We went last night for $1.99 cheeseburger day which I had put on my calendar and was looking forward to. No way am I ever going to pay over $4 for a tiny burger, but they are good. It was our first time at this location. Unfortunately the burgers only had a trace amount of sauce but a lot of ketchup. The fries had so much salt that they were nearly inedible. My suggestion is to use measurements. For example, for each "batch" of fries, 1/4 teaspoon of salt is added. Each small burger gets 1/2oz of sauce. People expect and appreciate consistency. It would be good to know if hey, I just don't like the way you make your food, or is it that I didn't like the way that one person made it. Tables in the dining area had not been wiped off. We interacted with one worker while there who handed us our bag of food. He was nice and smiley.

Took the family for the opening day of the Woodburn burgerville, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is great, very spacious and clean, it's a nice place to sit down and have a meal. The milkshakes are amazing as always, and everyone really liked the seasonal sweet potato fries. They have a great rewards point system, it definitely pays off, and it's really nice to be able to order ahead and have things ready when you get there. The opening went great and it was nice meeting the owners and seeing how involved they are. I always appreciate the fact that we have a local and higher quality fast food option! You can taste the difference compared to regular chain restaurants.

Quick and generally good, service wasn’t terrible aside from the demeanor they had when I opted not to tip. Food isn’t anything to write home about, was very hot/fresh but the chicken strips were pretty bland. My husband wasn’t impressed with the Oktoberfest burger.

We were excited and had been waiting for this location to open since we first saw the sign a month prior to the actual opening. We went twice during the week of their grand opening (Sept 22), which was our first time trying Burgerville. The concept of using [primarily] locally sourced ingredients for a fast food restaurant is definitely special. The food was a little pricey (~$10 for just a burger), but that seems to be the norm for most fast food these days. We got a bunch of different items to try: the colossal burger, the location-limited Don cheeseburger, a chicken slider, a spicy chicken slider, a marionberry shake, a hazelnut chocolate shake, a Stumptown mocha perk shake, and a Portland cold brew shake. All of the food was very good, especially the french fries. I love potatoes and as a result am a big fan of french fries and these are without a doubt my favorite fast food french fries, they don't even need sauce! My girlfriend was previously vegetarian and has only recently starting eating meat again, so we have been trying all of the major fast food chains and this has been our favorite overall so far. Even the chicken is a good considering it's a fast food burger place. We will definitely be stopping whenever we are in Oregon.

I love the milkshakes here and that they have seasonal foods and gluten free options. I also like the vibes of the staff. When I came in they were enthusiastic and welcoming. The dining room is clean and pleasant and ordering was a breezes I look forward to many many visits for their cold brew shake. I can’t wait till fried asparagus is back! Yum!

Soft open, things were great. Awesome attention to details, everything running as it should. Had a lot of hope this was going to be great. Here we are a month later and of our 5 visits, the two first visits were great. These last three have had issues every time. Incorrect items, wrong size, and customer service is a 50/50 if you get someone who actually wants to take your order or just seems not to care at all. Drive thru has failed more than order-ahead. The entire vibe inside is weird, not bad but just something feels off. Lots of open space and hardly anyone in there. Just not a good value for the price or the headache. If you do order, order ahead for best accuracy otherwise check everything before you leave.

Been a few times & just not what other Burgerville’s are. The fact you charge almost $20 for a meal & a sauce isn’t included is crazy. We asked no cheese, cheese was put in. The amount of mayo in the sandwhich made the whole sandwhich soggy. They said the delay was because the sweet potato fries, but we got them brown & burnt. There was no one in front of us or behind & we still had to wait over 10 mins on the side. The first time we were given a gift card for the delay & I think cause the owners were there. I don’t think this is a Burgerville thing I think it’s just the Woodburn location.

Went for the soft opening today. It went great. The staff were well prepared and took our order quickly. The staff are still learning but their are staff ready to jump in and help them learn. We did get one really salty fry and one shake inaccurately sized but we caught the shake before leaving. Over all we had a good experience.
