Ca' Bonfadini

Amazing experience. Beautiful and clean. Gorgeous view and location. We had a great time. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was amazing. We ran out of cash for a water taxi and the staff assisted us to help pay. Wonderful Italian people work at this hotel, they made this stay special.

We travel and stay all the world in the best hotels, but this will take some beating room 200!!! By for the best service, food and accommodation we have ever stayed in! This has to be on everyone's bucket list!! 100 out of 10 for everything! The whole team are literally the best and made us feel like king and queen! They can't do enough for you! Thank you again for such a wonderful time and going the extra mile all of the staff, we can't wait to stay with you again.

Incredible visit to Venice. Large room. Wonderful staff. I was not feeling well on my last night there and wanted food, but did not want to stay in the restaurant. The host at the restaurant was so gracious and delivered the lasagna to my room. Great location in which to see all Venice has to offer.

This hotel and the staff are all magical. You are given the chance to experience the elegant past and what those of high status probably took for granted. The staff are warm and welcoming always presenting themselves with a smile. They are professional in their dress coed which in a world where sweatpants and sloppy shirts is our new norm, their attire somehow makes you feel important. Art work in this property is breathtaking along with a history which wraps around you as you enjoy the ambiance and elegance. This is more than a hotel...it is step back into a time when the world seemed gentler and perhaps a little kinder.

My mother and I stayed at Ca’ Bonfadini Hotel in Venice for two nights before a cruise. Exceptional hotel. Relaxed but luxurious. Perfect location in that we were not in the tourist hustle but could easily walk 5-6 minutes in two directions to find it. Breakfast buffet great as well. Hope to be back!

Without a doubt, one of the finest stays in Venice, in our opinion. Not directly in the center of Venice? Not a problem. It's worth the 10-15 minutes walk to have such serenity and quality. More importantly, the people who run and work here know the definition of hospitality. Time slows down, you're not just another tourist. Class, respect, and elegance are apparent the moment you open the doors...this could likely explain why Ca' Bonfadini is often booked out. Discovered this hotel our first time visiting Venice last year (2024), tried to give other hotels some consideration this year (2025)...but just couldn't...re-booked with Ca' Bonfadini and our stay here re-enforced just how they continue to keep their hospitality caliber. Quite the hidden gem.

We had such an amazing time at Ca Bonfadini Historic Experience! The staff was so helpful and accommodating! They allowed us to check in early, offered us water and relaxation on the patio, and had our luggage in our room before we even made it upstairs. The room was magnificent! I truly felt like a princess sleeping in a palace. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel, super clean, very friendly, efficient staff. Easy boat transfer from the airport. Perfectly situated, quiet, but 5 minute walk to bars, shops and gentle 25 minute walk to St Marks Square, Rialto bridge etc. I would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful 5 star hotel in Venice that resonated luxury. The staff members are all very kind and accommodating and even took the time to explain what the city has to offer and how far everything was walking distance. Be aware that it is about a 25 minutes walk to Saint Marks square. The private water taxi can dock right at the front of the hotel so it is very convenient if you don't want to walk or take the public water line. The suite is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast that we had included was delicious and left us feeling full and satisfied. Definitely will be back again!

We (my wife and I) are traveling through Europe (London, Paris, Roma, Florencia, Madrid, Barcelona and Venezia) and staying in best-rated (Hotels.com) hotels along the way. That said, this hotel was absolutely amazing and it exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay, the staff was amazingly helpful. The location is perfectly situated away from the madness of the throngs of visitors, but yet still close enough for us to walk it all. Definitely worth the money and highly recommended.
