Burnt Pizza e’ Passione

I have had pizza from coast to coast, and all different types of pizza and this was truly one of, if not the best, pizza I have ever had. Show in the picture is their Sicilian Triple Crown. I cannot recommend it enough. Each piece was cooked perfectly and the sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. The dough was light and airy, but had a light crunch on the edges and the undercarriage. I personally watched Anthony make and cook the pizza - the process and the final product was nothing short of a work of art. I truly have found my favorite pizza in the area and I will be back every time I am in the area. Thanks again Anthony!

After months of seeing the renovations to this place, I am excited to eat here! Welcome Burnt Pizza e’ Passione 😎 Updated 12/8/25 – You have to stop by this pizza shop! I just had the 16-inch Margherita pie and the flavors were incredible. The mozzarella had the perfect balance of saltiness and creaminess, and you can truly taste the freshness in every bite. It’s the kind of pizza that feels like it was made with love — it honestly reminded me of a classic New York slice. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Anthony and Vinny, along with their family. They’re incredibly humble and genuinely lovely people. Highly recommend!

Great pizza and Garlic knots. Super nice owners. Pizza was cooked all the way through. No dead spots. Top notch restaurant. ok, I went back a week later to try some other food. Cheesesteak and the Stromboli. Both were fantastic. Keep up the great work guys.

Just discovered BURNT Pizzeria. Finally a real Staten Island pizza place in Naples. The food is fabulous. The crust sauce and cheese cooked to perfection. Bravo and good luck. You have a customer for life.

Burnt Pizza & Passions just opened today, and we couldn’t resist stopping by to try their pizza. We ordered the 16” Margherita, and wow—what a phenomenal first experience. The pizza immediately reminded me of a classic New York slice. The crust had that perfect balance of crispness and light flakiness, sturdy enough to hold but still giving you that satisfying bite. The sauce was a standout on its own—fresh, bright, and clearly homemade, with just the right acidity and flavor. But the real star of the show was the mozzarella. Creamy, rich, and beautifully melted, it tied everything together into a perfect bite. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Anthony, Vinny, and their family treated us like old friends from the moment we walked in. Their pride and passion for what they’re building truly shows, both in the quality of the pizza and the hospitality. Amazing pizza with a perfect crust. The thin crust is excellent, and the Grandma’s pizza and Sicilian are both delicious. Family-owned and operated, bringing 30 years of restaurant experience from New Jersey.

Excellent rice ball and meatball pizza everything was fresh and cooked perfectly service was on point! Will definitely be back it’s the best that we have had so far in East Naples.

What a great pizza place! I have very high standards for pizza and Burnt Pizza e’Passione nailed it. Clearly high quality ingredients, great dough flavor, crunch and chew. Not quite NY style, not quite Neapolitan but some delicious spot in between. I had a large Sweet and Spicy (pepperoni with hot honey). Really great. Next time (soon!) I’ll go for a more basic pepperoni and sausage for a better comparison with other places I love. Check them out!!
