This place should not be listed as opened or an option on Google maps. It's not even done being constructed yet so it is extremely misleading to head out of your way to stop here and end up in a traffic jam all for a location that isn't even opened officially. Burgerville's own website shows this is " coming soon " so it shouldn't appear like a normal restaurant with normal hours...
