First time here. Due to dinner plans, ordered the fried chicken and herbed Parmesan fries online. Pick up was fast. The chicken was a good sized piece. The mayo had good flavor. The bacon was super thin and its flavor was lost in the rest of the sandwich. The fries were very seasoned to almost too much Parmesan to make the fries too salty. Good sized portion though. Will be back for the burger. Didn’t eat there but not that busy for lunchtime on a Monday. A bit of a patio with overhead heat lamps.

I ordered the eponymous C Burger (double patties), and holy cow, that was probably one of the best damn burgers I've had in my life! The beef was incredibly juicy, the bacon was perfectly crisped, and the peppers and the sauce complimented the rest of the sandwich perfectly. The flavors all popped without overshadowing each other whatsoever, truly a perfect symphony of a burger. Oh, and the tallow fries were fantastic. I forgot how much better fries can be when they're cooked in animal fat. Aside from the food, the staff were super friendly, and the place feels like an upscale In-N-Out. They just opened, and most places start out strong before slowing down a bit, but hopefully they keep it up!

Google
i’m obsessed with this place!! my favorite is the traditional C-burger and it’s so amazing! I also love the parmesan tallow fries. Best place to get a good priced burger around downtown Boulder. :) And a bonus is that the meat comes from regenerative farms.

Google
Service was great very friendly food was fine but the patties are very small. I got a single and was very hungry afterwards. If there's a next time double for sure but I shouldn't need a double burger to fill up. Fries were good but also small portions.

This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. I stopped in for lunch expecting to take it to go but decided to sit down - and I’m glad I did. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and their attention to detail made the whole experience excellent. I’m usually a bit hesitant when a new spot leans on buzzwords, but I was genuinely impressed with the food. The burgers are smashed and come with crispy, caramelized edges and melty cheese. The fries are cooked in beef tallow and are perfectly golden and crisp. You can build your burger from scratch, which is a huge plus for someone as picky as I am. I even decided to get some soft serve to go - and I’m glad I did. I don’t know of another place in Boulder that offers it. I’d highly recommend stopping here after a hike for a satisfying and delicious lunch.

Google
Delicious burgers, fries, and salad. Staff were also super attentive, upbeat and helpful. Also, very affordable - especially with Boulder standards! Can't wait to go back honestly

Google
I don’t understand the point to this place. I was drawn in by the appeal of 100% grass feed, organic, regenerative beef and tallow for frying. But then their fries are mediocre and dry with “parmesan” that tastes like the fake cardboard Walmart Parmesan. Then their burger reminds me more of a Wendy’s burger. And why advertise seed oil free but still use canola oil in the mayo which is used often for sauces? And why have the style of cheap burger joint food but then be a “sit-down” restaurant with waiters and have a focus on more expensive beef and tallow? My advice is to focus on making the place more of a premium fast casual to target higher end customers in Boulder. And make sure the food is premium as well. I want to see more places with good meat succeed but this place is trying to be too many things at once. Then again, considering the massive alcohol bar, maybe this place is focused on party night customers. Idk, but it’s not somewhere I’d ever go back to just eat at

Google
I absolutely love C-Burger! The service and atmosphere are always so welcoming and upbeat. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly well-trained, they go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great experience. And the food? Incredible. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I could honestly eat here every day!

Yelp
Beef tallow makes a huge difference I'm glad to find a restaurant that does so . Beau was our server very friendly and attentive. I got the LTC added grilled onions and bacon I was blown away by the flavor and quality. Tell a friend it's worth the price and visit.

Yelp
Heard good reviews for C burger. I think it's a solid local thing. The place is nice and upscale. Served was very nice as well. The food was alright. Had the fried chicken sandwich and a classic burger. The single is really small especially for $8. Overall it's alright but not something that's great.

Yelp
Smash burgers are very in right now for a good reason. If done well the umami beef, the crispy edges, the fixings and grilled bun all come together for the perfect bite. Textures meet flavors and these trendy treats knocked it out the park. The staff are friendly and the food comes out fast. We split the C-Burger. Bacon cheese double smash patties with pickles was hitting. Inside of crispy onion rings dipped in the crack C- sauce was more than enough.....and.....we threw in an order of the chicken nugz just to try them. Coated with a panko-like crust, the nugz cracked and crunched with joy revealing tender white meat chicken. They are a must try! Everything was delicious, hot and fresh tasting. What a treat and I'll certainly be back next time I'm in town!!

Yelp
Quite a nice surprise! Okay c Burger - I "C" you!! Went with a few friends and sat outside. Heaters were a nice touch to warm our colder bodies after dipping in the creek. Service was prompt and affable. Recommended a few items and we dug right in! Excellent onion rings - fried to perfection and sat nicely en mi estomago. Complimented that with the chicken sandwich which tickled a part of my brain I didn't even know existed. Frosted beer glass was the final *chefs kiss* on this outing.

Yelp
Yes, it's all the buzz in Boulder this week. So much so, I don't think they needed to leave the door propped open to attract customers. It was about 40° with a 15mph wind outside and nearly everyone inside eating was wearing their coat, even sturdy adult men. Balloons and a sign outside the closed door would have been sufficient. Boulder is still in the mode of days alternating between winter and spring. But the food is good and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The burger tastes great and next time I will probably get 2 patties. The tomato and lettuce was as fresh as much higher end menus which gives it a better than fast food appeal. Their sauce is their own, enough different than the bigger names to actually be more special. And ample enough to be a bit drippy but a large supply of paper product at each table. It's all table or bar service and happily not fast casual so it's nice and clean. But it's also. Very loud. Concrete floors and open ductwork the trend and stylish metal chairs, that scrape loudly on the concrete. It's like this everywhere in Boulder these days so I wish someone would invent quiet sliders for the legs. So, back to the food. I love tallow fries so much simpler and mellow than the various vegetable oils most others this price use. So good, next time I want my own as I usually just eat enough to share comfortably. But as long as I do that I will customize to a lower salt level as I was told each order made fresh and individual. In a time when most restaurants are monitoring to lower salt for health suggestions, I could barely handle this high a level which I have not seen in Boulder in many years. I get a lot more potato flavor when my mouth is not burning from salt. My husband had a favorite beer and they had a brand of cider I like but only one flavor and not my fave. Maybe another time but I got their iced tea and it was better than most. And refillable too. Of course we needed a little dessert so we tried their soft serve in a swirl in a cup to share. I prefer chocolate and my husband does vanilla but this swirl was in his favor. Next time it's warm enough I'll get a whole one of chocolate for myself. Since cold weather will be every day in 7 months, they should consider warm option next fall, like a chocolate chip cookie they could warm up per order. This spot will likely be a mob scene all summer and it seems they have a large staff of well trained servers and cooks already. There are some very large booths so great for parties of 6 or even 8 if children included. Also a large selection of various sizes of smaller tables and a beautiful bar. They have plenty of tv screens with a variety of sports. This space on west Pearl has been vacant for years and it's great to see it brand new and utilized by a local restaurant creator of high end places, standing up with good food for every day. It's also wonderful to see another regenerative beef ranching option in Boulder. It's good for us and good for the environment. I have had the one offered just across the street from C-Burger at one of Boulder's long time, favorite tavern/cafe/ bar. We can never too much good food on west Pearl. Welcome to C Burger.

Yelp
Great burgers at a good price. Regenerative beef and fries done in beef tallow amp up the flavors. We enjoyed the CBurger and S2 Burger. We got the herbed tallow fries and onion rings. Also tried the chicken bites which were perfectly breaded and crispy. We got the chipotle aioli and CBurger sauce for dipping. Everything was excellent. They offer craft beer and domestic, and a standard cocktail menu (margs and mules) with a couple of interesting additions. I had a fernet and Coke and my husband had the frozen C which is spiced rum and Dr Pepper. They also have soft serve ice cream for dessert! Highly recommend and we will def be back.

Yelp
What a wonderful addition to West Pearl! The burgers are old-fashioned classical tasty, juicy, and the onion rings are perfect. I will only eat meat (prefer bison tho) from regenerative farms and ranches so I'm glad to have this place close to home.

Yelp
Amazing! The beef tallow fries were so tasty. My favorite is the smash burger. Service was quick, and a couple TVs to watch football on Sunday! 10/10

Yelp
Smash burgers are the main feature here and reasonably priced. They tasted very fresh and the options were appealing. The C Burger has crispy jalapenos and a chile aoli. Surprisingly, the only cheese option is American. The veggie burger was just as tasty. Tallow fried onion rings and French fries rounded out the order. Table service was low key. There's a full bar (with reasonable cocktails) and soft serve ice cream as well. The ambience feels like a fast casual place and the up tempo music was *almost* too loud. Overall, great experience.

Yelp
Burgers are so good! The fries and onion rings are on point! Also, super clean. Prices were reasonable for Boulder

Yelp

Yelp
Food was spectacular after our hike. Relatively affordable for Pearl Street and service was great. Would absolutely return.

Deborah D.

Yelp
Ambiance was good, service-unnecessary, food hardly noteworthy. The menu was an expensive lMcDonalds with the option of alcohol. The patties may be made with meat from cows raised in a regenerative ecosystem but still were flat and dry on an Hawiuan bun. Final bill gets high with unnessary gratuity. It should be a fast casual place where you order at the counter and get a table number. No waitress needed.

Robert D.

Yelp
C Burger is a casual smash burger restaurant. The burgers are made with beef from regenerative agricultural practices. The burgers were all outstanding - shroom and Swiss cheese, LTC, classic and Attila. The salads, kale and Caesar, were good too. Service was also outstanding. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend C Burger.

Jeff B.

Yelp
Ok, not great. Too loud. A Burger was tasty, but too much salt. The margs were like paying for a glass of ice; ease off on the ice guys. Finally, they were in a rush to clear our plates. We were asked four times by four different wait staff: "are you done with that?" Very annoying.

Madi B.

Yelp
Probably one of the best smash burgers I've ever had! And beef tallow fries?! It can't get much better.

Marybeth B.

Yelp
I went twice in one week-nuff said. Go there, just go there! When they leave the front door open it gets really cold, hopefully they will get some better signage so they don't have to do this!

Scott C.

Yelp
Excellent quality burger, tasty fries and very nice staff. For GF eaters, they have a GF bun but I elected for the lettuce wrap. I highly recommend this restaurant. Fries are GF too.

C J.

Yelp
Seriously good burgers here. This unassuming place is worth a look. It's located in an unfortunately dead part of pearl street, but give it a try. The onion rings and margs are also not to be missed.

Yelp
Great Burger from start to finish, we also had chicken nuggets and seasoned fries, all were top notch, it is such a pleasure to see restaurants who take food seriously. We ate at the bar today and the 2 young ladies taking care of us were really awesome, first time in and ready to go back soon

Lucas O.

Yelp
Phenomenal burger, I had the C burger and it was delicious, the aioli on it really sealed the deal. Fries were also good and fried in tallow which is awesome! Awesome staff as well, very reasonably priced for downtown Boulder. Will be coming back many times!
