Found amazing sales and floor rep Caleb was so helpful and cheerful made this shopping experience unforgettable. Also cannot forget my cashier Nordia I might be spelling it wrong but she has such positive energy made the checkout a breeze, made our interaction seem as if we have known each other for a long time and helped me sign up for their rewards program saved me 80 bucks ! Plus side is that everytime you go you can save 20% so it's a win !

I went to this store today to get a gift card. And I was also in a bit of tough spot because of my schedule…but I was greeted by Christopher, Cherice and Johanna(pardon me if I got your spellings wrong) and they were very understanding and amazing! Thank you so much! I am glad that this world still has kindness left in it.

Great place for everything you might need for your baby born and for you (moms)! Unfortunately they got rid of the maternity clothes section which it was the reason I went there in the first place, so that’s why 4 stars...anyway the staff is great, very friendly and helpful! Even though I walked a lot to get there I fell in love with so many items I am sure I will need in a few months!!! Omg all the baby clothes are so cute and the sales are great!!! So many options of strollers and car seat as well!!! I will definitely go back 👍🏻

Received a dresser that was missing parts - did not realize until it was already half way put together. Upon calling customer service for the missing parts, I was told the item is out of stock but that I could return it for a 50% refund. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. Canceling my account with them and never purchasing from them again.

Purchased a car seat online, got a confirmation and a few minutes later a cancellation. The email stated if I feel the order was cancelled in error to mail with my name and order number in the subject and the issue would be resolved. Well, 2 days later and further emails no feedback so I decided to call. After waiting 30min for a representative the feedback was apparent- this company has zero customer service and no clue what they are doing!! The funds have been debited off my account yet no goods…. So I have now purchased the same item on Amazon……

Terrible staff attitudes and service. Shanique was SO SO rude, her attitude is awful. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here, and while they have a lot it’s a lot of not so amazing things, and the sales do not compare to places like Macy’s or Target, but it’s the staff why I’ll never shop here again. And the hundreds of dollars of stuff I bought were literally all THROWN into a bag. I had to repack it all myself and check for damage. Very disappointed.

Got a really great stroller overview today from a sales associate Jen. Nice to have such a knowledgeable person to help make a somewhat big decision.

Placed an online order to this location, because the system online edited my zip code and this is the wrong location and really far from my home in NJ. I called the 877 number and chat, no one could help me cancel and said to call the store. I called this store all within 10- minutes of my order and the lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude and did not try to even listen to my issue, call the 877 number she said. I asked to speak to a manager and basically put me on a hold loop for like 30 minutes. I do not want to do business with this store.
