Boston’s Hottest New Cocktail Spot Just Opened in a Mall Food Court | Eater Boston

"Tucked in the middle of the food court at CanalSide, I found C-Side Bar presenting inventive cocktails and a serious wine program from a team better known for destination cocktail bars. Ran Duan (of Blossom Bar, Birds of Paradise, and Baldwin Bar), Jon Rosse (Birds of Paradise), and Brahm Callahan (Himmel Hospitality Group) have leaned into '90s mall nostalgia with playful drinks like the Miami Vice — rum, coconut, and pineapple topped with a pink-hued salted strawberry daiquiri foam — and a Fruit Salad Negroni made with gin and Campari tossed with grape, pear, and honeydew melon. Much of the cocktail list is batched or on draft to serve crowds quickly, and C-Side handles all alcoholic drinks in the space. On the wine side, Callahan curated a range that runs from $10 glasses of Pinot Grigio to $495 bottles of Champagne, signaling this isn’t typical food-court beverage service and that they’re betting on attracting both local residents and nearby workers." - Erika Adams

The drinks here are truly extraordinary! Their selection of cocktails and mocktails are literally so good!! The pictures below were all taken on different days. No matter when you go, there will definitely be something yummy for you regardless of what you’re into. And if you don’t know what you want , don’t worry! The bartenders here are incredibly knowledgeable and amazing at the job, so just chat with one of them and I grantee you will be satisfied. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!!

The Staff here is always so kind and the drinks are amazing. The Miami Vice is killer. They also do music bingo on Tuesdays and Trivia on Thursdays so there's always something interesting going on!

The cocktails are pretty fantastic and unique, and being able to grab food from any of the food court locations is really nice.

The c-side bar has great cocktails and great staff. Plus, the views of the canal are lovely. Try the c-side slinger, its a production!

So....for a bar at a food court (foreshadowing)....this is pretty bad. ~$21 mid cocktails (because gratuity is hidden in the fees but they still prompt you to add tip, and this ~$21 is with no additional tip added)...what a joke. You can find better drinks and price ANYWHERE else...say maybe an airport if you want similar vibes...but the airport is better

Solid drinks and great bartenders! Really enjoy that there’s some yard games to play as well.

Good beer selection and nice atmosphere but the prices are ridiculous. $15 for a glass of Trillium with mandatory 18% tip and tax = $18.75. In addition, you cannot bring it to the outdoor tables.

Other than the big tv I believe conversations about other customers should be kept private I don’t need to hear it, manager and whoever is in helping should focus more on helping customers than pointing people walking around the mall flaws, You never got my drink right
