(See their reply: Case in point. No explanation or courtesy. It sounds like they ran their reply through AI. Employees didn't say wing orders were "online only", they just said they didn't have that. Why are wings at a chicken wing place online only? I still have no explanation. I can wait for good food, but they gave NO indication of how long the order would take. I could barely get their attention to ask how much longer for the food, let alone pull them aside to tell them HOW to clean better. Their reply is exactly how they treat customers: with contempt for trying their restaurant. This place is a HOT mess!)
Atmosphere: one star for having loud equipment, terrible accousitics, and on top of it, low din music loud enough to make it even harder to order and hear what the workers were mumbling. The dining room was set-it-and-forget-it unkept, and "cleanliness" that included a layer of grease on surfaces.
Service: one star for not having menu items shown at that location online, and employees that give no explanation. A chicken place with no 8, 12 or 16 piece wings?! Okay, I ordered the "five full wings (wings only)". Would you wait five minutes per wing? I did, with no warning or explanation that it would take nearly 25 minutes for my small order. One star is generous. Their service is not.
Food: I won't go back, but I'll give the wings three stars. But the bottom line is, try a different location, or just go to a different restaurant. Wings are everywhere, and I'll be going elsewhere.
