"JINYA Ramen Bar, Miracle Mile. This noodle bar offers steaming, generous portions of well-presented, delicious ramen in all kinds of enticing combos. If you love garlic, you’ve got to try the Cha Cha Cha, made with Jinya’s pork broth and crispy garlic. You specify the thickness of the noodle and spice level, and choose great add-ons like seasoned egg and seaweed. The menu also offers creative tapas — try the Shrimp Toast or Salmon Cilantro Sashimi."

"On Wednesday, the Mid-Wilshire location of Jinya Ramen Bar will open as a new ramen and hand roll restaurant called Bushi by Jinya. The chain’s flip comes quick, as Jinya Ramen Bar only closed April 27 to make some quick cosmetic changes and emerge as the new Bushi. Bushi’s focus will expand to include hand rolls (a dish that KazuNori has helped make impressively popular around Los Angeles) and ramen inspired by Fukuoka cuisine, which is also the birthplace of tonkotsu ramen. Bushi will offer vegan, chicken, and tonkatsu broths to accompany three-day dry-aged noodles that vary from thin to thick Mazesoba noodles. About those hand rolls: Bushi is sourcing the nori straight out of Japan from the Ariake Sea. Bushi by Jinya is jumping into the game with a known name, which should help its long-term survival chances in a heavily-saturated ramen and raw seafood town. Jinya’s parent company La Brea Dining Group first introduced Jinya Ramen Bar to the U.S. market in 2010 before following up with Robata Jinya, and in the years since have established themselves around Los Angeles and the U.S. with over 26 locations throughout North America." - Mona Holmes

Spicy vegan ramen thick noodle $14, Spicy Soul Red Ramen thick noodle $14 and Soul black ramen thin noodle are all great! Broth is good. Not overly salty or oily place. For $4, you can add the combination salad + side dish is super worth it. Suggested by ex-staff Thi -- tks! Love the place! I've have experienced lunch dine-in, and delivery. Parking lot is small and compact. Small restaurant best for party of less than 4.

Some of the best ramen I’ve eaten in the States. A little pricey, but worth every penny. There isn’t any alcohol though. A cold beer and hot noodles would be the best combo!

I really like the place. The appetiters were favorful and their ramen had the right amount of everything. It's really as close to what you would get at a authentic place. I think this place is better than silverlake ramen. The pork at bushi is a a better cut. I would really recommend.

JINYA no longer exists, BUSHI is their new name. Ok, so you are wondering what their food is like, here is what I thought. Pork Kyoza with their secret sauce, solid 9/10 and free water all for $5.94!!! Great food, great prices, go get you some good food!

This place is a true gem considering its proximity to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This was arguably some of the best ramen I have had outside of Japan. The pork chashu isn't that great, so go for one of their other options. There is a lot of customizability when it comes to their ramen, so you really can create the ramen of your dreams! I ordered the signature and just added minced garlic, crispy garlic, and sesame seeds.

I'll try to evaluate objectively. we ordered chicken ramen and kari with rice. both dishes were not too tasty. but also not by the ovate. in the restaurant very little space and because of its great popularity there are always a lot of people and not always have a place for sit. in the plaza very small parking. in the toilet the ventilation was not working and there was a terrible stench. the staff was not very friendly. I will not return in this place.

Awesome ramen with al dente noodles and creamy broth. We got the pork miso ramen and the spicy chicken ramen. Both tasted awesome. Loved the soup which tastes really comforting. It's one of the better ramens we had in the states. We got there early and didn't have to queue. However the queu built up after we left the place. So be sure to be they're early to beat the crowd. It was value for money too!
