First time here. Our first observation was a tad bit upscale for a brew joint, but we like that. A tad upscale provides the little touches that makes a place special. Our service was amazing, Cam did a phenomenon job and would love to have him again. The food was great. I had the BB Burger and the wife the Ceasar Salad. Both were amazing. The burger wasn't sloppy with too much stuff and every flavor came through. The chicken in the salad had a slight lemon flavor that wasn't overpowering but just enough to taste. 5⭐️ experience...great job!!

2 hour wait at HobNob, no problem. Butcher and Brew had a table ready with popcorn to snack on. Chicken bacon ranch sandwich and Farm bowl were delicious.

Updated Dec 2024-5 stars This time we tried the Voodoo wings & BB Burger both were excellent! The Voodoo wings is such a unique wings sauce and very craveable. The burgers were juicy and very filling(I took half home) and the fries & chips were great also! Will definitely be back and might try the chicken sandwich with Voodoo wing sauce next time! June 2024- 4 stars Friendly server, nice breeze and view. Sat outside because it was a beautiful day and love that their patio is covered/shaded. Ordered the Caesar salad added chicken. I appreciated that the grilled chicken was warm and juicy but the Caesar salad overall was pretty bland and lacking. The croutons were very large and very hard, so I didn't eat those however, I definitely feel for a $20 salad it should've at least come with parmesean cheese(shaved) and maybe even the option of anchovies since real Caesar dressing is made with them. This dressing was bland, didn't taste like it had any in it, so just my suggestion since the server said the dressings are made in house. I would give them another shot and try their burger next time.

Google
Excellent service from everyone and the food better than expected! First, they bring popcorn and water for starters then take your order. I got the Game Over sandwich - and it was a good size - with side of Mac & Cheese. For dessert, I chose the Toffee Pudding which came heated with whipped cream on top. Not a beer drinker, but they did have an interesting selection. Plenty of outdoor seating and decent size bar area, pretty cool place.

The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was yummy (Veggie sandwich pictured).

I was in the area to get a facial but had time to kill and needed a bite to eat. After leaving the Parking garage this is the first place I ran into. I walked through the door and asked for a table for 1. The wait staff immediately came over and greeted me with a complimentary bowl of popcorn!! If you know me, you know I LOVE popcorn. I tell myself it’s good for me because it has fiber. Anyway, I opted to order the tropical bowl and the truffle Parmesan fries. Yes, a healthy dish and some junk food!! My order came out in no time. I was actually really surprised at how quick the food was ready. I enjoyed the fries, although I would say they have a more Parmesan than truffle taste. The bowl was huge and beautiful. It was full of healthy items and actually kept me full for the rest of the day! Overall I would say this is a spot to check out for petty decent food. If you are in the area stop in and at least try the complimentary popcorn! Well order, something so you can get the popcorn!

The food was AMAZING! The service was quick & extremely friendly despite almost every table was filled. Didn’t have a long wait for a table either, which is rare for a Saturday night. Definitely recommend this location!!

Google
I was dubious. I was wrong. Their food was fantastic. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. The only thing that I thought they could improve was their salmon. It was slightly overcooked; but only a little. It's pretty nit picky. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I recommend the fried cauliflower, and of their bowls. Add shrimp with a LITTLE Cajun seasoning. Our server was excellent as well.

Yelp
Please excuse the long review but the first 2/3rds are about the movie theater, but the last part is the important part. Thank Mia and staff for helping save the afternoon. I honestly hate to do this. I usually leave great reviews, but at this point I've got say something. We have 3 issues at the theater. It's never the servers or servers. . It's the front desk. The first time was this summer, I bought tickets for my daughter and her babysitter to go to a Pixar movie on a Tuesday at around 1230. When they arrived the sister and my daughter were turned away because she was only 18. Maybe that's my bad. I mean a Pixar move at noon and they can't see because there is a bar in there. Then we took my daughter later that week on the weekend, order about $120 worth of food and then there was a fire issue, so we had to leave the theater for about an hour. They did not offer to recook food or even hit it back up. Finally, today I tried to take my daughter there, mind you this is a dinner theater for lunch and a move. I guess there was a storm the other night, so they could not offer any AC, food or popcorn. We arrived about 30 min early. . So I told them I run to a restaurant and grab something and be right back. My daughter had a soda and I had a water and we got a turkey club to go. At Halcyon that's about $50 bucks. Don't care so much about the money, but when we got to the theater he like you can't bring that in here. Normally, I totally get that. But in this case you think they could make an exception, since we were not told. A we can't when we asked 30 min before and be they can't provide the services they offered to provide nor did they say anything about it prior to tickets being purchased. I understand there rules but there is also common sense that should be applied. I do want to give a shout out Butcher and Brew at Halcyon, our server Mia was awesome and even know we left with our toga and came back to eat it in the restaurant 10 min later, she gave my daughter a popcorn and help save the afternoon. Can't thank the staff and Mia enough!! You all rule. Thx Bob

Yelp
So much fun! We went here on Valentine's Day with no reservations, but ended up making one with the host at the front. As we waited we walked around the outdoor mall then made our way to the bar inside once enough spots opened up. Such great craft cocktails! Their cocktails were so unique and had some flavors I haven't seen in other places. The ambience was lovely and dark, which made everything feel so intimate. Once we sat at our table we had a complimentary champagne toast and bought a bottle of wine. The wine was presented professionally and was a tasteful Spanish red. I had the pasta which was good, not much to note on it. The waitress seemed fairly new and forgot to put in my husband's meal so he had to wait a while for his food. All in all, it was very good. I'm not sure if it's worth the hefty price tag that comes along with it but it was a nice experience nonetheless.

Yelp
Have been to the Halcyon location a couple of times for Sunday brunch. This location is great for a larger party and has a lot of outdoor seating as well as indoor. It is much larger than its Main Street location. Plus parking is way easier since you have the free parking option of the parking garage at Halcyon. My first visit I had the 10am Burger. This was my first time trying pastrami and I think I'm hooked. I think about this burger probably more than one should think about burgers lol I'm not really a fan of their fries so I just let my friend have them. My second trip there I had the frittata. Yeah I probably wouldn't order this again. It was like eating flavorless egg whites that had a few pieces of sausage under it. When I hear frittata I expect essentially a Spanish omelette where the ingredients are mixed in the egg and baked. My friend wasn't happy with his either. He got a Sir Crunch A Lot. We actually ended up swapping both our drinks and our meals lol then we were happy. The Sir Crunch A Lot is basically like a hot ham and cheese sandwich with melted goodness on the outside. Or as Le Madeleine would call it, a Croque Monsieur. One thing I didn't realize till I asked, you are able to sample any of the beverages on the chalkboard before actually having to order it. This is now our go to place it seems for brunch.

Yelp
We tried the new menu at the Halcyon location and found it to be really overpriced and not as good as the old menu minus the mussels. I got the chicken sandwich for $15 and it came with no side so I got the side Caesar for $8. Another person ordered the French dip which was $25 with no side! For that price is needs to be an amazing French dip and sadly it was not. She only ate half of it and said the meat was fatty and didn't have much taste. She also got the side salad so a French dip with a side was $33. I think that's way too steep for what you're getting. I preferred the old chicken sandwich and the bowls. My husband did enjoy his mussels dish so if I return I'll try the salad as an entree.

Yelp
Butcher & Brew is one of my favorite restaurants at Halcyon. I think it has prime location as it is located right on the green and only steps away from the food hall and the parking deck. They offer both outdoor and indoor seating. I've been here a handful of times and every time I go the service is great and the servers are very personable. They recently celebrated their grand re-opening to showcase their new gastro-pub inspired menu. Here are some of the things I tried. For drinks, I tried "I got that Bubbly", "Dear Summer", "Search & Rescue". I am definitely a bubbles girl, so naturally my favorite was the one with a prosecco base. The other two cocktails were great if you like your drinks a bit on the fruity side. All three drinks were very aesthetic and easy to photograph if that is important to you as well. For starters, I tried the fried bread and ricotta dumplings. These were my top 2 favorites I ordered from the night. If you order anything , be sure to order these two things. The syrup drizzle they use on the friend bread is out of this world and the serving size of the dumplings is huge for an appetizer. These two items will be a crowd pleaser at the table for sure! For the main entrees, I tried the Double BB Burger, Horseradish Crusted Salmon & the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. I was not a fan of the flavors in the salmon dish, but I loved the chicken dinner! The BB Burger is a classic and comes with fries on the side. What's not to love about this? Both the burger and the chicken dinner are very filling and flavorful. Be sure to save room for dessert too! I tried the Black Forest Cake and the Toffee Pudding and both are worth ordering!

Yelp
First time here, pretty laid back environment. They have a good drink selection. The food is also decent, a nice variety and good portions. Also, not a big deal but we got the onion dip- comes with chips, carrot sticks and some celery. We asked for more celery and was charged like 4 bucks for the few sticks of extra celery? Felt a little nickel and dimed. Another thing I found strange was that they charge you a credit card fee. I can't remember the last time I was charged a credit card fee at a restaurant. If you're in the area, wouldn't be a bad time to check it out, but maybe bring cash if you don't want to be charged to pay with your credit card.

Yelp
I met a friend for dinner at the Halcyon, and we decided to try Butcher and Brew. Neither of us had been before, but we have both noticed it looks nice when we have been at Halcyon on other occasions. It is a gastropub and is really nice inside. We had a great experience, and our server was friendly and helped us decide what to order. They brought out complimentary seasoned popcorn, which is super unique, and it was delicious and fun to snack on while we waited for our food. I ordered the Nopsi (shrimp po boy) and it was good. The mac and cheese was delicious. I would highly recommend ordering that as a side! They have a great tap list, if you are into craft beer or cider. I ordered a cider when I was there. Definitely check it out if you haven't!

Manuel M.

Yelp
Finally was able to try this darned sandwich, had tried twice before only to be told they ran out... (frustration).... It was ok, just ok.... I would come back here just because Allen is a nice place and it's conveniently located in the square, good but nothing to write home about.

Jelicia R.

Yelp
I stopped by Butcher & Brew and decided on the Greek bowl with chicken. The meal itself was quite tasty, living up to the culinary promise. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary popcorn--it added a playful and welcoming touch to the table setting. The service was on the slower side, which was noticeable, but it wasn't enough to dampen the overall experience. All things considered, Butcher & Brew earns a well-deserved 4 stars from me.

Stan D.

Yelp
Nice location, can watch what's happening in the courtyard. Had the BB burger with bacon. I thought it was good. The bacon was a little limp for me. I like it crispy.

Kristen T.

Yelp
Butcher & Brew located in the halcyon is very centrally located to all the action. They have seating outside which allows you to view whatever might be happening in the center or alternatively is great for people watching. Free parking is located in the garage and we have never had any trouble finding a spot. We grabbed sandwiches here while a friend was visiting from out of town. Our server was sweet and provided nice service throughout. It was a very overcast day so the restaurant was empty. We were literally the only table and we sat outside. I had my baby with me so I honestly didn't sit at the table the entirety of our brief visit as I was just pushing her around in her stroller. The fact we were able to dine so very casually that way was a plus for sure. We were brought free popcorn to start which everyone seemed to enjoy. The fries were good & the Nopsi was amazing. It had so many different flavors and textures and the bread was perfect. The one critique is the amount of shrimp. I easily would have preferred twice that amount - or even a way to pay for double protein would have been awesome. Either way it really was a delightful sandwich. The Game Over was too "porky" for me, but if you love pork it might be a great option. I had a bite of the Gustavo and it was good, but nothing special. Would absolutely return for the Nopsi though! It is killer.

Jason H.

Yelp
New Butcher & Brew menu is fantastic! Top notch service, drink menu and ambiance upgrades! Awesome!

Nicole L.

Yelp
Everything in the area is over priced. Everything was fine I had a salad and a beer. It took a while for my food to get to the table. The service was great! Everyone was kind and on top of service. The atmosphere is fun. We ate outdoors on a nice sunny day. There were people hanging out in the square near the restaurant.

Scott C.

Yelp
I stopped going since they changed the menu. It's too expensive and not enough healthy options (sides are all too unhealthy for me). I liked the old menu much better (though they've always lacked healthy sides).

Yelp
This was our first visit. We came during the day on Thursday when it wasn't too busy. We were greeted immediately and told we could sit wherever we liked. Two different people brought us water and asked if we had any questions. I got the daily special "holiday hustle" cocktail and my Husband had a beer. The drink Was flavorful and strong. I also had a La Tortuga cocktail which was smaller but still robust (little too much banana flavor for my liking). We only ordered parmesan truffle fries because we were there just for a drink. They were delicious and pilled high. Overall good visit with great service from Shyla.

Jade M.

Yelp
This bar was so good we had lunch and dinner here. The music was great - lots of 90s alternative. The bartender was friendly. Then at lunch we watched a football game and ate again. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is way better than it had to be!

Mladen Z.

Yelp
Awesome food, service, and beer selection. The atmosphere is pretty laid back. I'd definitely come back. Shoutout to Christian, who provided outstanding service.

Jyoti M.

Yelp
Butcher & Brew in Halcyon is not to miss! It is a cute astheticThey bring out popcorn complimentary to the table which I found unique and nice lil' snack to pair with brews and drinks. In my party, we got the #4 beer that was similar to a blue moon and an old fashion. The service was good and we were checked-in on multiple times. My personal favorite appetizers were the Jerky BBQ Nachos and the Fried Cauliflower

Miranda C.

Yelp
Visited on a Friday night there was no wait! The inside was nice and cool which is needed for these 90 degree days! When you sit down they give you complimentary salted popcorn to munch on which is a nice touch! Lots of local beers on top! They also have cocktails my friend tried the margarita and enjoyed it! As for the entrees I ordered the tropical bowl and really enjoyed it! There is a couple of vegetarian bowl options and I'm sure you can ask for no meat on the others! The tropical was healthy and delicious! I'll be back!

Emily D.

Yelp
Service left much to be desired and the whole restaurant smelled like chlorine. The other restaurants were packed and this one wasn't which should have been the first sign. Burger was bland with no taste - and I like bland food so the fact that this was tasteless to me showed it really had no flavor. Definitely take your money elsewhere!

Keith E.

Yelp
I wanted to try a new spot for a quick outing out on the town that's not downtown. I found the restaurant online and was drawn to the jerk chicken nachos. They are absolutely packed with flavor. Our waiter suggested them, and he was right. Off The Chain!!!!

Shannon J.

Yelp
I am a frequent lunch diner at Butcher & Brew and so disappointed in the new menu. The amazing sandwiches like Game Over are gone. They even changed the Little Gem salad. Why? Why would you remove all of the great sandwich options. The new options are just ok. I found the fried fish sandwich lacking seasoning. I still love the vibe of the place but the food option have me looking elsewhere.

Gretel Y.

Yelp
Butcher & Brew is an American gastro sports bar. This new location inside Halcyon Forsyth is their second one in Alpharetta. I haven't been to the first location, but have been to this one twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. It has a nice laid back atmosphere and casual, industrial decor. Both times we were seated immediately, despite them being busy on a Friday night. The menu is simple. One side lists wings, starters, bowls, salads, sandwiches, and a handful of sides. The other side has a list of cocktails, wine, beer, and more. Between the two visits, I tried the following: Popcorn (complimentary) Black bean hummus $9 Fried cauliflower $8 Truffle parmesan fries $8 Asian bowl $10 Paleo bowl $10 Smokey bandito $10 The apps are great! I didn't see the hummus on the menu at my last visit, but I thought it was unique (see photo) and creamy. Served with pita bread and raw veggies. The cauliflower was covered in spices and came with chicharon and a side of ginger chili aioli. The truffle parmesan fries were loaded with freshly grated parmesan and drizzled with dijonaise. Both Asian and paleo bowls have good starch to vegetable ratio. Three of the four bowls are vegetarian with the option of adding chicken, shrimp, or salmon. I chose not to add more protein since both bowls already come with an egg, and the paleo comes with bacon though I opted for none. I found the bowls to be flavorful and plenty filling without added protein! My husband ordered the nopsi, which is a fried shrimp sandwich with avocado, tomato, cole slaw, and remoulade. He loved it! We also enjoyed the cocktails we tried. The smokey bandito was exactly that, smokey and very tasty. Service was great during the first visit, but inconsistent on the second. It was on a busy friday night on their first couple weeks of reopening. The staff was probably overwhelmed but remained pleasant. They wore masks and seated customers within 5-6 feet from each other. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu!

Bridget F.

Yelp
I wish I could give 3.5 stars!!! My husband has been boycotting Butcher and Brew for quite awhile because we tried to dine there a couple of times after calling and checking hours of service only to be told they were closed once we showed up at the restaurant. He was completely correct with being unhappy given the situation. Yesterday, my son and I talked him in to taking us back. We love the popcorn and they have the best thin French Fries. My son and husband both had the Butcher and Brew Burger with fries and a had my usually Aunt Bethany Turkey Sandwich. The boys loved their burgers, but my sandwich was disappointing...it was dry- the bread and the turkey. Service started off strong, but quickly declined. My son even noticed and commented on it. It was overall disappointing and I can't say if I'll go back.

Tim S.

Yelp
The food was actually good. We had the cauliflower which was delicious and the Pastrami sandwich was quite amazing. My kids had plain burgers and fries. We received our check 1 hour and 16 minutes after we arrived. The service was so incredibly slow that we nearly walked out halfway through our visit and before we received the food. Our waiter was nice, just not very attentive and everything was super slow. Slow. Excruciatingly slow.

Michelle G.

Yelp
We were very excited to visit Halcyon what a beautiful complex! This new Butcher & Brew is big, wide open, a little loud but a great location! The service was amazing! The food was even better! We have a lot of food allergies and medical dietary restrictions but they were great! The server was so nice. They were able to make everything we wanted, double checked on ingredients. The whole process of ordering was easy and simple because the server knew the menu and everything they make is fresh! Popcorn at the table was a little salty if I had to suggest anything but other than that no complaints. All of our meals were delicious! Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The two Paleo bowls were delicious, the end game was great on the gluten free bun. We will definitely be back!

Aaron H.

Yelp
Great food and service. Plus you get free popcorn?!Definitely check this place out if you're at Halcyon!! Asian bowl is my fav

Aparajita S.

Yelp
This place has some really nice sandwiches and bowls! They offer free popcorn while you are waiting to order and it tasted really good! Not sure what the seasoning was but it added so much flavor and I liked how the popcorn wasn't greasy at all. I ordered the Sporty Spritzer cocktail and it was made really well however it was a little too sweet for my liking but overall I liked it. In addition, I ordered the truffle fries for the table, and they did not disappoint! I like how they had shoestring fries and the dijonaise sauce on top was delicious. I also went with the Gustavo sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. Despite it being a fried chicken patty, it was not super heavy and still pretty juicy. The Mac and cheese was also really yummy and not super rich. Overall I liked the place and can't wait to come back for some bowls.

Kimberly D.

Yelp
Was one of my favorite restaurants but so disappointed they changed their menu downtown Alpharetta. No reason to change their menu! It was not good and too expensive. Miss the popcorn, white bean chili, bowls, and awesome sandwiches. Had the fish sandwich and it was very salty. Fries were not what they use to be. Prime Rib sandwich was too expensive. No desire to go back.

Perry M.

Yelp
Don't order the La Floca. They're pre-mixed now and terrible. Unfortunate because it used be the best drink in halcyon

Liza A.

Yelp
The parmesan fries were absolutely delicious and the chardonnay was great. The ambiance is fun for friends along with family. The burgers are also amazing! The waiters there are also very thoughtful and attentive.

Jason D.

Yelp
Butcher & Brew is welcoming, with window seating, inside/outside and bar stools, too. With a good variety of menu items, it's difficult however not to stray away from, two of my favorites, burgers and wings. Cooked to perfection, B&B has several flavors to choose from. Tonight, we went with Whiskey & Korean BBQ and washed it down with a cold IPA from Wicked Weed (Asheville. NC).

Suzy D.

Yelp
I am a regular here for the Uber friendly staff, amazing beer lists, and the free popcorn. The white bean chili rocks!

Tasha H.

Yelp
The place my family and I initially went to Halcyon for had a 45 minute wait and we were hungry! We passed by Butcher & Brew two times trying to decide where we wanted to go, and then saw a group's food brought out. It looked delicious so we had to try it. The menu is quite limited, but I'm always off the impression that when menus are like that, that means those few things are great! I was not disappointed! I chose the B&B burger and it was so yummy. You also get complimentary popcorn. I was a little skeptical as I'm not a huge fan of popcorn and I figured it was probably stale, but listennnn... that popcorn was so delicious. I think our server refilled us 2 times! Also, I had the margarita drink and it was amazing. It was quite strong but still tasted great. I'll definitely be back here to try more menu items.

Steve C.

Yelp
First visit to this new location, we are regulars at the downtown Alpharetta store. This was also our first visit to Halcyon, which is pretty cool and will be a fantastic destination when it is completed. It was a Monday night with a moderate crowd (apx 30% full). My wife had been craving their Kaya (salmon) sandwich, but disappointly upon ordering was told that they ran out of the salmon over lunch. Instead, she ordered the Gustavo and I got the Nopsi. It took longer than usual to be served the meals, fries were less than warm but sandwiches were hot. Both sandwiches were excellent - wish I could say the same for the fries but they obviously had been sitting out a while before they were delivered to us. Hopeful this location will soon step up to the level of their other store.

Alice B.

Yelp
Ok i know everyone is trying but this was not good at all. The service was terrible only with 50%. Waited for drinks and refills for over 30 mins. Food is mediocre at best. The apps were better than my meal. Fried cauliflower and truffle fries were good. I had the power bowl and had great ingredients but totally tasteless. How about a little salt?pepper? Acid? Sweet? My husband and friend had the game over sammy. Looked dry and sides were ok. Still waiting for water and drinks again. There were flies all over the place, they had their door open with the sun blazing in our eyes. It atlanta in july get a clue shut the door and let the flies outside. Our bill for 3 people was 100 with tip. Not worth it. Dont mind paying fir great food and service. Sorry cant give them a break cuz of covid. Other restaurants are doing it right.

Maddy D.

Yelp
i am obsessed with all of the bowls. i have tried them all at this point and they are all sooo good but especially love the teriyaki and greek bowl. fries are also rly good. service can be hit or miss but the vibe is fun esp on a nice night

Rebecca H.

Yelp
I've been to the location in downtown Alpharetta, and more recently visited the new location in Halcyon Forsyth. Both were great experiences! The location at Halcyon is much bigger/roomy, has a bigger bar and more outdoor seating. I love the beer selection and how frequently they change the beers on tap so there's always something new to try. During my our most recent visit (at Halcyon) my boyfriend and I decided to try the spicy mango wings for an appetizer. While we didn't find them to be very spicy, they did have good flavor and were juicy. He got the B&B burger, which from the bite I had, was just as delicious as it looks! I got the Kaya, which basically was a salmon filet burger. It was good, but not amazing. I love salmon so maybe I'm just a little picky on how I like mine, but the sandwich just seemed a little too greasy and maybe the salmon was a little too overcooked for my taste? It just didn't have that "wow! factor" I was hoping for. The Mac and cheese, though? Amazing!! I could've just eaten a giant bowl of that and called it a night. It was creamy, cheesy and done just right. The service has always been good and the atmosphere is always positive and fun... definitely makes for an enjoyable dining experience!

Tony R.

Yelp
The hostess Isabel was very friendly and accommodating. She definitely deserves a raise for having to juggle so many patrons and bus tables. The food was good and the server very nice and polite. Highly recommended.

Grace S.

Yelp
This place was so good! The service was so amazing. Our server, Erol had great manners and laughed with us and communicated with us very well! We have 2 appetizers and they were amazing! Our family still can't get over the truffle fries and cauliflower! We ordered one of their draft the triple hazy and it was so good! Our lunches came fairly fast and the food was so good and fresh! It was one of our family members birthdays so we got a fresh coconut cream pie, so fresh and amazing! I would definitely recommend if you are coming to Alpharetta, stop at Halcyon and eat at this amazing restaurant!

Yelp
Visited last night for the first time as I just relocated to the area with my family and it's very sad because the food is very good, that the reason for 2 's if not I would give negative stars. The service is awful, the waiter was more concerned with having a conversation with what appeared to be a female interest than anything. He took our order and brought our beer order and that was the last we saw of him. I had to ask for water refill for my 2 young kids from another staff member and she was just as bad, never brought the water. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks or anything. I literally had to scream across the restaurant for my check. My tip reflected my feelings. Maybe I will consider ordering out in the future, but that might be a stretch.

Yelp
Decent food but don't order takeout. You have to find a parking place and go in to bar to pick up food. Kind of defeats the purpose of takeout.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times and the food is ok. Interesting assortment of dishes from traditional American fare to ahi tuna poke bowls. The popcorn appetizer is an interesting touch.

Yelp
Was here for the world cup game. Plenty of TVs and lively crowd. The waitress was extremely helpful and tried to help however she could, but the food was horrible. The Mac and cheese was bland, the burgers were dry, the wings were sprayed with a flavorless sauce, the fries were soggy, and then they were out of chips. Front of house 5 stars! Kitchen needs a total revamp.

Yelp
Ok an empty glass I know.. but Ryan created the Damn Good Martini for us and let me tell ya it's an empty glass for a reason! Salty, strong, 3 olives.. what more could ya ask for?! Also FREE POPCORN?! SOLD. Call it the DGM if you're cool, all of the bartenders know the special mix. Thank them, not me. Bless butcher and brew

Yelp
The food looks better than it taste. The only thing I really enjoyed was the complimentary popcorn.

Yelp
The food was so disappointing. Since moving from Texas to the Johns Creek area we have had some really great food. My 6 year old wanted the cheeseburger and it was raw when it came out. I had the paleo bowl and most of the veggies were either over cooked or barely cooked at all. The sweet potatoes were mush completely over cooked it was basically mashed potatoes. My husband had the bbq burger and said it wasn't very good. My 3 year old had the Mac n cheese and there were huge lumps of cheese that were left unmelted. I really was expecting so much more. It was our first time coming to butcher and brew as well as the halcyon. I can say I won't be back. The food was just not good and the wait staff was obviously not interested in working.

Yelp
Very nice ambience. It's a pub restaurant. Good feeling. We tried Wildleap double IPA, which was good but not hoppy enough to say double. They serve popcorns with beer which was great. Lemon salt taste to popcorns. Truffles Parmesan Fries were sooo great in taste. It was creamy, lemony and mustardy. Server Ryan was great man. Loved it and will return.
