Consider me a skeptic, when someone states that a place has the best burgers. I mean, I grill a mean burger, if I do say so myself, however Butterfly Burger is definitely next level, if a burger hierarchy exists in this world. The meat is fresh, juicy, feeling like a prime cut of sirloin in your mouth. I could end the conversation there, but oh no my dear readers, that would be sacrilege, possibly blasphemous. The "accoutrements" and "embellishing" of luxury ingredients, condiments, and culinary execution is why a $20 burger exists. It's more than worth the premium, where "you know" the number of times a menu item, or restaurant didn't meet the hype, and ultimately, yes you were disappointed, because...money is money. This is not that by a long, long, long measure. Oh no, its heaven between soft brioche buns. The atmosphere contrasts the vibrant colors of Sedona, harkening speakeasy vibes in the best possible way. Low-light surroundings, ambient lighting, soothing music and an amenable, friendly waitstaff. There's an ample drink menu to choose from and tasty, but whimsical sides, delish. Although I am visiting, pretty sure I will make a return visit for burger number two. Butterfly just feels good on you.
