The Best Restaurants In Burien - Seattle - The Infatuation

"This wood-fired pizzeria on the main strip is operated by the same team who runs three other spots on the block: Tin Room, 909 Coffee & Wine, and 913. And while Burien Pizzeria doesn’t have the crispiest crust, they do stack the pies high with toppings and serve some fantastic appetizers—not to mention that the staff is very nice. The arancini have a great shell and are surrounded by a smoky harissa tomato sauce, and the lemony roasted cauliflower is perfectly charred from time spent in the pizza oven." - Nate Watters

Have been going to Burien Pizzeria for a few years. We loved sitting at the bar but now have to do takeout since there is a little one at home. Has always been a solid go-to. But after takeout tonight, I’m not so sure. They sent us home with a burnt (to the point it wasn’t edible) cauliflower appetizer. I get that mistakes happen, but give us a heads up — offer to comp it or make us a new one. It also didn’t have all the ingredients. Very bummed!

Google
We were really excited to try this wood-fired pizza place, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. The pizza was lacking in toppings, and the crust was burnt. Prices are quite high for what you get. On the bright side, the pizza size is generous The decor is simple and rustic, the service was excellent and the staff, especially the lady who helped us, was very kind and welcoming.

We were gifted a gift card for this pizza place and thought let’s give it a try. The pics didn’t do the pie justice, it was so good & delicious. They have a stone oven that makes the crust crispy. We also ordered arancini which was also deliciously prepared. Kinda wish we had not ordered it to go. The place looks so cute and service is friendly. Stop bye sand dove then a try like we did!

Came on a Friday night. It was busy and smelled amazing. My first impression of the atmosphere was how well they utilized the space. Every inch was used so well. The bar was set up for friendly conversations with others around you. The salad we ordered was big enough to share. Ordered my all time favorite Margherita pizza and my taste buds were so happy. I absolutely love wood burning ovens. They make the best pizzas!!! They made a good winter mule also. IMO they are a little spendy but I’ll probably visit here again.

Staying at an airport hotel and felt very lucky to find this gem. I’m a vegetarian and there were great options. We had a Cesar salad, the sage butter pasta, and a margarita pizza. All three were perfect. Our two little kids loved the pizza. Despite there being a wait when we arrived, they seated us quickly and the service was very fast and friendly. Excellent meal!!

Happy hour all day Monday. Service is nice. They just opened Monday from 4PM- 10PM. Parking is easy in this cute small town. Happy hour price is fair. Monday night was not busy at 7PM. Hey have TVs for sport and music was pretty fun. Kinda feel a bit 80s. Portion is good. Meatball looked great and pasta was good. MEATBALLS, not the best. It seemed juicy but it wasn’t spiced enough to remove the meat smell and kinda like a freezer/frozen tasting. Pasta is great and perfect temperature though and the cheese sprinkle curls are nice. Bread toast was over burnt and too hard. I would get the spaghetti without the meat balls next time.

Google
Absolutely delicious pizza EVERY time. Love the heat on the Shroomachoke and my parnter is in love with the Salumi. The wood fired element makes everything totally next level as far as pizza goes. If you dine inside the restaurant it is really lovely and rustic modern. It’s perfect in the summer with an open air atmosphere. Update: went in for cocktails and the mule was good but the Tajin Paloma? Bizarre! Way too strong, could barely taste anything but tequila and the Tajin in the namesake? Not there! Disappointing. If u can’t make it right, I’d rather order something else.

Love this place! It has a nice ambiance and the food and drinks are great. I usually have a salad but sometimes have a pizza. My family and I also like the cauliflower, who knew it could be so yummy!

Yelp
MORE THAN STONE FIRED PIZZA. This is one of my favorite places in Burian. Delicious stone fired pizza as well as a short menu of pasta dishes as well as rotating specials. Today I had the Harissa Chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly in a delicious sauce atop a bed of deliciously spiced rice. My wife had the mushroom pizza and added sausage. She loved it, although I prefer a pizza with Marinara sauce. My favorite being the Margarita pizza, then I add mushrooms and onions. Service is friendly and efficient. The waiters and waitresses make connections with the locals and we are always greeted cheerfully and have learned several of their names as they have ours. There is a full bar you can sit at if you like and also a front and back heated patio. Yes, you can bring your dog! The place has a pleasant atmosphere and is certainly date appropriate. So, great food, nice atmosphere, friendly service full bar, patio dining and you can bring your dog. 5 stars. Excelsior.

Yelp
Monday night, March 3rd, 2025 6:00 pm Thin crust pizza. Burnt ends make it flavorful. Caesar salad was large, dressing was thick and creamy. Frank the owner came by to say hello. Ended the evening with the "Hella Cookie" (Nutella cookie) I didn't personally have it albeit they said it was chocolatey good. Music playing along with sports on tv playing.

Yelp
Amazing food! Wish they did more pasta because their pasta is out of this world. Love the wine and salads. Great neighborhood date spot. Even great for kids. We love this place.

Yelp
Love this spot! The gourmet style pizzas are always on point and the service is lovely! OK wine options but much better cocktails! Cute little spot right in downtown Burien, it's a must try!

Yelp
Grab a little Slice of Heaven at this hidden gem! The menu is creative, authentic and diverse, offering a variety of classic and innovative flavor profiles made to perfection in a classic wood fire oven. Whether you're a traditionalist who craves the simplicity of a Margherita pizza or an adventurous foodie in search of unique combinationthere is something for everyone. All of this is in a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. It's also a great date spot. What also sets Burien Pizzeria apart is its service. Always great, but a special shout out to Emily!

Yelp
What a rip-off!!! My husband and I don't go out to eat very often - it's so expensive! He ordered a pizza (which he said was good) and I ordered the gnocchi with vodka sauce. They were both $22 and the portion size of the gnocchi was ridiculous!!! $22 for a cup of pasta with tomato sauce. We will never be returning ever again!

Anna S.

Yelp
Pizzas (Margherita, and pepperoni) are great especially their Italian chip salad! I really enjoy the atmosphere and the customer service.

Yelp
Been going here for a few years. I consider it one of the best in greater Seattle. The salumi pizza and mushroom pizza are my favorite. They have great seasonals as well.

Samantha O.

Yelp
We are regulars here. This is the best restaurant in burien, hands own. If you can get the delicata squash, dont pass it up! The menu is refreshed regularly and the veggie appetizers are always to-die for! Love the e chicken parm, the sausage pizza and the dessert options as well as the atmosphere! Great service, will be back time and time again!

Sandra D.

Yelp
This is such a great restaurant! Everything is so well done and the staff is always amazing. We have had family gatherings there and I go there by myself often. The food is so good and the setting is cozy. It's a wonderful place for the whole family.

Yelp
amazing! i've ordered several pies here, but I think my favorite might be the cheese. there is just something about the seasoning and sauce!

Yelp
Good service, good pizza, good cocktails! Also very good vibes - they had a Taylor Swift playlist on while I was there haha. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, they've had staffing issues and some changes in hours so it's made it difficult to catch them at a good time. I finally got to try them out on a sunny Saturday and loved it. Servers were super attentive even though they were having a busier night. Food & drinks also came out super quick! Their magherita pizza (which is my favorite no matter which pizza place I'm at) is one of the best I've ever had. They offer chili flakes and chili oil here! Definitely take advantage and get that with your pizza orders, totally makes it even more delicious. Prices are also decent. Definitely cannot wait to visit again and try other things!

Yelp
Went to Burien Pizzeria for the first time last night. I follow a bunch on local businesses on Instagram, so I saw they had a drink on special and air conditioning, so we thought it was a good night to go. Had an okay time. The menu specifically states to ask your server about any drink/food specials. And I got a strict "No" from the server, like I asked a stupid question. So I stuck with water instead of trying the special Empress Gimlet. And I was hoping to try their prosciutto and peach pizza that I had heard about, but the menu only listed a pork belly and peach pizza. So I ordered the Pork Belly pizza, and the server once again gave me a blunt remark about how they don't have a pork belly pizza. I turn my menu around and point it out to her and she yells across the room to the bartender to confirm. They had a conversation about how it used to be a prosciutto and peach pizza and now it's a pork belly and peach pizza. The food was okay. The pork belly pizza would have been better with prosciutto. The pork belly and dollop of ricotta made just a too fatty of a slice. And it had no salt, which the prosciutto would have probably contributed. The artichoke pizza was good. Had a preserved lemon aioli which was good with the artichoke. The two pizzas totaled about $45 after tax, which isn't bad. I went with my dad and we brought home half of each pizza.

Yelp
In a competitive pizza scene with pizzas across the street, down the block, and on many corners in Burien...the pizza has to be good. Sadly, Burien Pizzeria misses the mark, probably because they are trying way too hard and throwing way too many competing and overwhelming flavors on their pies, and then drenching them with spirals of aioli sauce. The ingredients are of good quality, and with some restraint and finesse they could be making great pies... but Wow! Pizza with an identity crisis! What an assault on the senses! And this all started with a Rocket salad drenched in overwhelming sour lemon dressing. Otherwise, the service and location are great! Just hope the my figure out their approach before they go under.

Linda A.

Yelp
The food is amazing, their pizza is the best! Service is always warm & friendly. Only drawback is that 70% of their limited inside seating area are hard uncomfortable, metal barstools with no backs. Not comfortable at all.

Yelp
My company did my retirement party here. Staff was very friendly and food was great. If I lived closer I would visit more often.

Yelp
This place has the best vibe in ye olde Burien. Great food, great atmosphere. I grew up here but just moved back after living in Seattle, New York, and the Bay Area for the past 16 years--so now, with a thinly-veiled air of superiority, I'm going to judge the shit out of my beloved hometown. Starting with the pizzeria. First off, everyone knows you want a small town experience in a hidden gem like Burien. Which makes Burien Pizzeria's exclusive hours of 5-9PM, four days a week, all the more appealing. You don't choose when you eat at the pizzeria. The pizzeria chooses you. The wood-fired pizza is awesome and the tables that overlook the open kitchen are the coolest touch for a party of four. Not to mention the menu is just limited enough to give plenty of options without feeling overwhelmed. Recently I've been a "pour me another" type of lady so my food orders are more limited, but you can't go wrong. Last time, I had the mushroom & onion pizza and could have easily shared it, but why would I do that when I could overeat five of the 8 slices then bring the rest home to hoover into my face while standing over my oven after reheating my bounty? The bartender, Steve House, fabricated many of the features in both the pizzeria and the Tin Room, and chatting with him at the bar is a delight. He has tons of stories and a huge music collection. Idk why I mentioned the tables first because I, alone, go straight to the bar and take up three humans worth of space for two hours. Paula is awesome too and works hard to take care of everyone. 5 stars!

Yelp
Wonderful food and even better service! This place is aces... everything is delicious, drinks are well prepared and the staff goes above and beyond.

Yelp
Have to come check out Burien's new pizza place co-owned by same owner as Tin Room on the same block. Nice open space where front is open to street and there's plenty of seating. I'm sitting in the bar tonight with a packed 1st day open and it's quite comfortable just watching the patrons enjoying is beautiful fall evening. I ordered the "Shroomachoke" pizza pie and it comes in a 14" size with a thin crust. It has wild mushrooms that were really tasty; it would have rocked if not have cooled before serving it to me. I was able to share a slice of the sausage pizza from some new friends I met and it was delicious. Bet the sausage with added wild mushrooms would be the best of both. Burien pizza is a winner!

Kimberly A.

Yelp
My friend and I ordered the sage pasta and the pork belly burrata pizza. Ohhh man, this is one of the best meals I've had in awhile! The pizza had amazing flavor, and the pasta was such a good texture. Definitely recommend treating yourself out to a meal here!

Yelp
The Margherita was good. Service was good. We came in as it just open so it was fairly quiet. The food was a bit overpriced for the area it is in. Another note is that they don't offer happy hour.
google avatar

Daisha N.

Yelp
Blown away. Curbside service was perfect. I came here during covid 19 times! I've taken this time to try new spots that I've been wanting to try! This is one gem that blew my socks off! The crust was cooked to perfection! Just enough crisp and just enough ingredients and not soggy and wet with the ingredients! The mushroom and oil base with the spice was perfecto. I was really happy with my choice! I also "heard" the cauliflower was to die for, so gave that a whirl and was VRY pleases! Ok one this I would ch age, some dipping sauce for that cauliflower even an white aioli would be supreme! Either way I was a happy customer thanks for being great!

Yelp
Great spot for date night or family dinner! Delicious pizza with yummy toppings and perfectly crunchy, chewy crust...definitely recommend!

Yelp
I wish we liked it better. Unfortunately our experiences have been pretty hit or miss since they opened. My family looks at the pizza choices and usually decides to go somewhere else. Last week we ordered a Caesar salad - The size was grood and the dressing good but the romaine was barely chopped the pieces were really big. The sun-dried tomatoes were in big clumps. The Margherita pizza was a big disappointment. The red sauce wasn't very good. There were five basil leaves on the whole pizza and basically no cheese. It's like they almost forgot to add it. The second pizza was much better. We ordered the veggie and it was flavorful and good. We have ordered the roasted cauliflower before it was a bit over roasted but the flavor was nice.

John P.

Yelp
Delicious original pizzas, good drink selection, and really attentive and excellent staff! The atmosphere is very comfortable.

Yelp
5/15/2019 Time 6:22pm ToGo order Ordered a Margherita pizza, $14.95 off website, 9 inch Pie, and a House Salad which was listed as Gem Lettuces Well I Have to say I was Underwhelmed, The Pizza was Cold, undersauced and Cheese amount was maybe 2-3 Oz. Then to my surprise the amount charged was $16.95 not $14.95 as listed on Website...Really?!?... for a 9 inch Pie!! **Please UPDATE your website menu (listed $14.95 online Margherita) $16.95 for a 9 Inch Cheese Pizza is ridiculous!! Add that the Pie was not hot,and amount of Cheese & Sauce was minimal. Then too my surprise the House Salad which was listed as Gem Lettuces, turned out to be ordinary Romaine!! maybe 4 oz., a few pieces,undressed,..grana parm minimal. House Salad Gem lettuces, radish, grana, herb vinaigrette $8.00 *Gem Lettuce is a cross 'Tween Romaine and Butter Lettuce, Leaning towards "Baby" Lettuce Variety. (Little Gem lettuce was developed from Romaine lettuce and a butterhead type lettuce.) Have You ever heard of Truth in Menu?? So My first visit to Burien Pizzeria I was a bit Underwhelming, and I won't be returning, Service was also Lacking & staff seemed confused.

Yelp
I'm a Burien local! So having a great wood fire pizza location located in old town Burien made me so happy. What I love are their location and the outside patio seating. Perfect for those nice spring and got summer days. They have a great pizza selection and appetizers. With a great drinks menu and wine selections. I ordered the salumi pizza and added sausage. It comes with a swirl of white sauce that adds a magic touch. Also ordered the baruta. Amazing and it comes with fresh arugula. Tip time, Order a side of fresh pizza sauce do dip your crust in. Staff: There was only one bartender and one server. But they never made you feel like it was a staff team of 2. They were so attentive and kind.
google avatar

Yelp
What a vibe! You walk into Burien Pizzeria and are filled with a sweet charm and can't help but drool at the immediate smell of delicious wood fired pizza. The bartender, Steve House, was working on my last visit and made me and my bffl feel at home. We gorged on Caesar salads and shared the mushroom pizza (customized with added sausage, we are carnivores after all) which both had supreme flavor profiles. A local artist sat next to us at the bar and shared his red wine, it was basically an episode of Cheers at the end of the night and what's better than new and old friendships over free booze in our beloved little Burien.
google avatar

Christopher N.

Yelp
I had an in-depth conversation about Tostino Party Time Pizzas yesterday with a friend. Back in the day they were the staple of my childhood birthday parties. You could get a dozen of them for like four dollars at the commissary. And, I think they're the best frozen pizza in the game, and if you want to change my mind bring that Costco size bottle of whiskey cause its going to take awhile (also, cause I just really want a drink. Its been a rough two hours of work already. I thought adults would be smarter). I have yet to take the aforementioned friend to Burien Pizzeria, but I've been there a few times, and I'm ready to crown it the best pizza in my neighborhood. Take that Round Table! Sidenote: Am I the only one being bombarded by Domino ads on Instagram? I feel I see a few a day, and I haven't ordered from them in years. The pics are deceiving in that way some people take selfies of themselves on dating apps. Great angles with lots of basil. When's the last time you've seen basil on a Dominos pie? Exactly. The pizza is pretty good, and that all starts with the dough/crust. Its light, chewy, and flavorful. One of the better I've had in the Seattle area. My favorite pies so far is the Shroomachoke, and Sausage. The later is mushrooms, and artichokes. It wasn't initially on my radar as I like meat on my pizza (like a real man), but Ma Dukes order it, and I was pleasantly surprised how flavorful it was. The former is just a solid Sausage pizza, and should be your default pizza setting if you can't decide. The restaurant itself is cozy, and has sidewalk seating in the summer as the front window opens. There's a small bar that I sit at more times than not as access to quick booze is key. You're welcome millennials. There are bar height tables, and standard ones as well. Every time I've been there its been busy, so there may be a wait from time to time. Drink up fools. I wonder if you throw a Tostino's into a wood oven if it would enhance its already majestic status. Hey, Burien Pizzeria, holler at your boy if you can make this happen. I'll spring for the pizza's, and beer. If not I'll just stick with the Shroomachoke. My bad if if I'm not playing the company line. You've been put on notice, Salute!

Yelp
Smallish pizza joint in Burien... as they did wood fire oven pizza, we had to try it. Keeping it safe, we went with the margherita pizza. The pizza was decent, with a nice crust. The pomodoro sauce was decent as well. As a side, we went with the charred cauliflower, which was excellent... It was noticeable that many tables seemed to order the Caesar salad, presumably that means it's gotta be good. Didn't try it, though, so can't say from firsthand experience.

Yelp
This place is bomb.com folks. Get the rocket salad, the Burrata cheese, and the Margarette pizza + pepperoni.
google avatar

Owen M.

Yelp
Burien Pizzeria is excellent! There pizza is the best i've ever had in the area. Excellent food, and the staff was just as great. And on top of all that, they were pretty speedy. This place is totally worth the visit, I will be returning.

Yelp
Came here for dinner tonight and was blown away. They were very busy, but service was still phenomenal. The chef even came out and introduced himself. We had the sausage and margarita pizzas and both were amazing. So were the meatballs! The drinks tasted very fresh too! Overall first impressions were very positive and I can't wait to come back soon! Great neighborhood pizzeria. 152nd street is becoming the place to be!
google avatar

Kurt H.

Yelp
I've been coming here pre and post pandemic. The pizza is good not as great as before. I don't know what happened to the pasta but it is not anywhere close as It was before the management and front of house. It's lost its magic. So sad.
google avatar

Jojo K.

Yelp
This place opened up 2 weeks ago and it's already become the towns favorite pizza place! We went here and there was no where to sit because it was so packed. However, we ordered margarita pizza to go and had a glass of wine while waiting on our pizza. We absolutely loved the pizza. Can't wait to go back.

Katie T.

Yelp
Best sausage pizza. I love a thin crust and it was tasty. They also have great pasta dishes. The sage brown butter pasta is my favorite, but they rotate their pastas so one time they didn't have it and encouraged me to try something crazy which was a gnocchi that had pepperoncinis in it and other things. I was not excited about it and thought I would hate it. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Perfect little pillows with a never before experienced combo of flavors. I think if you go for a pasta and a pizza, you'll be happy. Glad they are finally open again.
google avatar

Francesca F.

Yelp
I've been here in the last few months to get take out pizza. The pizza is good. I like the crust. It's a thin style pizza. I would come here more often but I find it a bit pricey for the size of the pie.
google avatar

Michelle D.

Yelp
Just looked at my receipt to reconcile against my account. Server added an additional $3 to their 18% tip. I wonder how many other patrons this happens to.
google avatar

Mike P.

Yelp
Wow. I am a huge pizza fan (see my reviews) but this place was really a disappointment. I was super excited because I love wood fired pizza but oh boy, I got something that was exactly how a burned pizza from the frozen section of Safeway would taste. For the price I expected a larger pie but I probably wouldn't ha e finished it since the bottom was black and everything else had zero taste. The salad was pathetic and for $10 ?! Service was the only reason for the 2 stars. From loud noise, ambiance and overall value, this place has nothing going for it.
google avatar

Alanna M.

Yelp
What a great addition to the south side. We've been needing something like this. I think the prices are reasonable for what you're getting. Parking can be limited but at least you don't have to pay. Love the space and the ambiance. Great to catch a game and have a drink at the bar and also somewhere you can bring kids for quality food. The roasted cauliflower was tasty. I was also a fan of the pistachio cake with vanilla gelato. But man that pork belly version of a Hawaiian was in amazing! Service was great. Definitely looking forward to going back.
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
Man I do not get all these reviews... What drew me to this place is that it is close to my house vs Pulcinellas (now THAT is amazing pizza) the fact that they had a true Neapolitan oven, the menu, and all your reviews. Shame on you haha We got there about 8 pm, half full but super noisy (place could definitely benefit from some ceiling noise reducers) The waitress was knowledgable and friendly. She explained items that she assumed we didn't know what they were without being asked. BIt odd but not enough to put me off. I ordered a pizza and my husband ordered the $20 lasagne. Dang, why oh why did I NOT take a picture of that. Maybe because I was in shock. The pizza was burned on the bottom so the only thing I really tasted was burned dough. Sigh. But back to the lasagne. It was supposed to be 9 layers. WEll maybe some of them made a run for it because instead of a beautifully stacked lasagne, out came a plate of slop. While they use top ingredients, the flavor just wasn't there and it was flat and a saucy mess. Plus the size for that prize was pretentious at best. A glass of wine $12 and we are talking Retail probl $18/bottle. This is Burien people, not downtown Seattle. I dont' mind spending money for quality but I rather drive to Pulcinellas for amazing pizza, good service and good wine.
google avatar

Prajna T.

Yelp
I love when new high quality businesses start in Burien. This is one of those, and super excited for this pizza concept. It's a small cozy space, with bar and wood fire pizza oven. It's right in the heart of olde Burien, so sore convenient when I'm on the south end. Definitely check it out!

Yelp
I've been here twice and the food was ok. I liked my pizza, but the pasta dish was so-so. The pasta was really mushy and the sauce didn't taste like anything special, so maybe out of a jar/can? The pizza dough, on the other hand, was really flavorful and I normally don't even eat the crust. What really brought down my review, though, were two things. First, the service was not great. Awkward servers who didn't show up often and didn't really know the menu. (I didn't take off any stars for not knowing the menu because it's fairly new, but still noted it.) Second, let's just call a spade a spade: the drinks suck. I mean they are really weak at premium prices just like they are next door at 909/913. Do not order a cocktail or you will be disappointed. Also don't plan to bring your own wine because I believe the corkage fee was $20 or $25. A pizza restaurant in old Burien is a great idea. If they could get it together for service, start making decent drinks, and be more realistic with their corkage fee, we would totally come back. As it stands, though, we won't be back.

Yelp
I would appear I strolled into Burien Pizzeria literally during their first week of operation, and while I wasn't familiar with the ownership ties to other places in the community, I was impressed with what my friends and I got. Stars 1/2: What's the down low on this spot? Burien Pizzeria has a great atmosphere, and dishes up solid pizzas and salads that are on par if not slightly better than what you can fine at other new age pizza shops. Two Stars. Stars 3/4: What makes this place so special? The shroomachoke pizza was excellent, and it's a combination that I'd love to see elsewhere. Two Stars. Star 5: What would have been better? I get that there's a whole lot of emphasis placed on Burien Pizzeria's crust, but while it's really good, it didn't quite blow me away in the same way that others in the broader area have. It lacked that chewiness that I search for in a pizza crust that makes it such that I could honestly eat it even without the broader pizza. No Star.

Yelp
I was impressed and surprised to find such a great spot in Burien. We came in for dinner on a Saturday night and were seated promptly near the kitchen and pizza oven. We received friendly service throughout the night. We ordered drinks, including draft Moretti beer and wine, and were happy with everything there. For dinner we ordered charred cauliflower as an appetizer (it was great), pizzas, including the Shroomachoke, and a pasta special that they were happy to modify to make more vegetarian friendly. The Shroomachoke pizza really stood out to me - it was excellent. All the components - dough, sauce, cheese and toppings - were spot on. The bill was reasonable for dinner out for four people in Seattle. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of local Italian pizzeria and PNW chic food scene. The entire restaurant was unassuming but really delivered.

Yelp
The house salad ($8) was really fresh and tasty, but pricey. The All Cheese pizza and their version of the Hawaiian pizza ($15-17?) were both tasty, but pricey. The dough was ok, super thin but it was soggy straight from the oven because of all the grease on it. The milk braised pork pasta was very delicious, but pricey. The desserts, hazelnut cake ala mode and lemon espresso panna cotta, again, was extremely tasty but pricey. Overall, the quality was very good but the portions were super small and our party of 4 left hungry after 2 pizzas, a pasta, a salad, and two desserts later. The service was ok, seems like there was only 1 server on the floor that night. It was a little hard to get her attention because she was so busy. We ran out of water pretty early and didn't get more until dessert. Don't really feel the need to go back.

Yelp
Wowza!!! We ate there for dinner last night and it was so good. One of their specials was baked SunChoke with a Bagna Cauda sauce. I've not had either of these things but it reminded me of scalloped potatoes with a light cream sauce. I actually googled how to make this because I want to try it for Thanksgiving this year. We got a pepperoni pizza and also a side salad to split. Presentation was excellent! I loved the way the radishes were sliced on the salad. Wood fire pizza all tastes the same to me, so I can't say the pizza was anything special, but everything else was amazing. Including the service and music! Was impressed they were playing the Modern Lovers! Would definitely come back. Bill was pricey but we also ordered a few cocktails and that always drives up the price.

Yelp
Great drinks. Great pizza. Huge pizza oven. Brussel sprouts! Hand made apple pie! Old Down Town Burien is so cute, family night or date night. And the bartender knows how to make an old fashion.
