Delightful pocket where you feel you are in a different world with great food and wine. They had 5 wines for happy hour. Loved the basil ice cream with strawberry cheesecake! The panisse was delicious as well. The tomatoes, basil and feta were so fresh. Definitely have to return. Loved sitting in the back.

Outstanding experience! Tried beer wine for the first time. The May menu was delish - pork belly, lamb ravioli, olive oil cake - everything was perfect. We will be back soon. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. (we ate the food before we had a chance to take photos; it was that good!)

This wine shop is a wonderful and relaxing spot. They offer an extensive selection of wines, and the staff are friendly and approachable, always ready to help. The ambiance is cozy, with a cute and simple design that adds to the charm. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy your time. Highly recommended for wine enthusiasts to check out.

Google
Buvons has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The wine selection is always on point—interesting, thoughtful, and full of bottles you won’t just find anywhere else. Every time I stop in, I discover something new I love. The staff is welcoming and genuinely excited to share what they know without ever making it feel pretentious. It’s the kind of place where you can pop in for a glass, end up learning a little something about the winemaker, and leave with a bottle (or two) you can’t wait to open later. You can tell there’s a real passion behind what they do, and it makes the whole experience feel special. Highly recommend for anyone who loves wine—or even just wants to get more into it.

Google
What a gem of a place! Aside from the excellent selections of wine and fantastic service, the food is divine. They serve lobster rolls once a month and I swear to god those are the best lobster rolls I have ever had in my life… and I LOVE lobster rolls. Seriously, do yourself a favor and get the lobster rolls and French fries. Trust me!

I was so excited to bring my parents to this wine bar for a nice summer jazz night. I've been a fan in the past and was impressed to see the recent expansion. However, our recent experience was sadly quite disappointing from the moment we walked in. Upon entering, we were met with a distinctly unwelcoming atmosphere. I had mistakenly made a reservation for two instead of three, and we were initially denied outdoor seating until another server graciously stepped in and offered us a large bench. We were happy to take it. Once seated, the service we received from our server, Luna, was very off-putting. When I politely asked for a wine recommendation for my parents, who enjoy Chardonnay, I was surprised by her very curt response that they "don't have anything like that here," delivered with a clear and rude tone of a "wine snob." This made me hesitant to ask any further questions. Later, when I asked how to pronounce a wine's name, she simply stared at me in annoyance, which was baffling and made me feel like I had said something wrong. We ordered food but were never brought any silverware, and after an hour of waiting for the pasta dish, we were ready to leave. When Luna came to confirm our order, we were told everything was served, and we assumed the pasta had been forgotten, which at that point was fine with us. When the pasta finally did arrive, Luna insisted on arguing with us that we were wrong about the timing before she said she would comp it. We simply wanted to leave at this point, but she continued to be confrontational. The final and most difficult moment came when my dad tried to pay with cash. Luna abruptly said "no" and, when he asked about a sign he might have missed, she began to argue with him, stating, "Sir, if there's a sign in the front and you didn't read it, I don't know what you want me to say." I had to step in and pay with my card, even as my voice was shaking from the frustration of her argumentative attitude, I state “Please stop. Do not argue with my dad. I am so embarrassed to have even brought my parents here and be treated so rudely, please just let us leave.” As I paid, she concluded our interaction with a passive-aggressive "well, I'm sorry you feel that way." We had looked forward to a relaxing, enjoyable evening, but it was anything but. This restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and concept, and can be such a great thing for this community. It’s unfortunate it had such disappointing service. We will not be returning.

Google
Nice neighborhood wine shop/bar with occasional pop up food vendors. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Visited before to pick-up bottles of wine. came last week for a Korean food pop-up. Had a nice glass of vermouth to go with the Korean food. Will definitely be coming back for snacks off their menu soon.

Google
What a perfect place to catch up with friends. The back patio is quiet, shaded and the service was helpful. An employee helped us choose a wine and we loved it. There is a restaurant next door, I have not been but will definitely pay a visit. The current chef specializes in French cuisine.

Yelp
great place to shop for some wide selections of natural wines! you could also dine in - and order food from next door. services were great too if you need some recommendations. definitely recommend for some wine snob, i mean... oenophile! :)

Yelp
Wanted to stop by and hear some jazz tonight- upon arriving we were told that we needed to book a table to hear the music! We were seated and again told by the server that to hear music we needed to book a table and they were full outside (where the music was). The girls next to us mentioned they were hot inside and wanted to hear the music and were moved with no reservation- but we were told there was no room. Interesting!! We had two glasses of wine that were both nice and a pate that we enjoyed! Ambiance is lovely, service is okay, would just be nice if all customers were treated the same!

Yelp
The service here is.... So French. Do with that information what you will. They obviously have a great selection of wines, so I came by for a wine tasting and quick lunch. I ordered the pate because I love pate, and this pate was gross. So sorry. I think they should've mentioned on the menu that it is more of a rillette. It was super chunky, and even gritty, which was not pleasant at all. The bread was also a bit stale. I am a big fan of Gusto Bread, but they were not highlighting it well here at all. Come for a drink, maybe not a bite to eat.

Yelp
This place was so amazing I almost want to keep it a secret... My husband and I dined here on a Sunday evening for dinner and were absolutely blown away. Their menu is creative with a new chef each month bringing fresh ideas for their "mid" and "large" size plates. Their snacks and apps stay the same and are more for pairing with a bottle of wine. The quality of the food and the flavors in each dish were incredible. My favorite was the lamb! Ben was our waiter (also a Somm). He was friendly, knowledge, and attentive. The space itself is much larger than you'd think from the exterior with a warm and welcoming vibe. We can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Decided to give this place a try on Friday. The vibe of the place was good. The patios was full so we ate inside. The service was good and the server was knowledgeable about the menu and shared recommendations. The serve alerted us the kitchen is small and some of the larger plates could take a while. We enjoyed a delicious bottle of red wine and a charcuterie board before meal. We ordered steak frites which were very nice. However we were charged $2 each for ketchup we requested to enjoy our frites with. This was unexpected. After finishing our meal, we ordered dessert. The crème brûlée was small but delicious. The meal was bit pricey. Not sure I'll go back for a meal but may go back for a glass of wine.

Yelp
STEPH JUDGEMENT: Adorable wine shop with a huge selection and delectable snacks. I'd been meaning to check this place out for months but it always slipped my mind until I spied it on the way to the Bamboo Club to meet up with some friends for lunch. We decided to take a gander after lunch and we're so glad we did! The store is light, bright, and quite large, filled with shelves upon shelves of wine bottles. We asked the friendly and knowledgeable staff member for a recommendation and we decided to share a bottle. There are seating areas inside and out, but since it was a sunny autumn afternoon we decided to sit outside on their very pleasant patio. I forget the name of the wine we had (I did take a photo), but all I know is it was a red and we all enjoyed it. They do charge $15 for corkage, fyi. As the sun started to set it started to get quite chilly, so I availed myself to one of the Mexican blankets they had in a basket by the door, which I thought was a nice touch. I'd also noticed a lovely-looking Basque cheesecake as we walked in, and suggested to my friends that we share a slice. It was wonderfully scrumptious and we ate every last crumb. I came back with another friend a couple of weeks later on a weeknight. We brought a game of Scrabble with us to accompany our wines and also decided to try their stuffed mushrooms, which were delectable. They used to also have a restaurant next door called Mangette, and while they closed it, I'm glad that they're still making some food! I'm bummed I never got to try the restaurant proper, but apparently its spirit lives on. I will definitely be back before too long!

Yelp
I am so shocked this place does not have better reviews. This is one of my favorite places in Long Beach now. The ambiance is so cute, I loved the indoors and the cute backyard area. The service was friendly. Got some good wine at a decent price. We got a side salad with a light dressing, the burrata & heirloom tomatoes, the pasta dish, the steak & fries, & the mint/strawberry ice cream. Everything was incredible and very farm to table. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite places in LB to meet up with a friend for a drink! Yummy wine, light bites and great vibes. I am a natural wine novice but I love their monthly wine membership.

Yelp
Loved getting to check out Buvons! This was a spot I had been wanting to try so we went for pre-dinner drinks on Valentine's Day. We got a glass of the orange and chilled red. Both very smooth and delicious. The waitress gave us some background about the wines and offered to find us a bottle within the store if we were looking for something different. It has a nice aesthetic inside and cute patio outside. We sat inside since it was cold out and I didn't bring a warm jacket. There were cute little "Will you be my valentine?" cards on the table. Wine by the glass is $15, but I saw they have happy hour Mon-thurs where they're $10 a glass. I'd like to go back another time during happy hour and get to try some of their food, their bites sound good!

Yelp
Expensive for Mediocre food and service...I had the chicken which was just okay and the service was also just okay.

Yelp
Stopped by this location today for the cutest coffee pop up. They had the best service and the yummiest coffee. They had nice music and a nice shaded area to sit. They're open Wed through Sunday 8-2pm only through April 27 (Sunday), 2025.

Yelp
What an incredible little gem in Long Beach! Thanks to our most gracious Parisian beautiful soul of a host Luna who is so well versed in these beer wine thingies, we had a beautiful experience at Buvons (which means 'lets drink' btw). Have a glass or two of meuZenne in the beautiful and quiet garden in the backyard. There is lots of seating and plants to suit the needs of everyone! Maybe a smooth glass of Cantillon would strike your fancy. Pair either with the buttery sheep and goat cheese for an elegant savior faire! Do what you like here There are so many exquisite natural wines to choose fom so I suggest you join the wine club for the ultimate experience! Hey, the only beer I'd drink is only at Buvons Natural Wines. Maybe by chance I'll see you there! You're welcome ew

Yelp
Cute place and good wine, but beware of the $15 corkage fee for the bottle that was bought at their bar to enjoy at their bar! The most bazaar thing ever. Corkage fee charged to a bottle brought from home is understandable, but a fee for their own bottle? Strange strange concept.

Yelp
my wife and i got to escape for a day date thanks to our grandparents / babysitters and have been dying to go here. we sat in the back patio and got the cheese/charcuterie plate and sampled a few glasses of natty wine. it was truly what we needed - relaxation, serenity, and delicious wine with great background - thanks to the staff. if we have a chance to dine here or attend one of the very tempting events - we will jump on it, but that will be very dependent on who's going to watch our daughters, haha. thank you for opening this kind of experience in long beach - it's much needed versus another diner, pizza place, smash burger spot.

Yelp
Great service! Destiny was an awesome server the wine she suggested was 10/10 and will be coming back to purchase a bottle of it!

Yelp
expect them to be nice and show preferential treatment unless your a POC who's alone and a woman. Then expect to be treated less than and for them to dismiss you, deny it and say these are "unfair claims" -- you know exactly how you'd expect discrimination and disrespect to go.
google avatar

Yelp
Beware of $10-15 corkage fee. Came here because my friend had a pop-up event and end up buying one bottle of beer. Everything was good until the bill came. The beer was 30 and somehow I ended up paying $42. I guessed they have some hidden corkage fee that was like $10-15. How the hell did they charged a corkage fee for a bottle of beer? Its literally just a bottle cap, not a cork. Stay away from this place.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this spot, but 3 stars is generous, because I really didn't enjoy it as much as i'd hoped. They do have a nice selection of good wines for $14 a glass. We tried a bright "Orange / Somos "Naranjito" " and a lovely cab Franc "Ampeleia" from Tuscany. Both were very good. They also offer a variety of simple snacks... nuts, chips, cheeses, etc. But they play very loud sort of "house" style music, which is not at all relaxing or conducive to conversation. The ambience is minimalist, and the service is as well. Servers are polite, but not attentive to detail. (They don't check back with a table once you've been served, and we had to wait and ask for napkins.) Due to their location in the middle of a busy block, there is limited street parking. That is not their fault. When I go out for a glass of wine, I want to savor the moment and the wine, but the loud music interfered.

Yelp
Nestled in the middle of a Long Beach neighborhood is a cute little hidden Wine bar where you can become a member or just Pop-in and enjoy a glass or bottle. Can't stay? That's okay, take it to go! Today, I picked up their Nas Del Gegant, a red wine they suggested would go great with the dinner I planned to cook. ‍ I'm no chef, but I used the wine to make a mushroom sauce, and let me tell you. It came out great! The girl (I didn't ask her name, sorry.) said this wine would go great with my filet mignon with mushroom sauce with a side of potatoes and green beans. I'm a new wine drinker, so I respect their suggestions when I go pick up a bottle. My sauce turned out finger-licking good. It tasted like a 5-star restaurant made it. Haha, I'm just excited the food was good, and pairing it with the wine tied it all nicely like a cute ribbon . Anyway, thanks to the girl who recommended the wine to me. My date also thanks you.

Yelp
Buvons is absolutely my go to wine bar! Cozy night with your partner? Buvs. Wanting to gab with your closest besties? Buvs. Need a quick little $25 bottle of wine for the beach? Buvs! I've always struggled to find my niche within wine, let alone natural wine. With their teams friendly, easy-going approach it's become a place for me to learn and enjoy without the intimidation I usually feel. Their staff is quite knowledgeable, personable, and are happy to provide you with both an arrange varieties and fair prices! I used to think I hated white wine, and now (as they know) it's my favorite. True to the Long Beach essence Buvons brings in a welcoming place for all. They partner with other local creators and makers of all sorts adding nothing but warmth to the LB community! So if you're looking for a recommendation this is by far my favorite! PS, their back patio is the perfect spot to bring your friendly pup

Yelp
The best service! So friendly and knowledgeable. Cute store and dining area with back patio The food tho, is over priced and every dinner course was COLD. I learned they do not have a full kitchen, but instead a prep room and reheat the pre-made food? I don't think I should pay over $100 for a dinner that is reheated :/ Good wine selection tho!

Felix C.

Yelp
The vibe and space was really nice. The back patio was very spacious and welcoming. Food and wine were great. Will come back for sure!

Yelp
This place has so much potential but misses the mark. First of all, cashless is not OK. LA should be legally doing away with it sometime this year, but they shouldn't have to. Businesses should not be exclusionary by not letting people pay in cash. Next, none of the wine have prices on the bottle, so you have to ask about every bottle you are interested in and consequently feel ashamed if it is more than what you are capable of paying. Lastly, wine is not organized by region or country-- but by cute buzz words that I find ridiculous --making it more difficult than it needs to be just to go in and grab a bottle from a region that you know you enjoy.
google avatar

Dawnes J.

Yelp
I will have to agree with the service here being an issue. The place is pricy, I spent $80 on two toasts and two glasses of wine. This wouldn't be a big deal if the service was at least decent but it is pretty bad. I waited so long to order a second glass of wine, I ended up going to the front of house to ask them. I found all three employees huddled together talking instead of tending to their business. And then, once I got the taster, I waited even longer for them to pour the full glass. I really enjoyed the food though, but not sure I'll be back if their service is usually like this. Music was also great.
google avatar

Stacy M.

Yelp
They can't WAIT to go out of business. Go and see for yourself, if you dare to buy a bottle of wine and pay the $15 corkage fee.

Yelp
Really disappointed after really looking forward to going to Buvons. It would be one thing if it were just one element that was off but there were multiple things that had my husband and I looking at each other with "WTF eyes". It's a really cute place... we were surprised how empty it was, not a good sign at 6pm on a Saturday night. We ordered wine which was poured table side. The serving was so small I imagine they get 7 "glasses" out of one bottle. Crazy when you're paying 17 dollars per glass. The cheeseboard we ordered was very lackluster: no jam, mustard, honey... anything that you would typically see to accompany. I wouldn't be so picky if everything weren't so pricey but overall all the dishes we ordered were very small portions, overpriced for being just ok. The service also left much to be desired. After spending almost 200 dollars for a total of 2 glasses of wine each and 4 small plates we left feeling very unsatisfied and still hungry and actually went somewhere else. Hopefully management reads these reviews and takes action to correct the issues.

Yelp
This place is such a gem in the area. Not only are the wine selection vast, they are all so good too. Everyone is friendly which makes us come back over and over and over again. We just love this place. I hope you all come and check it out. The vibe is relax and chill. Fridays - a duo or a DJ performs. It's our go to place after a stressful work week.

Yelp
Wonderful wine shop and bar in Long Beach! It's tucked away in a residential neighborhood so parking is a bit tough. Great selection of wine and awesome staff. I really like this place and wish I lived closer.

Yelp
They could improve their service and their food. I found hair in my food and the waitress acted personally offended that I pointed it out and got very defensive. They also serve wine in dirty glasses. It's extremely loud and obnoxious. In addition to the unsanitary standards, I was disappointed that they didn't replace my glass with a clean one or offer to replace my meal.
google avatar

Briana M.

Yelp
I was recommended to come here so I decided to try it out but I will NOT be back. Our waitress was rude and very unfriendly. I didn't get her name but she has black hair & a French accent. Being it was our first time here , we were asking if they had different foods & her response was cold & just a " no " instead of trying to be helpful and offer what they do have. I asked her if they had a bathroom & her response in a cold tone was " yes" and didn't point or gesture to where it was. The wine was good but a little pricey in my opinion plus there a $15 corkage fee. The food was good but small portions. Not worth it and will not be back.

Yelp
A Cool Wine Bar on the Anaheim & Redondo intersection that's worth a visit to any Wino. A rich selection of bottles from Domestic to International French, Spain, Portugal etc..etc.. Bottle prices ranged from a approachable $21.00 to $50.00. The staff ( one woman) was hospitable, friendly & patient with us and many of the patrons that followed behind us. She leisurely pointed out suggestions & listened to questions. What a great host. Tastings were available to patrons. I did take notice of hidden Easter Eggs sprinkled within the shelves; example two bottles of La Boheme hidden on the backside of the island shelf. Pretty funny. The location is large enough for bigger groups, but my inclination is a group of 5 or less would perfect. Whatever you think of the review will be subjective, but I hope it adds to your curiosity. The wine bar is worth visiting, tasting, relaxing & overall having a pleasant afternoon or evening. Cheers 'clink'

Yelp
Unfortunately not a good experience at the wine bar. Staff was inattentive and when charged they added their own tip without consent. Despite that the wine was really good

Yelp
Once again so into a culinary experience and catching up with good company that I forgot to snap a few photos. YIKES I gotta stop this. Super chill vibe. Small and intimate, with dog-friendly patio (but do know there is a people friendly dog on-site). As someone who is over the California wine standards (Chardonnay, Sav Blanc, Pinot Gri, Pinot Noir, Zin, Cab Sauv, Merlot, Syrah abd maybe a Riesling if someone's adventurous) this place is a great find. Especially if you're looking to explore stock not easily available outside of Europe. We tried an Austrian Red (name to come) it was delicious. A little on the higher price spectrum. But the nuance in a lot of these are fully worth it. They do offer some "nibbles" Smoked salmon is a must, but not flat stuff from the market. This is a few medallions served in a chili oil. Cheese board was a bit slim IMO but delicious. Castleventrano olives... the best variety so young and nutty be the super salty options more common. I will say the service was delightful. We stayed an hour past closing, good company and vino makes the time fly, and TBH didn't know. But no one rushed us out the door or even made us feel like it might be time to jet. I promise to watch my clock better next time! Will defs return, and take pics!

Yelp
Excellent food, service and ambience! They just launched their dinner concept-a neighborhood French bistro. I took my friend for her birthday and we had the bread & furikake kimchi butter (the butter was savory and comforting), the jumbo shrimp cocktail (out of this world cocktail sauce and super fresh shrimp), sunchokes (so many textures, I licked the puree off the plate), and seared scallops with celery root in a yuzu butter (I've never had celery root like this-what a tasty combo), and the strawberry mille feuille (a beautiful ending). Wines were paired perfectly. Going back next week!

Yelp
Fresh, Inviting, Warm, Soul, Curated, Atmosphere, Mouth-watering good tinned fish, bread, butter; I love it here! The music surrounded me like a warm hug - I heard Hall and Oats, "When the Morning Comes," echoing through the vintage speakers. It is romantic to have this music being played on a turntable. The crackling whisper from the record player is like having a fireplace of sound. Alicia Kemper ( the owner,) is humble, kind, soft-spoken, and filled with a deep breadth of wine knowledge. Long Beach is lucky to have her. Like a great DJ - you can trust her to help you choose anything. Her team was wonderful; a petite and lovely French woman assisted me with choosing a great bottle of wine and maybe the best "Conserva," that I have ever had. Do not miss the beautifully chosen tinned fish! The wines are carefully curated. I could find something to drink for exceptional value and for a splurge. This is a place for wine lovers at all levels of knowledge. One could find rare bottles like Knoll - the best white wine producer from Austria, and Cossard; a natural and unique producer from Burgundy. Unico Zelo Wines are amazing and she has them at a welcome price point. I am already looking forward to returning and am excited to see Buvons thrive. This is a perfect cocktail of Soul and warmth. If you do not love this place - please move out of California; the midwest needs you.

This place is such a vibe (music, decor, people watching, wine selection, etc). and has friendliest and warmest staff. Team educated us on natural wines and we never looked back (we became members on the spot). Also, they have fun food pop-ups. Follow them on Instagram to see the latest events. I'm obsessed and take photos of all the bottles we get (posting a few of my favorite white wines for those perfect sunny SoCal days...I tend to like bright, fruity, and some minerality on the back-end). If you're not sure what to order, just describe it....they got you! Don't fall asleep on this place.

Yelp
Sitting here right now already can't wait to come back. Everyone working here is the kindest and most knowledgeable on wine. Bottles are affordable space is welcoming. There are light snacks you can order as well. Like the outdoor seating area. All wines are natural BTW so enjoy the lack of headaches. :) affordable wine clubs starting at one bottle a month

Yelp
Love this spot! Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and the doggie is a huge plus. I appreciate that they have a shelf that's specifically bottles for less than $30 so you can just grab a cheaper bottle to share while there or as a gift. When it's not full, the inside can feel a bit awkward so bring a book or a friend. The food is a bit overpriced for what you get, but I've been seeing more popups being hosted there which is great. Definitely support this local business and enjoy the beautiful selection of wines!

Yelp
As a lover of natural wine you can imagine my excitement when I heard this place was opening up. You see we moved from LA to Long Beach this past year and the lack natural wine spots was a bummer for me. Fast forward to last night when I was celebrating my birthday with my Mom and my almost 1 year old baby. After dinner at Ellie's we decided to stop by and pick up some wine! We were having such a great evening we wanted to keep the good vibes going. Now I will say this is definitely the place to come if your looking to pick up some natural wine. The selection is huge and the way it's organized is also very user friendly! We were greeted by the shop dog when we first walked in which my baby loved. I noticed they have a beautiful back patio and they offer cheese plates and wine tastings. When I asked the woman who seemed to be the owner or manager she told me I couldn't do a tasting because babies aren't allowed. That was it. No friendly explanation or anything remotely nice to be honest. There are no signs posted that say no kids allowed. This woman was so cold and not friendly that I sure hope she is not the owner because her customer service skills are non existent. I get that some people hate babies/kids like this woman. But when working with customers that is no excuse to be rude, cold and make people feel unwelcome. Could have been handled much differently. We ended up buying a few bottles quickly and leaving before the daggers in her eyes shot us down. Sorry for existing lady!!!! I'm being extremely generous with four stars. The unpleasantry of the woman working is enough for me to never come back. If she had been nice about it I would have loved to come back sans baby for a date night but I would rather not go to a place and spend money to be treated rudely and unkindly. Overall a real bummer. A quick edit -- the employee from France was a really sweet woman and very helpful!

Yelp
Came with a friend just to try! I'm a bit of an amateur when it comes to wine so I had little knowledge of the types and tastes I wanted. We were immediately greeted and assisted. My friend wanted a type of orange wine and we got recommended the Dinavolino. We sat in the back patio area and they poured the glasses and brought it out to us. Really enjoyed the laidback atmosphere and the server was patient and attentive!

Yelp
Buvons is a gem! Benjo helped us out, and he was great! I appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable he was on the selection of wines offered here as well as the various options to enjoy them (eg by the glass or bottle, shop with his help for a bottle, special tastings). The indoor and outdoor seating areas are thoughtfully curated to provide a cozy and intimate space to connect over a glass of wine. They also offer a good variety of snacks on the menu, which I'll have to come back to try another time! The blankets available for guests to use were an amazing touch when it got a bit chilly on the patio towards closing time.

Yelp
Buvons is the best wine bar we have been to in Long Beach! The ambiance and staff are extremely pleasant. We love their daily tasting options paired with a cheese. Most of their cheeses come with Gusto Bread, another Long Beach classic! We have been several times and are yet to not love one of their wines.

Yelp
First time I visit, AMAZING! can't complain...BUT the second time a server call Marie, was in bad mood and was rude. I decided leave because I felt uncomfortable. I didn't take it personal, I thought she was only having a bad day (like every human being) BUT wow! surprise, my third visit. Same mood, same actitud, same energy. So clearly she is juts a rude person with no background on costumer service. I try to spoke with the owner, juts to give them a feedback but I got the same passive aggressive energy. I realized they are business patterns and very good friends. Such a shame because I really like this place and vibe.

Yelp
Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. I love this place. But damn do the people working here ruin it. The workers are above you. They think they're better than you. They don't care about you. They'll charge you a $15 corkage fee for the bottles you buy at their own shop then won't hand you a chair that's behind them. It's service we've never experienced in our lives. Wow. Good luck with your small business with this staff.

Yelp
Love this place, but charging a corkage fee for a bottle that you buy at the establishment is not normal!

Yelp
Came here with a group of girlfriends. Ambiance was so cute! Sat indoors for our wine tasting but there is also a cute outdoor patio. Got the cheese plates, very yummy and wine was great too!

Yelp
This wine shop is adorable and has amazing service. We tried the wine tasting and another red recommendation, which was so good that we bought a bottle to go. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I recommend any wine enthusiasts to check this place out!

Yelp
Great wine, shit service. Place has a lot of potential, but the pretentiousness is too hardcore for me. EDIT: Buvons reminds me of the scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts comes in with a bunch of designer shopping bags representing all the money she spent elsewhere because the upscale pretentious shopkeeps on Rodeo drive wouldn't let her shop there a few days prior because they had zero people skills. My group was Julia Roberts in this story, and Buvons is the pretentious ladies with their snub noses who lost out. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE.
