Butter & Cream

Found this little gem of a place coincidentally, and we’re so lucky we did! We tried the brownie sundae and it was great. The brownies are really delicious. It was fresh, rich, and perfectly bake and the ice cream was soft, creamy, and absolutely delicious. A perfect combination and definitely worth a visit. Will be back to try more! 🍨🍫

Visited 2/4/26 I loved this store! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and the atmosphere was great. We were told what the most popular flavors are, and was told that we could try any flavor we want. I really like that they give the samples on REAL small spoons! It's so nice to see a small business reducing their plastic waste. The kind lady behind the counter was fantastic. Unfortunately, I'm terrible with names, so I can't give her name but it was whoever working on 2/4. She was amazing and so nice! My partner got the OG Goodness and I got the Mulled Apple Cider Sorbet that will be leaving soon, from there Fall line. They were AMAZING! My Sorbet texture was like cold Apple sauce, and tasted like straight up fresh Apple Cider from an Orchard. We were even told that that was exactly what it was! We will absolutely be visiting this little ice cream shop, which only do small batches, by the way. Would even go out of our way for such great Customer Service and phenomenal home made, hand made ice cream!

An ice cream shop that feels warm, modern and inviting. They sell some completely unique flavours that are lip smackingly delicious. I had a hard time deciding on what to have so I sampled the Honey Comb Forest, Honey Dew and Mimis Chocolate Cake. After a lot of deliberation I went for the Honey Comb Forest in a Waffle Cone. I’ve tried well over 40+ flavours of ice cream since I’ve been in the USA but this blew me away! I am so glad I decided on 2 scoops. The Waffle Cone is also a first for me and I loved it. This place should be a must try on everyone’s list. You won’t be disappointed. There isn’t much seating inside but they definitely make up for it outside the shop. The staff are wonderful. Ample parking is available.

A small ice cream shop with lots of flavors and cute decor. We tried OG goodness and Persian rose and loved both of them. Was they do keep changing some flavors. I am only taking out one star because you can't actually see the ice cream flavors and choose which I didn't like. There is also no tables inside but just two benches to sit.

Love the seating arrangement outside. Staff is helpful and friendly. Nothing about the ice cream stood out for me. Felt like I can get the same thing anywhere else. Over priced as well. Also cash not accepted which shouldn’t be a big issue now days.

Really liked the vibe at this place. Went on a Saturday night and it was very busy but the two workers were on it. The ice cream was great, I'm basic and got vanilla but my friend who tried the apple cider says it was amazing. One cool thing I noticed is that they have pup cups, they also have ice cream sandwiches and if I remember correctly, cake!

I was exploring Downtown Norcross this past weekend with my family and we stumbled across this gem! They were about to open up (the employee was cleaning and put water outside for the dogs that walked by). I didn’t mind waiting because I know that any food service job needs to be clean and sanitized and that can’t be rushed. When we went inside Issac greeted us and told us about the new flavors they had that week :) he offered us samples so we could taste them…my favorite was the prosecco! He was so nice and kind! Will definitely be back <3

What a fantastic addition to downtown Norcross!! The incredible flavors keep me coming back for more. I LOVE that they offer more than the flavors one can get at any other ice cream shop in town. Just choosing one is the hard part! I am always game to try something new, and I have never been disappointed. This ice cream is creamy and decadent. Perfectly delightful! Worth every penny. Very little beats an ice cream cone on the Butter and Cream patio with friends on a beautiful weekend night.

I'm a big fan of Butter & Cream! Downtown Norcross needed an ice cream shop and one of the best in the game took the coveted spot! I've frequented the Decatur shop many times. This Norcross location is much closer to me. The shop is clean and always great service. I appreciate how they let you sample some of the flavors. They have a variety of flavors from traditional to more unique ice creams. They also have sorbets and seasonable ice cream combo/flavors. Butter & Cream is local and made with love and homemade. You can tell a lot of care goes into their yummy ice cream. They also have some pip cups for the fur babies! If you know you know. If you don't know yet you need to give this place a try. I promise you will return.

For a neighborhood ice cream spot, Butter & Cream is solid. I came here recently on a super hot Sunday and got a couple of scoops. It's a small shop, next to a soon to be coffee shop. It wasn't busy, but I could see this place being here for a long time. I had the coffee and Basil Pine nut brittle. Both flavors were great! I can see myself coming back here time and time again to settle my ice cream craving. I do have to say though I thought the ice cream was a little sweet, but it's a compounding type of sweetness. The more you eat, the sweeter it gets. Overall, the ice cream is good, the inside is nice, small and to the point. There's seating outside but one bench inside. If you live in Norcross, definitely check this place out.

We enjoyed Butter and Cream in the other 2 locations, so this is a welcome addition to downtown Norcross. As the name implies, the ice cream is buttery and creamy. They have some fun flavors. We enjoyed the Popayan reserve coffee and basil with pine nut brittle

My mind was blown when I went to the Decatur location so I was excited to come here and try the Valentines flavors. I got the brownie sundae with the strawberry chocolate chip and honeycomb ice cream. I prob should have stuck to the SCC bc the sundae def drowned out the deliciousness of the honeycomb. This place has rich ice creams and interesting flavors so will def be back!

Great ice cream and service just like the original location! So happy that this one is a bit closer to home in a cute location! OG goodness, honeycomb forest and butter pecan are favorites but you can't go wrong with any flavors! I am determined to try all of them. I do like Jeni's but find Butter & Cream have thay gooey deliciois texture I prefer!

Tried this place for the first time and it's now my favorite ice cream shop!!! It's sooooo fresh tasting and not loaded down with sugar and fake milk like most. I tried the Peaches and Cream and definitely was a hit! Service was on point! This place is a jewel!

Incredible ice cream. We've been waiting for so long for them to come to downtown Norcross, and it was worth the wait! Don't be intimidated by the prices, it is of such high quality, that what you get is all you need. Don't be a glutton, people! Downtown Norcross is such a cute kitschy throwback kind of place to stroll around, enjoy the small town feel, shop a little, grab some dinner (almost all of the restaurants are really solid places to eat), and hit these guys up for a memorable treat to top it all off!

Delicious ice cream. Unique flavors. FREE SPRINKLES!! That last bit enthralled my 4 year old. So far I've tried the summer strawberry, matcha strawberry (my favorite) and a flavor.. I think it's basil and pine nut.. I had to try basil ice cream and it was actually very good! It might take 2 or 3 bites to appreciate, but I enjoyed it. They also have blonde brownies which are divine! There's a few spots outside to sit and enjoy your treat as well. It's a great addition to downtown Norcross!

I try in twice time . Are so good , I visited in Norcross and Roswell, both are nice, but I really like more in Roswell but the ambiance is so nice. You can enjoy outside.

Good ice cream, but I paid over $10 (including tip) for 3-scoops. And she wouldn't replace the strawberry ice cream with strawberry sorbet without charging me again. Pretty chicken-sht, especially since I was asking questions about the sorbet and got ice cream. In any case I'm going to save a lot of money over the next year or two not buying more ice cream from butter & cream (this is my normal reaction when something irritating happens).

Delicious selections of ice cream and sorbet. Very good on disclosing possible allergens, too. Love the chocolate, Midnight Snacks, and the mint chip. Spouse loves Dark Chocolate sorbet or the watermelon and honeydew sorbet (usually combined) too.

This ice cream is weird. Nothing special about it. Service was mid. I did enjoy sitting outside :)

The customer service was not good. They barely give enough of a taste when you sample. The ice cream is expensive and not worth the price tag.
