Stopped on a trip from Portland to Seattle. Location is slightly off the highway, but had very fast service. The food was ready right after we paid! Gluten free buns are available for those avoiding gluten, and the burgers are delicious! Our family also enjoyed the milk shakes and fries. Restaurant was clean, inside and out. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Loved our visit!

The Best Coast Crispy Chicken sandwich very good and the garlic herb aioli was delicious. The Walla Walla onion rings were crispy and well seasoned with whatever was in the batter. I was just expecting maybe a couple more onion rings with the "large basket", but I guess all you get is a slightly larger drink.

When I first moved to Vancouver I was excited to try burgerville. I've only ever heard people rant and rave about it but when I tried it, it was sorely disappointing. Mind you this was 15 years ago and I haven't been back If I can help it. The fries used to taste like butter. I have gone when they have the strawberry shortcake dessert which is why we went today but we actually got food and it was actually pretty good. It's still beyond expensive. You can go to a sit-down restaurant for less money. But the fries taste like french fries and my burger was made correctly (The very first time I tried it years ago they remade my burger five different times, no joke and it was wrong every single time I gave up) I love the neon lights and the look of the store. If it weren't so expensive I would definitely be back more.

Honestly I don't think enough of us appreciate what burgerville tries to do, and how good we have it (like so many aspects of society). Some of these menu items make zero sense to me at a fast food restaurant but they are so much more inspired and delicious and quality than the competition. Today I had the breakfast biscuit which is relatively bland compared to the other spicy breakfast items, but so incredibly delicious. Those red onions and face Rock cheddar oh my God. Sure sometimes the order get screwed up or whatever, and the point of sale system is still bonkers, but this is like another world of quality compared to looking across the street at McDonald's (in Vancouver) full parking lot and realizing that too many people have a really low standards for food and just eat crap because it's cheap.

we normally don’t eat fast food. It’s probably been 15 years since we’ve ate at a Burger King or a McDonald’s, but we decided to stop at Burgerville and I have never had such good service in a fast food restaurant friendly. The food was OK. It’s not our style to eat fast food but Burgerville is probably your best choice if you’re gonna go fast food the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

The food at this place is undeniably excellent — they use high-quality beef from PNW-grown cattle, and their burgers are top-notch in flavor and freshness. Unfortunately, consistent mistakes with my order have made it very frustrating to visit. Every time I go, something comes out wrong, which overshadows the quality of the food. It’s disappointing because the ingredients and overall menu are fantastic, but the reliability just isn’t there anymore.

Only 4 stars because it has gotten super expensive here. Food is delicious. I live up north and it's my first place to visit when I get into town. The milkshakes are delicious, walla wall onion rings superb, and the burger ville sauce YUM!

Ordered and paid for a burger, onion rings and shake. Received shake, onion rings and bag of lettuce. Drove back to oregon without checking the food. I’m always respectful, polite, and tip generously, so I have no idea why this happened. My receipt is correct and Lettuce wasn’t mentioned once while in the drive through..
