Busaba Garden Thai Cuisine

I’ve been to this restaurant 45 min before closing. The place was cozy and cute. The atmosphere was good. The service was great. My friends and I loved the tom-yum soup also the thai fried rice. My personal favorite is the mango sticky rice. The places I’ve been use white rice but here they used red rice it was rich in flavor and no need of ice cream to pair the dish itself was so rich in flavor. All in all i loved the food.

It’s my 8 time here at Busaba Thai Garden Restaurant and I never tire eating their delicious food. My favorite is their papaya salad, spring rolls and curry egg roll. Tom yum soup is very refreshing and comforting in this cold weather. The owners are very friendly and very talented chefs. They are hands on with the preparation of their food, always serving the freshest ingredients. The food is fair priced and their specials is a must try. Hardworking, amazing small business owners. The atmosphere they’ve created is very cute and I love that they have live plants that’s thriving very well.

It took them a while to bring our food out, but we didn’t mind at all. Food was well worth the wait! Thai tea, pad thai, and red curry was so delicious. Our server was also really nice and accommodating. Ambiance and atmosphere was so nice and so cozy. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Lunch at Busaba Garden was an absolute delight from start to finish! The ambiance was perfectly cozy and inviting, with warm decor that made us feel right at home. Our server, Nida,, provided top-notch, attentive service, making us feel welcomed. The food was the real star! My basil chicken was incredibly delicious and tasted fresh and authentic. My husband raved about the pad thai, calling it the best he'd ever had in Chicago. Even the simple things, like the starters - veggie soup and papaya salad were simply amazing. At the end of our meal, the lovely chef surprised us with a Thai banana fritter dessert, which was scrumptious! Go to this wonderful restaurant. You won't be dissapointed. I can't wait to go back. If you have a short layover like we did and want a great place to stop in and grab a nice meal, head to Busada Garden. We really enjoyed soups and especially the pad Thai! Don’t miss it!

Best Thai I’ve had. Nicest staff from the wait staff to the person that delivered our food. The chef came out to meet us. We had crab puffs, wings, signature rolls (tasted like potato samosas in the best way), and perfect fried tofu. All the sauces were great. For mains we tried pad see ew, basil chicken with rice, and pad kee mao. You can customize your spice level so each of us was able to have the level of spice we wanted. Everything was so fresh. The fried ice-cream was like vanilla ice cream wrapped in a churro. Highly recommend. Don’t forget to get a Dirty Thai iced!

I came in for their soft opening and everything was amazing! We had the papaya salad, veggie rolls, signature rolls, chicken wings, chicken satay, pad see ew, and black garlic salmon—all so delicious and authentic. As a fellow Thai person with high standards for Thai food, I was seriously impressed. I’m also really happy to finally have a Thai restaurant close to home. The owners, Eve and Armera, are so kind and welcoming—they truly deserve all the support. We ended with the fried ice cream, and it was the perfect finish. I’ll definitely be back!

Four of us dined at Busaba the other night. We very much enjoyed our meal; it was absolutely delicious! We had the basil rolls and gyoza as appetizers which were spot on good. Two of us really enjoyed the pad Thai. Excellent! (At this point I can’t recall what my other 2 companions had but they did get “to-go” containers for their leftovers). We were also treated to a complimentary and delicious and very beautiful dessert: mango with sticky rice. On top of the food, the kindness and great service by the staff was appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Busaba Garden!

09/15/25 - Busaba is a newish Thai restaurant located @ 3246 W Foster. Busaba Garden has been open about 4 months a few doors east of Tre Kroner & Sissy's to the east. I always welcome a new place that I've never been to before. Busaba Garden is cool sleek designed restaurant w/a nice selection of Thai food options. They have lunch specials & an assortment of other options from soups (yummy Tom Kha Kai soup). I ordered the Thai basil garlic chicken which was very good.

This is a wonderful place. Very charming interior. Very authentic food. I had the tom kha soup and the catfish special. Both delicious! The wait staff was excellent and the chef came out to chat with me. So was so kind and obviously cares a great deal about the restaurant and the quality of the experience and food. Be sure to visit here if you want excellent Thai food. Highly recommended!

Cheffy small Thai kitchen that is big on flavor. They are hell bent on creating their own version of everything on the typical Thai menu. Then they add a few unexpected items. Intimate space with limited seating. Service treats you like family. Not the most refined interior space; their focus is on flavor combinations. We noticed subtle and complex nuance in pairing distinct, complementary, yet recognizable flavors. This with that. Imported ingredients from Thailand. BYOB. We tried one app, two entrees and a dessert of flaming fried ice cream to cool down from the spice. Flaming fried ice cream? They clearly revel in the details of the creative process. Street parking on Foster. A good value. One of the better Thai kitchens in the area.

The food was amazing for such a great price. Also the service was incredible! I asked for the waiter to surprise me with a meal he recommended and he picked the basil chicken which was so good! Will definitely be back!

So happy to have delicious Thai food in this area. Almost everything I have had has been delicious but the green curry has been my favorite.

This is such a clean, pleasant restaurant with attentive service and amazing Thai food, including a few special dishes you don't see on every menu. We asked to adjust a few ingredients to accommodate a dining companion with stomach issues, and the kitchen was so willing. We are becoming regulars at Busaba Garden!

My dear friend, and I tried a new restaurant tonight in our neighborhood. It is a Thai restaurant called Busaba Gardens on 3246 W Foster just west of Kedzie. The food was not only beautiful, but amazingly delicious. I had Pad Thai that was so yummy. We tried their sticky rice and both of us were shocked at how wonderful it tasted in addition to its lovely presentation. The staff was Great! Helpful, welcoming and so pleasant This is definitely a place to come back to. If you're in the neighborhood, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Oh how I love it here! Truly some of the best Thai i've had! So delicious. Went here with the ladies for takeout and wow! Kind people, amazing service, and a beautiful restaurant in general. Will be coming back, often!

The Pad Thai is yummy and flavorful, I wouldn't get the papaya salad. It didn't have much flavor. The portion sizes are kind of small.

Opening day and we are very impressed!! We both got a curry and absolutely perfect. I got the Red Thai curry and my wife got the softshell crab green curry. You will not be let down here and this will be our neighborhood fav for a long time!

It's a nice little neighborhood Thai restaurant. I noticed there were more Thai customers than non-Thai people. I think it could be a good spot for a date or meeting with a friend. The green curry was quite good and priced well. The medium spice level was perfect for me. If you're not used to spicy dishes, I'd definitely recommend a mild spice level.

I was happy to see a Thai restaurant open up near my work, so I decided to pick up some food after my shift. The moment I walked in I was surprised how nice the place looked. Small yet cozy. Next time I'm definitely looking forward to dining in. Anyways moving on, the staff was very welcoming and I had a brief conversation with Nathan. It seems he has plans to spread the word about this restaurant, and I hope it spreads far, because honestly the food was amazing. I ordered the Pad Thai and Masaman curry, and I enjoyed every bite. Can't wait to try the other items on the menu.

I ordered the catfish. There was about 4 ounces in the serving. It wasn't a good texture, or portion size. The spices were right. Also ordered the Thai wings. Nothing Thai about them . Dry and disappointing. I've eaten the eggplant dishes,very tastee. So sometimes it's good and somethings are not .

Place had a really friendly atmosphere, great service, and the food was great. I'm glad I was able to go for their opening.
