"It’s impossible to visit St. Louis and not hear about the Cardinals—the city is crazy for its major league baseball team. The Redbirds play in the heart of downtown at Busch Stadium, a Populous-designed, retro-classic ballpark with panoramic views of the skyline and Gateway Arch. As its name suggests, the stadium is owned by Budweiser, though visitors can find some craft beers for sale, including local favorite Urban Chestnut. In terms of eats, the toasted ravioli—a St. Louis staple—are a must-try. For pre- or post-game entertainment, head to the Ballpark Villa across the street, where you’ll find the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum, Cardinal National Restaurant, Budweiser Brew House, Fox Sports Midwest Live!, and PBR St. Louis. You can also get a closer look at the stadium on a guided tour, which meets at Gate 3 in front of the bronze statue of Cardinals legend Stan Musial."

Chicago White Sox Fans Drink More Than Any Other Baseball Fanbase - Eater Chicago

"The St. Louis Cardinals, which ranked at No. 26 with 2.7 beers consumed a game, play at Busch Stadium. The park is famously named after the family who owned the team, not the beer. Back in the ‘50s, MLB nixed the Cardinals’ first choice, Budweiser Field, not wanting the association with alcohol. After naming the original stadium, the makers of Budweiser would release Busch Beer to get around the league’s request." - Ashok Selvam

A great ball park to visit. The stadium has a very classic vibe with great seats and views. Be prepared to get hot, especially in sunny spots. We did wish the souvenir soda cups offered free refills like other stadiums we have been to.

Excellent time, the atmosphere is great. Definitely check the station website or app before you go so you can be aware of any promos. We modes out of free ice cream on Sunday because I checked late. We went on a super hot day so it wasn’t crowded which is probably a good thing. Any outdoor stadium is going to be warm. There are plenty of places to step inside and cool down. Food selection was better than expected and we enjoyed our time.

There are likely technical factors I'm missing in this review because this is the only baseball stadium I've ever been to. I love this place. It's a sprawling structure with dozens of food stands and merchandise booths. It's absolutely bustling, and the architecture and ornamentation feels grand and really invokes the heritage of baseball. The field itself is incredibly maintained and the structuring of the seating provides tons of interesting views and meets different needs. I also appreciate the many give aways they do for early arrivals. I've received shirts, tumblers, replica world series rings, and other goodies. My only complaints are that sometimes the staff are brash and annoyed for having to answer questions, and the prices of their concessions are astronomical. That's likely to be expected at any sporting event, though. There's nothing quite like a baseball game. Even if it's not your favorite sport, you should come at least once for the experience.

If you’ve never been to a Cardinals game, GO! It’s such a fun experience. The views of the ball game from anywhere in the stadium are great. The food selections for vegans/pescatarians is impressive! I had the Vegan Soft Taco + Mango Shrimp Taco from Session Taco (formerly Mission Taco). All around a great day of fun, and tickets start from around $20 so very affordable.

Came from out of town to catch three games at Busch stadium. Busch stadium is very nice. Tons of great spots to eat and hang out. I love the fact that you can bring in a small cooler. Tickets were reasonably priced. Family friendly fun. It cost me more to park for three games than tickets for two for three games. Really enjoy the area around the stadium all Cardinals themed. Great view of the city from behind home plate. My one complaint about the stadium is that once you get onto the concourse area you can't see or hear the game at all. Other than that there doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the place. The stadium was very clean along with the restrooms. Cardinals fans were friendly.

Busch Stadium is one of my favourite ball parks in the League. Came here to watch the home opener and it was great. The staff here is fun and the ceremonies were top notch. The stadium was full so the atmosphere was fantastic. The fans are also great and friendly. There is so much about this ballpark that you have to like, the city view, the colours, the atmosphere and the food was good as well. Also like that there are some great bars nearby for pregame. Cant wait to come back.

Google
This was stadium 24 for me, I think. Despite losing my wallet I thought this stadium brought great value. The 400 level is shaded so I recommend those seats during the summer heat advisory days. They also offer inexpensive beer on the 400 level under $6. I did lose my wallet somewhere between Dobbs Auto and Gate 1 but the staff took my contact information and promised to call me if they located it. The Reds won 4-1.

Google
Great game today. Food here is terrific. Section 109 is where to go get your best deal on an amazing brisket. No team does better ticket deals and promotions than the Cardinals and we have the best fans in baseball.

Yelp
Cardinals! Go Cardinals! How could I ever complain about THE Busch Stadium of St. Louis? I had a fabulous time with my family watching the game! The stadium will be hard to navigate, but that's half the fun. They also have quick bites and treat stalls inside and outside, same goes for merchandise/gift shops. Stadium architecture is splendid as well, greatly considered. There were enough seats for everyone and everything looked clean. A wonderful place, a St. Louis gem! Tip: Go in tennis shoes, you'll be walking a lot!

Yelp
Review Visit: July 9th, 2017 How to start writing without making a joke about a Cubs fan reading this... so I won't make one. Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals. The surrounding area is called Ballpark Village. Also, there seems to be ample parking... yes. Ample parking next to a Stadium. Having been to Chicago many times, anytime there is a game... terrible traffic gets 10x worse. Not really the case in St. Louis. We parked in a parking deck across from the Stadium for $20 and it was only slightly congested when we left. As for the stadium itself, it was really nice. Super clean. The staff was super friendly as we needed a little bit of help along the way since my family and I were pretty new to this. We grabbed some $25 tickets, proceeded inside and hopped in our seats. With Busch Stadium being an open stadium and it being July... it was super hot and super sunny. Luckily, we picked out spots that ended up being in the shade by the 3rd inning. Didn't help much, save for skipping a sun burn. Luckily it was 'Free Hat' day, so we had some extra shade the hats provided. As for the game itself, the teams played great. The Cardinals won 6-0 against the New York Mets. It was super awesome seeing a team that I've loved since a kid in person for the first time. The antics between the innings were your usual fair with Kiss Cams and T-shirt launches into the crowd, and they had some other cool stuff that I've never seen before. One was to match the dance of the mascot, text a number to have your name/city on a board and a 50/50 raffle. We actually tried to come here back in May, but it was cold and rainy, so we just visited the Gift Store. We swung by there again after this game and the staff there was super friendly, despite the crowd and the heat. Overall, I don't have much to say for the stadium itself. The couple employees we conversed with were super nice. The place was super clean and parking was cheap and ample. Busch Stadium is a great place to see a baseball game, even if you are a Cubs fan. Who knows, maybe I will visit Wrigley Field some day and write a blog about it!

Yelp
Cheap seats purchased on one of the ticket hub sites because this was a rescheduled game that had been postponed earlier in the season. I got an AMAZING seat for less than $17 with fees - front row of the first tier. And because this was an afternoon game, I picked seats where I would not be sitting in the sun. Busch is relatively new and quite modern. I found the seats to be quite comfortable and there are a bunch of different options for concessions. I stuck to the usual hot dog and beer, which was of course not inexpensive but that's tradition. Plenty of rest rooms even during the break between innings. Did the Cardinals win? Not today, they were getting beaten badly by the visiting team. But it was still a fun time for me! [Review 1742 of 2024 - 378 in Missouri - 22765 overall]

Yelp
A great way to enjoy the evening with the kids and a friend. We went here yesterday evening and despite the hot and humid weather it was good. I parked closer to the area and paid $20 for parking. It was a short distant walk. We then walked through the metal detector and purse check. Then someone scanned our tickets. We went to find our seats which were nearby. The Food area was so close by to our seats so it was very convenient. I was shocked it was not busy at this time in the evening on Monday 08/26/24.

Yelp
Busch Stadium is a great place to have a concert. Especially when it's two giants like Sting and Billy Joel. Rained out on Friday night and rescheduled for Sunday evening, the place was packed. Great food options and drinks. This may have been the biggest crowd all summer at Busch. The music was so good! Sting sounded as amazing as ever and sang a string of his hits from the Police to his solo career. Of course Billy Joel sang over 2 hours of his hits with one being a jazzy number with Sting singing. It was one of the best concerts I've been to in a while. Don't know if we will see two musicians of this caliber again on stage. What a treat!!!

Yelp
This place doesn't need a ton of cheering- it's a very well run stadium with great food and beverage options as well as the home to the best baseball team! GO CARDS!

Yelp
One off the nicest ball parks I've ever been to. So much to do around the ball park. Great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend

Yelp
Who doesn't love a good ball game?! Depending on your seats, they are nice and cushioned. The sections can be confusing at first, but there are plenty of friendly stadium staff available to answer any questions. Lots of food and drink options around and you'll pay an expensive price for it. They have a lot of souvenir items that come with your food and drinks, too, for the ball game experience. Parking is a mess. You'll have 1 spot with $40 parking, then 200 feet away, $30 parking, then $25. The good thing is, you'll do a lot of sightseeing no matter how close or far you decide to walk. The stadium is amazing and we have a good time every visit.

Yelp
I caught a Cardinals game recently when I was in St. Louis on business. The Ballpark Village is beautiful and it's designed to allow crowds of people to have a great view of everything (on a big screen) without even going into the park. You must check out the stadium area even if you're not planning to go into the park. From Wikipedia: Busch Stadium (also referred to informally as "New Busch Stadium" or "Busch Stadium III") is a baseball stadium located in St. Louis, Missouri. The stadium serves as the ballpark of Major League Baseball's St. Louis Cardinals. It has a seating capacity of 44,383,[2] with 3,706 club seats and 61 luxury suites. It replaced Busch Memorial Stadium (aka Busch Stadium II) and occupies a portion of that stadium's former footprint.

Yelp
Visited the stadium for a game (Go Cardinals!) and absolutely had to try the food! Items are made to order and served on plastic plates and in paper boxes. Ordered the bacon-wrapped hot dog, bratwurst with fries and cheese nachos. The bratwurst hit the spot - nicely caramelized, and well-paired with the sweet/sour sauerkraut. I loved the fries! Crisp exterior, tossed with a hint of ?truffle oil. On to the less-fun dish, the bacon/wrapped hot dog. I love a good bun, and this ...was not that. There was a stark difference in the dough and baking between the hotdog bun and the bratwurst bun. Nachos were a salty, cheesy hit, easy to down between innings. The next time you're out there to catch a game, try the bratwurst!

Yelp
Had a great time at the Baseball game. It was Make-a-Wish Day at the ballpark. I have been a volunteer with them for a year. We had great seats Be sure to bring your sunglasses and suntan lotion it was definitely needed. I enjoyed some pulled pork nachos. They were delicious and a very nice portion. They had the Fredbird hat giveaway. We missed it. Get their early if it's a promo game day! Parking is pretty hefty $35+. They are very generous and do allow you to bring in outside food and drink. Lots of great ticket price offerings. Let's go Cards!

Yelp
The 703 Suite (703 comes from the number of Pujol's home runs) is an all inclusive experience at the ballpark! You'll find yourself scooping up delicious food & beverages inside a nice AC suite. If you want to be outside then you'll be outside under a large covered area with a beautiful view of the field! Don't forget to get yourself delicious soft serve!

Yelp
After years of going to the old stadium, I finally had a chance to visit St. Louis again and see our favorite Cardinals play in the newest stadium. It's just a wonderfully inspiring structure, and i loved the ballpark architecture and the skyline views it now allows. We were in suite 315, and my family enjoyed being able to sit in bleachers or stay inside with the AC. Our servers were so friendly, and the food was top-notch, brisquet, shrimp, and of course nachos and hot dogs were just a few items we were offered. Cocktails and drinks were readily prepared and spot on by our sweet lady tender. A dessert cart came in full of various goodies and the kids and adults were even happier after that. Visited the shops inside and watched the kids run the bases after the game. Parking was $30 but it was at the door..almost. loved my day at Busch stadium and would love to do this again.

Yelp
Always a great time at a Cardinals game. My husband and I go several times a season. St Louis is proud of their Cardinals. There are no bad seats in the stadium. Food is expensive but good. My treat is usually the vegan tacos at Mission Taco and a beer. Tonight they brought home a winner! Go Cards!

Yelp
Great way to watch one of the last weekend games. Great view from section 253. Lot of vendors here are cashless so be prepared to use your debit or cc. We couldn't have asked for a better night. Solid win and the end they had a mini concert from Wainwright himself! I really liked the stadium when it was really dark. Never saw a concert there before, but it is neat. To end off they had fireworks after his performance.

Yelp
Was i a suite for the business man special today. Great food, good drinks, but unfortunately the game was rain delayed and I didn't stay until the delay was over. But good time anyway!

Yelp
We took a stadium tour with Rob on 12/23, who was very knowledgeable, personable, and all-around awesome. We learned so much about the history of the Cardinals team and stadiums and saw incredible areas and artifacts. I came out of the tour a Cardinals fan. The photographer and two women working security were also all beyond kind. Midwestern hospitality is real and alive at Busch Stadium! They made our entire trip worth it. We left with a great impression of Busch Stadium, St. Louis, and Missouri as a whole. I can't wait to go back to see a game. Must see and must do!!

Yelp
My son, nephew and I have an annual tradition to go watch our Astros play in another city. This year, we decided on Busch Stadium in St. Louis. In all my research, Busch Stadium always ranks as one of the best stadiums in the MLB and after visiting, I would have to agree. Located smack dab in downtown, this open air stadium is absolutely beautiful. Built in 2006, it still feels new and well taken care of. There's a Ballpark Village directly across with all kinds of cool stores and restaurants as well as bars and restaurants that have views right into the stadium. They have ballpark tours with different options on the type of tour you want. We did a 360 tour which basically takes you to all the cool spots with the best views. We met up with our group and two Jeffs were in charge of our group tour. The staff and fan base have to be the nicest I have ever encountered. They made us feel welcomed not only during the tour, but also during the game as well. As an Astros fan, we get quite a bit of heckling anywhere we go. Not here! The tour was awesome. We got to go on the field, into their dugout, through the tunnels to their clubhouse, media room, and upper and lower level best views. We hit every corner of that park without the crowds. This gave us time to really enjoy the game without trying to cram in some exploring time. I highly recommend the tour. The game time experience was also fun. We were close to the field and really enjoyed the open air with great views all around. We had great BBQ in the Ballpark Village, but still explored our options at the game. Food wise, I would say they didn't have too many unique items that we seek out. The nachos and drinks we had hit the spot though. It was definitely a top notch experience at Busch Stadium and I would gladly return if in the area!
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
Great place to catch a Cardinals game so a concert. Gates usually open 1 1/2 hours before game and there are so many food options available, how much you spend is up to you. Ballpark Village is a great experience if you have the time.

Yelp
This review is written by a person who knows very little about baseball and doesn't live in St. Louis, so feel free to skip over my review. But as an out-of-towner, I had a great time watching my first Cardinals game! Busch Stadium is huge and awesome, the fans are loyal and enthused, and honestly: Who doesn't like watching a baseball game? Even if you have no idea what's going on during the game (like me), you will probably have a good experience here. Busch Stadium has a very big courtyard called Ballpark Village that has lots of space to sit and relax and hang out before the game. There are a few restaurants, places to grab a drink, and spots to take photos. We sat pretty far up in the stadium, which I kind of liked because I felt like I could see everything that was happening: the game, but also the reaction of the crowd. Because I'm baseball illiterate and have no idea what's happening from one minute to the next, I rely on the reaction of the crowd to tell me if I should clap or not. I'm pretty sure the Cardinals got fewer points than the team they were playing during the game that I watched, so the game ended a little somberly. But you wouldn't know if from the vibe of the crowd. People were pretty happy just having watched a game. I liked that.

Yelp
If you haven't been to the Budweiser 703 club (brand new this year) you MUST get yourself a ticket to go. It is such a great experience and definitely worth the splurge of an all inclusive ticket. We got a huge group together to go on Friday night against the cubs. My friend made the ticket purchases and sent me my ticket on the Ballpark app. The entrance to the club is super close to ballpark village, so really easy to find and access. You walk up the stairs, show your ticket, and receive a wristband. The insane (air conditioned) area is huge. Tons of seating and TVs to watch if you're inside grabbing a drink/ food, and lots of outdoor covered seating. Your ticket comes with a full service bar: mixed drinks, seltzers, beer, frozen drinks, and Coke products. The food stations are wild with how good they are and the variety! Stone fired pizza, pasta, brats/ hot dogs, nacho bar, dessert station, and grab and go snacks. My favorite thing I had was the pasta. The gates open 1 1/2 hours prior to the game start, so definitely recommend getting there early to get some good food/ drink time in. I would definitely return- great for groups!

Yelp
We purposely planned our Missouri trip when our Houston Astros were playing the Cardinals. My husband and I LOVED Busch Stadium. This is one of our favorite stadiums we have visited thus far. As much as we enjoy our (covered, AC) Minute Maid Park, there is something special about the open air stadiums. We sat in section 451 (behind home plate, second row from the top) and we had the most GORGEOUS breeze. In addition, the skyline view is AMAZING. One of the best we have seen. Once our team was up 9-0 (slight dig but had to add that in), we decided would go down to the main level and walk around. There are so many concession options. Honestly, I didn't check out too many prices as we BROUGHT IN OUR OWN FOOD. Seriously... I didn't see too many others doing that but you could bring in stuff and save $$$. (We brought in nachos, cotton candy, sunflower seeds and bottles of water.) We did venture into hell... I mean the kids area (Family Pavilion). It was crowded, hot and smelled. We literally walked through and even our kids didn't want to be in there. The look of misery was upon all the parents faces who were stuck down there. "Where's George?" ...He didn't make it. I honestly don't know if I would recommend this amenity. As for the staff, everyone seemed nice. The lady at security who said to us, "Welcome... but we hope you lose" actually jinxed the Cardinals. We won 14-0 (ouch). Location was nice. Easy to get to right off the highway. I love ballparks in downtowns. Such a fun vibe. Wish we had time to check out the area adjacent to the stadium. We paid for parking ahead of time. Saved about $10. All in all, beautiful park. Would LOVE to come back!

Yelp
Busch Stadium is a staple of St. Louis, even if you are not a fan of baseball, Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village has much more to offer. The place is beautiful and has all kinds of eateries in and near the stadium. What I also love about Busch Stadium is that you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks inside the stadium. I'll continue to visit at least one time a year. Even if not for a game just to hang out at Ballpark Village.
google avatar

Alison M.

Yelp
Finally visited Busch stadium with my husband last week to see a Cardinals game. I was impressed with the Ballpark Village area around the stadium. It is well-done with plenty of parking, walking access, shopping, dining and some nice hotels. The areas around the village when you walk a few blocks away and walk to the Gateway Arch and those areas are somewhat surprisingly rundown with pothole covered roads and closed and shuttered hotels. So that was a bit off.... but the area of the Stadium and village are lively and thriving. We easily found parking, dined, had it validated and only paid about $12 for front row parking for nearly all day long! The food options at the stadium were very nice, the apparel shops were clean and well-stocked with tons of items to choose from and staff were eager to help when asked. All in all - we loved the vibe and atmosphere - people were having a good time and we easily found our seats and enjoyed ourselves. Now I know what "Cardinals Nation" is all about.

Yelp
Oh me, Oh my this place is special. The best ballpark in the MLB(not biased). The best backdrop in baseball with the best fans in baseball. You don't want to be the enemy team walking into this place in october. Food is exquisitely amazing. The XXXL slice of cheese pizza is just so so juicy. Busch Stadium just might be heaven on earth.
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
The Busch Stadium tour was impressive. Tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Visited the press box, home dugout, and warning track behind home plate. I would've loved to go to the clubhouse, but that was not open on this tour. I've done several stadium tours, and they have all been great, if you're off-season, it's wonderful to see the ballpark regardless. As a Dodgers fan and wearing my team's gear, I caught a little friendly grief, as I should. Friendly grief... that's what fandom is all about. Recommend for all baseball fans!

Yelp
Attended the Upper Deck golf event. They did a great job. It was well organized and a lot of fun.

Yelp
This ballpark is awesome. With the arch in the background and all the red seats makes it look great. The fans are super respectful and love a good play no matter the team. They got good ballpark food and plenty of spots for drinks as well. I went to two games one in the all you can eat and drink seats, one in the 100 level. Both games were fun to watch but I highly recommend the all you can eat and drink seats. They had good food and drink options leaving me very satisfied when I was leaving. If you have never gone to a Cardinals game make sure to make one when in town. The environment is amazing and I had a blast!

Yelp
First time going to a ball game! I had a time. Loved all the crowd involvement and the souvenirs. We were given bubbleheads. Such a fun time, I'm a ball game goer now yall!

Yelp
Very nice stadium. Spacious, semi-modern, with alot of history. Zero references to Mark McGwire. But it has an AMAZING back shot of the skyline. San Diego has a good one, but this one is really really nice.

Yelp
Absolutely loved seeing the home opener here this year -- even as a Jays fan in attendance! Getting into the stadium was seamless. Loved all of the events happening outside too. Staff were friendly and helpful + sitting in the Red Bird Club seats had an incredible view. Truth is, I'm not sure there's a bad seat in the place. Tons of food and drink options (at expected stadium prices) and considering lines, staff was super efficient. Dare I say, let's go Birds! (As a jays fan, respectfully!) If you're in STL -- cardinals fan or not, take in a game -- I had a blast!

Yelp
Busch stadium has what great ballparks should: Great lines, good views, classic colors, wonderful culinary smells. It's consistently one of the most well attended parks in MLB and the the fans generally are kind and cheer good plays regardless of team. It has a classic feel with all of the accouterments that fans have come to expect. Props for the local food vendor inclusion this year! It's one of the my happy places in the city.
google avatar

Wil M.

Yelp
One of the best stadiums in baseball, wide lanes for walking, no matter where you're sitting you have an excellent view of the field. The updated sound systems allow the music and announcers voices to come in clearly. they have a wide range of food and beer as well as multiple gift shops for memorabilia purchases. This is an excellent place to go to a game and spend with friends and family on a nice summer day
google avatar

Yelp
My favorite baseball stadium! There is always such a happy atmosphere with Cards Nation. The food options are THE best! The bacon wrapped hot dog place is my most favorite and is a must try. Tickets are normally pretty reasonable priced, even cheap. This is a great family or friend place. Parking options are close by. Ballpark Village is next to the stadium and makes a great pre or post game about spot.

Yelp
I love the atmosphere. St Louis has the best fans in baseball. This is the best stadium in baseball. The place is clean and well kept. It is a perfect place to watch baseball. The staff are always helpful and courteous. The food is great too. They have great promotional items as well. There are so many things to do that you can do it all in a day. They involve the fans in everything. This makes you glad that you are a St Louis Cardinals fan. The atmosphere is great. Walking into the stadium, the staff gave me Cardinals Hoodie. Then I saw a life-size bobble head of a Cardinals great. I saw the Cardinals Gift Shop. Then I turned my head and noticed a beautiful Cardinals Ford Truck. I was hoping I could sign up to win the truck. Unfortunately, I didn't see any form to fill out. I stopped and got a huge beef nachos on my way to my seat. Once in my seat, I saw a beautiful stadium. I don't believe there is a bad view in the stadium.

Yelp
This is my first time in St. Louis (for a national conference) and Busch Stadium. It was fantastic watching the Cardinals and San Francisco Giants game tonight. The entire stadium is beautiful. The details of the entire ballpark is well designed and the result is a breathtaking venue. There were a lot of food options. It would take forever to explore all of them. But fun for sure. Fans were friendly everywhere we went. My friends and I lucked out and had great seats too. As a tourist visiting for the first time, it was very impressive. I highly recommend to all visitors to come and visit the stadium and catch a ball game! You'll be in awe at all that is there is at Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village---in Cardinal Nation!

Yelp
This is a review from the standpoint of a non baseball fan. We were in STL for a wedding and randomly my husband mentioned there'd be a Cardinals game while we're there. Since I wanted to do something he'd enjoy I agreed to go. We have a four-year-old and a two-year-old. Getting there was super easy. There was normal game day traffic, but we easily stumbled upon a parking garage that was $30. Seemed reasonable and was easy to walk to the stadium. Being an open air stadium, make sure you wear sunscreen. It got hot and during a 1:15 p.m. game most of the seats were in the sun. We just got standing tickets (which honestly, I'd never do again, I didn't realize how much I enjoy seats), which meant that we could stand any place there was a yellow line. This is a genius idea. For people who rather walk around most of the game, it's a cheap way to just get in. We rarely watched any of the game, since we were with the kids in the kid zone. A random person gave my husband that son tickets when they saw them standing, so we did end up with really great seats in section 163. We sat there for a little bit, but it was way too sunny and my son liked the family zone better. The family zone has a play structure for bigger kids and a play structure for smaller kids. The smaller kid one is for 42 inches and shorter. Both are fantastic. They get super packed. I talked with one of the workers and she said this was her form of birth control (in a humorous way, she was great to talk withh). Very, very fair. The kids were crawling all over each other and being super rambunctious. At one point it seemed like they blocked it off to stop more kids from coming in. The best time to be there is right when the game starts. It pretty much clears out. This means you don't care about the game, but for us, that was perfect. I wish they had more food selection. I searched online for a little bit while we were there to see what people recommend, but nothing really stood out. I ended up going with the standard hot dog. I'm very surprised they let you bring food in. Props to them for that. They also have water fountains throughout the stadium so you don't have to pay $6 for water bottles if you don't want to (I bought three before figuring this out).

Yelp
WOW! It was my first time going to the new Busch stadium and it was well worth the wait! Everyone I encountered during my visit really embodied that midwestern hospitality spirit from the women who held up signs showing bag size rules, to security, to all the people I had to ask where to find my seat. I forget which food stand I went to get a hot dog, but it was in the Infield Redbird Club section. The hotdog was exactly what I wanted although I was expecting "jumbo" since that was the name they gave it, but it was pretty regular sized to me. It came with fries which were just OK. I was so stuffed from the hot dog that I ended up throwing the rest of the fries away. That combo was $15 and then my bf ordered a chicken sandwich totally to $25.85, pretty steep, but it's Busch stadium. I also parked in the Starr lot which was $20, $22 after tax. I used the ballpark app for convenience. The car in front of us was totally not prepared and had us wait behind her for a solid 15 min because she couldn't find any cash and ended up driving off and leaving. (don't be her) Otherwise there was another lot where you could pay by the hour, another lot was $15, another $30. I opted for the Starr lot since it was heavily guarded with a cop patrol car. $22 is worth the peace of mind. Game was Cards vs. Rockies. We saw 2 home runs and I LOVE fireworks so it was a wonderful surprise to see them set some off every time there was a home run! There were also 2 foul balls that flew towards us which was cool and actually a ton everywhere else which left me wondering, how many balls do they go through a game?! Side note: I saw someone I went to elementary school with and someone I grew up with from middle school. Small world, big stadium!

Yelp
This stadium had such a great atmosphere, everyone there was so nice and friendly. The stadium was clean and had open areas around the stadium and in the stadium to hangout. There was a place for children so they could enjoy the game. The prices there were also cheap, I was able to get a meal for 4 people plus drinks for around $60 and at Wrigley field that would have cost around $100. There was a lot of things to try out there with all of the stands for free stuff, the stadium was hading out free Hi-Chew and other things. Also being able to get out of the stadium was really easy with all the exits and you were able to be on the highway in about 5 minutes, at Wrigleyville it could take up to an hour just to get to the highway.

Yelp
I have loved this stadium since day one! The design of it is spectacular & how it sets in Downtown STL really helps set it off with everything around it!

Yelp
I absolutely love watching the St. Louis Cardinals play baseball at Busch Stadium! The stadium is always clean. The workers are friendly and there are plenty of people available to help you find your seat. There are a lot of concession stands so you dont have to wait very long for your food. Great experience!

Yelp
Other than our pitching game was enjoyable. Fries and Hotdog was great. Good service. Cardinals seem uninterested tonight though

Yelp
Super short one here. This is an EPIC stadium! Probably the best or second best in baseball (Petco rocks as well) Even watching a little league game here would be cool but seeing the Cards win on a walkoff double in the tenth was incredible!! The place is clean, beautifully kept and the folks are all very cool. Food and drinks are 70% or less than you pay in LA stadiums and there are tons of choices. Very much worth a trip to the ballpark!!
