A great place to take the whole family is Burlington Mall! This mall, which is situated at 75 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, Massachusetts, has an amazing array of shops that satisfy the tastes and preferences of all customers. Every member of the family will find something they like, whether they are shopping for electronics, fashion, home décor, or specialty items. This mall's fantastic food court is one of its most notable features. With options to suit every taste, the dining options are excellent. You're sure to be pleased with the variety of cuisines, great drinks, and delectable sushi. The employees at the eateries and shops are outstanding. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful time, and they are always smiling and friendly. Burlington Mall is a delightful place to visit every time. It is difficult to describe how much fun it is; my family and I always leave with smiles and laughter. You must experience the vibrant and upbeat atmosphere for yourself. The restaurant bartenders deserve special recognition for their enthusiasm, hard work, and fun. Since they make everyone feel happy and welcome, they are genuinely the center of the mall's dining scene. I highly recommend Burlington Mall for family outings, dining, and shopping. It's a place where you can shop until you drop, eat delicious food, and feel happier because of the welcoming atmosphere. Always a flawless 10/10 experience!

Very clean. We always enjoy decorating for stores grand openings and milestones there. After installing balloon decor we spend some time as a family, visited stores, took family pictures and ate some food!

Google
Nice mall in Burlington with a lot of food choices plus food court with a children’s play area. A lot of voices in terms of stores from Sephora to Lidle to Cheesecake Factory and Macys of course. For a nice gourmet coffee and “little smth” I stop at Nero cafe

Google
A great mall. Lots of fun shops. I came here a few years ago right after the covid lockdown got a little loosened up, and it was very sad with few stores open and lots of empty spaces. But it looked completely different today. Great selection. Just the right size. Not too big. If it's too big, you get exhausted walking back and forth trying to find shops you want to go (back) to. Parking was great, and I love the fact that Electrify America charging station is right there!

Google
Wow! Best mall I’ve ever been to! This mall is huge, and it has a ton of store options inside! The food court is very spacious, which is a good thing, and the restaurants serve up fresh food. Every store, there are always friendly staff. Extra points!! Cleaner retail spots and ZERO scraps of trash in shops. POINTS! I have ZERO complaints about the mall. This place is incredibly underrated!!!

Yelp
Burlington Mall, a Simon Property, is located on Middlesex Turnpike, just off route 128 (I-95) in Burlington, Massachusetts. There are over 185 shops and eateries. Some popular stores are Macy's, Nordstrom, Primark, Apple, H&M, Lululemon, Sephora, Warby Parker and restaurants include The Cheesecake Factory, The Friendly Toast, Fogo de Chao, Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, Legal Sea Foods, and Shake Shack. There are plenty of parking spaces. I parked by Legal Sea Foods and used that entrance into the mall. This was my first time at Burlington Mall, but the signage was very good and I was able to find the stores I wanted to go to very easily. There are also interactive information kiosks that provide point-to-point directions and multi-destination wayfinding. It is very spacious inside and has a modern feel. I went to BoxLunch first which is located on Upper Level and met the friendliest employee - Patrick. He saw me looking at the clearance section and informed me that there was a special promotion going on now (Buy 1, get 2 free) which was a steal. At checkout, he informed me that different BoxLunch stores have different promotions. I was really fortunate to come to this location this day to take advantage of this deal. The other store I went to was Primark. There are only 2 other Primark locations in MA - Boston and Braintree - so I definitely had to take advantage of Primark in Burlington Mall. I was able to purchase some items and some were even 50% off. I had such a great time here at Burlington Mall and looking forward to the next time I come back.

Yelp
Nate was the best bartender i've had in a long time. The service was phenomenal from the second I walked into the restaurant. I will come back for Nate and Nate only. Give that man a raise. Also, i know Matt wasn't working this evening but he is an exceptional server.

Yelp
This used to be our absolute favorite place. It's gone sooo downhill. It's so sad :(. Menu is limited now, food quality way down. And last time we went music was ridiculously loud we had to shout to gave a conversation.

Yelp
This mall is always packed for some reason. Parking lot tend to pack up fast and there is usually traffic going into the parking lot. Because of this amount of people, inside of the mall tend to be very cramped, especially during the holidays, when my claustrophobia kicked in while inside the mall. This mall doesn't even have that good of stores, unlike natick mall, which tend to be more spacious with better traffic distribution, better parking lot experience, is more upscale, and have more options for stores. Burlington mall is what it is and that is a overrated mall in a very opportune location. There is definitely alot of room for improvement. I find that if you are in the area anyways, I would just go across the nh border for tax free mall.

Yelp
Been coming here for almost 15 years. Although it is not my most favorite to shop or eat at, it is the closest to where I live, so I go here more for convenience. Recently they have undergone a huge reno and added a lot of new stores and restaurants. Definitely high time they did that. It needed that expansion and more things to do, it was getting too tiring. Although lot of new places to eat outside and around the mall, it definitely needs more fun eateries on the food court, bored of the same old pizza, chinese and fast food options.

Yelp
I love the stores and food and stuff but I see too many people I know and almost got ran over outside Nordstrom but pretty good

Yelp
2 words! Big roach problem! I'm not talking softbal sized but they ain't no house roaches. Can't go anywhere without at least seeing one or 2. When I talk to the store clerks about it they say "yeah can't seem to get rid of them. Talked to my boss about it and they say the mall won't take responsibility for it" yes I'm paraphrasing but you will get similar answers from each clerk. It's ridiculous. Over the years I've seem countless businesses lose their licenses and reputations over this. I don't know if they fixed the rat problem but the roaches are overabundant. The mall won't take responsibility for its own infestation. "It's not the mall's problem" bull pucky! They need to fix this... it's ridiculous and it's disgusting. They have no respect for the buisness owners by neglecting their own issue. Update: as I have photos of these bugs found in the mall I will be posting more images to this review and if I the mall still has a rat problem and I see it I'll add those too.

Yelp
PARKING: Plenty of parking spaces all around the area. We've never had any issues with parking here. STORES: Shops are very similar to one another: there are 2-3 shops that sell Christmas stuff but overall a good variety of shops. Wish they had an arcade! FOOD COURT: Sushi, Korean Corndogs, Tacos, Sandwiches, Smoothies - they have it all. Outside of the main food court, they also have a Pretzel Time, Gong Cha and two Caffe Neros (one inside the mall and one outside the mall).

Yelp
Mall redesign is awful. Why did you remove stairs and escalators throughout the place? If I want to get upstairs to the Gamestop/Primark area after entering at the new Fogo de Chao, I literally need to walk all the way to the middle of the mall -- only to find a broken escalator. Meaning I need to walk even further to the middle and take an elevator past the Apple Store, only to double back to my destination, and then walk BACK, once again, to the middle of the mall so that I can go downstairs and exit. Awful design. Why get rid of the stairs??? It is going to be an absolute cluster once the holidays are here.
google avatar

Jay B.

Yelp
I mean, this place is fine, I guess. How does one sufficiently rate a mall anyway? Let's talk about what we know. We know that it's fairly big. We know their location is conveniently placed near the highway for easy off and on ramp access. I had zero problem finding this place on the street, as there's multiple entrances and exits along the block. And we know they have a Cheesecake Factory inside. Which....automatically makes them cooler than Heelys, in my book. One of the previous reviews mentioned how some of the stores appear blacked out. We definitely noticed something like that on the second floor. Granted, it was barely an hour after they just opened on a Saturday. But...the ground floor feels busier than the second floor. Half the floor felt closed. Nevertheless, I'd certainly come back here. I actually found some pretty nice office shirts in Macy's, which was more than I was expecting to find. Anywho, check 'em out. Even if only for the Cheesecake Factory. Burlington Mall gets 4 pressed n' dressed business casual office shirts out of 5.

Caity C.

Yelp
This mall has long been one of my favorites, and still has some great stores. However, there are more empty storefronts than I've seen here, and there appears to be a lot of construction. I was glad to see that it's still a busy place with a lot of customers. There are also a lot of restaurants in and around the mall, so I think it's still worth a stop!
google avatar

Annilyn T.

Yelp
Love that this place is very accessible to where I live. It's only a few minutes drive and it's away from the city so the parking is provided. The mall on the south side is a little bit far from where I live. They have good selections of stores in this mall. They also have food court and restaurants around the area so if you get hungry while shopping you have the option to eat somewhere close by. There's a lot of shops like Macy's that are big enough to get a lot of selections and their sales as well around the area. Around this time of the pandemic, there's not a lot of people and me and my friend mostly go there when it's about to close so there's even more lesser people around. I also love that they have gong cha milk tea in this mall since I love bubble tea it's a plus to have it accessible
google avatar

Miss C.

Yelp
I used to love this place, but all these "upgrades" and muted industrial looking designs have sent my senses into a depression. Primark and Parm and three warehouse looking structures and the stupid coffee shops are HIDEOUS! Making it look like every other cell block popping up all over the country. Thanks for at least leaving Macys and Lord and Taylor's classic design there for a while. I used to really love this mall, the turquoise roof accents still bring joy. But all these new up and coming businesses are gross. Doesn't help that a hotel looking like a tall cell block has overtaken the skyline. Stop with the ugly downgrades! It's not an upgrade.
google avatar

Anthony D.

Yelp
The escalator to go downstairs was closed... at least leave it nonfunctional so we can walk downstairs, or have another means of egress in that same vicinity to reach the exit. A simple sign pointing to the nearest exit would be great.
google avatar

Paul Z.

Yelp
Decent mall. Stopped in in January while we were in the neighborhood. Parking is pretty miserable even on a not so busy weekend. They do have a lot of solid stores and the anchor stores like Macy's and Nordstrom. Saw some guys playing xbox in the mall which was neat.
google avatar

Benjamin E.

Yelp
I have been coming here since I can remember. When I got my driver's permit, this was the first place I came that weekend. It has always been a great see friends, hang out and see the new fashion, and being the video game freak that I was, buying loads and loads and loads of games. nowadays, I come here to repair my iPhone that I continually drop, or go to The Cheesecake Factory, and walk the malls to see what's going on. It's a great place to go if you just don't want to shop online, or you just actually want to touch the thing you're going to buy opposed to just looking at it online and waiting for it to be mailed to you. Parking is fairly easy..... there are a lot of spots to choose from with multiple entry points throughout the mall, but for whatever reason this place seems to attract a lot of deivers who can't seem to ... how can I put this? stay parked within their lines.... I guess they must have had problems with coloring when they were in..... Lots of department store to look at, well-kept, well lit, and has a place for me to fix my phone, for all the times that I keep cracking the screen
google avatar

Rob S.

Yelp
We probably didn't visit at the best time, they seem to be under a massive construction project that seems like it has been going on for awhile (based on other reviews). That being said, there were stores that everyone with us wanted to go into. So they have a range of stuff for teens to .... um ... not so much teens. We were actually here the day after Thanksgiving, and even with Covid they were packed. Masks were required and literally everyone had them. Stores were very cautious about the number of customers they let in, and most had people keeping count at the door to ensure that they didn't exceed capacity numbers. The food court has some different options - at least from what we are used to in Alabama/the south. Nice to have the variety that they had to offer though. We would for sure return if we were in the area and wanted to do some shopping (any place that has an Under Armour store is gonna rank good on my list).
google avatar

Nicole R.

Yelp
I enjoy shopping at the Burlington Mall. In addition to the standard mall staples, there's some nice local shops, such as chocolate shop Harbor Sweets and pet boutique PUPS (definitely recommend checking out both). The food court has a much better variety than most malls I've visited. I usually go to the Indian place since you get a good amount of food for the price. There's also several dine-in restaurants like Legal Seafoods. As others have mentioned, parking is a disaster, especially around the holidays. This is the only mall I've been to where I've regularly seen police officers directing traffic like it's some event at TD Garden. If you can get passed that, this is one of the better shopping malls in the area.
google avatar

David C.

Yelp
This review is solely for the new Under Armour store. I'm hunting for running clothes for the upcoming Ragnar Relay. I figured this was the best choice since UA clothing tend to be pretty light. Unfortunately, whether you look online or in store, there's little variety in color. As for this store, I'd say I can pretty much buy 1 of each of their clothing lines with a few months. I would recommend more options for running clothes. That being said, I definitely have a few more things to stop by for in the very near future.

Wendy G.

Yelp
If you are considering going to see Santa at the mall this year don't purchase their pictures. Their lighting is completely off and washed out. The chair they have Santa sitting on is white (!?!?!) and the intense lighting makes for a very poor quality picture. Wish I had known this before spending the $50+ dollars! Use you own camera and you'll be fine.
google avatar

Matthew L.

Yelp
This place has now descended into the abyss and is an absolute dump and blacked out stores and just not the same anymore. What the heck is happening to Simon Malls lately? This place has the floor being replaced and it looks like a war zone. Besides the fact they have just lost all of their anchor stores except Macy's and Nordstrom. There are no good stores in here anymore and its a disaster of a place. I am shocked since it was on the rise and once Covid hit, they had no way of making it. Sadly this mall will most likely die like the rest of Simon Malls. Really disappointing.
google avatar

Samantha M.

Yelp
Huge mall with a great variety of stores! I went to this mall looking specifically to go to h&m and was disappointed to find out there wasn't one. It turned out fine because there are so many other stores and restaurants there that I could spend my time in. There really is something for everyone. I have a few complaints, but they are things that are common in most large malls. First, parking is almost impossible to find, especially since there was a lot of construction going on that took up even more space and made it difficult to drive around the outside of the mall. In addition, the mall is so huge that it is hard to find what you are looking for. I definitely wish there were more maps or signs to help me figure out where I was in comparison to things. It is super easy to get lost or feel overwhelmed. Overall, if you are looking to do some serious shopping this is a good place to hit a ton of stores at once. Definitely prepare yourself though, and come up with a plan of what stores you want to visit, beforehand.
google avatar

Edward M.

Yelp
It's a mall. It's a nice mall. It's got most of the standard mall stores you need including more upscale options like Nordstrom. It's not a huge mall so it doesn't take 30 minutes to walk from one end to the other, but it's got what you need. It's always clean and nice. Even during the holiday shopping season there seems to be enough parking though you might have to drive around an odd traffic pattern to get to a spot and it might be far away. But unlike some malls it seems like at least I can always find a spot somewhere. Food options are decent but there are better options very close by. One of the things I like about this mall is that stores that aren't in the mall may be nearby. There's a huge Barnes & Nobel right across the street for example. So if it's a mall you seek this one is as good as any.
google avatar

Tina S.

Yelp
The Burlington Mall is a great shopping mall. The classier and more upscale of the two malls I grew up by (20 minute drive), the Burlington Mall has a fabulous selection of stores and restaurants outlets. Whenever I am in the area I feel compelled to make a stop here to check out the awesome stores or to see what is new. There are anchor stores such as Macy's and Lord and Taylor as well as mostly all the other stores I habitually shop at. There is a Cheesecake Factory (although I miss the Jimmy's Steak and Seafood that was there for years before big money came along), and Uno's Chicago Pizzeria, and a Legal Seafoods which is fabulous. You can easily spend an afternoon here, shopping and eating, and would not get bored. The layout of the mall is nice and the patrons keep it classy (as opposed to some other malls I have been to). I will continue to visit the Burlington Mall and hold it in high regard. I have many memories of shopping here with my mom and friends and my opinion of the mall has not soured over time, and I believe that the mall has gotten better with age!

Travis B.

Yelp
I'm enjoying the new additions that this mall has been making lately. Primark was a huge addition half a decade ago and then shake shack lately was good. I enjoy the new steak house added as well - very different. Hoping they continue adding more interesting stores and restaurants
google avatar

A_Rolling_Pygmy T.

Yelp
I love this mall. It's very cozy and I recommend coming in the early morning before it opens if you want to avoid crowds. By noon it can get pretty busy, but the traffic isn't too bad. I love going to Bath and Body Works and Primark. A bit expensive, but otherwise good. Sushi and Thai food is also really delicious if you want something inexpensive. Legal Seafood is an on-site must-go to location. You can spend a weekend there and still be entertained with how many stores there are. But it can get tiring, so don't overspend your time there. But you can waste a lot of time there. Also, there's a Target down the street.
google avatar

Dana S.

Yelp
Eh. It's a mall. No plus size, most stores are more expensive now. It's trying to be chestnut hill. Lol
google avatar

Nancy H.

Yelp
Plenty of parking and plenty of entrances. Probably one of the last few malls with a Sears. Mondays aren't too busy but you'll still find a good amount of people out and about. Bathrooms near Lord and Taylor are pretty clean. Plenty of food options from food court to sit down. Outlets near the windows at the food court. Wifi is decent, plenty of comfy couches, if there aren't enough options for you inside the mall there's Barnes and Noble and other stores in the vicinity too.
google avatar

Karen 2.

Yelp
overall standard and not that gross of a mall. pretty spacious hallways and walkways. stores are okay.
google avatar

Jay P.

Yelp
Great assortment of stores with constant remodeling and addition of new stores. It's fairly big and has a convenient location near the highway.
google avatar

Sammy M.

Yelp
I am SHOOK! They already have Christmas decorations up and it's October 19th I LOVE IT. Every year they switch it up and it's great.

Francis L.

Yelp
Very good mix of stores in the Burlington mall. New stores have been brought in like Milton's and Warby Parker. Food court is located on the second floor and features stores like Chick Fil A, which was the first Chick-fil-A store in Massachusetts, Regina pizzeria, Charleys Philly cheesesteak, cheesecake factory, and Frank Pepe's pizzeria. A new restaurant will be opening called Rosa Mexicano in the next two weeks.
google avatar

Dee C.

Yelp
This mall is ok. Smaller than most malls but sf ones the trick for your in and out needs. They have a decent food court. The parking is always horrendous here and doesn't make sense cause they have tons of places for parking, it's always full and when you get inside the number of customers fo not seem to match the number of cars. My guess is it's the employees using up the spots. If that is true, they should make them their own parking lot.
google avatar

Marci C.

Yelp
If you are thinking of coming to the Burlington Mall then I would say don't. They're ripping up all the floors which they just did a couple years ago and that's a mess. They've gotten rid of an escalator or two so it's hard to find your way from one level to another. And a lot of stores are closed.

Donald C.

Yelp
In a time when malls seem to be disappearing, this one seems to be growing. Not sure how old the mall is but it looks almost brand new with lots of walking space and a good variety of stores. My wife has become a big fan of the Primark store and we were impressed with the food court last time we visited. I'm looking forward to seeing the mall when all the work is done and the new stores/restaurants open. Definitely a go to for stretching your legs during the cold weather.

Yelp
We came here on our last day in Boston. We shopped in Salem, all they had were things of witches and brooms...nothing close to what we wanted. We found this mall while heading to an outlet mall. We decided to go to this mall instead, it had a souvenir store which offered exactly what we needed. My group got what they wanted at reasonable prices and we were able to leave happy. The customer service rep was courteous and offered great deals. Thanks to burlington mall.

Perette S.

Yelp
My family and I usually like good the Burlington mall around the Santa visit time of year. We book our session and have always had great service, until this year. This year we booked our 2:00 appointment about a week or two in advance. When we arrived there was a tremulously long line waiting to see Santa. There was no one present to direct were to go for appointments. I asked the person who was taking the photo money. He said enter to the right of the sign. So we did, and waited for a good 55minutes before we got to the front of the line, where come to find out they were letting the walk ins go ahead of the appointment people. I asked for the manager who happen to be the person taking the photos, he was not at all informative nor accommodating and had no concern for my families displeasure. After we finally got to see Santa after waiting an hour in line with an appointment, the person doing to photo sales didn't even ask us if we had payed for a package ahead of time, which we had. The customer service was the WORST I have ever encountered at any Santa. I will be taking my business else where next year. Good Bye and have fun with your disrespectful and demeaning cherry hill people. BE VERY LEARY OF THIS MALL at the holidays especially.

J W.

Yelp
This is a clean, pleasant mall with lots of ways to separate you from your money. It is upscale and expensive. There are many places to choose from in the food court as well as dine in restaurants, ample parking, and convenient access to major highways. Wear comfortable shoes as there are two large levels.
google avatar

ThomaS T.

Yelp
Mall is huge . No garage parking Mall is less packed than south shore Food court area is huge .

Yelp
I haven't stopped in this mall all that often, but when I do it's normally decent. I'm sort of one of those all or nothing people... when I don't like something, I hate; when I do like something, I love it. The Burlington Mall is sort of the middleman in comparison to the South Shore Plaza and the Natick Mall. It's really in between and can't be easily compared with either. It's on a different level than both in a better or worse way. In general though, the reality is that I live closer to the Natick Mall and absolutely love it. It's so much more modern, new and at least twice the size of this mall. The interior of this mall is clean and well maintained, but extremely outdated. The architecture isn't even close to that of Natick and in general, there are less stores and even a few empty storefronts (surprising since this area is so busy). Throughout the past ten years or so they have updated with the new Nordstrom being added to the mall and a few others restaurants being added in as well, but nothing overwhelming has been changed. Sears just recently leased their second floor to Primark, which is an "interesting" store to say the least. Sure, this mall is surrounded by a bunch of thriving and other upcoming businesses and other shopping centers, but the gradual number of stores doesn't compare to that in the Golden Triangle. This mall has some definite parking troubles and getting in is normally easy; however, exiting is a different story. My highest suggestion is to use the Mall Road exit at all costs.... it's is by far the easiest. Overall, it's a decent mall and not a place to avoid; however, don't expect an impeccable, overwhelmingly amazing mall like Natick. 3 stars.

Garrett Y.

Yelp
This is a decent mall in the Greater Boston area. The mall is close to my workplace in Woburn, and is easily assessable from I-95. In terms of the shops, there are a number that I like (e.g. Banana Republic, Lululemon) but their men's selection is not as good as the same stores at other area malls. This mall is interesting in that it has a range of stores at various price points, ranging from luxury brands (like Burberry) to more every-day ones (like Limited). The mall is anchored by Sears, Nordstrom, Macy's and Lord and Taylor. The food court has a wide variety of cuisines, with the Indian place being one of my favorites. There are also a number of sit down places like Legal Seafood. Parking is tough so my recommendation is to go towards the back of the mall (where Macy's and Lord and Taylor are) to park in the overflow lots if you do not want to deal with looking for a "close" space.
google avatar

Juan F.

Yelp
Pretty big shopping center. Probably one of the biggest in the area. They have pretty much all the well-known regular stores as well as high end stores. Tons of shops are well as tons of restaurants and a food court. I mostly come here because the closest Apple store is in this mall. Even though it is a big mall with a huge parking lot....parking is really hard to find.
google avatar

Damien S.

Yelp
Parking is completely batty. Let's just throw that out there. The lot has a million spots yet never is single one available. I lurked an old woman until she died from fright, and stole her spot when the tow truck removed her Cadillac. No shame in this game. Sore spot in the rear view, this mall is tits. Sparkling tiles, a non-chemical sterilization and I counted six security guards at varying checkpoints - it's almost institutional in its level of cleanliness and order. Shops run the gamut from Lacoste to Spencer's and the food court houses a few local favorites (Legal and Regina) beside what's everywhere (Cheesecake Factory, Rainforest Cafe and Johnny Rockets). As far as the mall rats go, it's mostly pre-teens who are clean cut and keep their pants around the waist. Respect, says Old Man D. The only thing that struck me as a bit suspect is the presence of a gold buyback kiosk among the usual cell phone accessories and Rosetta Stones. The painted hermit crabs I can excuse, but a baby pawn in the middle of your mall sends an sketchy message, Simon.
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
I grew up living not too far from this mall and it has come a long way. It's gotten somewhat "posh" through the years. I was just here while visiting MA and I was impressed with how uppity it has become. There are a lot more options for designer brands and I'm glad to see that even the restaurant options are much much better now.
google avatar

E'rharsi Q.

Yelp
I really like the Burlington Mall. The food is good, the shops are nice. I don't recommend Sephora unless you're really into makeup.
google avatar

Jeff M.

Yelp
One of the better malls in the area and I can only bring myself to give it three stars. Malls for me are so passe and are a dying breed. Luckily, at least Burlington isn't going away anytime soon and they do have the best anchor stores that will keep it in place for a long time. The parking here SUCKS. Who are all of these people shopping on a random Tuesday afternoon!? Are there really that many suburban moms strolling around with their kids to kill time while they await their husband to come home from work!? I've never been able to understand it but it is a nightmare. Luckily, there is a Salem Five bank inside and I'm a member so I try and park in their special spots, even if they are only good for 15 minutes. I can usually get all of my bizz-nass done in that amount of time, regardless if I need to go to more than just the bank or not. The selection of stores isn't anything to write home about but again, when you compare it to everything else that is within a 30 mile radius, only the Copley Mall and Natick come close in terms of the amount of high end stores you venture into a mall like this for. An Apple Store, Abercrombie for the doppledouches, a Banana Republic (you won't see anything like this in a mall such as the Meadow Glen in Medford), BCBG's, Burberry.....I could go on. The food court isn't half bad. One of the best Indian take out spots I know of has been a main staple here for years and I'm glad they haven't been priced out of the rent considering I've seen many edible storefronts come and go Chik-Fil-A is still here, yuck. Good luck getting in and out of here on a busy weekend, I always thought the ramps to and from suck hardcore. The design could definitely be improved there. Pro tip -- enter from the BACK of the mall and turn in by Sears. This is done by getting off the I-95 heading south one exit prior to the standard exit that splits off from Rt 3. You're welcome.

Yelp
Let's start of this review by stating that this mall is famous... It was the mall that I watched every Friday night eh filming of Mall Cop starring Kevin James. It was cool to see the Christmas Holiday decorations out in the middle of the summer... :-) The mall was a typical mall until Simon started to complete a major renovation with the announcement that Nordstrom was going to be added to the mall. The Burlington Mall is a large, two story, upscale indoor shopping mall with approximately 170 shops and restaurants, including a large food court (capable of seating 775). The mall was built in 1968, it was expanded in the 1970s and 80s. Burlington Mall is currently anchored by Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Sears, and Macy's. Also with outside access are Cheesecake Factory (Macy's Wing) and Legal Seafood on the backside between Sears and Lord and Taylor. From 2006 to 2008, the mall underwent an expansion project that added a new wing (with approximately 20 new stores) on the site of the old Filene's building with a new Nordstrom department store anchoring the wing. The new wing was partially opened in late 2007. Tenants in the new wing were generally upscale stores such as Michael Kors, BCBG, Juicy Couture, Burberry, Lacoste, Ruehl No.925, Martin + Osa and Zara. Since that time the mall has shuffled stores around to make it a more upscale venue. Gymboree in this mall is considered a higher end store and they get special collections that other Gymborees do not get so it makes going to this store more exclusive in some ways. The arrival of Nordstrom made the other anchor stores start renovations of their own. Since that time, Macy's and Lord and Taylor have redone their stores from the top to the bottom. Parking around the holidays can be tough but this is a fantastic mall and the security guards do a decent job of keeping the high schools out of the hair of legitimate shoppers on Friday nights.

Yelp
I like the variety of stores in the Burlington Mall. There's quite a few stores which are unique for the area, ranging from large ones like Nordstroms to small ones like Teavana. The food court has a lot of variety too, plus decent larger restaurants should you want something nicer. BUT... driving in this parking lot when it's busy to any degree requires low blood pressure and nerves of steel. And it's easier for deer to cross an interstate highway than it is to cross the main traffic route in front going to/from the outer parking areas. This particular mall also seems to have the highest concentration of in-your-face, pushy, reps in center kiosks intent on getting your attention or throwing samples at you.
