Where to Dine Gluten-Free in Boston

"This neighborhood Mexican restaurant boasts vibrant, Instagrammable decor, an expansive tequila list, and many gluten-free food options with housemade corn tortillas as a base. The tacos, fajitas, and enchiladas all come on corn tortillas and most have gluten-free fillings, opening up a lot of the menu to gluten-free eaters. Appetizers like the “Cholo” corn cob version of street corn and the guacamole with sea salt, white onion, and optional mango are also good bets." - Celina Colby, Eater Staff

Google
This was our 3rd or 4th time and it’s still great. We come here to enjoy the all-you-can eat brunch menu. There are so many options and with it being small plates, you’re able to try many things.

Google
We celebrated a friend’s birthday and went to the all you can eat on a Saturday morning. It was absolutely awesome. The food was great, the service was great and the vibe was great 👌

Google
First time trying their bottomless brunch here. We were afraid portions would be too big but actually they're slightly smaller than usual tapas plates. Some of our favorites were the Mexican street corn, fish tacos, French toast and strawberry waffles (they come in a quarter piece). The bloody Mary and raspberry mojotis were both delicious. Not a big menu and a few items were very similar. Most of the food felt prepared and sitting there ahead of time as they didn't come out hot. The ambiance was nice and chill. Would recommend making reservations. Our server was nice and attentive and let us keep ordering without any issues.

Google
Food was so good especially the birria tacos and one more dish that sticks out with me was the mole, they offer $25 eat all you can tapas after 5pm on weekdays and brunch for saturday sunday, drinks are also great and atmosphere was perfect. This place is perfect for brunch

Google
Went here for bottomless brunch and it was amazing! The food was delicious, normally I'm a picky eater but I wanted to try something new and I'm glad I did. The service was amazing, the environment was beautiful. We had multiple plates and everything was great. Definitely want to go back and try more things. I highly recommend it!!!!

Google
First time at Burro Bar. I went to see a friend Dj Carlitos and for their $2 tacos! (Which were delicious and great size. I got the Buffalo cauliflower and beef short rib🤌🏾🤤. The vibes were nice, atmosphere was diverse, and the music was on point. I didn't have anything to drink so I can't comment on mixed drinks but looking forward to going back.

Google
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - “Great” Service 🙋‍♂️ The service at Burro Bar South End was energetic and attentive. Our server, brimming with enthusiasm, ensured we received our orders on time and were well taken care of throughout our meal. Although I felt he could have checked in a bit more frequently, his overall attentiveness and vibrant personality added to the positive dining experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Decor 🎨 I have a particular fondness for places like Burro Bar South End, which strike the perfect balance between upscale casual and cozy comfort. The ambiance is lively, with reggaeton music setting a vibrant tone in the main area. The semi-patio room is a standout feature, offering a covered space that remains enjoyable regardless of the weather. The decor is tasteful and homey, steering clear of overly stereotypical themes. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable and welcomed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Food 🍽️ The food at Burro Bar South End hit all the right notes for me. The menu offers appropriately priced dishes with generous portion sizes and great flavors. I opted for a taco salad, which was delicious and satisfying. My girlfriend enjoyed two tacos: Sirloin Steak and Swordfish al Pastor, both of which she found wonderful. Our friends ordered enchiladas and a chimichanga, and while I didn’t get photos of their dishes, they seemed very pleased. The food is good to great—nothing overly fancy but perfectly executed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 In Retrospect 🤔 Reflecting on our visit, Burro Bar South End stands out as a fantastic dining spot in Boston. The energetic service, welcoming decor, and delicious food make it a place I’d love to revisit. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal with friends or a lively spot for a date, this restaurant ticks all the boxes. Final Verdict: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - “Great” Catchy One-Liner: “Burro Bar South End: Energetic vibes, cozy decor, and delicious bites make it a must-visit in Boston.”

Google
I went for the Bottomless Burro Brunch with a group of friends. $25 per person for the amount of options is such a good deal. Granted, the food wasn't anything special, but it wasn't bad either, and you generally should lower your expectations for AYCE/happy hour food. The tacos were the best, which I am happy about because tacos are usually expensive, so you can eat your money's worth with the tacos alone. The pancakes were also pretty good. Service was fast. You cannot order after a certain time, so I recommend making a reservation such that you have enough time to enjoy the food.

Yelp
for $29 all you can eat brunch, burro bar is solid. most of the food is decent but nothing incredible to write home about. the best dishes in my opinion were the kale salad, barbacoa benedict, and superbeasto. the tacos were very small and the proteins were not super flavorful. the shrimp and fish tacos were good, but the carnitas was quite flavorless. the french toast was good but it's hard to mess that up. the iced horchata coffee was fine but extremely overpriced at &11. the papas bravas was underseasoned and could be crispier. the corn was decent, not anything special. the huevos rancheros had good flavor but nothing amazing. service is pretty good and the interior is cute. in my opinion, some items are definitely worth coming back for, so i'd recommend coming for those items only and not to get your hopes up too much. i heard the price was also recently raised from $25 to $29.

Yelp
Overall a decent place. The drinks were phenomenal and the food was great. Their alcoholic drinks especially their hibiscus is powerful and taste amazing! The nachos was delicious and each chip was stuffed with salsa, guacamole, and meat. The fajitas were fresh and flavorful. The ambiance of this place is perfect for a weekend night out with your friends. One feedback was that the server, food, and drinks took a long while to arrive. By the time the anyone checked up on us, our drinks were gone a while ago.

Yelp
Went on a Saturday around 1pm and the only option was all you can eat brunch. Fantastic options so my group of 5 ordered a little bit of everything. Some items we could cut to share so everyone had a bite but the tacos really are best as 1 per person. My favorite was the superbeasto because it had a bit of everything. If you love your veggies, you must order the cauliflower, brussel sprouts, & kale salad. If you like fried potatoes & liquid cheese then get the Papas bravados. Do you like pork & Eggs Benedict? Then get Barbacoa Benedict. The French toast was good but I would have liked more plantains with it. Waffle was good with strawberries& cream. The 1.5 hour maximum seating time was just right for us and passed quickly while we munched and chatted. Nice decor.

Yelp
Fantastic drinks, delicious bites, and great vibes! We grabbed seats at the bar and had an awesome time. The passion fruit mojito and margarita were both super refreshing and well-balanced. For appetizers, we tried the birria quesadilla and empanadas -- both were packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it the perfect spot to kick off the night. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Came for the bottomless brunch for $25. All the plates are served as tapas which I loved because you were able to legit try everything! The highlights of the brunch were definitely the French toast with caramelized plantains, Chorizo omelette and the Burro Benedict. My only qualm with the benny was that I needed a steak knife or something to cut the biscuit portion, the butter knife they provided was not doing the job. Our server was great and the vibe of the inside were so great. We were in the back sunroom and it was heated perfectly

Yelp
Burro bar is a really fun spot. They had great margaritas and pretty solid food. The chimichanga was so good, but so filling. This was a super fun spot to celebrate a birthday or go with a group. The waitresses even gave us a a free treat for a birthday and were very nice to us. It was a super fun night!

Yelp
I came here on President's Day to enjoy the President's Day brunch. The way they advertised it, it seemed like they were going to be jam-packed. However when we ended up getting there, it seemed like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Nevertheless, we ended up getting the brunch. Service was good, and the Ambiance was festive. Most of the food was pretty good, with the exception of the potatoes. I remember coming here before and the potatoes were a little less tough. They have a variety of dishes available for the brunch, and it seems to also change depending upon when you come, whether it means during dinner time, or on the weekends for brunch. The portion sizes even for all you can eat are pretty good. They are tapas sized. There is no parking lot, but there is valet parking. Otherwise you will need to find street parking on the Main Street.

Yelp
Had the margaritas and they were terrible. I also had the shrimp and grits, quite bad as well. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for good food, however the vibe was fine.

Yelp
Omg, I think I found my new favorite spot... Affordable, incredible food and drinks, great service, what more can you ask for? The chicken empanadas were pretty big, flavorful, not too greasy or heavy on the filling cream, yet perfectly crispy. The kale salad was huge! Not heavy on the dressing- perfect ratio of dressing to kale/toppings. Generous amount of chicken added. Drinks were incredibly strong. I was already tipsy halfway through my first marg... that's saying something. (Also, where else in Boston will you find good $9 margs?) Complimentary chips and salsa (a bit spicy), food and drinks came out super fast (within 1 min for drinks, 5 min for food). The interior and back patio were so cute. Our waitress was very patient and attentive, but not pushy. We split 2 apps and that was plenty filling. My one hesitation is that the tacos seem to be a bit pricey (compared to places like bartaco or loco) but I would definitely return!

Yelp
Cool Mexican spot where you can mix and match singular tacos. Short rib came recommended and did not disappoint. Had a nice crunch and serious meat flavors. Rice and beans were a complimentary and filing side dish.

Yelp
Bottomless Burro Brunch... I'm in!! A neighborhood gem of a place in the South Snd of Boston, Burro Bar delivers familiar Mexican flavors inspired and influenced from Baja and Oaxaca to Veracruz and Yucatan and their brunch menu is indeed proof of that. They showcase, creative, fun along with an abundance of delicious flavors. Their menu offers a wide selection of tapas style dishes that you can order over & over again as your heart desires. So I decided to sin... give me one of everything!! lol Great & wicked friendly service with a lot of charm that simply enhances your overall experience. If you're ever feeling "brunchy", be sure to reserve a table at Burro Bar South End Boston.

Yelp
Went for dinner tonight with a few friends and it was great! We got chips and guacamole as an appetizer and I got the steak and shrimp fajita combo for dinner. Both were so good and big portions! The service was ok we felt a little rushed, but the food and the ambiance were great!

Yelp
5 star. 10/10. Cannot say enough good things!! Burro Bar is a top tier brunch spot! It's cool, trendy, poppin', and whatever other cool things the kids are saying these days! The food is decadent! The service is quick, friendly, and accommodating (a very important quality for us nut-free folks). But most importantly the vibes are high! With all you can eat 90-minute brunch for $25 you cannot go wrong! Everything is served tapas style with fantastic presentation. We ordered at least 1 of everything. And I must admit, we had to of had at least 4 serving of avocado toast, the waffles, and pancakes. Definitely recommend stopping here for bunch! You'll leave happy, full, and wanting more

Yelp
Make reservations Parking Off street parking is available as well as a parking garage Service Staff was very friendly and everything looked clean and organized Food All you can eat brunch - order food by the number, "10 wings". Items will be served as one single small item.

Yelp
I checked out Burro Bar South End after learning about their happy hour deals (so hard to find in Boston!). I work nearby on Monday/Tuesday and popped in for the 5-6pm 1/2 off app deals and glad I did! Beautiful bar/nice staff, really good food & skinny margarita and man the price was right . Albondigas may have been my fave. Will be back!!

Yelp
Came for the bottomless brunch and although I left the place with a giant food belly, I couldn't say I was fully satisfied. I think the bottomless brunch matches its value. $25 for ok tasting food, nice ambience, and quick service. None of the dishes were amazing, and none of them were horrible. They were all mediocre tasting and will definitely fill you up. Our favorite dishes were the quesadillas, chilaquiles, shrimp tacos, and fish tacos. They were flavorful and super tasty! Unfortunately, everything else was not memorable, and I would advise against ordering the waffle and french toast. Super dry!

Yelp
We went to the Burro Bar for brunch today. We were seated by Juliana to the patio. We always wanted to eat out there, but could never get reservations for the Patio ever. She was so sweet asking if that was okay. We were supposed to be seated in the lounge not our first choice, but over booked so we were seated in the Patio! We loved it there. It was All You Can eat for 1 1/2 hrs $25 each drinks separate. We started with Tacos and we got the fish and cabbage tacos, Diabo Shrimp with avacadoand pickled onions tacos, and breakfast egg and seasoning tacos. We then had French toast and sweet plantain banana, one Big slice of French toast with butter whipped cream, pancakes with strawberries with mint whipped cream. Next we got papas bravos, which was small roasted baby potatoes with roasted sliced onions and a Mexican chipotle queso cheese sauce and Sweet potato hash with onions, mushrooms, green and red peppers with queso sauce. I had the Burro Benedict with braised short ribs and a poached egg on top all on an English muffin too. Horscata Iced coffees with sugar rimmed glasses and a Mexican cokeacola. Everything was fresh and with got a couple of repeat plates. Our waiter was Flipi so attentive even though he had a full patio we felt as we were his only people he waited on. The Patio was so quaint and nice. Can't wait to go back. You just have to remember weekends only for all you can eat and Reservations a Must!!

Yelp
Brunch at Burro Bar is a top tier good time. We enjoyed the bottomless buffet style concept and our server was great. We ordered several rounds of food though some menu items were no longer available by the time we ordered. Bummer. The drinks are not included in the bottomless option but that didn't stop me from ordering a couple of rounds. I stuck to the Passionfruit Mimosa which was the perfect balance of juice to champagne. My friend ordered a Strawberry Mojito which was that was well crafted and delicious. We did notice the food took a bit longer to come out towards the end of our seating time. The menu is well rounded and we had a great experience eating and drinking our way through it. Our favorites: Short rib tacos, chilaquiles, crispy Baja style fish, Baja shrimp tacos, gulf shrimp tacos The music was great. A mix of recent and throwback pop, along with several tracks from Beyonces renaissance album only enhanced the experience. There's both indoor and outdoor seating and a television if you're into watching sports. I'll definitely be back to Burro Bar for brunch the next time I'm in Boston.

Yelp
The food was delicious with lots of different unique options. Amazing coffee and the service was great.
google avatar

Yelp
This was a good brunch spot, with the atmosphere for it. They do bottomless brunch for food, which was a decent price if you order enough. The plates are small but it allows you to try a lot of different items from the menu. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, however it was hard at times to get their attention to order more food. Gluten Free: I had read a lot of good reviews here for gluten free but was disappointed. There were very few options that were gluten free and safe from cross contamination. I don't know if it is different for dinner, but for brunch there are limited options.
google avatar

Yelp
Came to Burro Bar for their 25$ bottomless brunch on Sunday and I had the best time ever! The ambiance is great, very light interior and good music. The severs are so nice and patience and willing to help out. The food is great, the portions might be small but they are going to fill you up pretty quickly. Don't overthink it, book that reservation!
google avatar

Claire C.

Yelp
Highly recommend for the all you can eat brunch. A steal for $25. Salty: the quesadilla, Brussels sprouts, corn, and potatoes were my favorites. Sweet: tried the pancake, waffle, and French toast. The waffle was the clear winner I could've eaten so many of those. We also got a bucket of mimosas and tried all 3 juices. Mimosas are on the pricer end, but the blood orange mimosa is delicious. We definitely ordered too much food and were sad to waste it (you can get take out boxes for brunch). Each plate can definitely be split between 2, and then I'd recommend reordering any of your favorites :)
google avatar

Meghan L.

Yelp
This is my second time here in a couple years for "bottomless brunch" (unlimited amount of food minus the drinks). There is a 90 minutes time limit which is reasonable. It is pretty and modern inside with a relax feel. There seems to be confusion on the floor of who ordered what--we got some breakfast tacos that we never ordered. They tasted fine but I wanted to try other types of tacos instead. The only thing I really liked was their Brussels sprouts and their Burro Benedict. Their fish tacos were okay. I was really confused about their sweet potatoes hash. I thought it would be more like a regular hash from diner, crispy and soft on the inside--but it was not. It was hardly cooked through enough, still partially raw. I also tried their avocado toast, there was barely any avocado on it. The drinks were decent. I just stuck with a mimosa, don't think you can go wrong with that. Overall I thought it was decent but the food was better a couples years ago.

Yelp
Excellent....the bottomless brunch was a hit with my family (i.e. varied taste and appetite). The service was great.

Yelp
Excellent experience! Brunch was delicious, had 9 different plates and enjoyed each and every one. Service was great as well, plates came well paced without wait in between, but did not feel rushed and ambiance was just right! We sat on the enclosed patio and it was very clean and bright. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
For the AYCE brunch, I would say this place was great bang for your buck. I rate the food quality in proportion to the price, and I would say Burro did well on this front! Keep in mind that the serving sizes are small for each ordered item, and our favorites were the mexican street corn, chorizo quesadillas, the superbeasto, and the french toast as a sweet treat. Service was great and lighting cute for any pics!

Marcie M.

Yelp
Excellent food and service.. Thank you Jonelle, you are familiar with every dish and you know every wine and that was so helpful!! I love the cozy space... I'm a regular whenever i'm in town....

Yelp
Gotta come for dat bottomless brunch Once I heard about it, knew we had to come. The bottomless brunch has great diversity - they have tapas, entrees, and tacos. For the tapas, they have a great array of vegetarian options. The crispy potatoes and soshito peppers were hot and fresh. The street corn was also mighty tasty. For the tacos, the fish tacos were bomb. Tender tender cod. The short rib one was also incredibly tender as well and came on a crispy tortilla ontop of a soft one - very interesting texture. Didn't like the shrimp one as much - found the mango salsa too sweet. The entrees had a good mix of classics such as avocado toast, huevo rancheros, and pancakes to some more eccentric options. We got some drinks as well which tied the meal together nicely. Highly recommend the michalada Tip: The dishes are quite small and take around 20 min to come out so recommend ordering quite a few (like 4 to 5 per person) at a tkme
google avatar

Jessica W.

Yelp
This is a great place to bring a group of friends to. I've been here twice so far and loved each time. The staff are so nice and very attentive. I highly recommend ordering the street corn, papas bravas, and the shrimp tacos! I was also a fan of the french toast and pancake if you're looking for something more sweet. The plates are smaller since it is tapas style. However, this is place is worth the price since it's bottomless/all you can eat.
google avatar

Jenny C.

Yelp
$25 all you can eat brunch with bumpin Spanish music in the background Do note: side dishes and drinks NOT included There is also a 5% kitchen appreciation fee automatically included We got all the tacos which were average. Palatable but nothing unique or out of the world. The sweet potato hash was our favorite! Perfectly cooked and great seasoning. The nachos de la casa was huge (was not included in the brunch) and mostly cabbage and beans. Too much cream for my taste. Would not get again. Overall great price and atmosphere for bottomless Spanish based brunch and good drinks. Would go again.
google avatar

Melinda D.

Yelp
Man oh man do I love burro bar. Come on, $25 all you can eat brunch?!?! What more could I ask for. All of the food was amazing but the pancakes and ANY of the tacos were standouts for me. Inside is also such a fun vibe and the food comes out fairly quickly. I highly recommend Burro Bar for brunch, and would love to try their food at other times of the day as well!
google avatar

Holly K.

Yelp
Average taco spot in the south end. Didn't need to make any reservations- restaurant was completely empty at 6 pm on a Tuesday. Their discounted "Taco Tuesday" menu was limited, and we ended up ordering off the main menu. We ordered Chipotle Queso dip, beef empanadas, and the carne asada tacos. The beef empanadas were the best of the 3, but none of the dishes were outstanding (all lacked flavor). I found the margarita to taste bland as well; I would not return here.
google avatar

Kendall D.

Yelp
Love the bottomless brunch!! I'm taking away a star because in my opinion the food itself is a little underseasoned/ doesn't live up to its full potential... for example the brussels sprouts appeared to be steamed, when they could have been ten times better if they were roasted and crispy. BUT a bottomless brunch in Boston for their price is definitely hard to come by and I'll continue coming back and recommending it to friends! The tacos are pretty good and the entrees are probably the most worthwhile part of the brunch to order (or order multiples of). Don't be tricked by the word "entree" because the entree plates are about the same size as the tapas plates. The restaurant itself has a great vibe and fun decor, as well as a lot of outdoor seating. They do a great job being attentive to orders for additional courses and the food comes out fast.
google avatar

Miranda G.

Yelp
The tapas here are great! Usually AYCE places have a set amount for each dish ordered regardless of how many people are in your party, but Burro Bar does most of the tapas by the piece which makes it more manageable to consume and customizeable to what each person at the table wants to order. It also helps prevent over-ordering on food. The elote and fish tacos were amazing and the prices were reasonable. The only downside is that for an AYCE place, the time it took for food to come out was a bit slow, so I would recommend ordering each round of the food ahead of time.
google avatar

Dhilip R.

Yelp
Loved their veggie tacos. Went here for a Sunday brunch and got myself a mango Margarita pitcher. Loved it. Chips and Guac, loved them! They did have a few veggie dishes but veg tacos served the purpose.
google avatar

Jennifer L.

Yelp
We came for the AYCE brunch which is $25/pp. This deal is so worth because the food is just so delicious. The portions are small but that's ok since you can order multiple rounds. Our server was very nice and even accommodated to our allergies. It's pretty hard to find a decent brunch spot in Boston that looks as good as it tastes. I will definitely be back for brunch again!

Yelp
They have bottomless brunch for $21 a person on Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 3pm. y u m. It's worth it yall!! Had a reservation for two at 11:30am on Saturday and thankfully so because it was getting pretty busy! The girls love their brunch. It was pretty warm outside but we opted to sit inside because the decor was so cute! We ordered the pineapple mango margarita, all the tapas, and all the tacos except the Morning Taco. Of them all, I would say my must-get items would be Mexican Street Corn Esquites, Papas Bravas, Kale Salad, Roasted Cauliflower. Honorable mentions would be the Fried Shishito Peppers and Chili Glazed Chicken Wings. Basically everything but the Chicken Quesadilla and the Fried Brussels Sprouts. I did like the brussels sprouts a lot but I do wish they were a bit more fried/charred & had a bit more sauce. I wasn't reaching for it as much as the other items. We even got a second order of corn because it was so good. All the tapas came out at once and we were waiting a bit for the tacos. It seemed they had forgotten but it was busy so that was okay! They said they didn't but it seemed like they had us reorder and they still got it wrong :o nbd. We got the Short Rib "Double Stack" taco, Crispy "Baja Style" Fish taco, and Gulf Shrimp Diablo taco. I liked the short rib and the gulf shrimp diablo tacos but the baja tacos were okay. I wouldn't get them again or recommend. Overall, the food and drinks were delicious! The service was okay. I would probably come back again because $21 for all you can eat AND the food is actually good. Yes please! xx

Yelp
Came here for a work event, with reservations. We were seated promptly & with eased. The hostess was nice. We were seated as soon as you walk in and half of the table had a couch and others had seats. Antonio was our server, and he was very attentive and nice. I'm not sure if the food is always slow, or it was a busy night, but the wait times for the food were ridiculous on the night we attended We ordered appetizers which were : Quest dip 4/10 Fine cheese was very curdy & not hot. It also did not have much flavor, but did look good The burro Birria quesadilla was good, but also could've been warmer with more cheese. I do like that it comes with different dipping options. 6/10 The empanadas were very good, and were pretty full inside which most places don't do that. It was very flavorful, with a flaky crust 10/10 The guacamole was okay, nothing to call home about. Most of it was left on the table, would not order again. 2/10 The yuca fries were really good 9/10 Sweet plantains, were not sweet and the sauce is something that should be on the side. 5/10 I ordered the quest fundido as well, and it came out lukewarm. So it was very hard to grab with doughy, soggy, things they were deeming as flour tortillas. 2/10 would not recommend and didn't even bother with a photo. But it is served in a small cast iron skillet with aluminum foil full of dough or "flour tortillas" For our entrees we had : The street cart chicken which was amazing, minus the poblano rice. It had a weird taste & way TOOOOOOO many onions in it. I could not even taste the "rice" or anything else after tasting it. Literally, my appetite was ruined. Which was saddening because the chicken was to die for. The tamarind butter they put on top is the perfect touch, JUST NOT THE RICE! Chicken 10/10 Rice -1000000/10 So I did not want to rate the entire meal together The veggie fajitas, were just that. Nothing spectacular 5/10 The chimichanga was good and very filling. The taste wasn't what I was expecting, but it was still good 7/10 The only negative review I have regarding the service is Antonio did not offer nor recommend any desserts. (But someone may have asked for the check & I was unaware) I LOVE the artwork and ambiance of this restaurant, and would definitely be back in a heartbeat

Yelp
This place is awesome for a change of pace brunch. I have been here 3 times and will never get tired of it.

Yelp
Don't come here. I have NO idea what type of food they're aiming for. The drinks are terrible. The food is terrible. Its a joke and an insult to Hispanic inspired food. The mole was super sweet. The "tortilla" was more like a dense pita/naan bread. I got the fajitas and it had onion rings on it. Like what? I dont know how this place is in business but take it from someone who has has alot of hispanic food and claiming an honorary member of a mexican family, this restaurant food is TERRIBLE. please save yourself the money. Its NOT worth it.

Yelp
Unlimited brunch for $21? Can't beat it. Not sure why everyone is complaining so much. Get in there and order multiples of the same thing at once! Yes, of course it will take a bit for these mini plates to come. But you can order 10 shrimp tacos at once... We tried almost everything and the shrimp tacos were my favorite along with the French toast. The huevos rancheros was also good! The only items I would skip are the chilaques (nothing like cdmx) and the pancakes (kinda blah). Totally worth coming for brunch. It's not the best compared to their regular menu but since it's unlimited it's definitely worth trying. We also had drinks but they seemed light on booze. Highly recommend for groups! Reservations can be made ahead of time via resy.

Yelp
Went for bottomless brunch. $25 for an hour and a half of bottomless brunch food items, drinks not included. Food and drinks were good. The waffle, sweet potato hash and shrimp taco were my favorites. Would probably skip the avocado toast since it was pretty soggy. Atmosphere and aesthetic were nice. Lots of seating. Great service. Portions are small but since its bottomless go at it, you'll get your moneys worth. Parking in area can be hard. Overall it was a nice vibe and visit.

Yelp
We went with a party of 4 and sat in the heated patio (a bit cold) and ordered Paloma and margaritas ( meh) and party ordered chimichanga ( good) , short skirt steak and carne asada ( good),salmon taco (ok),brussels sprout taco (ok), plantains ( yum) and churros All in all mediocre for all the hype in the reviews . Will not be going again

Yelp
Cheap ($25) brunch. Good for a place to take a large group for a private room inexpensively. Food is decent, not great.

Yelp
The brunch is so awesome! I've now had it at both locations and while $25 for the full brunch may SEEM like a lot, in the end it evens out to what you would normally spend on a restaurant/brunch experience at a decent place in Boston... except you can try a very wide array of breakfast and lunch dishes! The French toast, for instance, is literally one of the best french toasts I have ever tasted- the experience is worth it for the endless supply of french toast alone! The ambience was also great, it's decorated in a bright and fun way and the music they played was very energetic and upbeat as well! It was a great experience!

Yelp
When I first walked in, the host greeted me politely. After asking to change to outdoor seating (there was plenty), the workers started gossiping about us and our needs. Very unnecessary. I no longer felt welcomed at this place after a simple ask of changing our table. However, the lady serving us was super nice and helpful. The food was mediocre. The tacos had way too much sour cream and there was no flavor whatsoever. It was barely salted. One taco is $7-8 dollars which is kind of pricey for the size. We also got street corn which was nothing special and please please please STRAY AWAY from the carnitas enchiladas. The carnitas did not have any flavor. The wrapping was soggy and did not seem thoroughly cooked. It's a cute place for pictures but not worth the price . So disappointed with this place

Yelp
We walked over to this spot from the SOWA vintage market. I'd read it was LGBTQ+ friendly and wanted to go somewhere during our visit to Boston to feel more at "home". This visit was anything but. The music was so incredibly loud that my wife and I couldn't hear each other talking over a small two top table. Additionally we were sat and waiting nearly 25 minutes to speak with our server or get water. It didn't seem that busy to us but maybe there was confusion about who had our table in their section. Our server apologized for the wait and took our drink orders immediately. The drinks were really delicious... but then once the first one was gone we had a hard time asking her for another as she was no where to be found. We finally placed an order for another round and I had some questions about the menu. Apparently they were only serving all you can eat tapas for $25 per person on a time limit. First, I will say that I physically cannot eat like that. I have limitations on how much food I can eat in one sitting. So, for me this price tag was just not worth it - especially considering the meal is on a time limit and our service with our server was really spotty. I explained my dietary limitations and that it was medically impossible for me to participate and this woman stared at me like I was a moron. She acted like I was bothering her even asking. She then refused and essentially said there were no exceptions at all and I could order a "side" item. Like beans or guacamole. I declined and asked for the check which took another 30 minutes to get. Would not recommend.
