Where to Find Locally Made THC Drinks in the Twin Cities

"Burning Brothers Brewing took a unique approach to THC beverages, mainly by kicking up the sugar quotient. The brewery’s Kite Soda THC line offers four flavors — citrus, ginger ale, orange, and root beer — in both five-milligram and 10 milligram THC options, plus a seasonal Kite Cider at 10 milligrams. Burning Brothers also has a few non-soda options on offering from other brands. Note that these THC drinks aren’t served onsite; they’re only available to-go." - Justine Jones, Ryan Meaney

Update 5.18.2024 Still a Great, Friendly, Relaxing place to enjoy a good Gluten Free Beer!!! Give it a try!!! Update: 8.25.2023 So hadn't been for awhile as I was out of town. Happy to be back. Beer great for GF. Love most of the folks there. Pretty good food trucks for gluten free eats. When there are no food trucks you can buy a pizza and they work cook it up for you in their pizza oven. Normally I would think that is great. But today was burn the pizza until it was nearly completely black day... sling it on the customers table and walk away day. My husband took the totally black parts and left me some of the middle pieces that were the least black. He doesn't mind burnt as much as I do so it so worked out in the end., but I just can't drink alcohol and not eat. SO.. lesson learned. Don't ask a place that does great beer to bake a pizza for you.... I am done with that. Cheers! Update: 5.12.2023 what else can I say. Love this place. Now serving Heggs (?) Pizza. Loved it. Better than ever. Thank you SO much Burning Brothers for being there for the Celiac's in me!!! Thank you Thom and Dane. Keep up the good work. Update: 10.27.22 again.. Never disappoints. Thanks for being there guys! Update:. Still one our favorite places to go. Though this time they didn't clean our mugs before filling them and ît had been sitting on the shelf for a while as we'd been out of town. Crowded today because of United game. Good gf food provided by the Smug Pug food truck. Update: still a good place to go and hang. Good food trucks too. Still enjoy going there! Nice GF bodega. Nice GF tap room.. Great beer.. Nice assortment. Wonderful gluten free beer and root beer. All sorts of public events. Good community. Love the gluten free food vendors they invite. Can't go wrong there... Folks are so nice.

My wife and I visited for the first time. She is mostly gluten-free, so we wanted to try out their gluten-free beers. And they also have food trucks come which are also GF. If gluten free is your thing and you love beer, then this is a great place to go. The people are friendly, and the beers are pretty good for GF. If you don't need gluten-free, then you will probably not care for the taste of their beers. I had an imperial IPA and, while it was okay, it wasn't my favorite. I would definitely go back with people who need to drink and eat gluten free. But overall, I applaud them for providing a place for people to have good GF beer and food.

Google
Very positive experience. My wife has celiac and can't have gluten, so we made it a point to stop here while in the area. We will come back, she had nothing but good things to say about the beverages she ordered. I even tried the root beer, which was also excellent.

Google
Awesome local brewery that has gluten free options on their menu and works with a food truck that offers gluten free options as well. They also offer painting nights, where you can paint and drink in their brewery. Pretty cool place in St. Paul that’s worth checking out.

Google
On a brewery day using the Hoppassport. This is a gluten free beer brewery. Keep in mind if gluten free isn't your vibe it may taste off to you. Other than me learning I don't care for gluten free beer the atmosphere is neat.

Google
Gluten free heaven! Why did it take me so long to visit? I can’t wait to come back :) great variety of alcoholic and NA drinks. Snacks in the taproom and a wonderful GF food truck outdoors. Felt completely safe drinking in this space and value their emphasis on a dedicated facility for gluten free eaters. A wonderful experience for gluten free and non gf folks alike!

Google
Great local microbrewery! Gluten free beer which is so awesome! They have a nice variety as well: sour, IPA, stout, ales, etc. They're also featuring local artists' work in the taproom right now since they can't have customers in the building. Very friendly staff! They also have a few yummy snacks such as popcorn, chips, candy, etc.

Google
A great concept that you rarely see anywhere. Gluten free beers are their specialty. The ladies at the bar are super friendly and it's a very cozy place. There's not a ton of room or places to sit inside but you make it work. They host a lot of events there which makes it cool. They do trivia on Saturdays at 7PM and I'm sure they do other things during the summer. The beer I had was the Pyro, their flagship beer. I didn't really like it but I enjoyed my experience here. Come explore your local breweries!

Yelp
We're working on filling our hops passport and it was time to knock out the St Paul locations. On arrival, we noted a food truck out back & outdoor seating along the side. There were a few people scattered about, at the outdoor tables. Once inside, there was seating in the main area for about a dozen, as well as additional seating. There's a well-stocked shelving unit filled with GF snacks, from individual sized to full sized. Friendly staff that clearly understand the importance someone with Celiac avoiding gluten cross-contamination / airborne contamination. These guys say gluten-free and they mean it. We ordered 3 beers, Lime Shandy, Cherry Sour & an IPA - As a non-IPA drinker, I'd still say the IPA was the most successful. It was notably different in body & mouthfeel than a traditional IPA, but would definitely pass as a suitable GF alternative. The Shandy had a fantastic nose, but the happiness ended there. It was bitter through and through, and not just a citrus bitterness, which I do enjoy. (I'm a campari drinker, for reference.) We, as a party of 3, were in agreement that it was a no. The last was the cherry sour which was like on sour & gave us more cranberry than cherry vibes - it was another passable GF option. As someone with special dietary needs or to accommodate friends with the same, I'd go back. As your every day beer drinker who isn't avoiding gluten, I'd skip it, as it is notably different. I love that they are filling a need that often goes overlooked by the industry. If you've tried any mass produced GF beer, you understand that there was a need for something better, this is that!

Yelp
Burning brothers is one of only 19 dedicated gluten free breweries in the United States, meaning they brew their beer with entirely gluten free ingredients and don't just add an enzyme to remove the gluten to standards. It's a fairly small taproom but they have a number of tables out front if the weather permits. They have a few food options, including some gluten free pizzas that are frozen they will throw in their counter stove behind the bar. Overall I really enjoyed their beer and thought the staff was all quite friendly. I'd recommend visiting especially if you require a gluten free diet! GLUTEN FREE TIPS* All of their beer is gluten free as well as their THC sodas. They also have gluten free pizza if you are hungry. *As of November 2021 my reviews are written from a celiac, gluten free perspective. I recommend researching online (like the Find Me Gluten Free app) and calling ahead for your own personal needs.

Yelp
Went here for their 2023 anniversary party...I'm not a huge beer drinker but I appreciate that they have gfree beers. I was really here for Auntie M's gfree state fair food. Being as though it's not their first anniversary party - I would've thought they would be more prepared and more stations to buy beer. Prepared for the amount of people that showed up. There was definitely confusion among the customers who were patiently waiting to order. Thank goodness it was one of those gorgeous april days! Also note, on anniversary parties it's probably best not to either allow glass or not to allow patrons to order a flight of beer. Someone was waiting in the line for the food truck and their flight of beers came crashing to the ground.

Yelp
Stopped in yesterday. The beertenders were both friendly and knowledgeable as we discussed the tap list. The tap room was comfortable and not loud for a busy almost springlike Saturday afternoon. The Helles Handbasket Sour wasn't too tart, it was pretty subtle so if that's more your speed then the hair on the back of your nedk standing up tart, this is your place to go. Thanks Burning Brothers for a refreshing Saturday afternoon stop. Cheers.

Yelp
We were checking out new breweries in the St. Paul area, and hadn't ever been to this one! Located just a few blocks from the new Allianz Field, we weren't surprised that there were plenty of people here a few hours before a game. The taproom was very small and crowded, and it seemed like they set up overflow in the brewing area with foldable tables. We were able to find a table in the overflow, but in a highly competitive brewery market, this was far from the comforts we were expecting. The beer itself was just alright. Drinkable, but didn't blow you away. They do get extra points for being a completely gluten free facility, as it's a great option for those avoiding or unable to consume gluten. Overall, unlikely to come back, but would recommend as a decent spot for friends or family with celiac or gluten intolerance.

Yelp
Delicious gluten free beer and great staff! Everyone is hilarious and super friendly! The taproom is small but the brewhouse has lots of space for tables, chairs, and events. They sell tons of gluten free snacks and typically have a GF food truck parked in the parking lot. I also LOVE that the brewer is a queer woman! Such a lovely place.

Yelp
First time visit and I was so happy and grateful for gluten free beer and a delicious food truck. The staff were incredibly kind and offered to grab water for our dog that we brought with us (you can sit outside with dogs, but not inside). They also had N/A hoppy options and plenty of kids drinks to choose from. Get over there immediately!

Yelp
Just in time for a delicious buy from Burning Brothers new bodega! So excited for it I bought a new mug, a growler, a 4 pack of root beer and DF ice cream to make a root beer float! Per usual the service was amazing. All the people there are lovely. Thank you for being open during this crisis and thank you for having the best GF beer around and having a big smile on our face (begins your masks) while doing it!

Yelp
First visit for us. We brought our mildly autistic son for a board game night. The seating area is smaller than I expected with maybe 20 seats in all, but they cleared out the brewing area and set up tables for the gamers. He really enjoyed the gaming. We ordered a pizza from a local place and I thought I better confirm that it was ok. They said it was if it was gluten-free. At first I thought it was a joke, but no, apparently this is a gluten-free brewery. Anyway, I picked up the pizza and we were made to sit outside to eat it. I really don't know anything about celiac disease or gluten intolerance, but apparently gluten travels through the air or something? The beer was not that great. I tried three and the only one I liked was the "While the Cat's Away IPA". The "Pyro Pale Ale" was just ok. The "Double Dry-hopped IPA" didn't seem hoppy, but did seem a bit funky. Maybe it's because they are gluten-free and I'm not used to that. All in all, we probably won't go back. There's a lot of better beer in the area.

Yelp
Burning Brothers is a gluten-free brewery. If you're avoiding gluten and want to drink some local beers, this is apparently the place to go. I personally don't drink, so I'm here to review the rest of their offerings. Burning Brothers is primarily a brewery, but they also have a little mini pantry section with all gluten-free goods. There are frozen items like pizza crusts, mixes for biscuits and pancakes, a whole section of hot sauces with the top two racks being just locally-made stuff, and of course there are snacks. There's also a little cooler of local sodas and some juices, including stuff from a local soda company that does fair-food themed beverages - mini donut and cotton candy flavors. Just in case you want something more substantive than a bag of popcorn and some candied bacon, there's also a food truck outside that will also be happy to sell you gluten-free food. Outside was adequately set up for social distancing with tables more than six feet apart. I really did feel safe hanging out there, and I'm fairly paranoid about people breathing my air right now. Just to top things off, the staff are super nice.

Yelp
Wowsers!!! I'm not GF..: but dear friend is! The beer selection provided enough variety for the TRUE beer drinkers and me (non beer drinker). I'm currently enjoying a tulip of the cherry sour... which isn't a normal "sour". It's absolutely delicious.. tart yet sweet! Today's food truck (also GF) is Signature On Wheels. Got the pulled pork poutine (very generous portion and absolutely Devine), dry rubbed wings... just get for the smell. And the cheese curds (honestly the low point... but still really good) Enjoy! Bring a mask and sit outside!!

Yelp
Excellent gluten free beers. Many other gluten free products available. Friendly staff. Food trucks are often there. They are always gluten free. They have seasonal beers with a good number of beers on tap at any time. Outdoor seating in the summer.
google avatar

Yelp
Went there for Trivia on Thursday night and had so much fun! Warning though, there wasn't AC in the room with Trivia. The main room was air conditioned perfectly and was great to go in and cool off while getting a beer or water. They had a large fan blowing which helped a lot, but we went on a 95* day and it was tough. The staff were super nice and had great recommendations. The beers I tried were all excellent and the food truck outside was delicious with great vegetarian options. The beer was also a good price with a nice selection. We aren't gluten free, but I love that this option exists, and it wasn't noticeable that something was different about the beer (being gluten free versus a "typical" beer). We will definitely be back, but probably not on super hot days.
google avatar

Kari E.

Yelp
This is (the only?) gluten free brewery in the area. The beers are a bit different but fill a nice niche. The taproom is fairly small though. They had additional seating back in the brewing area but it was quite warm. There was a gluten free food truck there will all kinds of fried goodies that smelled amazing! And FREE POPCORN!!!
google avatar

Yelp
My wife and I had a Groupon for a growler and 2 flights and a set of hot sauces. It was pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon, so I got my two flights of all 8 beers. My favorite was the roasted coffee ale and the cranberry beer. The cranberry tasted a lot like cider, it was fantastic! The coffee beer was probably my favorite. The coffee is not overwhelming, but definitly there! They have free popcorn, which was a nice touch. The setting is cool, very small and the owner and his wife were there and we spoke a bit, fun afternoon!
google avatar

Alysha W.

Yelp
Disclaimer I do not need to have gluten free beer or food and went in with an open mind. My first impression of this place was that it was weird there was no outside seating at all and that it was very small in retrospect. They had I think 9 options of beer for the night, which switch nightly or often from what I could gather. I had one that was infused with lime but tried others of my friends. Gluten free beer had a different taste to it that I feel makes it extra bitter. They had complimentary popcorn which was nice but had no flavor. They also had a gluten free food truck outside but it didn't really have good food expect for a corn dog which I don't eat so I didn't try that. They also have a cute board where you can buy a beer as a random act of kindness to someone which I thought was a nice touch but overall I won't be back to this facility. I really tried to keep an open mind but between not having any outdoor seating and not liking any of the five beers I did taste it's not for me. That being said if you do have an intolerance to normal beer or cannot have gluten this might be a fantastic place for you.

Yelp
Gluten free beer!!!! One more time: GLUTEN FREE BEERS! 100% gluten free! No gluten is allowed in the building! The food trucks that come here may ONLY offer gluten free foods. How can you not LOVE an establishment that lets you come in before they open & buy their awesome products? Oh, by the way, we met the two brothers Tom & Dane of the Burning Brothers fame!
google avatar

Yelp
As most of our brewery visits are random, this too, was as well. We even had headed south of 94 until I'd Yelped the closest breweries (that we'd not been to) and we reversed our trail to arrive at Burning Brothers. I'd not even noticed the Gluten-Free part, and was more focused on the beer part. The place was insanely packed and people were waiting to order and I asked the guy leaning on (and in the way) if he was sitting there. ;) We scored two seats at the bar but with the Groupon traffic (we later learned that was the cause of so much foot traffic) we weren't immediately acknowledged. There are 8 beers so the husband and between the two of us, we tried all 8. I ended up swapping the Grapefruit beer for the coffee ale with the hubby which ended up being my favorite, and the only others in order of my liking: Roasted (Coffee Ale--YUM), cranberry winter shandy, Fused, Scorched. There was the quaint taproom where we sat and tons of games and card playing all around us. Another room opens up to more seats and activity.

Yelp
Gluten free beer. Who knew? I certainly didn't notice before I came in. I saw a sign stating that fact when we entered, but I just assumed it was maybe one or two selections that were like that. Turns out they are all like that and didn't realize it until long after we had left. You honestly can't tell. It all tastes like beer. Really good beer. Its located on the edge of two areas zoned comercial and residential. It just a big building that doesn't stick out otherwise and we almost drove right past it, but saw it and turned in and were able to park right up next to it. Early Saturday evening so the place was hopping. They had some kind of Groupon deal going so people were coming in and out frequently. Were able to score the last two barstools by the register which is a prime people watching location. They have eight beers on tap and offerd flight of four beers for $8 so we just ordered two flights and were able to cover the entire beer selection. Three of the eight are IPAs (my normal go to) and some more unusual brews (Steamed Honey Cranberry, Cranberry Winter Shandy to name a couple). The only one I didn't care for was the Roasted Coffee Ale, but my wife loves that kinda thing and she thought it was great. I liked the Pyro the best, but the IPAs were great too. They also have food trucks that come in, offer free popcorn, and there are board games available to pass the time. They are apparently pet friendly as well as there were a couple of dogs in there. My eyes have been opened to gluten free beer. If I had known beforehand that it was like this I would not have wanted to come in. I would have missed out. Give it a shot. Its great beer.
google avatar

MK L.

Yelp
High quality beer, pretty good prices. You have to go to the bar to order. You can bring kids here and they can actually watch how the beer is made. It's gluten free, so I didn't know what to expect, but I tried the Pyro and the roasted and both were what I consider a premium ale. They have much stronger IPA than what I tried. If strong IPA is your thing, check it out. $3 for a half pint glass to find out if you like it. Outside is the Crazy Puppy food truck that will make you some food and you can bring it in.
google avatar

Lorraine N.

Yelp
Teeny Tiny brewery that we fit into our weekend brewery escapade and it just was not the stuff beer dreams are made of for me. We found it hard to even find a beer we "wanted" to sample off the choices on the menu. I am not into hops and they all seemed hop heavy.

Yelp
Have you ever heard that gluten free beer tastes like garbage? Me too. I've had a many that while they don't ACTUALLY taste like garbage, they're certainly lacking on the BEER flavor. Enter Burning Brothers... Head brewer, Dane, LOVES beer, but he was diagnosed with Celiac Disease a couple years ago. Thankfully he was a trained chef, so he was able to use what he knows about different flavors and how they can balance out/enhance one another to brew some gluten free brews without sacrificing taste. As former flame eaters (yes, they actually used to eat fire at the Renaissance Festival), Dane and co-owner Thom are obvious risk takers, and I have to say that I'm really glad they took the risk of starting up this gluten free brewery--in doing so, they've proven that sans gluten doesn't mean sans flavor! I especially enjoy the flavor of their "Raj-Agni" black strap IPA. So if you can't have gluten, or just want to minimize how much gluten you eat/drink, or if you simply enjoy a good craft brew...get your tush down to Saint Paul and plant it on a seat at Burning Brothers and try a pint for yourself! A few notables: -Thirsty Thursdays: $1 off pints, $2 off growler fills. -They only fill their own growlers to avoid gluten contamination. -Nearby Gluten-free food options include Red Cow, Rusty Taco, Pizza Lucé, French Meadow, India House, Brasa, Groundswell and Foxy Falafel.

Yelp
A beer destination for gluten free folk. This place is amazing because their facility is 100% gluten free, they have free popcorn, cool board games, and awesome food trucks. And the beer is delicious! They have a nice variety that will please all different types of beer drinkers. One thing I would love (but I know they are probably constricted on space), is for Burning Brothers to have a patio. But otherwise it's a great spot!
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
This is a nice smaller brewery that we stumbled upon on accident. They had a good variety of different types of beers. It had a more quaint view however there was a room adjoined that had tables and chairs for bigger groups. There was fun artwork on the wall and funny and cute beer sayings written on the wall too. They are dog friendly. A big plus was the popcorn machine they had, a great snack with the beer. It was a nice time munching on some popcorn, sipping beers and playing games with friends.

Yelp
Pros: - Gluten-free! - Lots of games available for community use. - The poster in the bathroom gave me a chuckle (see photo). Cons: - The atmosphere. I don't know how to describe it besides to say that it was sparse and relatively unimpressive. - I don't like beer. The beer I had was okay, but it was still beer. That's really my fault for going to a brewery, but I would have loved see a nice cider on the list. - No outdoor seating. Still, I would go again if friends wanted to go drink and play a game.

Yelp
I cried the first time I went into BBB. I've been gluten free for most of 20 years, and I missed beer. I can have everything at Burning Bros. They have food trucks, they do yoga events, paint nights...and they are dog friendly! I'll be back for sure. I just wish they made a good STOUT beer!

Yelp
I'm gluten free so I was SO looking forward to finally visiting Burning Brothers. We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was not too busy. The staff were incredibly friendly and answered all my questions about the beer offerings. We got the Saison and the Pyro. And they were... just okay. Both were quite bitter (and trust me, we love IPAs and other bitter beers, these were just very bitter). The ambiance of the actual taproom was cozy, not huge like other breweries in the area which was actually quite refreshing. It was very much a, "come as you are" kind of vibe. There were a ton of games to play as well as a rotating calendar of food trucks. Might go back and try again, but first visit was just okay.
google avatar

Michelle A.

Yelp
This brewery has me baffled. It is in a residential area. People brought their kids and kids eating pizza which was weird. I guess breweries are family friendly. Only liked one beer. Sat in brewery but this seemed to also be staff lounge as there was a microwave and fridge. I guess dogs are allowed. Brewery area had white plastic tables and folding chairs. One and done for me.
google avatar

Aslin C.

Yelp
Burning Brothers Brewing is not just a great friendly spot to get some delicious beer that happens to be gluten free (though you'd never know because it's actually very good), but it's also a place where the employees embrace their place in the community. I haven't had the chance yet to try everything they have on tap, but I most certainly will very soon, here. If you're into nice vibes, good beer, and great people, this is the spot for you.

Yelp
Came with friends for their Saturday trivia night. Had the best time just enjoying good beers and root beer. Definitely worth the trip and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Yelp
Lots of great breweries in the twin cities, offering a variety of styles and amenities. Burning Brothers is a niche brewer serving a very special demographic: the gluten-free beer drinker. Very few places in the midwest do this, and my review takes into account the uniqueness of what is provided. BEER: The GF beer here is pretty good - I'd say well above average. Lots of variety for a small producer. I'd say they mostly focus on flavor and armoa. These beers offer a good nose and a pleasant taste. Body and general mouthfeel could use some improvement, but that is always the challenge for GF beer. Overall I enjoy drinking here, even though I do not normally enjoy this kind of beer. My wife is allergic to wheat gluten, so we often find ourselves drinking here, and I don't complain. SERVICE: No waitstaff, but bar service is friendly and attentive. Typical small bar, small brewery setup. The bar seats about a dozen, and the tables seat at least 20. You can come here with any sized group. When the wife and I come here we typically can sit at the bar, except during peak times, when there is still plenty of table space. The staff here is very knowledgeable and proud of their beers. I'd say overall it's an immersive experience. FOOD: Little or none. Burning Brothers could really use some food options. Sometimes there are food trucks, but not often enough. A good first improvement would be to have a truck parked out front at least a few days a week. I don't think there's space in the facility for a hot kitchen. But sandwiches or something would be nice. They do sell gluten-free cupcakes, and they are pretty good. But for drinking beer, I need something more substantive to munch on. Overall what makes Burning Brothers special are the gluten-free beers, and the friendly service. If you aren't gluten-restricted, there are a lot of other great breweries in the twin cities, offering more variety and amenities. But if GF drinking is a priority for you or your loved one, you'll be quite happy here.

Yelp
I wish they existed in Los Angeles. Seriously. The best. Please go there all the time!

Yelp
Stopped in here thanks to a living social coupon we found. We got two flights, two pint glasses to take home and a growler (filled) to take home as well. All for 30 bucks. The beer tasted great! All of them! I couldn't tell that the beers were gluten free they just tasted great. They have a lot of different beers to choose from. Atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly. We will be back. :)

Yelp
I'm a shandy/honey type beer fan & I can always find more than 1 beer to enjoy at Burning Bros. It's a small tap room but I would definitely recommend checking them out. And as a bonus for those who are gluten free, they are a strictly gluten free facility - their beers all are, when there are food trucks, they serve gluten free & they request when people bring in food that it's gluten free. But it's good to note that even if you don't have a gluten free lifestyle (I dont), you'll still enjoy their beer.

Yelp
I will likely do an update, providing additional information, and specifics on expanded beer selections during our next visit. But I could not miss out on a chance to review this new ( and 100% gluten-free ) brewery in St. Paul, MN. Burning Brothers wowed me with product, enthusiasm, and passion for what they do. From the minute we walked in, we were treated like family. The space itself is simple. Nothing fancy, and that is fine with me. There are tables, as well as a small bar with stools. We lucked out, & sat at the bar, where we had the pleasure of talking to what seemed to be the entire staff. Every person was so incredibly thrilled to be there, and share information with the customers. We had the American Pale Ale (which btw is available in cans in the metro area). I love seeing the local products already distributed outside of the hub location. We discussed flavor, future ales, and the process with the brewers. I didn't want to leave. The beer itself was enjoyed by myself and my three companions (none of whom are gluten-free). We all were delighted with the taste. The fact that we could TASTE hops, followed by some citrus notes gave credit to this gluten-free ale as a REAL BEER. None of that overwhelming weird sorghum sticky taste that is typical with gluten-free beers. After talking to the folks there, it is clear that they are adventurous and creative with their beer styles. This place felt like home to me, and I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
OMG best sour ever! And I don't even like sours and this cranberry is kickass for the season!

Yelp
Great atmosphere and crowd! They have trivia every Saturday night. FoodSmartGuy really enjoyed the beer. However, with the lack of selection of under 30 IBU beers, FoodSmartGal found the taste lacking. It is all gluten free so we imagine that is why the selection is somewhat limited.

Yelp
Great GF beer and cider! Everyone here is very friendly. It's a great place to grab a pint or two, and to try a variety of beer styles. Only thing I'd like to see more of is seating. Gets a bit crowded on the weekends, although that's great to see for the brewery. I think they'll be outgrowing this place soon. Hopefully they have plans to expand! I'll be back!

Yelp
This place has gluten free beer. It is a small place but friendly locals seem to hang out there. In the summer there is outdoor seating. They have a food truck for food service.

Yelp
Gluten free, unpretentious atmosphere. Service was so so, and the beers were ok. Won't likely rush back, but a nice option to have for a brewery in Midway.

Yelp
Marginal beer no atmosphere, the most coast IPA was the worst beer I've ever had. The best part was playing cards. The coffee beer was passable, but no other beers were good. Pass this one by...

Yelp
Having Celiac I was so thrilled to find this gem. I'm used to breweries only doing gluten reduced beer. I was so happy to find this place. we did a tasting and I had a GF donut to go along with my tasting. I liked their IPA, APA, their red and their stout. I hope I'll be able come back next time I'm in town.

Yelp
We came from CA to see the Vikings play. My son who has Celiac disease sought you folks out, visited the day before we arrived and couldn't stop talking about how great the place was. So ... we joined him the next day. Now, you know we were thinking we were gonna have to choke down some awful beer, but not so. You all do a great job! I'd buy several of your beers. Now if we could only get a place like this in CA for him. Great to also have the food trucks. And everyone was so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the day there and it made me so happy that my son was comfortable. Thank you.

Yelp
We came here for Trivia Night which was a lot of fun! I enjoyed the different beers offered and had fun sampling my friends' choices. I was disappointed to find out they didn't serve food, though. They had a taco truck out back from which they encouraged customers to buy from and I did, but it was expensive and the serving sizes/flavors were not worth the money I spent.

Yelp

Yelp
Hmmmm I am still on the fence with this place as a non gluten free person. I feel fortunate I am not allergic to anything. But this place really has its niche and serves their target market really well. They even ask you if the food that you bring into this establishment is gluten free, so something to consider if you plan on bringing food with you. They have the same food truck out there daily though, I think it's a gluten free food truck. If you are not allergic to gluten however, the beer seems rather lackluster. It's missing that full malty flavor. We have tried almost all their beer offerings and still can't find what we like. They do have limited menu of their Irish Ale which I do like. Slightly sweet and malty plus not hoppy. Their popcorn machine is the best! Their staff is also amazing! Such a friendly bunch. They also allow dogs if you plan on finding a place to chill with your four-legged friend.

Yelp
This place is amazing and we are so lucky to have them in the neighborhood. The gluten free beer is pretty much acknowledged as being some of the best in the world. The gf food trucks they have are all top of the line treatsplosions that you don't want to miss. Get your growlers filled here, have a pint, play one of the many games they have on hand and chill out like you know you need to. Seriously the dude abides at this place- and you should too. Plus Free Popcorn!

Yelp
A great take on the no frills brewery concept. It was refreshing to feel laid back and be able to just enjoy a few beers.

Yelp
Really really great beer. Was there yesterday and they had 8 different brews - even if you're not gluten free, go anyway - the beer is that good, and they have styles to please any taste. Cool place to do a flight of beer or just pick up a growler. Every time I come here I'm more impressed by how great the beer is - something for every one. Update- we've been back several times with others who aren't gluten free and they LOVE the beer - tried and true beer snobs to boot. You gotta try it out.

Yelp
Good atmosphere and vibe at this local brewery. The beers are all gluten-free and definitely a unique beverage to be tasting. The drinks are affordable and there is plenty to do there. We visited the food truck outside the entrance and it was a great time.
