Adam, Deedra, and the team have been excellent! Everyone has been so communicative, no design has been printed until a final approval and Adam even printed and let me see one shirt before continuing per my request. Super respectful people all around and will recommend them out and WILL be doing reorders. Keep up the great work By George team!

I had several pair of designer jeans altered by this establishment. I had them taken up near the belt loop in the back. At some point, I noticed the belt loop on three different pair of the jeans had begun to unravel. I took them back to the business in hopes of getting the issue resolved. I was told that it would be two weeks for the repair. I said, “Ok; I would have hoped that It could have been sooner”. I asked to speak to the owner to see if there would be a charge for repairing the defective craftsmanship. She said, “It’s probably just normal wear and tear; so, I would have to charge”. I said, “Each pair of pants are defective in the exact same spot where you did the alterations and none of the other belt loops are affected. I would think that you would guarantee your craftsmanship”. I was then invited to take my business elsewhere. As a result, I decided to take her up on her offer. I would advise you to do the same!

I would absolutely 100% recommend By George! I am getting married in October and I would post pictures but, its my wedding dress. Anyway, Dedra is outstanding! She took her hard work and quality time making sure that my dress was perfect and it is! The pricing is very good as well! Most people may find that keeping a dress for 3 weeks is bad but not me. Not at all! She put her love and care into it to make sure it was perfect and I will forever go to her whenever I need anything altered! Thank you!

Over the past few years I have used By George for most of their services, and I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work, nor their customer service. I have at various points had T-shirts made, clothing altered, and one time some friends from work and I all chipped in to get embroidered sweatshirts. The staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable of their various crafts. The work they put into their T-shirts is incredible. They’ve even cleaned up an image for me to make a better shirt; the outfit that I had altered fits me better than any other clothing I’ve got, and the sweatshirts were the pride of our store employees and have lasted quite a while and withstood the rigors of retail work and everyday use surprisingly well. 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend.

They just fixed a dress with a rip in it for my wife along with a zipper problem. It turned out perfectly. They're a small family owned business, but offer a lot of services. This is about the third time they have done alterations for us and we've been very satisfied. Their business offers more than alterations such as sign printing and other items.

They always do everything better than i incisions and i am super picky when it comes to monograms and embroidery. I even requested a custom shirt for a special announcement, had the shirt sent to them and a picture of the design i was wanting along with font, and they did it all in a snap. I always bring in big orders, and not once has anything been done against my liking. Super sweet staff, and they can alter anything.

There are many reasons for this 1 star- 1. When I walked in to drop off my bridesmaid dress, the woman said, "Oh what high school do you go to?" And I informed her that I had a college degree and was not going to prom. 2. They had my dress for 3 weeks. 3. They never called to tell me my dress was ready like they said they would. 4. When I went to pick it up and tried it on, the straps weren't taken up enough, but with it being the week of the wedding, I have to deal with it. 5. She initially wanted to charge me $100!!! There was never an estimate given, and she said that was my fault because I never asked how much it would cost. 6. I ended up paying $80. This place is a rip off, and instead of owning up to anything, the woman blamed me for not asking for an estimate. This was a very expensive learning experience for me, and I will never go back to this place.

I have used this company for six years now and they are the Best!!! Very friendly staff , always done great work, very fast, and reasonable in price. If you have any items you need to get monogrammed this is definitely your place to go!!!

Deedra and Adam are fantastic to work with. As a band director, I have to design 2-6 t-shirts per year. I am incredibly particular and always have lots of opinions about designs. Adam and Deedra are patient, helpful, and just as particular as I am! They always deliver merchandise in a very timely manner. The product is always beautiful and my students love their t-shirts. I won't use anyone else now! Thanks Georges, you rock!

I needed a small quantity of shirts for an event, just for me and my family to wear, representing my business. One other company in the area didn't want to do business with me because I was ordering a small quantity. Adam George took care of my order and everything came out right. Great materials, timely service, friendly demeanor, and great prices. Will definitely do business here again!
