Ca' Apollonio Heritage

An incredible getaway and a truly immersive adventure! A quick train ride from Venice and we arrived to this breath-taking boutique hotel. We were greeted by the gorgeous view of the property’s vineyard. Then, escorted by the friendly staff to the star of the event, their spectacular restaurant where we enjoyed course after course of unbelievable food. The meat tartare was incredibly fresh, seemingly melting in our mouths. The staff was very knowledgeable, guiding us through wine pairings and food recommendations. We talked and ate and drank like nothing we’ve ever experienced before. A highly recommended place to enjoy and an excellent choice to stay at! I cannot wait until the hotel opens to enjoy all of the amenities. We will be back again for more incredible experiences.

If I could award six stars, I certainly would! This place is nothing short of amazing, from the exquisite food to the prime location, down to the impeccable service. The attention to detail is truly remarkable, making this establishment a true gem. You absolutely must visit and indulge in their outstanding cuisine and wines.

Wow, what an experience. We went for a birthday lunch and had an incredible time. We got to meet the pastry chef who spoiled us with some sweet treats. The grounds of the hotel are divine and I can't wait for their hotel to open soon as we will definitely be coming back. The steak tartare was to die for and the wine selection makes it a destination meal.

I know it's not the photo of the dish you were expecting but it's My way to attest to you the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They kindly sent me the diary that I had forgotten there. clearly the food and the atmosphere were also perfect, I didn't feel like I was having a business lunch there. @orsacchini

Amazing food & wine, 1 point less just because our table was a bit too close to our neighbors & we had less privacy (the other tables were better placed)

Questo weekend io e i miei amici siamo andati a cena a Ca’ Apollonio Heritage e abbiamo provato il menù gourmet. Siamo arrivati in questa location stupenda e subito siamo stati accolti dal padrone di casa e dallo staff che ci hanno accompagnati in una sala meravigliosa con il soffitto affrescato. La cena è stata un crescendo tra piatti tradizionali perfettamente coniugati a elementi d’innovazione, abbinamenti molto interessanti anche con i vini raccontati magistralmente dal sommelier; per finire in bellezza abbiamo gustato dei dessert dai sapori molto ricercati che hanno messo la ciliegina a questa serata davvero piacevole. Nota molto apprezzata è l’attenzione che viene posta alla scelta delle materie prime che come ci è stato raccontato spesso provengono dall’orto che coltivano in loco. Complimenti ancora allo staff che ci ha seguiti e coccolati per tutta la cena. Io e i miei amici ritorneremo senza altro.

Ho cenato al gourmet con degli amici e devo dire che è stata un’ottima esperienza! Location raffinata ed elegante, personale professionale, ma anche caloroso e accogliente, che sa metterti a tuo agio senza rendere l’atmosfera “fredda” o troppo impostata. Il sommelier, molto competente, ha accompagnato la nostra serata con ottimi vini, abbinati ad hoc ad ogni piatto servito. Abbiamo preso il menù “Familiarità” che, come suggerisce il nome, ha sapori più “facili” e tradizionali: i piatti sono tutti Km 0, si possono assaggiare verdurine di ogni gusto e colore, in tutte le portate… e anche nei dessert! I dolci rispecchiano anch’essi la ricchezza del loro orto, combinando gusti più tradizionali (come il cioccolato) a gusti più particolari, che in un dolce sono insoliti, come abete rosso, polenta e olio d’oliva… devo dire che i dessert, in particolare, hanno colpito il mio interesse! Insomma, esperienza da rifare!

Ho avuto modo di provare l’esperienza gourmet e il bistrot, e in entrambi i casi sono rimasto entusiasta. La qualità della ristorazione è semplicemente eccellente, così come la cordialità e la professionalità dello staff, sempre attento e mai invadente. L’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un’eleganza che si apprezza in ogni dettaglio. La carta dei vini è pressoché infinita e di alta qualità. Un angolo di paradiso esclusivo, dove ogni visita si trasforma in un’esperienza da ricordare.
