BurgerIM really hit the spot! We ordered the Cowboy Burger with a 1/3 lb Angus beef patty, BBQ sauce, fried onion rings, bacon, and cheddar. Every bite was packed with flavor. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and the combo of toppings was next level delicious. The restaurant has a chill vibe, and the bonus bar setup makes it a great spot to hang out. The service was also great, friendly, fast, and super welcoming. If you’re in the area and love a good burger, this place is a must try. Highly recommended!

The prices on the Google maps info have gone up by about $2+. The place does not have good atmosphere, it’s akin to a strip mall subway. The walls were very scuffed up and the furniture and lighting very basic. I specifically told the gal who took my order that I wanted the burger medium well. It came out so fast I knew it wasn’t, but I was in a hurry so took it. Also, on the card reader I wanted to leave a custom tip but the button was disabled so I left one of the suggested tips. For order at the counter and take to go.

I didn't know what to expect walking in as it was a spur of the moment choice, but let me tell you it was one of the best burgers I've ever had The onion rings , fries and sweet potato fries were all perfect. Only knock is the menu boards if on should have menu.

First time trying this place out. The wings were alright. The tater tots were mid. The chocolate shake was not delicious at all. Also overpriced. Most likely won't be coming back. The staff was nice.

After a long day of cross-country traveling and completely unexpected situations, we were fortunate enough to find this shop right next to our hotel. We might be biased, but they made the best burgers we have ever had in our lives (and I’m the foodie and the cook in my family). On top of that, the staffs were exceptionally kind and generous. Thank you for making such great quality food and experience. You reminded me that at the end of the day, some good things can happen. Please come support this shop and try their amazing burgers.

I got the mini burgers. The classic American with Thosand Island, and then the Spanish burger. They were both pretty good and filling for the price. I would definitely come back to try other menu options.

Delicious falafel burger and the best onion rings. Since they didn’t have the cookies and cream milkshake I ordered they made a very tasty off menu vanilla Oreo milkshake instead

I was looking for a quick spot to eat and saw this small burger spot. It's in the middle of a bunch of other restaurants so the parking is limited but I was pleasantly surprised how good this place is. The dish looked fancy when I got it but I destroyed it. It was delicious. One of the better burgers in the Denver area. Lots of flavor. The fries were crunchy and lightly salted. The plate was a bit expensive. For the meal it was a little over $20 but I was happy with my meal. Not too much to say about the service, just a cashier but she did drop my meal off. The restaurant looked nice and the decor was on point. It's a bit out of the way but if you are headed to the airport then you should stop on by.

Not the best but not the worst. The lettuce on the burger was super fresh. Fries were 5/10. Burger Pattie's were large and tasted fresh and well cooked. Small establishment to dine in but it was clean. We ordered ahead for pick up. Staff is friendly and fast.

We were a party of 10. Had 48 burgers, all were great! Angus is my best. Most varieties are halal.

Stopped by that spot right before our plane took off. Glad we did. Loved the hamburgers! Tried couple of different ones, my favorite was the Swiss and mushroom. Everything was so fresh, and the patty was so juicy and well cooked. Will be coming back!

Not sure if I caught it on a bad night. It was just not edible in my opinion. I've been to other BurgerIM and loved it. This one was under cooked and had no flavor. I'm not eating bread so they gave it to me in a bowl. That's all I could force myself to eat and if went in the trash. Soda had no carbonation. The cashier was the best part of this visit. Super friendly dude and always smiling. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Service is the only reason I didn't give 1 star.

Good solid burgers. My 7 year old said, "5 stars Mom!" We were in town at Gaylord of the Rockies to see their ICE Christmas show. That was stunning but it left us hungry. We used Yelp to find a suitable spot! Enter BurgerIM. My son got the 2 mini cheese burgers (3 ounces each) and are them both. I got the angus burger and my husband got the cowboy burger. The service was also great. One staff member came over and asked us how it was. He offered to get us sauces (ranch, bbq) and was genuinely happy to be there. The fries were also delicious which, to me, is just as important as the burger. We'll return when we're up there again!

Writing this review stop by for the lunch. We was thinking it's a good place. It's actually pricey but to be honest we wasn't so happy we give three star and wish. Good luck to this place.

Delivery from DoorDash. Food was good. But, ordered a drink, paid for drink and NO drink delivered. Tried to call Door Dash customer service, no answer. Restaurant is apparently closed now as well.

I went to BurgerIM twice while I was visiting Denver. The hamburgers were excellent, and the french fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff were very friendly, which made for a great experience. I went with my daughter, and we both enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Weakeat burger I have ever had for $15.00!!!! TRASSSSHHHHHH. Not close to anybody in terms of quality of ingredients versus price. Literally a ZERO STAR!

Slowest service ever! I came here cause I didn't want to sit down after a long day of traveling, ordered a two mini burgers ( one was just grilled chicken on lettuce) and onion rings and it took 35 mins! I could have sat down and gotten service within this amount of time. So don't come if you think you'll get served/eat within 15/20 mins. You might as well go to a sit down place. Also they messed up order still after 35 mins, so had to leave with wrong food as I couldn't wait any longer.

Small place. Fast food. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. Good burger and rings. Wings were ok.

Today I had surgery and all the staff were amazing! I was told to check in at 1130a. I got checked in FAST! Next I went to the waiting room to get my room and that only took 10min. Nurses got me ready for my surgery. They allowed my hubby to be with me until it was time for me to go. Everything was on time! We left around 430p. Thanks to Dante, Jasmine,Nat, Brandi ,Victoria, Jessica and Dr Mede for taking care of me :)

I personally would never order here again. It was my first time in, not only was my meal super expensive ($32+ for 2 burgers & 1 fry).. my burger was undercooked & not made as ordered + both buns were soggy. Service was also slow as they seemed to be behind on orders/short staffed. Someone was turned away for service while I was waiting, talk about a poor experience! While I certainly hope things get better, I do not recommend this place.

Great burgers, yummy buffalo chicken, excellent fries. Spring for the aioli. The duo seems like a good deal and I enjoyed the variety.

Five stars are for the burgers and the gentleman that was our server, Marcus, very friendly and cool vibes. Brandon, the manager on site, was night and day to our server. Not very friendly. It started with me and my family entering in, just us inside, Brandon decided to give us great customer service sitting in the back right corner of the bar. Not a smile. Not very welcoming. I'll leave it at that. The burgers and Marcus is the reason I will come back here. I hope the crew is treated good here.

The manager was super nice and friendly our food came out pretty fast we ordered wings and my husband even said they were good i was shocked because he is very picky about his wings so if he loved them they were good i mean i loved them also and the oreo shake was so good you must try this restaurant

Solid food for a good price. I had a spicy burger, I think it was the Spanish burger, and it was solid. Also had some nice crispy wings.

Friendly, engaging and kind staff, great customer service! They have a good variety of burger/sandwich selections and next time I plan on trying their wings. My family of 4 enjoyed our visit there tonight and we will be back!

Utter shit. Overpriced and crap service. Don't tell me to grab a table then immediately ask me to move. I can't express how much I hope that y'all fortuitously go fornicate yourselves.

Mediocre at best . The person taking our order could neither hear us nor speak loud enough for us to hear . The burger was expensive for what it was and they have the worst ketchup known to man . Some pretentious organic cage free crap .

Had the buffalo chicken burger, and it wasn't the best - it was too greasy and soggy. Service was also below average; the restaurant was empty and around 4 people were working, but they still took about 10-15 min to have my order ready. From the outside it looks like it's an ideal place to get a quick meal, but it was the opposite. Quality of the food made me not want to go back again.

On a business trip and Burger IM was near the hotel. Tried it twice in a week. Very respectable burger. Quick service. Clean environment. Only negative was that the folks working there, had their backs turned away from the customers, heads down, glued to their phones. Very much a vibe of they really didn't want to be working there. Saw a guy come in and just stand there for a long time before he called out to them. They finally looked up to take his order, then went right back to their phones. Place has potential, food is solid, but the staff are in need of a serous motivation boost. You want a burger, give it a try, just don't expect much by way of attention from the staff.

New business on busy constantly growing N Tower Rd. out near DIA. Saw it, hankering for a burger & the new McD's not finished yet. Gave it a try. PRO: best darned onion rings, top 10 in my lifetime book of eating them. small menu, good choices, easy trying to decide very clean and bright CONS: 1) Cost me 15$ for a burger, rings and a soda. 2) At home, dived into burger, not cooked, raw, outside brown, nuked the bugger & ate it dry 3) no smiles, no thank you...nice to see a welcome when you come in like Jimmy Johns, ALWAYS so darned nice there 4) tight parking lot serving many small places, best to park in end of lot Bottom line, if I have to nuke my beef then my 15$ was not well spent, if I have to see dour faces then I don't want to go back there...first impressions mean everything

This place is a great place to come if you are wanting to try a variety of burgers. I had the trio slider size burgers and surprisingly they were a very nice size! The customer service was great. Brandon helped me out and made it very easy to order and overall gave us amazing service. Will be by again!

This place was so delish! I got the duo burgerim (angus beef/ crispy chicken ) and they were both super yummy. Also the service was phenomenal and the restaurant itself nice and clean

I would give no stars if that was an option If you want a juicy burger, go somewhere else. I took 2 bites and realized this isnt worth the 45 dollars spent I returned the uneaten burgers (family pack) and the manager was not available after multiple attempts and never gave me a refund or partial refund. But took the food back! You will be disappointed in customer service if you have a concern. And if you want something yummy go else where. Update manager calls back and says he will not give a refund but took the food back. Dry and stale avoid the lamb and salmon. I will not ever eat there lesson learned, I should have listen to the pervious reviews.

Excellent service! Food was good, the produce on the burgers was fresh and crisp. Employee offered us a new ketchup option (curry!!) which totally knocked our socks off and we will have to grab a bottle before we leave town (local brand, elevate, I believe)

My daughter and I visited while stuck in Denver today due to weather. Overall the food was good but customer service something to be desired. The front of house took our order but following that she was glued to her phone the entire time and nothing else. Again, the food was good, but the overall atmosphere was not impressive and I would recommend someone venture somewhere else to eat.

I had a delicious fresh & hot grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. The service was great - really friendly & attentive. And the restaurant is spotless. Makes being unexpectedly stuck in Denver a little nicer.

The burger arrived cold. Ordered half regular fries and half sweet potato fries got a bunch of regular fries that were so old and hard I almost cracked a tooth biting down on the first one I tried. No sweet potato fries but instead they sent 3 onion rings that must have been sitting in bottom of basket since dinner hour. we ordered at 8:10 pm and it seemed they just threw in what was still sitting around before sending it out across street to our hotel.

On a snowy 12 degree Denver nite, what better than a Damn good burger! Small little box restaurant with BIG flavors. Where to start, from Texas so I went with the Angus cheeseburger and darn this would make Texas proud, it's that good and more! Food was great, service top notch and staff in the back very friendly. Def a reason to come back and finish the menu.

Good customer service. Quality of food is good. Food tasted fresh and it was delicious. I believe it's affordable. I got the spanish beef burger, it was a good size n it was spicy enough. If you can't eat hot stuff this is not something to pick because it is actually spicy. The sweet potatoes fries were good and non greasy. The chicken wings were delicious as well.

Layover in Denver gave us some time to go grab some food near by. Definitely glad we stopped in. Family of 4 and the family box was perfect for us. We got 4 angus and 4 crispy chicken. Only adjustment would have been no sauce on the chicken it's a little spicy that comes on it. Wings, fries, and onion rings were great as well!

This BurgerIM is located on the hotel strip near the Denver airport. It's next to a Starbucks and Jimmy Johns, and just a lot more hotels. I ordered a Falafel burger with a lettuce wrap instead of bun, and got the meal with a drink and onion rings! I thought the falafel burger was delicious, but the portion itself was small. Maybe that's because I ordered it sans bun and with lettuce, but for the price I was somewhat disappointed. The onion rings were thick, very much fried and big - my container had a total of 7 in them. The falafel burger was the only vegetarian option as of now - the menu stated that they are adding a plant based burger in the future that will cost an extra dollar. The only vegan option I saw was the lettuce wrap, but if you have no vegan options to put in it it's really useless. The soda machine it touch screen and has a million options, and there are small to go containers you can fill up with ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, or Tabasco. Customer service in this location was great, the staff was friendly and fast, and they were pretty busy at 2 PM on a Saturday. Overall I would probably recommend it, especially in that area with not many other options around. Also a tip - I got my to go order in a paper bag that is FLIMSY. Make sure you hold it from the bottom -I held it from the top and almost dropped it everywhere when it tore in a really strange way.

I was a little apprehensive given the reviews but I enjoyed my bbq burger and strawberry milkshake. I love that the burger come wrapped in paper given all the fixings that were on it. I didn't notice any dryness in the burger and the size was as expected. That being said this is more like a 3.5 for me because neither item was above what I would have expected. The milkshake was most likely a strawberry syrup based milkshake but was the perfect consistency (not milky but also not so thick to blow an eye vessel trying to suck it up). I also appreciated that they put it in a refrigerator until I got there to pick it up.

I found this place very expensive for what you actually get. The onion rings were like from Burger King. The burger was just ok. And for 2 meals was almost $40 which I thought was outrageous. Will not be returning.

Service was friendly and let's be honest, how do you screw up a cheeseburger?? It was clean and service was fairly quick for prepared food. Had onion rings as well and they were tasty.

Update: Definitely a pass for me now. The most recent visit yielded a very poorly cooked dry burger that varied from well done to medium rare in patches. Not worth the cost. The conveyer belt cooking method is bad and the burgers taste bland. The only item worth your time is the wings. I wish they included dipping sauce with them, packaging did improve since my initial visit for the wings This location opened a few months ago. I happened by this place driving by and stopped in hoping it would be similar to to a Shake Shack. Inside was a square counter that took up most of the dining area and a few tables and bar seats. You order at the counter. I ordered the Duo Combo and Sweet Chili Garlic wings to go. The staff was very friendly and walked me through my order. The burgers were pretty good, all ingredients tasted fresh. The patty felt slightly over cooked and dry, since they are smaller patties this may be the reason. The fries look like thick potato chips and I really liked them. They aren't very crispy but they were seasoned well and had a nice texture. The sweet chili garlic wings were very nice substantial wings. Since I love spicy I topped them with the habanero condiment they had available and it gave a great heat. The to go packaging could be revamped. The square paper boxes tend not to breathe and the steam causes them to deteriorate quickly. I live about 10mins away and the box the wings came in was almost falling apart. Be prepared to store any leftovers in another container. Overall a great addition to the area. I will definitely try again

Had a great time! I was just in from Washinton DC. I sat at the bar talking baseball with the locals. Great friendly atmosphere. And then there's the burgers, fantastic! Made to order, fresh, juicy, and tasty. I had the basic Angus Burger, my wife had the salmon burger.

Burgerim stole $41,000 from me I am seeking Attorney General of California for help in return of my new money. Do not trust them. Details at 11 I will keep you posted on this company. Also I am not alone.With this problem.

I've been twice. First time very long wait for an average burger. Second time long wait for a terrible burger. I think it had been sitting on the grill to keep warm/ dry, hard to chew, tasted gross. I couldn't finish it and I always finish my food. Wendy's is much better. I wanted to like this little place but won't be back.

The sign is pretty small, so if you're looking to try their awesome burger goodness, it's on the right side of the small road in between a Starbucks and hotels. I actually wasn't sure if the drive thru was for the coffee chain or BurgerIM. (Was too shy to ask!!) I came here because it was opened less than two years, and I wanted to give my two cents in. I'm always a fan of spice in my life, so I was happy to see they served a burger with Jalapenos. The SPANISH BEEF came with a decently sized 1/3 Lb. Patty!! Sizzles. Habanero Aioli,( MORE SPICY, YESSS) the Grilled Jalapeños that i was looking for, their standard Leaf Lettuce, and Pepper Jack Cheese. (My favorite kind of cheese) The burgers are not as jumbo as the Carl Jr sized burgers, but it is nice to have a burger place that isn't chain as the regular fast food we have. I actually appreciate having a nice sit down for lunch that doesn't have to be a Starbucks for once. I think this place is ideal for when leaving Denver, and having this spot leaves one last taste of our state. It is also perfect vice versa when coming into town and you don't wanna settle for in hotel bars and restaurants.

I love a good burger and BurgerIM never disappoints. The staff was friendly and helpful. Social distancing could be enforced a little more however the space was clean and everyone wore masks.

Pretty bad food. burgers thin dry and sad. bread added nothing. onions rings complete failure like something you would get on a bad day in a middle school cafeteria. fries were gross. basically like chewing on tough bland styrofoam. Chicken sandwich was okish, but then my friend didn't feel so good after. weirdly the chicken wings were actually good.

The first few times we came here we have been pleased but the last few times we have ordered anything from here it's a sh*! show... We're vegetarians so with that being said it makes it nearly impossible for us to tell if we are getting actual meat or in fact the impossible plant based patty. If they had a way of marking the burger to ensure that the cook actually took the time and care to make sure it was meat or not would be a huge benefit for us, but of course that's not an option. Tonight we ordered from my wife's phone and had spent most of our credits on a few impossible duo burgers. Of course on the receipt there was only 1 of the 4 burgers that were plant based. Impossible to tell and ultimately very disappointed that we BOTH combos had to throw away our $50+ order. Now it's 9:00pm and I have no dinner. Thanks BurgerIM! Overall I would actually rate them around 3/4 IF they had good quality checks with their cooks, but like I've stated the last few times we've gotten something here there was at least one thing messed up. Totally not okay and we are definitely leaning towards not coming here anymore, so unfortunate..
