I contemplated writing a review or not, because I usually never do but what I experienced last night while late night dining bothered me a little. My girlfriend and I came in last night to grab a bite after a Christmas get-together. There were only two girls working behind the counter(mind you, it’s a busy Saturday night), a blonde girl working the drive-thru/counter and a brownish/black haired girl waiting tables. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by both of the girls Even in the midst of all the craziness, we were still noticed and acknowledged. That says alot for customer service these days. Anyways, we ordered butter butters (which were delicious!) and some glazed donuts. Not once did we have to ask for refills, and our waitress checked on us as much as she could due to it was busy in there. As I’m watching these girls struggle, they are still smiling. So here’s where I get a little mad. Out walks this guy(which I assume was the owner, I’ve seen him multiple times), walk out from the kitchen, watches the girls struggling, and walks right back into the kitchen. A few minutes pass by, I watch the blonde go into the kitchen and grab him to come help them. He comes out and seems irritated, rolling his eyes, that he has to help them. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to see a business where the owner is there a lot, but also he should help his employees and his customers, not roll his eyes and act like they don’t need help as they are physically struggling. Anyways, I hope those girls get raises for working a BUSY Saturday night and still managing keeping (at least 2) customers happy!
