the menu screens behind the counter. We ordered the following items: CEO - wagyu burger Fried Chicken sandwich Cry + Fries Beer The burger was decent size and the patty was flavorful and tasty. The bun too tasted fresh. The Fried chicken sandwich was crispy and not over oily. The cry+fries were good too - I generally avoid onion rings but could not get enough of here! Wish we had ordered one side dish for each of us so that I could get more of the rings! The fries were good too but onion rings did it for me :) The have a few beer to choose from on tap and that was a good option to go along with the food. Definitely a place on a list for burgers!

Yelp
Dearest Manuel, The winds of winter have gone and here I sit in your fine establishment eating a CEO burger. CEO? This burger is fit for nothing short of a king. From the welcome environment to the friendly faces, the joy you bring will spread quickly across the lands. For now I bid you farewell, however I will return within a forthnight. Attached is a Polaroid of my adventures.

Lauren S.

Yelp
Burger was overpriced for the quality. Soggy and cold. Cajun fries were cold and tasted like they just dumped seasoning on top. Slow slow slow service. Definitely not worth $60 for 3 normal burgers and two fries and a shake

Yelp
As an avid burger fanatic, I thought, like on many occasions try a new spot for a burger joint. The BurgerFi seemed like a good place to try since I was already near the area. I got the bacon cheeseburger and their BurgerFi classic. Also a vanilla milkshake to go with my meal. The shake was good, as good as any shake around. Smooth, rich and creamy with a silky texture from the whip cream. Quite delicious. As for the burgers. Well, not to a level of standard to where I can say I will return for another try. I got two variations of burgers. Their BurgerFi classic and the bacon cheeseburger. The classic wasn't bad, just lacks a little bit of flavor for me. The patty could have used a bit more seasoning. And the bacon cheeseburger, a bit salty for my liking. I had to use little bit of ingenuity and remove some from the burger. What I do commend their burgers on was, I believe each burger they offer are a double stack patty to which I am completely on board with. Overall, although my experience with their burgers was not great. I have to say the staff, with their friendly attitude and attention to detail to dealing with people are hands down top notch.

Yelp
Bryan sorry if I misspelled your name . He was fantastic to us excellent service . He was so kind we had a big group he was very accommodating! The food was fantastic! Burger was so tasty , fries and onion rings were the best! We will be going back for sure. This was our first time there thanks Bryan you were the best!

Charles L.

Yelp
Fries were burnt. Burgers were dry. How do you make a wagyu burger dry?? No truffle taste whatsoever on the CEO burger. Onion rings were good. Skip the premium toppings. We added garlic aioli to the bacon cheeseburger ($1.19). There was not garlic taste whatsoever Expensive. CEO Burger + bacon cheeseburger + small fries+ small onion rings + 2 drinks was $43 Very disappointing.

Yelp
Always enjoy ordering from BurgerFi. It is a little pricey but I do enjoy how big the burgers are so it worked out. I like that they have other options and not only burgers. I also love the milkshakes. I tend to order online then pick up so I don't have to wait inside. This location can get busy in Pike and Rose so I do recommend ordering before picking up!

Yelp
This place was a nice burger spot. Fries were nice and crispy, burgers were hot and fresh with the soda machine and it's many selections. Came here after a fail at another restaurant near by and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was. Got the bacon Cheeseburger with fries and a drink although the price is high especially for 2 people it is good food. The only 2 issues I had were I wish the bacon would have been freshly cooked and crispy which is wasn't and to have more staff in front because the line backs up quick since when I went it was just one guy taking orders.

Yelp
We stopped by last week on a whim to try the Beyond Burger. It was my first time at BurgerFi and I was thoroughly impressed! As I SLOWLY incorporate a plant based diet into my life, I've been experimenting with different restaurants and dishes. Looking at the menu posted on the wall, I could see the standard "Beyond Burger" was not a completely vegan option (it contains cheese and mayo. And -- as I later found out -- their standard bun is a potato bun). So I ordered mine without cheese or mayo. I liked the consistency of the Beyond meat, as it was much heartier than some other plant-based burgers I've eaten. We also ordered cajun fries. When the fries were ready, I noticed there wasn't any seasoning on it, so I mentioned it to the cashier. She asked if it was okay to give me the seasoning on the side; I said sure, and she handed me a small plastic cup of seasoning. I guess one of the cooks in the back heard the conversation, because within a couple minutes, he came out with a tray of cajun fries! In reality, the cashier should have done that (because you know sprinkling seasoning on fries is not the same as tossing the fries in seasoning), but I appreciate the gesture of the cook. A+ for service there! Looking at the photos of the paper menu, it clearly states next to The Beyond Burger "Ask for vegan style", which then means they'll swap out the potato bun for a multigrain bun (and no cheese, mayo, etc). I feel like the cashier should have offered it vegan style if she recognized me ordering my Beyond Burger without mayo or cheese, but I can't fault her for not being that proactive. Oh well. In all, it was a great burger, and the fries were delicious and super crispy. I'll definitely be back to try some of the meat options!

Yelp
I have had BurgerFi in my bookmarks for months. I finally decided to check it out on a Thursday afternoon for lunch with a coworker. Staff were very friendly during the ordering process. I found the menu to be small but something for everyone. As a vegetarian, it is always hard to go to a burger place. If you're a vegetarian though, you are in luck! BurgerFi has beyond meat patties. Overall BurgerFi is expensive. My burger, fries and a drink came to $20. During my visit the drink machines were having a lot of issues. One was out of ice, while the other one did not actually do anything. When you're paying three dollars for a drink I definitely want a drink. We decided to get the fries that had Parmesan cheese and garlic aïoli. The fries were really good and I would recommend them. My coworker shared her onion rings and while they were large, they were extremely greasy. It did not appear that the employee let them rest or shook them off ahead of time. The burger was mediocre, nothing special that made me want to eat another one. Overall my experience was just OK. I am in no rush to return, and probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the area. It's your basic burger shop.

Yelp
Can you please tell me why you guys charging two times tip? This was my first and last time with your food. I'm not good with your high standards as double tipping without saying no word. Won around 3 bucks more, lost a family whole life long. Go ahead bro.

Yelp
Absolutely my favorite chain restaurant for burgers! Pros: +Outdoor seating available +Clean and organized restaurant +Receive a buzzer when your order is ready for pick up +Able to order online for pick up but street parking maybe difficult for a quick pick up +Not just 100% beef served, offers chicken, and veggie/vegan burger options and of course chicken tenders +Hot dogs are another option but I personally haven't tried them. The table next to us had a fully loaded one and I started to drool a little +KIDS MEALS that my kids will actually eat... sorry Five guys... yours wasn't cutting it! +Onion rings and fries are fried to perfection +Allergen warning posted everywhere.. talk about "you've been warned!" +Burgers never overly cooked and always moist Cons: -Parking can be tricky but the area does have quiet a few congested parking garages or street parking -More condiments besides ketchup would be nice :-) -Noticed a handicap sign on the window of the door to see an employee for help? Not sure how someone could do that when trying to get in the door. -They would be perfect if they had tater tots :-D Just a thought... Will return again! My burger craving is always satisfied with BurgerFi!

Yelp
I had a fried chicken sandwich with a side order of fries. The sandwich was flavorless and the fries were overly greasy.

Yelp
We checked out BurgerFi on a Thursday night, which happened to be their $10 double cheeseburger + fries + beer special night! What a good deal. Saba took our order and was very helpful in explaining the menu to us. I was impressed they could sub lettuce for burger buns and had other items besides burgers. While we waited for our food, we enjoyed the chill ambience and exposed lightbulb fixtures. There are also a few tv's around. There is also outdoor seating but it was too windy that night for us. The food was tasty and reminded us of a better version of Shake Shack. The fries were especially tasty because they are hand cut. We forgot a bag in the restaurant and came back later for it. Saba kept it behind the counter and remembered us (thank you again, Saba!). Looking forward to returning to try their chicken sandwich and lettuce-wrapped burgers!

Yelp
The food is good, but at this particular location, you're going to spend over $15 for a burger and fries, without a drink. For that kind of money, I can go to a sit down restaurant and get a proper pub burger and fries. Bottom line: Good tasting food but prices are way too high. I'm sure it has something to do with the outrageous pike and rose rents.

Yelp
Cute modern place located in Pike and Rose, this is a burger chain with a bunch of fresh burger options. I really liked the interior decorations, seemed very warm and welcoming while fancy and modern at the same time. You order at the counter (there are menus on the side), and you get a buzzer that tells you when your food is ready. Tried out the original BurgerFi cheeseburger with nothing else added, since I don't want to judge until I try out a conventional item they make. For the price, it's pretty well made with sufficient contents. The patty is very juicy, and it blends in with the simple burger ingredients. The meat is also not overcooked, which is great. You can also put add ons I believe. I'd like to come again to try out other options they have on the menu. For the additional quality they're offering, I'm glad they're not adding a huge price premium to it. This place is great to get a quality burger for an affordable price.

Yelp
This is a good burger place, though there are many burger places in this area that are, in my opinion, "about the same" and that includes this one. The others are BGR (which closed their Bethesda location), Shake Shack, and Smashburger. While I can't vouch for the shakes at this place their burgers are tasty, not too greasy, and their fries and onion rings are decent. I tend to agree with some of the other reviewers that this place is a bit pricey, but it is not out of line with the prices at other places I mentioned above. In general I'd say that you can't go wrong with a burger here, but I would recommend that you not sit by the automatic "sliding" entry door to this location, as every time you move it will open... Enjoy!

Yelp
Hail to the burger heavens! In my last BurgerFi review in Florida, the bun didn't have the BurgerFi stamp on the bun and guess what...it was on there this time around! I'm a dork for getting excited but hey it's the little things. Located in Pike and Rose, super excited to have them in the area. I ordered the BurgerFi cheeseburger with a side of urban fries. Urban fries had an aioli drizzle topped with garlic parmesan. This is a must get if you like to get boujie with your fries. My sister ordered The CEO which she enjoyed very much. In her exact words, "The best burger she's ever had." They provide vegan and gluten free options for the ones with dietary restrictions. They also serve beer and milkshakes! Customer service was great and the manager was very pleasant and attentive. An awesome addition to Pike and Rose!

Yelp
The burgers were pretty good a little pricey, but delicious. Service was decent and the restaurant was nice and clean.
