I found what appeared to be a rodent fetus inside a Montana brand frozen mixed vegetables product I purchased from this store. I have reported this to the FDA with full documentation. I hope the store will investigate this issue and take the necessary precautions to ensure product safety.

Google
International grocery store, Pakistani/Indian restaurant, Fresh bread from the bakery, Fresh produce, crockery, pots and pans etc all in one place. Store is kept very clean. Staff is very knowledgeable and cooperative. Prices are also very reasonable, in some cases cheaper than in the area stores.

Ena S

Google
Good for vegetables and fruits. Very reasonable price for veggies and fruits. Although, management is not friendly and customer oriented but don't need to interact with them. Try to avoid and you will be good.

I visited C-Town Market earlier today, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover it was having a grand reopening! The improvements to both the interior and exterior are impressive; it feels completely refreshed. The grocery and produce selection is fantastic, with high-quality items at very competitive prices. I checked out and purchased from the deli and poultry departments, and I was really happy with the variety and pricing there as well. The international foods section is rich and well-priced, making it easy for me to find what I need, especially my favorite food, as well as my favorite brands. It seems the new owners have really transformed the place, and I appreciate having a great option for halal and international foods right in my neighborhood. I highly recommend this market to my followers! And don’t miss the fresh bakery, I always get my pita and breads there. C-Town Market has definitely become my go-to spot for daily grocery needs!

Google
Most go for the produce, great prices, much more affordable than regular grocery stores. I also have found many other interesting foods.

If you’re looking for fresh, authentic Middle Eastern food at great prices, C Town is the place! They’ve got everything—fresh-baked bread, rich spices, and a solid Halal butcher section with top-quality meats. The store is clean, easy to shop in, and always stocked with good stuff. Whether you need everyday basics or something special, you’ll find it here without spending a fortune. Definitely worth checking out—great selection, great prices, and super convenient!

I recently visited C-Town, and I must say, it’s a game-changer! Under new ownership, this market has completely transformed into a go-to destination for high-quality Middle Eastern products, fresh produce, and an impressive selection of Halal foods—all at unbeatable prices. The first thing I noticed was how well-organized and clean the store is, making it easy to navigate through the wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, and specialty goods straight from the Middle East. From fresh-baked pita and za’atar bread to premium olive oils, tahini, and a variety of dates, they truly have everything you need for authentic Middle Eastern cooking. One of the biggest highlights is their Halal butcher section, offering top-quality meats at some of the best prices in town. Whether you’re looking for lamb, beef, or freshly marinated kebabs, they have it all—perfect for grilling or preparing home-cooked meals. If you’re looking for authentic Middle Eastern ingredients, fresh Halal meats, and unbeatable deals, this farmers market is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

Yelp
So excited to find this market!!! We were going to Anaheim for Middle Eastern goods but this store is clean, organized, and has everything we need! They have a bakery as well. Such a lovely find

Yelp
Yesterday I bought one whole chicken from this market in 16,77 $ it's so expensive and when I called them to check the price no answer, I bought last week 2 whole chicken from costco less than this price.. So you have to check the receipt before you leave the store because bad customer service ..

Yelp
Zero Stars. The bathrooms might as well be in the jungle where animals do #1 and #2; not fit for humans. If it's "halal" they should keep the store clean, no? One register was open! ONE! Never coming here again. This was my first time. If you're a "Muslim", start by being clean first
google avatar

Yelp
Beware. My mom shopped there yesterday and product seems questionable now. She sent me a text this morning to keep me and brother from eating any of these cookies she bought because a came with a little surprise. Sucks because she actually had a few before she saw it!!!!!!
google avatar

Sam K.

Yelp
The prices posted on the shelves were different than what they charge you at the register, always pay attention to the screen and your receipt. Just a scam.

M C.

Yelp
Great price on the produce section. But the quality aren't the freshest.....Something that you have to consume in a few days. Love the bakery at the entrance of the store, they have FRESHLY baked breads (mostly Middle Eastern varieties). Go in the morning if you can, otherwise most of the breads will be gone by afternoon. The bakery close on Tuesdays.

Yelp
We love C-Town Market. Great selection. And the Arabic bakery has the best pita bread in the world.

Mary S.

Yelp
I did get a chance to go to C town market I like the sale prices that they had on their fruits and vegetables and other items that I shop for while in store. I only wish they had a weekly ad or they would post it on Facebook because I live in RIVERSIDE and by accident I received it in my mailbox approximately three weeks ago.

Yelp
I found this place about 2 years ago when I moved to the area from LA. I was impressed with the selection of middle eastern products they sell. Every time I've come it's always been so well organized which is a plus for me! I never had any issues with the staff, they've always been accommodating when I needed something and kind to me. Love this place and definitely recommend it!

Khalid Q.

Yelp
Worst customer service I ever seen in my life , the manager is from a Syria , I had problem there I saw something with price and he sell it to me in different price , I don't recommend this place , expensive, smell disgusting , worse, customer service
google avatar

Amro E.

Yelp
The butcher shop has improved dramatically since my initial review. However, the produce section is still pretty sad. The produce is generally either expired or on its last leg.

Nour A.

Yelp
I got an ad about this store and decided to check it out. Best decision ever, I will be coming here whenever I need groceries. Reasonable prices, beautiful store, and great service.

Mary L.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing prices! Best international market in Cali! The workers are very friendly!
google avatar

Nick C.

Yelp
Walked in with my work clothes (construction) employees really look you up and down. Girl at the front hesitated to tell me where the restroom was and the produce manager looked me up and down before giving me the restroom code. Totally weird. Overpriced products and you probably won't find what you're looking for
google avatar

Yelp
Bakery food is always fresh and delicious! So much so, my husband who is very western, with western taste buds, always has to go there for goodies whenever we're in town. Clean store with lots of imported goods we cannot find at local grocery stores. Staff is always super friendly and helpful; also most are bilingual if a language barrier poses a problem.

Yousef A.

Yelp
my neighbor told me about C town they have great prices and amazing customer service great store you must check it out.

G A.

Yelp
I've been in the U.S. for a long time and have tried many bakeries. Trust me, this is where you'll find the best Arabic bread ever!

Amal J.

Yelp
Great Arabic bakery inside the market. Best bread and spinach pies! The bread was warm out of the even and the service was great.
google avatar

Denise R.

Yelp
Love their bakery and produce. I can also always find all my spices there. They have a wide selection of Middle Eastern products.
google avatar

Malek A.

Yelp
Really great place where you can find all what you need . Prices are really good too. The bakery has great fresh bread highly recommended
google avatar

Meena F.

Yelp
I love c town. The prices are right and they have a bakery inside the grocery store that makes the best bread. Yumm

Alisha A.

Yelp
LOVE the community and this is my go to grocery shop. They keep their store so clean and the quality of their products is amazing.

Anthony G.

Yelp
Service is low and poor and the workers are all segregated.... Wouldn't come here even as my last resort

Yelp
In NEED of Baklava!! I had a request from my husband, he wanted to bring baklava to the Christmas get-together they were having at his work, so began my search. I didn't want to drive up to Glendale or Downey, was hoping to find something more local. I googled baklava specifically, ended up here on Yelp, and one of the reviews mentioned the fantastic bakery and a passing statement about having baklava. Destination made, I headed over to check it out, and Corona is almost right next door. The first thing that caught me was the incredibly fragrant aroma from the bakery. It is the first shop you pass as you enter from the parking lot. I made an immediate right into it, and was not displeased. So many breads to select from, various cookies and baked goods, but especially, tray upon tray of baklava, large ones with 30 pieces of a variety of shapes and textures, and smaller trays that held maybe half the amount as the large. The price was reasonable for me, $20 for the large tray, CASH is easier, as a surcharge is added to a credit card purchase (same as what PayPal will do). I had cash. The baklava was extremely flavorful and delicate, very very good! The number of pieces spread well among everyone, and very little was left to bring home. I will be returning to check out the rest of the offerings of C-Town, but in the meantime, whenever we have a baklava craving (being Armenian), I know just the place to hit up, or to recommend!

Yelp
Fantastic place every thing I need and have stuff you don't found in other stores and have excellent

Mo C.

Yelp
One of the worst and most insulting experience Very bad customer service the people need to learn about customer service.
google avatar

Shawn C.

Yelp
The owners of this store are Crooks. Stay away at all costs. They did not honor advertised price on rice and charged $2.00 extra. I bought 2 eggplants and they charged for 22 eggplants. They are running a scam. When you confront them they say don't come back. They sell expired goods and rotten produce. The health department will be notified of this scheme. I promise you crooks I will never return to support your fraud. You treat your customers without respect and have the nerves to give attitude and not honor your own pricing. You will not survive with this practice and attitude like the previous owner.
google avatar

Yelp
Not only it's the lousiest place with products but also good service and every day changes prices they raise the prices on customers hardly speak in English I have to search every item and they are very prejudiced against people who are not Pakistani I'm also a foreigner so they really have no excuse

Yelp
This is not what I expected. This location has always hosted typical, small town markets that cater to the demographics, primarily of Mexican and Central American heritage. They have all failed. And I would have boycotted this new place because we already have some excellent Mexican markets in the area, if it were not for my Yelper friend, Rose S, who brilliantly dangled the "baklava" in front of my face. Thanks Rose! Rather bold for a market to carry a more International offering in this neighborhood. But they do, and I am impressed. I love Middle Eastern foods, and now I can find a larger selection of the ingredients I desire, much easier and closer to home than ever before. The freezer section carries some Asian, Middle Eastern, and Indian foods. The meat counter features Harris beef and an interesting selection of Mexican, Greek, and other soft, white Mediterranean cheeses. The non-typical canned goods are quite intriguing. The produce is ok, some specialty produce, some typical for the season. Some of the produce looked a little shell shocked, but the prices were so great, I would probably just rummage a bit harder. Well, C Town, welcome to the neighborhood. I am excited you have made an appearance, and will appreciate shopping for my specialty items here. I hope you succeed.

Yelp
i wish I could giv lesss them one they are so rude and the items they sell are mostly rotten or expired and their prices are wrong too worst management and employee it's not worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
I, my family and friends have been going to this market since they opened. Recently it has been changed ownership or management and they dont know anything about handling food safety what so ever. This is the second time I see all yogurt and Lebneh cheese boxes and packs on the floor without anyone putting them on the cooler or fridge shelves. I shopped for almost 50 minutes and still they were on the floor in the hot weather. I told the cashier and she did not even call the manager to take care iof the problem or for someone to put them in the cooler. Even though I insisted to call the manager which she said his name is Alberto, she did not call him or anyone to take care of the issue. This is very dangerous to have any dairy product on the floor in this hot weather for long time. I just called the health department and reported the issue.

Odalis M.

Yelp
Food is delicious!! Absolutely amazing! we ordered Chicken Kabob and Chicken Tikka Masala, absolutely amazing!
google avatar

Mo R.

Yelp
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE everything. From service to filthy produce, and un-hygienic atmosphere. Expired products in dairy among other places. I wish there was negative rating available. These people should be reported to OSHA!
google avatar

Will F.

Yelp
They are price gouging during Covid-19 situation. For example, 1-lb Banana for $1.5, $1.99 for a single role if toilet paper. Double the price on frozen food. They are really no good. Don't encourage them and avoid this place.
google avatar

Rula N.

Yelp
When this market first opened we were so excited to see an Arabic / Mediterranean Marker is opening again near us in town. The market was good at first then started to go down hill with the new owner a lot of items on their shelves specially when it comes to cookies, deserts and seeds is expired. We have brought the issue to their attention but couple of weeks ago I went shopping and I bought Falak Brown Basmati Rice to find it was full of Weevils. Yes I know the bag is sealed yet I know that they buy cheap Quality produce and products. I will no longer be shopping their because this is not the first time and it it will not be the last and Antwant they are over priced. If you still choose to shop their just check the expiration date for her placing the item in your basket.
google avatar

Izad J.

Yelp
We can't ask for more with the price that they are charging. We only buy things that aren't available in regular market, otherwise the quality isn't that good.
google avatar

Tony L.

Yelp
This place is the worse. No customer service whatsoever. You call them you ask a question they hang up on you. These people don't deserve to be in business. Don't go there. Let them go out of business to learn that they need to be nice and respectful with people
google avatar

Shaila A.

Yelp
This place has it all..it's so convenient to find fruits, vegetables and Indian/Pakistan grocery all under one roof. Prices are reasonable and they are always stocked. Love shopping here!!
google avatar

Kev N.

Yelp
C-Town has NEW OWNERSHIP. Things got really bad. The prices are all way higher than they used to be. $2 for 1 toilet paper roll? Way to take advantage of people during these times. Fruits and vegetables are often spoiled. The quality of everything went down and the prices went up. Will not be returning.
google avatar

Don N.

Yelp
Vegetables aren't too lively, place is not clean. But if you need something in a pinch, it will do.
google avatar

Jason M.

Yelp
C-Farmers made a lot of progress since they opened up. A lot of new products and descent products. They have exotic meat and veggies from different countries.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
Amazing spot! The service is perfect, they have lots of workers all around the store to help customers find a specific item instead of rolling around the whole store to find it! And the bakery mmmm the bread and butter of this place! Like the icing on a cake! Not to mention The fairly new restaurant they have inside,I must say the falafel and hummus are the main reason why I am writing this review! They definitely went above and beyond my expectations! This place is a must try if your in the corona area!
google avatar

Ibtesam A.

Yelp
It's my favorite shop and I love the bakery because it makes fresh bread , ymy yamyyyy

Yelp
On 8/28/2019, I went to C-Town store to by some grocery. I chased tow items were on sale. at the cashier I found that they charged me the full price not the sale price. When I talked the cashier about the sale price, she sent another associate to check the price. The associate came and stated that it is not on sale, and charged the full price. I went back to the store and brought the sign of the item on sale. Then the cashier agreed to get the sale price. I called the store manager and explain the situation. He was so mean and stated that they didn't update the system with the sale price. When I tried to take a picture to the item on sale with the sale price he refused and asked me to leave the store. Those people has no experience to deal with the customers or even to manage the business. I advice any customer shopping at C-Town store to watch the items price and also the expiration date.

Aaron M.

Yelp
Food was excellent at the restaurant highly recommend. Great service fast and friendly staff!!!
google avatar

Hashmat A.

Yelp
The place to get Mediterranean groceries. Check the expiration date before you buy. It's a little beat up but serves the purpose of a grocery store.

G C.

Yelp
This review is for the market only ***not the bakery*** the quality of the product is very bad, especially the produce. Even worse, the refrigerated items, especially cheeses and lebna, are not fresh. On several occasions we've purchased stuff that was molded even though it wasn't expired. I suspect they're either not holding temperatures or turning off the cooler overnight to save money (I suspect that because on my early morning visits, the product was not close to refrigerator cold). In addition, overall poor customer service and 15 cents a bag ??? Just plain greedy.
