Shout out to Gary Cooper, who took our order and gave my husband and I THE BEST service. Seriously, he was great! I ordered the CEO which was probably one of my favorite burgers I've had! I'm pretty picky with my burgers. The bacon jam and truffle oil added such great flavor. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with secret sauce and chili cheese added, per Gary's advice. He really liked it! Two thumbs up for this place! And two big toes up because they also serve some beer and cider on tap! Cheers! Will definitely recommend to others and we will be back! Probably tomorrow... Haha.

I thought the hamburger tasted great! We got the standard double-patty cheeseburger called the BurgerFi for $7.50. It's a mid price level eco-friendly marketed burger joint.

Good burger spot, clean and reminds me of shake shack but not as good. It’s kind of expensive for a single patty bacon cheese burger for roughly 7.50$. I finished the burger in a couple bites that’s how small it was. Anyways I’d be down to come back and try their fries and onion rings.

Their signature cheeseburger was disappointing. The patty was so soaked with grease it was falling apart. I was thoroughly grossed out by the last few bites. The "sides" are almost entree sized, with entree calorie counts, so I didn't try the fries that their banners brag about. Seems there's a good reason why BurgerFi is mostly empty while its sister tenant Cane's has lines around the corner daily.

Very small burger for the price, I was able to eat it in like 5 minutes and was not full at all afterwards. It tasted like Costco's Angus freezer cheeseburger that you heat up in the microwave! The only reason I will come back is to try the custard milkshakes since I saw others who ordered it and it was large and looked tasty.

I ordered delivery. The handoff was fine. The burger was inedible. So salty I threw it out after the second bite. I still can't shake it. The kind of salty that BURNS. The patty was super tough, it was like a breakfast sausage. Dense, flat grilled, them I'm guessing steamed at some point? It was really bad. I wanted to like it, most places I will try at least twice, but not here. The bun and veggies we're fine. The beef patty was the problem. The fries were soggy, so they didn't help. Save some money, try something else.

Ordered delivery and asked for ketchup to be added. Instead of having ketchup it had no sauce at all. It was such a dry burger I ended up just giving the beef patties to my dogs. The fries were decent at least.

I have ordered from this kitchen multiple of times and have yet to receive a correct order. I was even sent a voucher for a free meal essentially as an apology and they messed up that order too. Moral of the story, the cooks at this kitchen clearly don't care about your food. If you order from here you will receive a burger, it may have cheese, other toppings or it may just be a piece of meat between two buns. You'll never know what your going get and it's almost like the cooks purposely go against the order.
