Burnside Collision

I came to Burnside collision repairs on my passenger body of the car. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and it was ready for me to pick up by Wednesday afternoon. I did have scratches around the car that I didn’t mention to them, but they took it upon themselves to get rid of those scratches. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend Burnside to everyone. The office staff is very professional and welcoming.

Yo listen. Burnside Collision is top tier ✔️💯 Our vehicle was in a pretty bad accident. The front end was caved in, bumper hanging off, hubcaps missing, even the splash guard was damaged. When I came to pick it up, I was shocked, it looked like a brand new car. The paint, the bodywork, even the new hubcaps, everything was spotless and perfectly detailed inside and out. It smelled fresh, vacuumed clean, and looked better than ever. Huge shoutout to Susie, Jim, and Donald, such an amazing team. Jim had us laughing the whole time, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. The vibe there is nothing but positive energy. They even gave us a scratch off ticket with our claim. (We’ll let you know if we won something, or maybe we won’t IYKYK 😂) But real talk, I thought it was a fun, personal touch that shows how much they care. If you ever need collision repair or bodywork done, go to Burnside. The service, quality, and customer care are absolutely immaculate. Our van feels brand new again and I couldn’t be happier😁

I initially brought my vehicle to this location due to it’s convenience but since I personally experienced the great staff and service I had to mentioned to all my friends and family to use Burnside Ave. It’s extremely difficult to find a shop that is genuinely concerned with giving you the best customer service and quality. This is by far the best I have experienced I would not trust any other business and highly recommend you to bring all your car needs there. Between Susie and Ronald I encountered the most, all of their staff have the upmost respect and great service that is needed in all other businesses I would not trust my car with anyone else other than Burnside Ave Collision !!!!

I had a little fender-bender several months ago and picked this shop because it was convenient for me but I have to say every single person there was very friendly and professional, even the owner whom I spoke with because of a mix-up. He called me back with an answer over the weekend when the shop was closed. The customer service was outstanding! The repairs were completed when they said it would and the quality of work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this place. Oh, and the place is very clean. Yes, I looked at all of that!

Donald is very professional and trustworthy. Will instantly and directly give you a very reasonable quote without BS. And Suzy also helped you with coordinating the car rental drop-off. The owner is nice, steering this business to maybe a century.

Someone hit my car and the insurance mentioned this place as it was not too far from my house. I checked the reviews and saw great things. My actual experience with them was even better than all the reviews! From the first phone cal to picking up my car I could not have had a better experience. Karen, Susan and Len were all a pleasure to work with. The customer service from each one of them were just beyond phenomenal! I was updated every step of the way, repairs took around timeframe that they originally expected. Being that I work a busy full time schedule, they were willing to even come in early for me to pick up my car if needed. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Repair was done professionally, had a nice car wash and they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car as well. I highly recommend burnside collision should you need your car to be repaired!

Quick service, ready before specified time. Handles the rental for you. Payment was quick ,easy, and reasonable. Will recommend and visit for other repairs if needed.

Had a dent in my car which is normally an overnight fix but they got it done before the end of day, and everything looks great. Very organized and professional staff. Highly recommended!

Easy to deal with. Repairs done on time. Car came out great. I have been coming here for years and they get better and better. Lenny is a new addition to the shop and he is a great asset to the company. Keep up the superb work. Ron

The Management is about the only thing good about this place the workers or 1 specific worker is a fucking thief . He stole money and also 2 pairs of blue tooth headphones I left in the car by mistake because they needed to take my car back somewhere after finishing a decent job to a place where a worker drove my car when it was originally agreed that they would tow it there

If I could give this place more stars I would. If you truly value your vehicle and hate being ripped of by mechanics who end up doing a poor job; look no further. Burnside not only were completely transparent with their service but also made suggestions that benefited me regardless if the price increased or decreased. I was confident knowing my car was being left with a team of knowledgeable trust worthy people who were more than well equipped to finish the task at hand. I Spoke directly with LENNY and his service was nothing short of superb. Make sure to ask for that man, I assure you he knows his stuff. Upon meeting Lenny I was relieved to meet an individual who was more than happy to hear me out and help out to his best ability. He made several suggestions, gave a detailed explanation of the work and ultimately helped me make the best decision for both my car and pockets. Being at burnside I couldn't help but feel like family and I am completely satisfied with the costumer service and work done on my car. Without a doubt this will be the only shop that I will allow to work on my car. If you want the BEST service and quality work done just ask for this 5 letter word LENNY LENNY LENNY LENNY!!!!!!

Read all the excellent reviews about Burnside Collision so I brought my car to them. The reviews were wholly justified as Joe, Donald and Suzy were a pleasure to deal with. They were patient, professional and answered all my questions throughout the process. Couldn't ask for nicer people. The work done was excellent and there was no sign the car had suffered any damage at all. Work was also done in half of the initial estimated time. I can't praise Burnside enough.

i went to them several months ago for an estimate, they accused me of trying to include old damage in that incident and suspect they passed on their accusation as fact to my insurance company. Needless to say i went elsewhere and was treated with respect dignity, and wasnt accused of anything. I will never use them again. Additionally their attitude was awful. Rabbi J.

I took my new tahoe here after it got scratched in the parking lot of my job. Service there is excellent staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My car looked fantastic when I left and the scratches are no longer visible. I highly recommend this body shop!
