Do not use this inspector! If i could give negative stars i would. This man clearly didn't spend any time in our house to inspect it or he chose to be negligent. We bought our house after he gave it an inspection basically with all good stuff and a few minor issues. Come to find out our house was a hazardous trap! Exposed live wires outside, electrical switches popping and blowing the fuse, cracked bathtub, single panes windows 5 inches from the ground (not to code), a terrible roof on its last leg, just to name a few things that he had to go out of his way not to notice! And when we reached out, he threw the contract we signed back in our faces in order to wipe his hands of his own negligence. So don't waste your money on a joke "inspector"
