Where do I begin? I’ve been here many many times and it always is a hit. Whether it’s with my kids for a special event, doing trivia on a date, or just chilling by myself on a Monday morning, the staff are always so welcoming. I’ve tried many things on the menu and the waffles will never disappoint; my go to is the halloumi and egg. They also use super high quality coffee and tea (shout out to local MEM!) I could go on and on, but just check it out for yourself!

Took my family to Breakfast at Burgundians , was very first time we’d ever been. This Place is Outstanding on all counts. I only got Nina’s name but she and all the service people were both pleasant and efficient. The place has a nice atmosphere and fun wall decor but the star of the show is the food. Simply the best Breakfast I’ve had in the Northeastern US. We had the Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles, The Croque Monsieur and a couple of different Waffles. It was just perfect. We’ll be back again soon.

It is a beautiful space with friendly staff, delicious house-blend coffee, and avocado toast. I had the Rotation avocado toast (made vegan). I want to suggest more plant-based options, so I don’t always have to eat avocado toast. I highly recommend this place, it's my new favorite restaurant. ✨

Google
I got the Nashville chicken and waffles and added an egg on top. It was absolutely delicious ! Both the waffles and chicken tasted amazing. I also got a side of home fries that were well seasoned. Will definitely be going back

First of all, I have to say that the buffalo chicken waffles were amazing. I also tried two different kinds of house specials for coffee. Unfortunately, my coffee choice wasn't the best, but I really appreciated the overall ambiance of the place. I visited on a busy Saturday and noticed many families enjoying their meals, creating a cheerful atmosphere. I stayed for almost 3 to 4 hours and never once felt uncomfortable. The bathroom decor, with its collection of postcards and stamps all over the walls, added a fun touch. Overall, I would definitely return to hang out with friends and family or even just to work on assignments when I'm bored at home.

What a gem on the South Shore! Open until midnight on weekends, service was friendly during pick-up, and food was good and cheap. - Chicken & Waffles ($15): I wasn’t able to eat this until 40 minutes later, but the chicken was still incredibly crunchy, moist, and well-seasoned (to the point where I actually preferred eating it without the ancho chili maple butter and maple syrup, though the butter was really good). The chicken works well with the mac & cheese if you order that too. - Baked Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese ($14): Big fan of jumbo shells, so points there. The cheese was good, and it wasn’t too saucy, which I prefer because I find mac & cheese too overwhelming otherwise, but some people might not like that. My only complaint is that the breadcrumbs weren’t toasted so didn’t add anything texture-wise. - Streets of Bruges ($10): Generous amount of fresh fruits and sauces. I’m glad the sauces were served on the side because it would have been too sweet otherwise. The cookie butter tasted like graham crackers, which I liked. The Liége waffles in this dish and the Chicken & Waffles were good, but to be completely honest, I like the new Liège waffles from Trader Joe’s more because they have more of a crunch and are much cheaper. Overall, happy to have found this place!

Dining at The Burgundian was a pleasant experience. The food and coffee were decent, though I found the chicken to be a bit on the drier side. However, it was still enjoyable overall.

These waffles are not like any other waffle I have had. They are more like a croissant than a waffle: buttery, moist, rich, layered-even. I don’t like traditional waffles, but these I would eat again (though I fear they must have more calories for being so much more indulgent, so I’ll exercise self control). I had the bacon, fig, ricotta waffle, and I could have done without the bacon and with a little less fig sauce. I was so sad they forgot the basil!!!! I was curious how that would have added to the overall taste, but it was way too crowded and had been too long a wait for me to go back. I got a burger too, and didn’t like it. They forgot the French sauce and the crispy shallots (they forgot a lot, you can compare their website to my actual meal…doesn’t look at all the same), and it just didn’t taste good. It had some harder bits in it (a lot of burgers do), I didn’t appreciate the flavor of the sauce either. The poutine however…wow! Delicious! The gravy is thick and chunky, the scallions are crisp, and the fries are perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor beyond just salt (best fries I’ve ever had)! I also had a Duchess Fog Latte with almond milk, which was so unique! I don’t like Earl Grey tea in general but this was such a curious and exotic taste. I’m glad I tried. The average meal here is $20. My latte was about $5. The wait was 40 min or so for a to go order. It was also insanely crowded, and the guys who came in 10 min after me go their food 5 min before me, which I mentioned and the manager apologized and gave me a free item, which I didn’t ask for so that was nice. They also showed me the ramp, which is to the right of the building, and I’ll be using it in the future as there are a good three steps to enter and they aren’t easy to maneuver with wheels. The bathrooms are beautifully decorated and the toilets flush easily without kicking back at you, which is good for weak hands. I didn’t see a rail to hold onto. That’s my only complaint. I love the quote on the wall and the mission of the place: to explore through food! I also love that there are practical, current events advertised on the walls,to do just that. This place is very close to the Attleboro stop, but there is also parking out front (though sparse). I took my food to a park down the way (3 min drive). Much quieter and calmer atmosphere. Update: I came back later, and the place was so much quieter and I ordered using the $10 card they gave and tried the Argentinian hot dog. I was blown away! It’s delicious!!! I appreciate that they saw a mistake and made it better by inviting me back for a better experience. That’s good customer service. Thank you!

Yelp
When I read the Yelp description as "food trucks" I wasn't sure what to expect. So when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that this is really a nice, typical cafe vibe that offers some all day breakfast fare like waffles - as well as dinner items. It seems many people dine in, but I made my order to go. While I waited for my food I got a hot chocolate. It was decent but nothing to brag about. However, I did omit the whipped cream and replaced regular with almond milk, so I'm sure this impacted the flavor. The food, however, was very very good. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with fried egg on an English muffin and it was delectable - even without added protein! I also tried the chicken and waffles. The waffle was dynamite and I savored every single morsel. The breaded chicken thigh was pretty good, albeit I would have liked a little more seasoning on it. The buttermilk breading did help, as did the butter dip and syrup they added. Both items I would definitely order again. It's on a busy downtown Attleboro street so parking isn't the best, but it is certainly worth a visit - especially if you are a waffle lover!

Yelp
Generally the food is excellent however order wings go drumsticks (ick) and their poutine is bummer - chinks of cold cheese. Aside from that their food is really good with some unique choices! We've been a couple of times for trivia night and I have this to say - quality questions, good mix of content and the host is funny, however, the abundance of unnecessary information from instructions to what the answer "is not" to videos and funny memes is far too much! The game could be over much earlier and would be much more enjoyable if he did a lot less talking! For the restaurant itself, Overall cool scene and it's open for breakfast lunch and dinner!

Stef S.

Yelp
WOW. I've been here for brunch but never for dinner and all I can say is WOW! First time I've ever enjoyed eating a chicken thigh in my life. My daughter and I had the Elvis waffle, bacon, banana, PB and honey, topped with fried chicken. My wife had a Mexican chicken sandwich and our daughter's boyfriend had a smash burger. We all loved our meals. My waffle was crispy and that fried chicken thigh was magical! We had two dessert waffles, the PB cup waffles and the banana churro. Both were great. I've had the churro waffle before but I could never get enough of it. It's the perfect dessert. The PB cup waffle was good but needed a smidge more of chocolate syrups. The inside of this place is adorable. I love that you order at the counter and seat yourself. They have outdoor seating in the back too! I'm the only one that drank alcohol so I was happy to see they had Long Live on draft! I love this place and you will too if you love waffles or just good scratch food!

Yelp
I have been to Burgundian 3 times and always have a great time there! I have been following them since they were only a food truck and I love the fun events they have started putting on there. Went to Octoberfest and Apri Ski Night so far. The owner and staff are friendly and the atmosphere is fun! The waffles are amazing (of course!) and their rotation of food is excellent. Parking can be tricky, so be prepared to drive around to find a spot and walk if going on a busy night. Worth it though!!

Katie C.

Yelp
I always see ads for Burgundian and was excited to try it! Booked the Jacks Abby Beer Dinner! I was not familiar with the restaurant....it was not exactly what I expected! It is a not a full service restaurant....its an order and sit location. There are big communal tables, as well as smaller tables....the vibe feels like food hall/beer hall mix....although I know this is a breakfast place too! They have a full bar and the drinks were innovative and yummy! The food was great on our beer menu! I do wish I knew the menu before the dinner - only because if you didn't love fish or seafood this menu would not be for you! My favorites were the watermelon salad and panna cotta! The service was great and we will definitely be back to check it out on a normal day!

Kim S.

Yelp
If you love waffles, check out their selection. They offer sweet and savory waffles and I've never been disappointed! I visited the food truck so I can't speak to the restaurant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcomed any questions about their food!

Olivia B.

Yelp
Came back for a second time and it still does not disappoint! The fried chicken sandwich was so well seasoned and the chicken cutlet is HUGE! This time I tried the espresso martini and it was so delicious and frothy. The waitress, Cassandra, remembered us and was another highlight of the night! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Can't wait to go back again!

Yelp
I went to Burgundian this past fall for a Sunday brunch was blown away by how cute the space was! You really couldn't ask to sit in a more pleasant environment for breakfast and coffee. I had tried Burgundian back when they were doing brewery pop-ups with their liege waffles, but I had never made it to their own restaurant. You order at the counter, grab your number, and then they'll bring the food out to your table for you. I ended up ordering the Chilaquiles Verdes because they ran out of the Alpine Choux Pastry for the Alpine Breakfast Sandwich. I was a little bummed they ran out of the choux pastry at 10:00 a.m., but it will give me something to look forward to the next time. The tortillas are fried to perfection in the Chilaquiles. The egg was just the way I liked it and the salsa verde was on point. The pops of brightness from the pickled red onions were a certified *chefs kiss.* If you're looking for a cute brunch space with brunch options aplenty from across the globe go check out Burgundian!

Yelp
It a cool/different concept restaurant. You order first then find a table and they bring your food and drinks to ya. The food was great the wings/ drumsticks amazing highly recommend. Mac and cheese was good next time no bacon lol. Burger was really good. Fries loved. Pretzel average. Their drinks outstanding. The service top notch the people so nice and friendly even when the line was out the door. We sat at the counter so we had front row seats. Will be visiting again. Check it out.

Holly S.

Yelp
My family and I love the Burgundian. The staff are always friendly. They make a fantastic oat milk latte. I've also tried the avocado toast, which has just a drizzle of honey. It's so good! The salads are always fresh. The waffles are different than traditional waffle, but they're amazing! No syrup is even needed. My son loves the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which is huge. The ambiance is casual and low key.

Sahira L.

Yelp
Burgundian is a cool place for a casual hangout with friends family etc. It was Karaoke Friday when I went which was a good time. I will say this place is better for its drinks over the food. The food personally was not the best the Poutine I ordered was so salty I couldn't eat it. The chicken and waffles were good and the burger was good but nothing special. I did enjoy the casual atmosphere of the place and the drinks. The beer flight was okay as well some of the beers were flat. Also it's a bit confusing when you walk in cause you can only order drinks online but have to go up to order the food. Food and drinks came out pretty fast.

Genesis S.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place while running an errand nearby and boy I'm glad I did! Great vibes, amazing food, super nice staff, and prompt service!

Yelp
Great food- fast counter service, and a lovely atmosphere! I also feel like it's pretty reasonably priced.

Yelp
Checked out the Burgundian for a tasty, bountiful Belgian waffle brunch today and it was a food and drink bonanza. My dad had wanted to check it out after seeing it featured on a local TV food review. Figured a great spot to take a couple of my kids and my dad to scope it out for the rest of the fam. We arrived to the center of Attleboro and easily found on-street parking just beyond the entrance. The signage is super discreet so look for some small, colourful banners that hang out front. I feel like we hit the jackpot for a Sunday breakfast spot. At 9:45, there was no line and no waiting BUT it almost immediately flooded with people shortly after 10. But even those folks moved quickly through the line. You order your food at the counter and grab a seat. There's shared seating at long tables throughout the restaurant and also some more intimate two and four tops. Self service for silverware and ice water, as well as bussing your table after. The counter service, food and drink runners and his staff were delightful. You get a number when you order food, bring it table and food arrives a short time later. The food? Belgian waffles lived up to the hype. I have no photos because they were literally attacked by my kids and dad as soon as they hit the table. Light, fluffy and crisp... They are not huge but I think the portion was perfect. We got a churro version, a chicken and waffle and a berry topped waffle. I passed on the waffle and instead I got a classic eggs Benedict which was a brunch special that I would definitely get again... We got Vietnamese iced coffee which was on point, house iced coffee and chocolate milk BUT they have a full bar with beers and cocktails that sounded impressive. I'll be bringing back the rest of the fam.. And probably a few friends. Check it out.

Yelp
Have you ever stumbled upon something completely up your alley, which has been available to you for some time, and yet you were completely ignorant of it? Yeah, me too - and it's like a stellar gift when you realize, right? A friend of mine clued me in just a couple months ago, and I finally got to Attleboro to partake of the goodness. After receiving their liquor license in first quarter of 2022, it sounds like Burgundian really began to shine, and they certainly seem strongly in stride today. The feeling this isn't an average bar-cafe starts outside - the facade is a kind of Euro-merican pastiche, welcoming right away, just a stone's throw from the Attleboro train station. You're greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who are into what they're doing - want to select a coffee or tea option? Plenty there on the board, and fresh specials they'll tell you about, to boot. Interested in their fine beer selection? Each staff member had their own "Beer Nerd" flight selection to try what spoke to them from the menu. I went with friends for some drinks and food, so we made our own fun - but they're hosting events here I'm eager to try. Many are centered on something beer-culture in the coming month (Belgian National Day today as I type). Additionally, I was stoked that instead of relegating a trivia night to Tuesdays, when many of us try to give our dear, stalwart livers a break, Burgundian does trivia Thursday nights...when we're starting to think about priming the pump again - outstanding! Speaking of food, my friends and I had pretzels, the Seoul Mate (LiÈge-style) Waffle, fried chicken & waffle, and doner kebab...each excellent, and there's a surfeit of other stuff I'll try when I return. And return, I shall - this is a great spot with a combination of cool niche offering, events to get people in the door, an enticing menu once they're in, and friendly people to tie the spot together. I was late in finding it, but I won't be a stranger, for now I AM A BURGUNDIAN! Highest recommendation.

Mike P.

Yelp
I had to see what all the hoopla was about and I'm glad I did! What a unique place with a very cool menu of interesting combinations. Staff is all very friendly and service is exceptionally prompt. Despite being very busy, they got the food out to us very quickly. What were the stand outs? The strawberry rose tea is amazing. I could have had 5 of them! The home fries are freshly delicious and just a light seasoning. My churro banana waffle was good. Maybe a little on the dry side, but still I enjoyed it. My friend enjoyed her strawberry banana waffle as well. The one thing that I didn't care for was their version of sausage country gravy. I've had this in many other places over the years. This didn't taste anything like it. Whatever was in it was bland and flavorless. The set up is eclectic and can accommodate large groups of people. Definitely makes good use of the space. The one down side is it is very LOUD in there. The voices really reverberate and carry. I had to really raise my voice. But then again, maybe after a few drinks, it isn't as bad. This is definitely a place everyone should try. It's very casual attire. I may have been a little overdressed.

Paul E.

Yelp
The food was phenomenal. The burger was both delicious & unique. The only thing that could have been improved was that the house European burger was very messy. The fries were classic restaurant style fries but so good you don't need any ketchup. The fried arancini was a little too peppery & also very filling on its own so make sure you share with several people. The beer selection is unique offering up a lot of different European styles brews while also offering up some fun cocktails. The service was good but you do order yourself at the counter & it's brought to your table. The inside has really nice wood table & the walls are exposed brick with local artists work on the walls. I did not try them but the waffles looked out of this world.

M.C. F.

Yelp
The menu online is different than what's in house. The place was to loud, they need more speakers and at a lower volume than what they have blasting. Both of our orders were extremely undercooked. If you specialize in waffles you think they'd at least cook them properly. The chicken was just as undercooked and completely void of any flavor. I did try to speak with someone before I left this review but, "they are out of the country."

Stuart P.

Yelp
Really like this chilled out French/German style bistro. Great beer and good solid European pub food selection I had the currywurst poutine that was a nice fusion concept but unfortunately the sauce was a little too sweet and could have benefitted from more heat. Fries were excellent.

Rachel N.

Yelp
So let me tell you a thing or two about Burgundian... This place is out of this world! The food is always amazing and they are always changing selections or featuring a different part of the world. One night we went and it was German night and had the BEST german schnitzel. Our most recent visit, we went for the 2023 Rhode Island Big Burger Blowout. We ordered two burgers and we were able to pick any burger off their menu. I had a European House Burger and my boyfriend had the Moroccan Burger. He is still talking about that burger weeks later! We also ordered the arancini balls as an appetizer (which is our go-to) and we ordered the banana churro con caramel liege waffle for dessert which I wish we didn't do because it's my favorite and now my boyfriend likes it too and I have to share. The restaurant's ambiance is very open concept. You order at the counter, are given a number, and can choose which table to sit at. They have the best playlist and beer list so it will quickly become a place where you want to hang out! This is definitely the owner's goal - Burgundian means "One who loves all food and drink, both in quality and quantity, shared among friends." Speaking of the owner, I often see him behind the counter with his staff. They are all great people! Service is always great and they love to give you little sneak peaks at what is to come in the restaurant. Put this on your list of places to eat and go often!

Morgan 2.

Yelp
The food is amazing it is a Vietnamese food restaurant they have all sorts of stuff like waffles to pizza the service is fast and all the workers are awesome they have coffees, tea, soda, and alcohol drinks you can sit down and enjoy a coffee it has great ambiance.

Mary P.

Yelp
Got the avocado toast and maple latte. Great coffee and food! The ambiance is great! A new favorite spot for us!

Lester C.

Yelp
The poutine was good. The burger was fair but a bit greasy. The Korean slaw was nice and refreshing. Chicken and waffles were good but syrup was too sweet to contrast the savory. Bit on the expensive side for what you got. Good to try once.

Mitch B.

Yelp
Amazing! If you're ever in the area go check it out! I have gone many many times and it never disappoints. Can't wait to see what they do next. The food is always top notch.

Marie M.

Yelp
If Yelp had a food tv/cable channel, Burgundian would definitely be featured in one of its episodes! The foodie Yelpers would truly feel at home here, lol. The founder of the restaurant traveled all over the world and decided to incorporate tasty global dishes into the eclectic menu. Very inclusive. The quality and flavors are phenomenal! The dining room has modern, hipster industrial loft-like aesthetics and upbeat music in the background. I loved the Churro waffle with bananas and caramel. I added a simple fried egg for added protein and was surprised by how good it tasted with the subtle seasonings they used. Their hot mocha is yummy. Can't wait to try the Peruvian-Chinese fried rice and Filipino pancit, which are available only during the weekdays. You order and pay at the counter, take a numbered marker to your table, and a server will bring the food to you and pick up the dishes when you're done. Free street parking.

Jill P.

Yelp
I used to hit up the Burgundian food truck whenever I could back in the day, so I was excited to come check out the place! I even donated to the Kickstarter when the owner was trying to get a bus (and never got my rewards, but oh well). I'll definitely try them again, because I'm wondering if maybe we caught them on a bad night. But it was not a great experience for us on a Saturday evening. We went for dinner and drinks, 3 people. Cute spot, plenty of tables available at 7 when we got in. Parking around downtown was a little tough but everything is pretty close together so not awful to walk a bit. I don't love counter service but not a big deal. Not enough paper menus available at counter (and none on table), so that was kind of awkward. Nice beer selection! Two of us on one order, the third person separate. Apparently they didn't put in the separate food order at all - when they delivered the two entrees for the couple, we waited for a while before he went up to check. Then they delivered the wrong item for him. He ordered a pretzel so he had something to eat while waiting and they charged the couple's bill. The chicken on the chicken and waffles was awesome, juicy and well-cooked! But the waffles on my entree and on the dessert were both underdone and too doughy (I've had their food before, I know that isn't the way it's supposed to be). Two counter people also ran food and definitely seemed overwhelmed. One of the two was pretty unpleasant, as well. Comped my friend's meal so they tried! But it was awkward and weird for all three of us, since we didn't want to eat while he didn't have food. Even waiting like 10 minutes before eating, his still wasn't there. So ours was cold. I'll update if I have a better experience, but I was pretty disappointed this time around.

Ann D.

Yelp
This place is such a cool hidden gem. It's an unassuming restaurant from the outside but inside it has coffee shop meets brewery vibes. Street parking only but there is plenty before and after the restaurant. It's really cool that they have a rotating menu and that things are constantly changing. I went for brunch and there were a ton of people doing work on their laptops there. I feel like vibes must change throughout the day from coffee-shop-work in the mornings to hang-out-and-chill-at-a-brewery at night. Lots of beers available to try! The person who took my order was so friendly and helpful in giving recs. The chicken and waffles were STELLAR; compounded butter was amazing and the crunchy texture on the fried chicken was awesome. The croque monsieur was definitely more on the heavy side but I liked the heaviness on the Dijon mustard. Can't wait to go back to try the dinner menu as the menu looks amazing! So cool that they embrace foods from all different areas of the world and seem to do each of them really well. Burgundian is a cool spot and definitely a place to keep coming back to try more!

J M.

Yelp
My first visit and it won't be my last. I had the Mexican Cemita Poblano Fried Chicken Sando. Amazing describes how this was. Huge. I couldn't eat it all. Very flavorful. I also had a beer flight. A lot of draft beers to choose from. A great dinner.

David C.

Yelp
Was in the area and so stopped by for a burger as late lunch. Street parking only. This is cafeteria-style where you pay before you get the food and eat. We got a bunch of stuff but I'll only speak to what I ate. I got the Burgundian European House burger, which is good. It is a rather simple burger but made well. Comes with very crispy fries, which I really like when they make the basic stuff right. This is one of the better burger and fries I have had. The Arancini balls were not as impressive as I thought. By itself, it was not very flavorful, as it is mainly rice inside. Even when dipped in the spicy sauce, it was like dipping something bland into spicy sauce. The sauce did not enhance the existing flavor in any way. Then we tried the Peruvian-Chinese Chaufa fried rice bowls. I would suggest sticking with the crispy pork belly option. The pulled jackfruit option was meant to be imitation pulled pork and they made it very salty. The saltiness from how they made the pulled jackfruit was so strong that it stung my whole digestive system and had to spend the day chugging water. But the crispy pork belly option was good. Overall, based on our collective opinion, this spot is alright. The vibe is good and bathrooms are clean. Food is good if you make the right choices. I may come back to try other options if I am ever back in the area to see how the other foods are.

Eric H.

Yelp
Oh Burgundian, how I love thee! Came in for the RI Food Fights Burger Blow Out, but this is far from my first time here. Nice spot in downtown Attleboro with plenty of seating inside. Just a great vibe as soon as you walk in and one of the friendliest staffs you'll come across. They are known for their liège style waffles and with good reason. You will not find a better waffle in the northeast. I've yet to find a better one anywhere. Took me a while before I ordered anything but the chicken and waffles. Then I dipped my toes into the Peruvian Pork Belly sandwich, which then quickly became my favorite. Just a harmony of flavors that make you want to dance and sing. But today was a day for a burger, surprisingly my first at Burgundian. It won't be the last. While I tend to favor the flat top/smashed style of burger, Burgundian does the "flame-broiled" version and may do it better than anybody else. Opted for the European House Burger and as you see from the picture, it did not disappoint. Even though cooked passed my preferred medium-rare, the juices were still flowing with every bite. Perfectly constructed and the agrodolce onions added just the right flavor to the dish. Just one of the best spots around regardless of what you order. Can't wait until my next trip back!

Gillian K.

Yelp
Lovely interior. Great staff. Lovely coffees. Food is hit or miss unfortunately. The liege waffles are unbelievably dry

Brendon D.

Yelp
The chicken and waffles Nashville style is just amazing but the burgers I can't say they are the best and I've tried two of them so far. Arepas are good there and i've had the OG STUFF! coffee is great. Service is good over the counter service but they do drop your food off on your table for you. Try it out I love it I try not to go there all the time because the food is so rich. I dont want to get sick of it.

Fatboy S.

Yelp
Solid 4 star spot. Order up front - they give you a number and bring food out to you when ready. Chicken and waffles, chicken sandwich, Korean bowl, and pretzel were all solid. Service was friendly. Would return when in the area.

Amy M.

Yelp
Cool international menu! We love Ocktoberfest Wednesday nights and Saturday morning studying with delicious breakfast items and excellent warm beverages (especially matcha tea lattes)!

Jamie P.

Yelp
My sister treated me to brunch for my birthday, and honestly it was my favorite gift. We had been hearing good things about Burgundian for a while, but we were not prepared for how amazing the food was. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable when we had questions about the menu, and the service was fast too, even though the dining room was packed. Given the crowd, you'd expect the atmosphere to be loud, or overwhelming. But it wasn't!! Everyone was having a great time, and you could tell by the smiles on all the faces. I had the chicken and waffle, and I've been dreaming about it at least once a week since. I can't wait to go back and try everything on this menu.

Yelp
Ah-mazing!! Def going to be a regular once we move closer! And although I didn't get a picture of it, definitely get the fries!!! The staff is also very nice and knowledgeable. And did I mention they're very nice and friendly? Love the atmosphere! Their beer selection is pretty good too. And their coffee.

Yelp
I've been here twice and had a great experience both times although the vibe was totally different. You can come here in the evening for drinks or during the day to get work done with a coffee. They offer both Borealis cold brew and a rotating nitro cold brew. The coffee was delicious and of course the waffles are amazing. I had the one with lemon curd, berries, and whipped cream which was divine. It's really more of a dessert than a breakfast. They have an OK amount of vegetarian/vegan options for dinner (I think the menu changes pretty frequently) but I would not recommend the jackfruit banh mi; the jackfruit was way way too salty. The fries were good though. Overall a really cute spot in Attleboro!

Yelp
Best. Waffles. In. The. World. I'm not exaggerating. You must try a waffle if you haven't. It's not your run of the mill Belgian waffle made with pancake mix in a waffle iron. It's made from a buttery dough infused with pearl sugars that caramelize when cooked. Phenomenal. But if you've already tried the sweet and savory waffles, you've got to try the sandwiches. My absolute fav is the Peruvian pork belly. IT'S SO GOOD! Spicy, savory, rich and delicious. I didn't even mind that there was cilantro in it, which is really saying something. I'm also a fan of the way they prepare their jackfruit. The Korean jackfruit sandwich is really great, and if they ever bring back the Navajo flatbread tacos, I highly recommend. Go to Attleboro and give their new storefront some love!

Yelp
Food is good and chicken waffle is the best. If you want a good waffle, you need to check this.

Yelp
I lucked into finding The Burgundian on a google search for coffee after an appointment in Attleboro. The restaurant itself is very welcoming- trendy but cozy. Good sized sitting area with a variety of small and larger tables. The menu is exciting and delicious sounding, I will definitely be back to try. 5 stars for their amazing house latte! It's been a long time since I've had a coffee this good. Smooth, sweet without being overly sweet, a real interesting combo of flavors, plus cute foam art it was definitely my good fortune to find Burgundian.

Yelp
I brought my family here from out of town and out of all the places we went throughout MA & RI-- they loved this place the most. The owner was present in the restaurant for my family to tell him personally how much they loved the food and the drinks. Will continue to go here and support this small business!

Yelp
I've always been a fan since their food truck. Lucky for Attleborians, they really found a great spot for a brick and mortar in downtown Attleboro. The place is open with nice large custom wood tables great for groups. I went for their original waffle with the cookie butter and berries (which wasn't listed on the menu)...and you can never go wrong! I paired it with their house latte which is with cookie butter, caramel, and cinnamon, one of my favorite lattes! Their croque monsieur was a generous size. It was so delicious and didn't feel too heavy. Their breakfast tacos came with chorizo, which wasn't spicy as I would have expected. Next time I'd ask for some hot sauce: I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This Attleboro restaurant has an eclectic offering of food: Peruvian, Italian, Korean, Belgian, Argentinian, etc. They also have a couple of tables for outdoor dining. We got the Peruvian Chaufa rice bowl (which my wife liked), the Argentinian Choripan hot dog (which I thought was ok good), and an appetizer of arancini. The dog was to come with a side salad, but by mistake it came with fries. But no worries, they also brought the side salad. The fries, by the way, were very good. The dog, a chorizo sausage in a baguette with chimichurri sauce was good enough. My wife like the rice bowl and the arancini were also good (but the sauce wasn't anything special). Speaking of the arancini, they were served EXTREMELY hot (temperaturewise) so be careful. Washed all that down with a nice beer I can't remember the name of. We got a liege waffle, churro flavor, which was phenomenal. chewy and delicious and very different from what is typically thought of as a Belgian waffle. Although we dined outside, restaurant interior is nice and interesting with lots of art on the walls.

Yelp
Great food and beautiful space! Really good coffees and great beer selection. I love frequenting this establishment being so local. They put on so nice events too. We went to one of their New Years 4 course dinners with drink pairings.. highly recommend!

Yelp
One of my top places to order a chicken sandwich now. I believe it was the Korean chicken sandwich. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Made me come back a week later. The flavor was sweet, tender, and crunchy. I would prefer the the fried macaroni balls over the pierogies. The sauces were delicious with it as well. Looking forward to trying the beer sampler next time. The art work in the bathroom is pretty cool as well. Great styled restaurant. They are geared more towards breakfast and lunch; meaning the close early. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Is it Wednesday and you're looking for something to do? Well the guys at the Burgundian are working on making Wednesday the most interesting day of the week. This year they have started up a series of special events, that they are calling Friends Day (isn't that nice?), where they host friends and local peeps into their space to produce their own Food and Drink Specials. So far they've hosted Our Table BBQ (A+ BTW!), the Origin Beer Project, Ja Patty, Anawan Brewing, and Working Man Distillers. Not too shabby. Next week's Friend is the Perfect Empanada. How long can they keep this up? I'm looking forward to seeing them try. A for the Exceptional Efforts! What a fantastic idea!
