"When you first step inside Burn, it’ll remind you of an old boys club with dim lighting and the faint smell of cigar smoke wafting through the air—actually, it’s very old boys-clubbish since the crowd here is pretty testosterone heavy. The back wall is painted with large, slightly gaudy red roses, and in the center of the room is a large light pillar with what looks like upside down beige umbrellas hanging from the ceiling. It’s definitely a look. If you’re here for the full cigar bar experience, head to the back corner and browse the humidor, then head to the bar and order one of their signature cocktails—go for the 47 Reasons if you’re into gin. They’re open until 2am on weekends, so if you need a late night bite before heading home, get the crab cakes and loaded wedges—just know there’s a heavy cloud of cigar smoke in the air at all times." - Juli Horsford

Stopped in for a smoke and drinks during happy hour, around 5pm. Place is really neat and the staff was perfect. Bartender, Erin?, was absolutely wonderful. Our water was never empty and she showed up to make more drinks right when needed. The staff member working the humidor was also fantastic. Helped me and my date to find what we wanted, and took time in doing so. The drink price is outright silly. $70 for four Tito's and soda doesn't seem justifiable. It's cut to 40 for happy hour. The bar stools we sat in were in rough shape. Both rocked, creaked and leaned significantly. The ceiling could use some love; I understand its a smoking joint but there was a lot of dust and cigar residue. The staff are what made this visit a blast.

Burn has got to be my favorite place to go to. This place is your high-end bar/cigar lounge. Wonderful bartenders (Brandi is the best, tho). Drinks are fantastic! Cigars are great! Music every night. Patios are nice decorated perfectly. The guys in the humidor know their stuff. If you are curious about anything, ask them they will lead you on the right path of what you may like. Place turns into a club after 10 pm. Theme nights too.

Very nice place. Loved the atmosphere. Was in town and stopped by. I'm not really a cigar smoker, but the guy suggested a great choice for new smokers. Went during happy hour, so the drinks were half off. The only issue i had was when I closed out my bill, I used my phone for tap pay. The system was flagged as fraud. So it declined. The female bartender brought my phone bsck and said, "It's not working. Do you have another card?" I told her that was my debit card with plenty of funds available. She ran it again, and it declined. I mentioned it may be fraud detected. Usually happens when the merchants have cheap payment systems.

My first experience with any Rocky, so far is one of the best. Indianapolis and Louisiana are the 2 best after Naples FL. Based on my experience comparing the other visited.

Probably my favorite cigar lounge in the country! Love the staff and lively environment. Being at the Mercato is great so you get a lot of action from the other nearby venues. Well done Rocky & Nish!

DADE COUNTY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Do not step foot in Burn by Rocky Patel unless you want to risk your life. If you value your safety, take your business—and your birthday—somewhere that actually protects its guests. I went to celebrate my birthday at Burn by Rocky Patel in Naples on June 22, 2023—expecting cigars, friends, and good times. Instead, I was brutally tackled from behind by an overserved patron (identified later as Travis Spittler) and left unconscious for 15–30 seconds on the floor. • No intervention, no responsibility. While I lay bleeding and dazed, nobody at the bar—bartenders, managers, or bouncers—stepped in or even called 911. Their negligence let a 240‑lb stranger nearly kill me in broad daylight. • Severe injuries. I suffered a concussion, a dislocated jaw, ringing in my left ear, nerve damage in my spine, and a badly bruised finger (which made even filing the police report agony). I spent the next days in urgent care, ER X‑rays, and two MRIs. • Finally, law enforcement did their job. I had to dial 911 myself before the staff would lift a finger. Police photographed my injuries, filed the report, and arrested Mr. Spittler—but only after I begged for help. I’ve submitted my medical bills and detailed testimony to the State Attorney’s Office. As for this bar? Their total indifference to OVER SERVING VIOLET PATRONS, ignoring a bloody, unconscious customer, and refusing to call for help—shows they care more about profits than people

Picked up a couple of good cigars to smoke there and wanted to order a couple of drinks. My brother in law ordered a manhattan and I inquired with the bartender lady if she could recommend a good mezcal. She suggested only two. Offered me a taste of the first but I did not care for it so ordered the other one on the rocks. Good thing I only ordered one cause when I went to pay the bill, my one drink was $90.00!!!! It was happy hour so it was discounted down to $70 but that was the most expensive drink I have ever had and absolutely no warning or heads up about the $90/pour price. Very very dissatisfied with the servers taking advantage of customers to that extent. Never going back.
