Went to this lovely Michelin one star restaurant to celebrate my birthday! We ordered tasting menu with wine pairing to have a full experience! Food was exceptional but what was particularly amazing was the wine pairing!!! We went to a fair number of fine dining restaurants and whenever we do wine pairing it was mostly hit or miss but this place makes serious effort in making really great wine pairs with their dishes!!! My partner is not a huge wine drinker unlike me but even he told me that the wine pairing is amazing and he sees the point of doing wine pairing! We are defo gonna revisit but next time we will stay at their hotel to make sure both of us can enjoy lots of wines in this place!!!! Oh and their bread is amaaaaaaazingggg! It beat bread from our favorite Michelin restaurant in Portugal 😂

Second time eating here. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and they adapted everything, even making my own courses to ensure it was all pregnancy safe. Such an amazing dining experience

This 1 star Michelin restaurant is located in Manor House, a gorgeous place in Castle Combe. It serves 8 courses tasting menu. They are all elegantly presented. The dishes are cooked with distinct flavors and very delicious. Apart from the pickle carrot in main dish is a bit too sour for me, all is perfect. This place is well deserved for 1 Star Michelin Award.

Came here for afternoon tea and it was amazing! Everything was delicious. Their clotted cream was the best we had during our trip to the UK. Service was great. Staff was kind. Place was immaculately clean and of course it was beautiful! Their afternoon tea is absolutely worth it! Book in advance.

We dined here for a 30th Birthday Celebration and left very full and satisfied! I give the food a 4/5 as I didn’t really enjoy the seaweed custard as it didn’t taste of anything, just like a plain cold custard. This was the only disappointing dish on the menu and I appreciate the skill of the dish, even though the flavour was lacking. The best dish for us was the dessert as it was unbelievable and ticked every box! We also loved the Cod, full of flavour!

On the lucky occasion, I have the opportunity to have an extraordinary dinning experience. Bybrook was an experience well beyond expectations! Bybrook has one of the most unique blending of ingredient that magically unite in a sensation of flavors! Presentation, service and food quality are beyond 10 stars! More Michelin stars await this gem in the magical Manor House.

Had a fantastic six course tasting menu meal here as part of our hotel stay. Every course was delicious and presented to our table with a smile and at the appropriate time so we didn't feel rushed at all. There were a couple of standout dishes but every one was really good. As its a tasting menu some of the dishes were just a mouthful and in the words of Gregg Wallace I could of eaten a bucketful. Lovely service and lovely menu, dread to think how long chef and his brigade were working to create a truly special dunner thank you 😊

Honestly the starters are the best bits! The cod would be delicious if it is cooked perfectly. It requires delicate cooking. It cannot always get right. Dessert are interesting and memorable. Service is so so, but overall is very good dining experience.

Amazing staffs, great service, absolutely beautiful brilliant Michellin Star restaurant with most scenic location and probably the best well kept secret of one of the world class building in the world. The chef is absolutely top class and the ambience is above and beyond unmatched ! The high class dining experience is one of the greatest and rarest experiences that I've ever had. The wine pairing and the amazing foods with all locally sourced healthy ingredients amaze anyone who can discern the finite quality distinction from the rest. Be amazed! My true Mukbang friends and families: Don't You Hesitate!

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever been to. We came to Castle combe early just to explore and spent time exploring the hotel and surroundings. There is so much to see. Next time, we intend to stay here. Staff at Bybrook were exceptional. We felt so welcome and happy. Food was incredible. This is a beautiful hotel to celebrate any special occasion. We will definitely return.

Bybrook is gorgeous. It is exactly what you would imagine an English manor house and grounds to look like. We were warmly greeted and brought to the bar area prior to our reservation. The bar was located in what was originally the billiards room. It had ark wood paneling and comfortable seating. I liked this room much better than the main dining area. The main dining area felt too open and more like a buffet room than a fine dining environment. The service was formal but friendly. The food was good, not amazing. I left feeling that I had a very nice meal, but not with the desire to rush back for more. I would however love to come back to stay at this hotel and enjoy the bar area and grounds. And, yes I would dine here again. Attire: Business Casual to Dressy. I wore dress pants, a nice top and heels. I felt very comfortable.

Totally stunning food check out the Amalfi lemon tart probably the best pud I've ever had. Sat outside for pre dinner drinks it was heaven . Stayed the night in one of the cottages in the street.
