We had a really disappointing experience at Byblos Restaurant in Abu Dhabi. We arrived at 5:50 PM and placed our order around 6:00 PM, but even by 7:00 PM, the food still hadn’t arrived
and it was only five meals. After waiting patiently for an hour, we called the manager. It was obvious we were upset, and we asked for the bill since we still hadn’t received our food. The manager simply said “sure” and walked away to bring the bill, without any explanation or apology.
His attitude showed no care or professionalism, and the whole experience was a disaster , especially after coming all the way from Dubai expecting something much better. Totally below expectations.
