Burnt Pizza & Passions just opened today, and we couldn’t resist stopping by to try their pizza. We ordered the 16” Margherita, and wow—what a phenomenal first experience.
The pizza immediately reminded me of a classic New York slice. The crust had that perfect balance of crispness and light flakiness, sturdy enough to hold but still giving you that satisfying bite. The sauce was a standout on its own—fresh, bright, and clearly homemade, with just the right acidity and flavor. But the real star of the show was the mozzarella. Creamy, rich, and beautifully melted, it tied everything together into a perfect bite.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Anthony, Vinny, and their family treated us like old friends from the moment we walked in. Their pride and passion for what they’re building truly shows, both in the quality of the pizza and the hospitality.
For a first day open, Burnt Pizza & Passions is already hitting all the right notes. We’ll definitely be back
