Great experience overall. The place offers everything you need and has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. It is very clean and has been renovated and decorated with great taste. It is very close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bus stops, gyms, and all the action in the iconic Bishop Arts District. The only downside is the noise coming from the upstairs apartment .. However, I would still highly recommend the place. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen are tidy, fully equipped, and Marisol is always available for anything you need.

The Godwit was the PERFECT oasis after a long and hard week. The decor is calming, the bed is surrounded by large curtained windows- so dreamy. There were multiple plush seating areas and a gold tree with poetry written across the floor. Bathroom was spotless with everything one might need for a short stay. Kitchen was well stocked as well! I felt very safe with three different keypad locks. The apartment is located close to all the cool restaurants, shops, and cafes of Bishop Arts. As someone without a car it was an ideal location, it took less than 15 minutes to get into the “heart of it all.” It’s also a quick Uber ride into Downtown Dallas. I would stay here again and again, I didn’t want to leave.

The stay at Marisol's house has been one of the best experiences ever. Not only because it is located on an absolutely quiet street, but it is just a few minutes walk from the Bishop Arts District, a fabulous neighborhood full of local restaurants and stores and only a 10 minute drive from downtown. But the best part is the attention to detail that makes you feel at home. The big bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped to cook at any time of the day, the coffee corner is well stocked (I can't live without it) and there is a work space, very useful in our case as we work remotely. Also, the apartment is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, which was a plus for my husband and I during our week-long stay. What's more, it has a parking space if you come by car! I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay at Marisol's again!

We loved our stay at The Santiago! It is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. It was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. We couldn't have asked for more and would love to stay here again when we come to Dallas.

This sweet home is perfection. Marisol’s attention to detail is paramount. We literally had everything we needed to feel completely at home. My best friend and I met there to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted with a happy birthday banner. Marisol also had chips, salsa and a variety of coffees and teas for us. The coffee bar is a coffee and tea drinkers dream with a Keurig, a French drip and a hot kettle. The home is beautifully decorated with what I suspect is Marisol’s own artwork- even the floor is hand painted. The bed and bedding is very comfortable even to two ladies who are used to the best mattresses and bedding. The shower is great with nice products, rain and handheld heads and plenty of hot water. Aldo felt safe and secure in the home which is important to women travelers. All in all we give it a 10/10. Plus, Marisol is a delightful hostess! Very available and accommodating.

My family and I stayed at Marisol’s lovely lake house at Canyon Lake (Wunderschön Vista Haus.) The home was absolutely gorgeous and situated perfectly near the lake. We had everything we needed from linens, to cookware and coffee. The home even had deer food for the family of deer that came by every night and morning (which the kids absolutely loved.) Marisol was extremely quick to reply to questions and even recommended things to do in the area. Overall we had a great experience and can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay! The apartment was stylish and very comfortable! So close to the Bishop Arts District. Very easy walk. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed with Marisol several times now and each time we have loved it. Each unit is well stocked, she is quick and communicative, and is such a kind host. This will be our go to every time we are in the Dallas area!
