九份で、焼いたエリンギでなく衣をつけて揚げたエリンギがとても美味しかった記憶があったので、こちらで注文してみることに。 しいたけ、エリンギ、えのきの3種類があり、ミックス（綜合菇）か、それぞれ1種類ずつかを選べる仕組み。 ミックスの注文しましたが、どれも クリスピーでなかなか美味しかったです。店頭に揚げ置きしたものがそれぞれ並んでいますが、注文すると二度揚げしてくれるので、熱々のカリッとしたものが食べられます。
