The Newest Restaurant Openings in New Orleans, May | Eater New Orleans
"After several fits and starts at its Uptown Tchoupitoulas location, the concept moved downtown to join vendors at St. Roch Market. New Orleans–born, French-trained chef Byron Bradley Jr. continues to focus on sustainable, humanely raised fried chicken alongside vegetarian dishes, and is receiving strong praise for a flavor-packed take on a Nashville-style hot chicken sandwich served on a homemade sweet potato biscuit as well as a refreshing (and vegan) red beans and rice salad. Partner Jonathan Rhodes said the move is "a full circle for him" — he was involved in the market's reopening after Katrina — and the relocation also expands the restaurant’s hours to match the market’s seven-day schedule." - Beth D’Addono
A beautiful and slightly unusual house at the corner of Royal and Desire streets. It did not appear to be open to the public at the time that I visited, so I snapped a photo and moved on. I will plan to check their hours and return to see if admission is possible.
