19 Great Places To Drink Coffee In London

"Don’t mistake this tiny coffee shop next to Harringay railway station for a commuter stop. Sure, you can grab a takeaway cup for the ride from this leafy north London hilltop to the City, but you’d be missing out. What you should really do is squeeze in around the single triangular table and get involved with a different side of London—one where strangers become friends over good coffee and excellent toasted crumpet sandwiches." - oliver feldman, heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak

This is a lovely small coffee shop. They mainly use AllPress beans, which I really like the taste of. There’s some outdoor seating where you can enjoy a nice coffee when the weather’s good. They also sell croissants, sandwiches, jars of honey, and other pastries. It’s right next door to Haringey Station, so it’s a very convenient spot to grab a coffee before hopping on the train. I enjoyed a lovely long black here — the staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely recommend it!

Truly appalling coffee. The milk was way too hot and the coffee flavour was absent. We took the coffees back and asked them to remake it. The staff challenged this request and then remade it, asking us to confirm if we wanted two shots in each of the flat whites. They remade the coffees and the second attempt was marginally better, but clearly these staff have not been trained on how to make coffee. Unjustifiable for the cost and the clear "speciality coffee" branding.

Coffee is 5 stars excellent 👍 Food is ok and reasonably priced but lacking seasoning Service is friendly but slow. We'll be back, just for the coffee ☕ alone.

The loveliest coffee shop and people, they’re always so friendly and attentive. Delicious coffee, a real community gem.

Google
Such a lovely coffee shop but every time we’ve been here the coffee has been bad :( such a shame as it’s a great spot. Would recommend the owners really invest in training their staff properly ❤️ Would love to come here more but I can’t justify paying £4-5 when I can make a better cup at home!

Absolutely delighted to share my experience at this quaint coffee shop. From the moment you walk in, you're enveloped in a cozy ambiance that feels like a warm hug. The staff are genuinely friendly and makes you feel right at home. But the real star of the show is their almond croissant. Flaky, buttery layers meld perfectly with a rich almond filling that's both sweet and nutty. Each bite is a mini-revelation, elevating the humble croissant into a culinary masterpiece. Pair it with one of their expertly brewed coffees, and you've got the perfect recipe for a morning or afternoon well-spent. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!
