I recently visited the Bvlgari boutique and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite jewelry collections and my SA (Cavin Chang) outstanding service that made my birthday gifts shopping experience truly memorable.

We drove from Tucson to phoenix to get my necklace which i had been looking online .the bvlgari store manager welcomed us she knows me before because i got some other stuff frim there too They offered us espresso ☕️ with nice chocolate Very good customer service 5 stars ⭐️

I’ve bought a few bags here. One of the bags, I wore twice and the gem on the eye fell out. I took the bag in June. I dropped it off at the store, no receipt was given to me and they said they would take care of it. Well, it’s been months and no signs of a bag is there. The quality for the money you pay isn’t worth it. I have other designer bags and I’ve never experienced such poor quality in both the make of the bag and the customer service. Apparently, it’s in “Italy” waiting on parts but it’s been months and no signs of the bag getting back to me. Save your energy and go elsewhere.

Some of the stores there love to "put on the dog", especially when I just wear jeans and a T-shirt. I don't feel that way here. One never knows what level of money one has, and I do purchase items of higher quality on occasion, as well as going to Marshall's for clothes. No, I won't buy a 40,000. Rolex, especially if I lose it. I do like to dress up as well, especially if we fly first class to Europe. A good watch reminds me that I worked hard, and that I deserve a great timepiece. They'll treat you right, no matter what you're wearing. S.G.

I recently stopped by just to look at a ring and was so impressed by the amazing customer service. John assisted me while I was there and created a memorable experience. He was very professional, extremely personable and never made me feel pressured to purchase items I wasn’t there to see. He suggested the perfect pieces based on my personality and vision. I loved that John genuinely cared about my wants and needs and created a comfortable atmosphere for while making me feel beautiful. The perfumes there are incredible. Very unique, unisex and last all day. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful store with stunning products. I was assisted by Terri who was very welcoming and happily showed me everything I came to look at. I never felt pressured or that annoyance you feel coming from some high end sales reps when you aren't the easy sale. I highly recommend stopping by and speaking with Terri.

We thoroughly enjoy our experience at Bulgari every time. Most luxury shops tend to be very stuffy, yet every time we go with our little one Terri is just as excited to see him as she is to see us. Terri’s been great to work with. The first time she needed to order something for my wife. She was right on top of it and called right away once it arrived. While we were there a ring caught my eye, two years later we went back and knew exactly why we came in. I highly recommend this location but make sure you get the chance to work with Terri!

Wonderful store. I've always felt welcome by the employees, even strolling in wearing flip-flops and a fishing tshirt. Other luxury brands in this mall feel uninviting, that's never the case at bvlgari. And of course the jewelry is timeless.
