It is a very elegant and beautifully designed restaurant. It truly gives a luxurious impression. The staff are professional, kind, and attentive, and their service was excellent. However, the place was quite noisy. The guests sitting behind us were talking loudly, and their child was running and playing around, which made it hard to enjoy the calm atmosphere I expected. As for the food, it was good overall but could be improved. The seafood soup was excellent, the fattoush was too salty, and the seafood mix grill was decent but could be better. I expected the food to be outstanding, but it was average. Overall, it’s a beautiful and classy place

A mix of Syrian & Lebanese cuisine, Byblos Restaurant offers a variety of tasty and authentic meals. From Ouzi, grilled Halloumi, to Mix Grills, the menu is wide and satisfying. Albeit a little slow on the service side, Byblos has a fantastic view of the Beach, overseeing the Four Seasons Hotel Beach and the Alexandrian typical busy roads with yellow and black old cabs. Too hungry? A basket of fresh Arabic bread shall be served with a small appetizer after you’ve placed your order, symbolic of the Arab generosity.

We went to the restaurant as a family tonight. I have to say that we were welcomed by an enthusiastic team who kept checking on us. The grilled options were great but the chicken Fattah was way below average (we had a fattah in a street restaurant a week ago for 0.05% of its price here and was a mile better than those one), full of butter-milky taste. The desert was ok but the kids didn’t like it because of the flavours on it. Overall we liked the atmosphere but not the food

Quiet place with stunning sea view and decorations. Perfect for dates. The only problem is with food quality compared to prices. For example the Halloumi cheese we ordered was very salty!

great authentic food and really beautiful classy place like u stepped into fancy Lebanon however it's over priced for sure it would be good for a special occasion but Be Careful as you get get charger to things by mistake and if you overlooked won't be fixed after that which is really shameful thing because that place would easily be perfect if they weren't deceiving! won't be coming back unfortunately.

The place is cozy and quiet, the decoration is excellent but xhairs back are not comfortable at all, however the staff was unsatisfactory and have negative attitude towards Egyptians.
